Schema matching is an important process in the Enterprise Information Integration (EII) which is at the level of the back end to solve the problems due to the schematic heterogeneity. This paper is a summary of preliminary result work of the model development stage as part of research on the development of models and prototype of hybrid schema matching that combines two methods, namely constraint-based and instance-based. The discussion includes a general description of the proposed models and the development of models, start from requirement analysis, data type conversion, matching mechanism, database support, constraints and instance extraction, matching and compute the similarity, preliminary result, user verification, verified result, dataset for testing, as well as the performance measurement. Based on result experiment on 36 datasets of heterogeneous RDBMS, it obtained the highest P value is 100.00% while the lowest is 71.43%; The highest R value is 100.00% while the lowest is 75.00%; and F-Measure highest value is 100.00% while the lowest is 81.48%. Unsuccessful matching on the model still happens, including use of an id attribute with data type as autoincrement; using codes that are defined in the same way but different meanings; and if encountered in common instance with the same definition but different meaning.

Community Service Program (KKN) is an intrakurikuler activity that combines Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi implementation to provide stock to students in the form oflearning experiences and community empowerment. KKN is a vehicle for the application and development of science, technology and arts, carried out outside thecampus, in time, working mechanisms, and certain requirements. KKN program at the Institut Sains & Teknologi AKPRIND Yogyakarta, as well as efforts to improve empathyand awareness of students in the community and apply science, especially science and technology in the midst of society. The process of implementing KKN also get guidance from lecturers. In the guidance of this KKN, lecturers also play a role in the implementation of community service. With the involvement of this lecturer is expectedto implement KKN can run in accordance with the policy of the Institute. Implementation of KKN is done by Gedong Kuning with work program to improve human resource skill to support entrepreneurship interest. Hopefully this program can be implemented well by the community to reduce unemployment and increase income.

Jenjang kepangkatan merupakan salah satu parameter profesionalitas seorang Guru, sehingga Guru dituntut untuk terus menaikkan jenjang kepangkatannya. Namun, umumnya Guru mengalami permasalahan untuk mengajukan kenaikan jenjang kepangkatannya, dikarenakan minimnya publikasi ilmiah. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan cara meningkatkan kemampuan Guru agar mampu menyusun naskah publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal nasional. Kegiatan PkM ini dilakukan melalui kolaborasi tiga Perguruan Tinggi, yaitu IST AKPRIND Yogyakarta, Universitas AMIKOM Yogyakarta, dan Universitas Muria Kudus. Kegiatan ini merupakan pelaksanaan tahap pertama dari tiga tahap yang direncanakan. PkM ini dilaksanakan di SMK N 2 Magelang dengan durasi waktu 130 jam dan peserta sebanyak 31 orang dari. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan meliputi: pengurusan perijinan dan survei, pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan mitra, penyusunan rencana program dan kegiatan, penyusunan dan penandatangan naskah MOU dan MOA para pihak, penyusunan modul kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan diakhiri dengan penyusunan laporan kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan ini disimpulkan bahwa materi PkM sesuai kebutuhan peserta, strategi kolaborasi lintas institusi Perguruan Tinggi memungkinkan setiap Pelaksana melaksanakan tugas sebaik-baiknya. Strategi kolaborasi PkM memerlukan koordinasi, pembagian tugas, dan penjadwalan yang baik agar pelaksanaannya berjalan dengan baik dan lancar sesuai program yang dirancang sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Pelaksanaan PkM ini masih perlu dilanjutkan untuk merealisasikan 2 tahap kegiatan yang telah dirancang secara berkelanjutan sehingga luaran kegiatan yang ditetapkan dapat dicapai.

An assessed hotel service is necessary for tourists and everyone who is traveling, however currently it is still difficult to find recommended hotel information. The solution provided in this research is to propose a smart application that has been developed by implementing machine learning in it. The purpose is to build a sentiment review smart application by applying the sentiment analysis hybrid model of the best neural network (NN) algorithm model that has been optimized using genetic algorithms. To get the right model, the research method was carried out with experiments starting from the initial stages of conducting data preprocessing, tokenization, weighting, modeling experiments, and conducting the system evaluation stage to determine the success of the proposed model. The progress of the application development system is by using the prototyping model. SentiHotel is a sentiment application that was successfully built to provide a solution for tourists in assessing a hotel service. The software validation test is carried out using the blackbox method and the results show that the SentHotel application is in accordance with the expected result; all system functions can run properly.

