Human resources (HR) are an important component in the success of a company (Dessler, G., 2019).Therefore, managing and maintaining human resources is the most important key for companies to achieve their goals with various challenges in managing human resources and increasingly dynamic business dynamics (Wynne et al., 2021).New challenges after the Covid-19 pandemic and the Millennial Generation and Generation Z who are entering productive age are expected to contribute positively to the nation's progress due to the composition and dominance of the largest population. However, the reality is contrary to these estimates. where the number of millennials and some generation z who enter productive age is increasing and has dominated many jobs and is followed by an increase in turnover rates. High turnover rates exceeding the global average of 13% make organisations required to continue to improve. This study investigate the role of flexible work arrangements, Job Embeddedness and Work Life Balance in suppressing turnover intention in the millennial generation and generation Z in a finance company at the Jakarta headquarters. This research is quantitative research with Non probability. The questionnaire was distributed to employees at the headquarter multifinance company in Jakarta with 280 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. The results in this research indicate that Flexible work arrangement (FWA) has a significant negative impact on turnover intention. Flexible work arrangement has a significant positive impact on job embeddedness and work-life balance.Flexible Work Arragement (FWA) has a significant negative impact on Turnover intention which is partially intervening by job embeddedness and work-life balance.

Several studies have been conducted to evaluate the tourism industry, but very little is known about Muslim travel, particularly that of Muslim women. The motivation of Muslim women to travel is one issue that needs to be investigated, as it represents a potential target market that has not received adequate attention. This study aims to pinpoint Indonesian Muslim women's travel-related motivations. The study used a qualitative approach by conducting semi-structured interviews with nineteen Muslim women respondents chosen from a wide range of backgrounds. The interview guide consisted of questions separated into two primary categories: travel and socio-demographic profile. The results showed four primary motivations driving Muslim women to travel: (1) Spiritual growth (appreciating God's creation, receiving a blessing from God, learning about the beauty of God's creation, and showing gratitude to God); (2) Seeking experiences; (3) Destination allure; and (4) Self-relieving. The findings suggest that tourist providers must design goods and services that cater to the needs of Indonesian Muslim women.

The lack of reputable scientific journals in Indonesia has prompted the government to implement bureaucratic reforms for national scientific journal accreditation. This change forces scientific journal managers to change their management model in accordance with technological developments and changing consumer demands. This research was conducted to reveal and explain the implementation of change management in the management of scientific journals in Indonesia, namely: TEFLIN (SCOPUS Q3), Bahasa dan Seni (SINTA 2), and Basindo (SINTA 4). This research uses a quantitave approach with a multi-case study method. The result showed that changes in the management of scientific journals from print models to electronic models were possible because they were supported by the following factors: (1) conducive external and internal driving factors, (2) supportive organizational potential, (3) a strong agent of change, and (4) the use of the right strategy.
