Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan salah satu indikator derajat kesehatan. Di Indonesia, AKI masih cukup tinggi. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah keterlambatan rujukan dan kurangnya informasi mengenai tanda bahaya kehamilan terutama pada kehamilan risiko tinggi. Sayang Ibu merupakan aplikasi kegawatdaruratan ibu hamil yang dikembangkan oleh Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Diponegoro. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penggunaan aplikasi ‘Sayang Ibu’. Metode penelitian adalah survei dengan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dan User Experience Questionare (UEQ) terhadap 28 ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rowosari, Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi Sayang Ibu dapat diterima dan berguna dengan nilai rata-rata 70,18. Nilai ketertarikan pengguna, kemudahan, efisiensi, ketergantungan, dan stimulasi penggunaan di atas rata-rata. Sedangkan tingkat keterbaruan aplikasi dianggap kurang. Penggunaan aplikasi ‘Sayang Ibu’ memerlukan dukungan literasi digital ibu hamil.Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one of indicator in healthcare. In Indonesia, MMR still high. Among other causes are delayed referral and lack of education on danger sign in pregnancy especially in high risk pregnancy. Sayang Ibu is emergency call application developed by Public Health Faculty Diponegoro University. This research aims to evaluate Sayang Ibu Application. The survey applied System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionare (UEQ) to 28 pregnant mothers in Rowosari Primary Health Care area in Semarang City. This research was done in September 2019. The rate of usability was 70,18 showed that this application was useful. Based on user experience, Sayang Ibu Application had attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, and stimulation, but no novelty. Sayang Ibu Application needs digital literacy.

Abstract

Patient safety is the essence of health service quality. Hospitals are a combination of several elements that together produce a high-risk situation. Safety culture should be the core in hospital organization. From the data obtained there are still incidents of safety of patients in hospital X Semarang and there has been no trend decrease in the incidence of meaningful incidents over time. This research aims to determine the cultural overview of safety and how the management efforts influence in shaping the safety culture of hospital X Semarang. This type of research is quantitative analytic with survey method that analyzes management efforts in shaping safety culture in hospital X Semarang. Research conducted in January-March 2020. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire adapted from the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2017 and a description of safety culture were acquired by collecting data from a Patient safety culture questionnaire adopted from the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture questionnaire published by The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) in 2004. Number of respondents as many as 220 people selected in proportionate stratified random sampling. The results showed that the safety culture at hospital X showed a positive response in the organizational learning dimension and continuous improvement (90.15%), the dimension of cooperation in units (81.82%) and dimension of management support to patient safety efforts (80.45%). The other dimension of safety culture has a negative response (< 75%). Management efforts that include the determination of vision, trust values, respect and inclusion, selection, development and management engagement, leadership development that prioritizes safety, just culture, expectations of organizational behaviour as well as assumptions, values and artifacts related to safety culture have an influence in the establishment of safety culture in hospital X Semarang.Keyword: Safety Culture, management efforts

Abstract

Sambas District formulated a policy for the equality of health service in Primary Healthcare Centers of Remote And Underdeveloped Areas, Borderland, and Outlying Islands (CRUABOI) which are in the border between Indonesia and Sarawak-Malaysia. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of health service policy in the Primary Healthcare CRUABOI. This quantitative study was conducted in Primary Healthcare CRUABOI, Sambas District from June to July 2019. Data were taken through observation, document review, and in-depth interviews. Local government’s policy on health service delivery in Primary Healthcare CRUABOI, Sambas District did not run well. Some hindering factors of these conditions include communication among organizations, organizations’ human resources, disposition of implementors and bureaucratic structure. Community’s Rights to health service in Primary Healthcare CRUABOI, Sambas District have not been achieved. The central government shall predominantly fulfill health service needs in Primary Healthcare CRUABOI, Sambas District. The local government is expected to formulate more complex policy on health services in Primary Healthcare CRUABOI, Sambas District, such as conducting more socialization, allocating specific funds for CRUABOI, Sambas District, formulating SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for CRUABOI, Sambas District, and improving coordination across sectors.Keywords: Policy, Goverment, CRUABOI, Sambas

