Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the strategy of the UPTD Health Center with BLUD status in Jember Regency using the SPACE matrix approach. Method: This research was a quantitative descriptive study. Data processing and analysis were performed by quantitative analysis using the SPACE matrix, and data collection was conducted in a cross-sectional manner. The sample size of four health centers was selected using the purposive sampling technique. The primary data collection technique using questionnaire instruments was then validated using focus group discussions (FGD) and partly using secondary data from the Health Center. Results: The results of the SPACE matrix analysis show that Health Centers with weak internal strength are in the competitive quadrant, while Health Centers with strong internal strength are in the aggressive quadrant. The two categories of Health Centers are measured in the effectiveness of their organizations based on aspects of financial performance with BLUD maturity indicators showing liquidity results at level 5 (optimizing), efficiency at level 3 (Defined), effectiveness at levels 4 and 5 (Predictable and Optimizing), and maturity levels at level 5 (optimizing) and in terms of service performance, namely, the Community Satisfaction Index with good results for health centers that have weak internal strength and are very good at health centers with strong internal strength. Conclusions: Health centers with strong internal capacity are in the aggressive quadrant and can pursue proactive strategies, whereas weaker ones fall in the competitive quadrant and require cost control. Overall, BLUD status enhances financial and service performance. Limitations: The study was limited to four centers in one region and used cross-sectional data, which may not reflect broader or long-term trends.   Contribution: This study applies the SPACE Matrix to guide strategic planning for BLUD health centers based on their internal and external conditions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the mediating role of perceived value and tourist satisfaction on the influence of the destination's image on word of mouth at Blitar Chocolate Village as an educational tourism destination. This explanatory research used incidental sampling techniques to determine tourist respondents who were on educational tour visits as many as 130 people. The data is analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software to analyze the data.. As a result, Perceived value is not able to mediate the image of the destination to word of mouth, but tourist satisfaction is able to mediate the image of the destination to word of mouth Blitar Chocolate Village. For further research, other variables can be added to find out updates and developments regarding factors that can affect perceived value, tourist satisfaction, and word of mouth.

Abstract

Stunting is a health problem currently the government's primary concern because it affects the quality of human resources. One of the areas that is still being targeted for handling stunting is Maskuning Wetan Village, Pujer District, Bondowoso Regency, East Java, with 14.36% of stunting cases. Diet, including the food type, is important in managing stunting. Most mothers in this area have lack knowledge in healthy food processing. Therefore, in this service program, several steps to handle stunting related to healthy food processing were carried out through counselling and training activities. The main ingredient used is the Moringa plant, which is known in many countries to overcome malnutrition because it is rich in nutrients, obtained easily, and affordable. The activity program is hoped to support the government's efforts in reducing the prevalence of stunting in Maskuning Wetan Village.           Keywords: healthy food; moringa; stunting  Abstrak: Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan yang menjadi perhatian utama pemerintah hingga saat ini karena berpengaruh pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Salah satu daerah yang masih menjadi sasaran penanganan stunting adalah Desa Maskuning Wetan, Kecamatan Pujer, Kabupaten Bondowoso, Jawa Timur dengan kasus stunting sebanyak 14,36%. Pola makan termasuk jenis makanan berperan penting dalam penanganan stunting. Sebagian besar ibu di daerah tersebut masih banyak yang belum mengetahui cara pengolahan makanan sehat. Oleh karena itu, pada program pengabdian ini dilakukan beberapa langkah penanganan stunting terkait pengolahan makanan sehat berupa kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Bahan utama yang digunakan adalah tanaman kelor yang telah dikenal di berbagai negara untuk mengatasi malnutrisi karena kaya akan kandungan nutrisi, mudah diperoleh, dan terjangkau. Dengan adanya program kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam menurunkan prevalensi stunting di Desa Maskuning Wetan.Kata kunci: kelor; makanan sehat; stunting