Abstract: Bantul District Government has been developing e-Gov applications through the development of application systems 28 and 34 websites, and the two GIS-based applications. Application system is used for internal data processing needs, while the website and GIS-based application used to display the content information to the public. One application of ICT is an urgent problem to be addressed by the Bantul regency is how to integrate data between systems and between the existing website in order to provide accurate nd consistent information. This problem arises because each application system and website are still using the separately database, and the development of new systems are always developed a new database and repeat the data entry process from initial. This paper reveals how to utilize the potential national people database in the e-ktp systems and integration in 17 priority application systems and 21 existing website. Three strategies for integration between the proposed system is to utilize the population as a master database, web services development strategies, and web services modeling strategy. By using the national people database, then the system of existing applications and websites can be communicated with each other through the mechanism of data exchange services using web services. By using a single source of verified data, then the system of existing applications and websites will result in an accurate and consistent information. Abstract : Government of Indonesia in this regard Kemendagri is currently implementing an e-ID card (e-KTP) program that was developed by the Single Identification Number (SIN). The program is expected to generate an accurate database of the national population. Availability of better population database will provide the maximum benefit if it can be utilized in various applications of information systems at the regency. Distributed database population is a potential development of e-Gov better, through the development of various primary and secondary/derivative information systems with integrated of database, middleware, and applications which developed by web service technologies. Evaluation of system performance continuously also need to be done as part of the process in the life cycle of information systems. Abstrak Peran guru di era digital saat ini tidak hanya berperan sebagai pendidik tetapi juga sebagai penggerak dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang berkembang cepat harus dapat diikuti para guru dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Salah satu bentuk penggunaan teknologi informasi dapat diimplementasikan dalam bentuk bahan ajar. Dengan adanya bahan ajar berbasis digital ini, proses pembelajaran dapat dikemas lebih menarik dengan menambahkan materi yang menggunakan multimedia seperti animasi, gambar dan video.Proses pembuatan bahan ajar digital dapat menggunakan aplikasi yang khusus digunakan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar. Dengan aplikasi yang khusus ini, proses pembuatan bahan ajar dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan para guru diharapkan tidak mengalami kesulitan. Dengan kemudahan aplikasi yang diharapkan guru dapat mengembangkan bahan ajar dengan mudah dan hasil bahan ajar yang mempunyai tampilan yang menarik Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan bahan ajar adalah dengan menggunakan sparkol videoscribe.Dalam program pengabdian pada masyarakat khususnya para guru di SMK Tembarak Temanggung, tim dari IST AKPRIND memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan para guru dalam pengembangan bahan ajar dengan menggunakan videoceribe. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan tutorial dan contoh pembuatan materi serta memebrikan pendampingan dengan melihat langsung hasil akhir dari bahan ajar yang dibuat para guru. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini, para guru sudah mampu dalam membuat bahan ajar berbasis digital.Kata kunci : Guru, bahan ajar, videoscribe, SMK Tembarak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi rancangan struktur database dalam SIAPT terhadap hasil-hasil penelitian sebelumnya dan sampel rancangan strukutr database yangg sedang digunakan pada saat ini. Evaluasi didasarkan pada parameter yang diturunkan dari definisi database yang diberikan oleh James Martin pada tahun 1975. Penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasi dua permasalahan utama pada rancangan struktur database dalam SIAPT. Pertama, sebagian besar perancang umumnya tidak memperhatikan aspek fleksibitas struktur database. Perubahan-perubahan kebutuhan informasi (dan data) di masa mendatang cenderung tidak diantisipasi dengan baik. Kedua, adanya perbedaan pandangan tentang konsep sistem dan subsistem oleh para perancang, sehinga rancangan struktur database umumnya terbatas untuk level subsistem dan tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan baru yang berakibat pada munculnya kerangkapan data (data redundancy) dalam database. Dua hal tersebut telah menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya fenomena “tambal sulam” aplikasi SIM dan struktur database dalam SIAPT.