Abstract

ABSTRAKKinerja dokter spesialis merupakan salah satu aspek yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan di rawat jalan RSUD dr. Loekmonohadi Kabupaten Kudus. Indeks kepuasan masyarakat di pelayanan rawat jalan masih berada di bawah standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) dan menjadi pelayanan dengan IKM terendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kinerja dokter spesialis terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan RSUD dr. Loekmonohadi Kudus.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 pasien yang berkunjung ke pelayanan rawat jalan dokter spesialis di RSUD dr. Loekmonohadi Kudus.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan dan keahlian (p-value = 0,004), kepribadian (p-value = 0,001), lingkungan kerja (p-value = 0,001), loyalitas (p-value = 0,001), komitmen (p-value = 0,001), disiplin kerja (p-value = 0,003), komunikasi (p-value = 0,001), kecepatan (p-value = 0,003) dan inisiatif  (p-value = 0,001) dokter spesialis berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di pelayanan rawat jalan RSUD dr. Loekmonohadi Kudus. Variabel lingkungan kerja dokter spesialis merupakan variabel yang pmemiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan Exp(B) 46,732.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, RSUD dr. Loekmonohadi perlu melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja dokter spesialis di pelayanan rawat jalan serta melengkapi sarana dan prasarana terkait dengan pelayanan di rumah sakit.Kata kunci: kinerja, kepuasan, pasien dan rawat jalan ABSTRACTThe performance of a specialist is one aspect that affects the level of community satisfaction with outpatient services at the RSUD dr. Loekmonohadi. The community satisfaction index in outpatient services is still below the minimum service standard (SPM) and the service with the lowest IKM. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of specialist performance factors on outpatient satisfaction at RSUD dr. Loekmonohadi Kudus.The research used quantitative method with the number of respondents as many as 100 patients who visit the outpatient services of specialists in RSUD dr. Loekmonohadi.The results showed that ability and expertise (p-value = 0.004), personality (p-value = 0.001), work environment (p-value = 0.001), loyalty (p-value = 0.001), commitment (p-value = 0.001 ), work discipline (p-value = 0.003), communication (p-value = 0.001), speed (p-value = 0.003) and initiative (p-value = 0.001) of specialists influence patient satisfaction in outpatient services at RSUD dr . Loekmonohadi. The working environment is a variable that has the greatest influence on the satisfaction of patients with Exp (B) 46,732.Based on the results, RSUD dr. Abstract

Masalah kesehatan yang sering dialami masyarakat sekarang ini mendorong masyarakat untuk melakukan pengobatan sendiri (Swamedikasi) sebanyak 66% berdasarkan Survey Sosial Ekonomi Nasional (SUSENAS). Swamedikasi yang tidak tepat dapat merugikan bagi kesehatan sehingga perlu adanya edukasi dan sosialisasi tentang Gerakan Masyarakat Cerdas Menggunakan Obat (GeMa CerMat). Tujuan Gema Cermat ialah masyarakat mampu memilih obat yang tepat sesuai dengan penggunaan obat yang benar serta memahami penyimpanan obat maupun pembuangan obat dengan benar. Tinjauan pustaka ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi gema cermat yang tepat bagi masyarakat. 7 Artikel yang kami dapatkan selama tahun 2019 hingga 2021 di google scholar menggunakan Program Gema Cermat dapat diberikan kepada masyarakat melalui berbagai cara seperti Community Based Interactive Approach (CBIA), Model pemberdayaan masyarakat partisipatif atau Participatory Rural Apraisal (PRA),  edukasi melalui brosur, buku saku penggunaan dan penggolongan obat. Implementasi dari kegiatan Sosialisasi Gema Cermat berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan responden, penilaian perilaku responden. Edukasi GEMA CERMAT dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang swamedikasi.

Abstract

Reproductive health is always becoming an issue for adolescence. Lack of knowledge, permissive attitude, easy access to pornography and low parental supervision reported as a determinant of risky sexual behavior in adolescence. This study aimed to investigate mother’s perspectives in discussing reproductive health issues with their children aged 9-11 years old. The respondents were 8.046 mothers who had children aged 9-11 years old in Semarang, taken with a purposive sampling technique. Most mother (84.4%) were in adulthood, graduated from Senior High School (50.8%), unemployment (44%), and 47.2% was in low-middle income family. As much as 26.8% of mothers agreed that it is not necessary to inform their children about reproductive health. Talking about reproductive health is taboo for 41.9% of mothers and 38.5% felt awkward. Most of them (71.7%) encountered difficulties in starting reproductive health discussions with their children and 76.1% used other terms to name the genitals to feel more polite.  A mother who perceived that delivering reproductive health information is unnecessary (OR 1.44), taboo (OR 1.82), awkward (OR 1.93), and giving courtship permission (OR 1.28) to their children significantly becoming risk factors in practicing reproductive health education. Health workers should help the mothers improve their communication skills, especially in discussing reproductive health with children aged 9-11 years old.