Abstract

The level of health significantly influences the quality of human resources. The family, being the most basic unit of society, has a significant impact on enhancing health outcomes. A mother is suitable for this role, as she is responsible for caring for the entire family. Kader PKK (members of the Family Welfare Movement, a community-based women's organization in Indonesia) of RW 04 in Badean Village, Bondowoso District, Bondowoso Regency has an opportunity to enhance their potential through women's empowerment. The distribution of educational and economic levels among people in RW 04, Badean Subdistrict, is uneven, resulting in a disparity in their health status as well. This service activity focuses on empowering women through the implementation of the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. The aim is to enhance the quality of community health by conducting counseling and training on preparing nutritious food using Moringa leaves, which are readily accessible to the population. This service activity has enhanced the knowledge and skills of Kader PKK of RW 04 in processing nutritious meals. They can also disseminate the knowledge they have acquired to mothers in their surroundings, thus improving the effectiveness of initiatives to empower women in the healthcare sector.     Keywords: Counseling and training; nutritious meals; kader PKK Abstrak: Salah faktor yang berperan besar terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah tingkat kesehatan. Keluarga sebagai kelompok sosial terkecil dalam masyarakat memegang peran penting dalam perbaikan status kesehatan. Peran ini dapat dipegang oleh seorang ibu karena ibulah yang bertugas merawat seluruh keluarga. Salah satu kelompok yang berpeluang dikembangkan potensinya melalui pemberdayaan wanita adalah kader PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) RW 04 Kelurahan Badean Kecamatan Bondowoso Kabupaten Bondowoso. Tingkat pendidikan dan perekonomian warga di lingkungan RW 04 Kelurahan Badean tidak merata, sehingga status kesehatannya juga belum merata. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan upaya pemberdayaan perempuan menggunakan metode PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) berupa upaya peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan makanan bergizi berbasis daun kelor yang mudah didapat di sekitar lingkungan warga. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader PKK RW 04 mengenai pengolahan makanan bergizi menjadi meningkat. Para kader juga dapat menyampaikan ilmu yang diperolehnya kepada para ibu di lingkungannya, sehingga upaya pemberdayaan perempuan dalam bidang kesehatan menjadi lebih optimal.Kata kunci: Penyuluhan dan pelatihan; makanan bergizi; kader PKK

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic had influenced the global economy, including Indonesia"™s tourism industry. The inability to mitigate these challenges had substantially jeopardized the sustainability of tourism, with social and economic consequences. This present study examines a case study of marine tourism in the eastern salient of Java, one of the most popular places in Java Island, to determine the relationship between fear of COVID-19, travel anxiety, and risk attitude toward travel intention. This study employed a quantitative method. The data was collected through surveys distributed online via google form and was analyzed using structural equation modeling "“ partial least square (SEM-PLS) in SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that the fear of COVID-19 has a positive impact on the travel anxiety, but not on the risk attitude; the travel anxiety has a positive impact on both the risk attitude and travel intention; the risk attitude has a positive impact on the travel intention, but the fear of COVID-19 does not.  The travel anxiety has a significant impact on the risk attitude and travel intention, while the travel anxiety has no significant impact on the risk attitude and travel intention. These findings suggest the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia need to evaluate and monitor the operation of tourism destinations, as well as continuing to disseminate information about safe travel during the new normal era.JEL: Z33, M31.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influenced of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on continuance intention of Kopra by Mandiri which is mediated by trust in the Tapal Kuda area. This research used the Explanatory Research type. Researchers used the proportional random sampling method or random sampling. The author used the determination of the sample size in this research based on the Slovin method as a measuring tool for calculating sample size so that research could be made easier. The number of research samples determined using the Slovin formula was 321 people. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmaprtPLS application. The results of the research showed that Perceived Ease of Use influenced Trust Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Perceived Usefulness influenced Trust Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Perceived Ease of Use influenced Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Perceived Usefulness influenced Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Trust influenced the Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Trust mediated the influence of Perceived Ease of Use on Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Abstract

Upaya pengembangan UMKM seringkali dihadapkan pada kendala dan hambatan lemahnya kemampuan pemasaran serta persaingan yang ketat. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) merupakan strategi yang komprehensif dan proses memperoleh, mempertahankan, dan berkolaborasi dengan pelanggan untuk menciptakan nilai (value) bagi perusahaan dan pelanggan. Banyak penelitian tentang CRM telah mencapai kemajuan signifikan di beberapa bidang seperti telekomunikasi, perbankan, dan manufaktur, tetapi penelitian khusus untuk UMKM masih sangat terbatas. Tujuan systematic literature review (SLR) ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, dan memberikan kerangka model tentang CRM dan kaitannya dengan penciptaan keunggulan bersaing pada sektor UMKM. Literatur yang digunakan terbit pada tahun 2015-2024 dan basis data referensi adalah Scopus. Metode SLR menggunakan PRISMA dan visualisasi data menggunakan software VOS viewer. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CRM memainkan peran penting dalam konteks UMKM dengan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, menumbuhkan hubungan jangka panjang, dan pada akhirnya mendorong keberlanjutan bisnis dan keunggulan kompetitif. CRM telah menjadi strategi penting untuk menjaga organisasi tetap fokus pada kebutuhan pelanggan, meningkatkan tingkat layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan serta membina hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan, yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Hasil VOS viewer menyebutkan delapan cluster yang terbentuk dengan CRM sebagai titik fokus terkait dengan topik penelitian.

