Abstract

His mentoring intends to develop the assets of the al Maliki dormitory community at the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School Lamongan to apply managerial assistance to Al Maliki students in this mentoring leadhershep training using the ABCD method. Based on the results of the mentoring of the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method, it can be concluded that mentoring in the managerial assistance of al Maliki santri in leadhershep training will not succeed if there is no cooperation and active participation from the subject of mentoring, dormitories, foundations, especially institutions. In this era of reform and the spirit of decentralization, Islamic boarding schools need to be managed more proactively for the future of santri as quality human resources and have good morals. To achieve this goal, competencies are needed as professional human resources.

Abstract

The strategy of the head of madrasa in improving the social competence of teachers but there are still many teachers who are less than optimal in communicating well. This social competence also affects the formation of student character and affects relations with the community. This study aims to answer several problem formulations: 1) What is the strategy of the head of madrasa in improving the social competence of teachers?. 2) What are the influencing factors in improving the social competence of teachers? This type of research includes qualitative research, which generates data and is analyzed using a descriptive method adapted to MTs. Al Khoiriyah 2 Mulyorejo. The data collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study, that the strategy of the head of madrasa in improving the social competence of Mts teachers. Al Khoiriyah 2 Mulyorejo is a collaborative strategy. And in improving the social competence of teachers, the head of madrasah includes teachers in MGMP, Workshop, and IT Guidance. Not only that, once a month the head of the madrasah holds meetings and evaluations and involves teachers in community activities, namely Istighosah. That way the teacher can add insight and establish good friendship, thereby increasing interaction relations to the maximum. In accordance with the madrasa principal's strategy, several factors affect the teacher's social competence. The factors that influence in improving the social competence of teachers are the educational background of each teacher, the age of the teacher, experience in learning, influences from within and environmental conditions. As for the results of this study, it is recommended that in the future the madrasa head pays more attention to the problems that exist within the scope of the madrasa institution, especially in terms of good communication. So that teachers, staff, and students are able to apply it in everyday life to the fullest. And there needs to be a forum that bridges between teachers who take part in trainings with the intention of transmitting the knowledge that has been obtained to other teachers. So you can implement.

Abstract

Focus Study this is for understand about management curriculum thematic at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujung Pangkah Gresik in effort develop ability intellectuals participant educate . Learning thematic in SLB same with school general , which Becomes difference is teacher must capable adapt condition child , if on normally they led for complete target but in SLB is teacher teach slowly until they capable control lesson , because participant educate no easy in understand eye lesson so teacher must have method creative and unique so that participant educate easy in understand . Study this aim answer a number of Formula Problem , ie : 1. How Management Curriculum program thematic in develop ability intellectual participant educate at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujungpangkah Gresik, 2. How factor supporters and inhibitor Management curriculum program thematic in develop ability intellectual participant educate at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujungpangkah Gresik.? Method study which used in study this is with study descriptive qualitative . In collection the data use method observation , interview deep as well as documentation . Results in study this , First , that Management Curriculum at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujungpangkah Gresik use Curriculum 2013, Stages which held in Thing the ie 1) Planning curriculum thematic SDLB . 1. Share timetable lesson corresponding structure curriculum from government 3) Implementation curriculum thematic is 1. implementation curriculum customized with device learning 2. Implementation curriculum must customized with circumstances student Which one they have difference disabled , so that they capable follow learning and practice student so that capable life independent , 3) Evaluation ie with 1. Evaluation repair plan 2. Evaluation results learning , second , a number of factor inhibitor ie Condition the crew diverse , Competence that teacher diverse , Lack of cooperation by people old crew with party school so that still there is a number of difference purpose . Abstract

Disciplinary behavior of students is strongly influenced by several factors, namely; neighborhood, family and school. In this case, the madrasa becomes the baton from the family to train students discipline, because students who have a disciplined attitude will tend to grow a sense of responsibility in doing something and be able to respect and obey a rule. Students who have a disciplined attitude can become students who are faster in developing and improving their achievements, and become students who obey the rules so as to create a conducive learning atmosphere. In responding to this, the deputy head of the student madrasa of course has a strategy that he applies in improving student discipline at MA Ihyaul Ulum so that all students in the madrasa are able to become students who obey the rules that apply in the madrasa and become students who have awareness of discipline research objectives 1) To determine the strategy of vice principal in the field of student affairs in improving student discipline in MA. Ihyaul Ulum Dukun Gresik 2) To find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the vice principal of student affairs in improving student discipline at MA Ihyaul Ulum Dukun Gresik this study used a qualitative approach and the type of this research was field research (Field Research) the results of the research on the strategy of the vice principal for student affairs in improving student discipline at MA Ihyaul Ulum Dukun Gresik by a) Setting an example in being disciplined b) Both educators and students must comply with all applicable rules at the madrasa c) Implement a point system in any violation d) Cooperate with the BK teacher and all teachers e) Consistent in enforcing student discipline. f) Build communication with students, teachers and community and Characteristics of Student Discipline at MA Ihyaul Ulum Include the following: a) Discipline of student dress b) Discipline of punctuality c) Discipline of social behavior d) Discipline in learning ethics e) Discipline of following the congregation of dhuha prayers f) Discipline following congregational dhuhur prayer g) Discipline following the study/recitation of the book and dhikr after the dhuha prayer.