Abstract

Semarang government established PONED Health Center and PONEK Hospital for referral in managingobstetric cases. In fact, response time referral is still long to get the service by patients. Research purposes,analyze of response time in the management obstetric maternal emergency referral in Semarang. Type of surveyresearch with qualitative descriptive approach and purposive technique. Data collection using indepth interviews,documentation, and source triangulation.The results, response time implementation and acceptance of referral hasnot been optimal as patient expectation. Length of time the patient came to the emergency room of Health Centeruntil ready referred to the PONEK Hospital 1-2 hours. Length of time the patient receives at the emergency roomof PONEK Hospital until get treatment room 2 -3 hours. The problem because responsiveness of the medical teamresponding to patients, maternal not carrying MCH books and not completing administrative, ambulance driverdifficult to contact, confirmation of information from referral hospital and duration of patients transfer processfrom delivery room to treatment room.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKepuasan kerja perawat saat bekerja pada sebuah rumah sakit merupakan elemen yang sangat penting dari sebuah pelayanan keperawatan yang ada di rumah sakit. Perawat merupakan salah satu bagian dari tugas dan fungsi rumah sakit sebagai suatu institusi pelayan publik. Perawat yang puas dengan pekerjaannya akan tampak lebih berbicara positif tentang rumah sakit tempatnya bekerja, membantu orang lain dengan lebih antusias, dan jauh melebihi harapan yang normal dalam pekerjaannya, serta akan menimbulkan komitmen kepada rumah sakit tempatnya bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja perawat di rumah sakit  dalam rangka keberlanjutan pengembangan sumber daya manusia . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data hasil penelitian berupa artikel ilmiah dan studi perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa gaji/upah, kepemimpinan, prilaku kelompok, motivasi kerja, kondisi pekerjaan, supervisi, lingkungan kerja, rekan kerja, dan promosi merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di rumah sakit.Kata kunci : kepuasan kerja, literatur review, perawat, rumah sakit

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan di Kabupaten Demak telah menerapkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 4 tahun 2019 tentang Standar Teknis Pemenuhan Mutu Pelayanan Dasar Pada Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Bidang Kesehatan, Puskesmas Guntur I merupakan salah satu unit pelayanan Kesehatan masyarakat yang menerapkan 12 indikator dalam pelayanan dasar tersebut. Target yang ditetapkan didalamnya adalah 100% untuk setiap indikator pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat, masih terdapat beberapa pelayanan di Puskesmas Guntur I yang belum memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan oleh SPM bidang Kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan SPM di Puskesmas Guntur I. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara indepth interview. Informasi dikumpulkan dari 5 informan yang terkait dalam pelaksanaan SPM terdiri dari informan utama dan informan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 indikator pelayanan yang belum memenuhi target SPM, yaitu pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil, pelayanan kesehatan balita, pelayanan kesehatan pada usia lanjut, pelayanan Kesehatan penderita diabetes mellitus, pelayanan kesehatan penderita hipertensi, pelayanan kesehatan orang terduga tuberkulosis, serta pelayanan kesehatan orang berisiko HIV. Beberapa faktor yang menghambat laju target SPM diantaranya kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang kurang maksimal, wilayah demografi yang luas juga berpengaruh terhadap sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan, budaya dan kesadaran masyarakat sebagai faktor eksternal, serta manajemen monitoring dan evaluasi yang kurang optimal.

Abstract

Street children are identified as a symptom of the economic crisis and excessive urbanization. Lack of basic information and knowledge about reproductive health causes street children to be vulnerable to complex problems, one of which is risky sexual behavior. The goal of this research is to find out the cross-sectoral collaboration model in reproductive health education for street children. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study research design. The research subjects were 13 main informants. The strategy used in implementing the Reproductive Health Education Services for Street Children Assisted by the Social Service is guided by the existing Street Children Reproductive Health Education Module. The instrument of data collection was in the form of guidelines for interview questions and using a tape recorder/mobile phone and stationery. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews. Data analysis in this study used content analysis and used triangulation as a test of validity and reliability. The result of this research are street children so far have not received maximum service because socialization and education programs are usually only for school children, while for street children there is no warrant. Street children have not received more attention from the social department, health department, DP3A (Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak). There is still a lack of focus on street children's reproductive health education because social department, health department, and DP3A are more focused on their main tasks and there is no special program for this.