Abstract

East Java Province is a major driver of domestic tourism in Indonesia and has strong potential for developing its remote tropical islands. However, tourism growth in these areas is hindered by limited accessibility and inadequate infrastructure. This study examines how sustainable tourism can be promoted by analyzing the relationships among destination image, memorable tourism experiences (MTEs), tourist satisfaction, and behavioural intention. Using a quantitative approach, data from 155 visitors were analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that destination image positively influences MTEs and satisfaction but does not directly affect behavioural intention. Instead, behavioural intention is shaped through the mediating effects of MTEs and satisfaction, both of which are key drivers of tourists’ intention to revisit and recommend destinations. The findings emphasize that positive perceptions of safety and infrastructure must be translated into meaningful and memorable experiences to create value for tourists. The study provides strategic insights for policymakers and destination managers, highlighting the importance of shifting tourism development and marketing efforts from image-focused promotion to experience-oriented strategies supported by adequate infrastructure, in order to strengthen tourist loyalty, encourage positive word-of-mouth, and support sustainable tourism redistribution

Abstract

Interprofessional collaboration (IPC) is a strategy to address the need for integrated community mental health services. In community mental health services, effective interprofessional collaboration practices can increase community participation in carrying out early detection and prevention of mental health problems. In order to create effective IPC practices, it is necessary to identify factors that hinder interprofessional collaboration in community mental health programs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) of community mental health programs in Jember Regency. Methods: This study is a quantitative and qualitative research (mix-method). The level of interprofessional collaboration was measured using the PINCOM (The Perception of Interprofessional Collaboration Model) questionnaire consisting of 32 questions, which included individual factors and team factors. Questionnaire scores were calculated using a 5-point Likert scale. And further descriptive analysis using logistic regression. Then individual factors and team factors were further assessed using the in-depth interview method. The results of quantitative research show that the characteristics of respondents that affect the implementation of interprofessional collaboration are age, education, position, while employment status and length of service have no impact on the implementation of interprofessional collaboration in community mental health programs. The conclusion of this study is that the level of interprofessional collaboration in community mental health programs is running well, government policies are needed so that the handling of community mental health programs can be more comprehensive.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Akreditasi rumah sakit merupakan instrumen regulatif yang bertujuan meningkatkan mutu layanan dan keselamatan pasien melalui pemenuhan standar nasional. Meskipun RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo telah memperoleh akreditasi Paripurna pada tahun 2023, hasil evaluasi Indikator Nasional Mutu (INM) tahun 2024 menunjukkan tujuh dari tiga belas indikator belum mencapai target, sehingga diperlukan analisis mengenai efektivitas implementasi akreditasi terhadap mutu layanan kesehatan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akreditasi terhadap mutu layanan kesehatan, mengukur tingkat pencapaian INM, serta mengidentifikasi faktor akreditasi yang mempengaruhi mutu pelayanan di RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross- sectional. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara kepada tenaga kesehatan, manajemen, dan komite mutu. Data sekunder meliputi capaian INM tahun 2024–2025. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menilai hubungan antara variabel akreditasi dan mutu layanan. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi akreditasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu layanan kesehatan. Komponen akreditasi yang paling berkontribusi adalah kepemimpinan dan tata kelola, manajemen mutu dan keselamatan pasien, serta budaya keselamatan pasien. Meskipun demikian, ketidaktercapaian target pada tujuh INM terutama terkait kepatuhan kebersihan tangan, penggunaan APD, identifikasi pasien, pelaporan hasil kritis laboratorium, pencegahan risiko jatuh, responsivitas komplain, dan kepuasan pasien mengindikasikan adanya kesenjangan dalam praktik operasional dan budaya mutu. Kesimpulan: Akreditasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan kesehatan, namun implementasinya belum sepenuhnya efektif dalam menjamin tercapainya seluruh Indikator Nasional Mutu di RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. Penguatan komitmen pimpinan, budaya keselamatan, sistem pelaporan, serta peningkatan kompetensi SDM menjadi faktor strategis dalam perbaikan mutu berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya integrasi pendekatan Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) dan Institutional Theory untuk memperkuat manajemen mutu rumah sakit pasca-akreditasi.