Abstract

In the process of early childhood, fine motor development involves a variety of ways, including utilizing media for learning. We can get this media in the surrounding environment, such as used cardboard media, which can be utilized in the learning process for early childhood by making various patterns. The purpose of the research in this study was to determine how using cardboard media for children's fine motor development. This research uses a quantitative methodology, with the research sample conducted on RA teachers. This research shows an increase in fine motor development in early childhood after using learning resources through cardboard waste. Abstract

Islamic character education plays a vital role in mitigating bullying behavior within boarding schools by fostering student behavior characterized by politeness, tolerance, and respect for differences. This study aims to analyze the significance of Islamic character education in proactively addressing bullying behavior in boarding schools through a literature review methodology. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes a literature review analysis technique to gather data from various sources, including books, journal articles, and research findings related to Islamic character education and bullying in schools. The collected data is analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings of the study indicate a pronounced urgency for implementing Islamic character education in anticipation of bullying behavior in boarding schools. Islamic character education not only shapes students' behavior to be polite, tolerant, and respectful of differences but also enhances their empathy, concern, and courage to combat bullying. Consequently, boarding schools should reinforce Islamic character education within their curriculum and integrate it into daily school activities. In conclusion, this study underscores the paramount importance of Islamic character education in preventing bullying behavior in boarding schools. Hence, it is imperative that Islamic character education becomes an integral component of the educational curriculum in boarding schools, fostering positive student behavior and reducing instances of bullying.

Abstract

Balun Village in Turi sub-district, Lamongan Regency, known as a Pancasila Village, is one example of religious abstinence based on local wisdom. The aims of study are to:(1) identify the implementation of Pancasila Village as a demonstrate for devout control, (2) get it the points of view and parts of devout and community pioneers related to Pancasila Village, and (3) create the village as a demonstrate for devout control. This study was conducted in Baran Village employing a subjective approach. Information collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, documentation, and perception with key witnesses, and youth pioneers. The discoveries demonstrate that: 1) The implementation of Pancasila Village in Lamongan has succeeded through mutual tolerance and not the imposition of religious beliefs. 2) Religious and community leaders in Baran Village effectively communicate and prioritize common interface. 3) An interesting finding is the existence of a multi-religious grave digging team in the village.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SDN 3 Sugihwaras, Desa Sugihwaras, dengan tujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pendidikan anti-bullying melalui sosialisasi berbasis kearifan lokal. Analisis situasi awal menunjukkan bahwa kasus bullying masih sering terjadi di sekolah ini, dengan pemahaman siswa dan guru yang terbatas mengenai dampak negatif bullying. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), yang memanfaatkan aset dan potensi lokal untuk merancang program sosialisasi yang relevan dan mudah diterima oleh masyarakat. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi melibatkan berbagai kegiatan, seperti lokakarya, diskusi kelompok, dan penyuluhan yang berfokus pada nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa dan guru tentang bullying, serta penurunan insiden bullying di sekolah. Kegiatan ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dengan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih aman dan ramah, serta memperkuat peran masyarakat dalam mendukung pendidikan karakter di sekolah.

Abstract

Purpose - This study examines teachers' roles in enhancing students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at MAN 2 Tulungagung. It explores teaching strategies, challenges faced, and supporting factors contributing to increased motivation. Design/Methods/Approach - A qualitative approach involved observation, document analysis, and in-depth interviews with six key informants: PAI teachers, students, school principals, parents, and school psychologists. Data analysis followed qualitative procedures, including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings - PAI teachers use group discussions, project-based learning, and technology integration to boost motivation. Teaching methods align with Self-Determination Theory (SDT) by linking lessons to students' daily lives. However, challenges like low student interest and time constraints persist. School support through training, resources, and parental involvement significantly aids motivation. Psychological factors influence learning outcomes, including self-confidence, social support, and material relevance. Research Implications/Limitations - This study highlights the importance of collaboration between teachers, schools, parents, and psychologists in fostering motivation. Findings are specific to MAN 2 Tulungagung and may not generalize to other contexts. Future research could examine similar factors in different settings. Originality/Value - This research provides new insights into the connection between teaching strategies, psychological factors, and stakeholder collaboration in religious education. It emphasizes integrating SDT principles with practical teaching methods and institutional support.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a bibliometric review of the scientific literature on Islamic Entrepreneurship from 2010 to early 2024. By applying strict inclusion and exclusion criteria and using quantitative techniques, this study identified and analyzed 36 articles published in 29 relevant journals. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database and analyzed using the Biblioshiny application to describe publication trends, citations, and author collaborations. The results show that research on Islamic Entrepreneurship has grown significantly, with a peak in publications in 2021 and 2022. There are some of the most influential writers who have made significant contributions to the understanding of Islamic entrepreneurship. Malaysia and Indonesia emerged as major contributors, reflecting the high interest in this topic in countries with the largest Muslim populations. The thematic map reveals the evolution of focus from general topics to specific issues such as innovation and SMEs in the Islamic context. Future research agendas are suggested to explore the role of digital technologies, Islamic financing models, social entrepreneurship, and the impact of government policies. These findings emphasize the importance of Islamic Entrepreneurship in a global context and provide a basis for further research in addressing the challenges and opportunities faced by Muslim entrepreneurs.
