Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential and obstacles in developing the Dempo Banana home industry in Bombana Regency. The reason for choosing the research topic is that the commodity in Bombana Regency is bananas, which makes the banana demo product a typical snack in Bombana Regency which still needs to be developed. And to develop a development strategy, the type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely an analysis used to describe or solve problems systematically using the SWOT analysis method, namely an analysis intended to see the extent of the implementation of the Dempo Banana Home Industry Development Strategy based on strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, after analyzing the four SWOT indicators, we then developed appropriate alternative strategies to be applied to the domestic banana dumpling industry. The results of this research show that strategies that can be implemented include: (A). Utilizing Capital Assistance from the Government to Support the Development of the Dempo Banana Home Industry. (b). Utilizing the special characteristics of Banana Dempo as a typical banana snack that is famous throughout Indonesia. (C). Utilizing the Abundant Availability of Raw Materials as a Means of Running a Production Process That Supports Product Availability in the Industry. (D). Maintain consumer/customer loyalty by maintaining the quality of existing products and continuing to innovate so that consumers do not get bored with the taste, appearance and quality of the product. (E). Must maintain good product quality in terms of hygiene, halal, packaging and price so that customers do not Turn to Other Products.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the use of Green Accounting in medical waste management at AMC Hospital. Bandung AMC Hospital is the subject of the study. The research methodology is qualitative. According to the study's findings, the hospital's spending for medical management waste. These expenses are reported in identical accounts, and the disclosure of incurred environmental costs has yet to be published in a distinct report from the parent report. Based on the notion of green accounting, this study reveals environmental cost reports and how to quantify the costs of environmental information supplied by hospitals for medical management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1) The influence of financial literacy on financial management behavior among Small Medium Enterprise (SME) in Kolaka Regency. 2) The Influence of Financial Attitudes on Financial Management Behavior among SME owner in Kolaka Regency. This research is a research employed quantitative approach. Data collection of the research used observation, documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is SME owner in Kolaka Regency. Meanwhile, the sample for this research consisted of 386 respondents using purposive sampling techniques, namely the technique of determining certain criteria. Research instrument testing used validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used is measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Financial Literacy variable has no influence on the Financial Management Behavior of SME owner. And the Financial Attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior of SME owner.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: The influence of service quality on interest in purchasing Suzuki brand motorbikes in Kolaka; The influence of product innovation on interest in purchasing Suzuki brand motorbikes in Kolaka. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection in this research used observation, literature study, and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is the Kolaka community. Meanwhile, the research sample consisted of 130 respondents using techniques accidental sampling. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based Partial Least Square (PLS) with testing measurement model (outer model), testingmodel structural (inner model) with smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is an influence between Service Quality and Purchase Interest And there is an influence between Product Innovation and Purchase Interest.

Abstract

In the current era of global competition, organizations that want to continue to exist and develop must be able to produce innovative products or services. Innovative work behavior is one of the essential things that allows each individual or group to achieve organizational goals. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of paternalistic leadership and learning organizations on the innovative work behavior of PDAM Kolaka Regency employees. This study used a quantitative approach, with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data collected was analyzed using structure equation modeling (SEM) with the help of the Smart PLS program. The results of the study show that there is no significant relationship between paternalistic leadership and innovative work behavior. This is due to wrong reasons. This is because in a paternalistic leadership style, leaders act like parents, so employees tend to rely on their leaders to provide direction and do not feel encouraged to take the initiative at work. While the influence of learning organization variables on innovative work behavior based on research results shows that it has an influence. This is because the training and employee development carried out by PDAM Kolaka Regency can be a means for employees to share experiences, knowledge, and innovative ideas, encouraging the exchange of ideas and better collaboration. Abstract

This Research Aims To Know: (1) The Effect of Safety Climate on Safety Performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULPLTD Kolaka. (2) The Effect of Perceived Supervisor Safety on Safety Performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULPLTD Kolaka. This study used a quantitative method approach, collecting data in this study using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population in this study are employees who work at PT PLN (Persero) ULPLTD Kolaka. While the sample in this study amounted to 51 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is to test the measurement model (outer model) and test the structural model (inner model) with smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the safety climate variables on safety performance. What is shown is the statistical value of 2.741, the original sample value is 0.548 and the P-value is 0.006. for the perceived supervisor safety variable has a positive and insignificant effect on safety performance showing a statistical value of 0.944, the original sample value is 0.191 and the P-value is 0.345.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Stres Kerja pada Unsur Pimpinan di Lingkup Fakultas Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. (2) pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Stres Kerja pada Unsur Pimpinan di Lingkup Fakultas Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. Penelitian ini merupakan model penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Studi Pustaka, penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Unsur Pimpinan di Lingkup Fakultas Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka, yang berjumlah 51 orang. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 orang. Pengujian instrument penelitian menggunkana uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan SPSS 25.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan singnifikan antara variabel Beban Kerja terhadap Stres Kerja Sedangkan variabel Work Life Balance tidak memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap Stres Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap Stres Kerja Perawat pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buton Tengah (2) pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Stres Kerja Perawat pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang ada pada RSUD Kab. Buton Tengah. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada uji measure model (outer model) dan pengujian model struktural (inner model) dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja yang ditunjukkan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,073 dengan P-Value 0,039. Sedangkan variabel Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,180 dengan P-Value sebesar 0,030.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan utama, yakni: (1) Menginvestigasi dampak citra merek terhadap keinginan untuk membeli produk Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kolaka. (2) Mengevaluasi pengaruh religiusitas terhadap keinginan untuk membeli produk Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kolaka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori yang mencakup pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan, dokumentasi, dan distribusi kuesioner. Seluruh populasi Kabupaten Kolaka menjadi subjek penelitian, dengan sampel sejumlah 130 responden yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian dijamin menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 25.0. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berdasarkan Partial Least Square (PLS), dengan pengujian model pengukuran dan model struktural menggunakan Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan citra merek terhadap keinginan untuk membeli produk, sementara religiusitas juga memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kecenderungan untuk menggunakan produk tersebut.. Abstract This study aims to: (1) Examine the effect of brand image on the intention to purchase Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kolaka products. (2) Assess the impact of religiosity on the intention to purchase Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kolaka products. The research uses an explanatory quantitative approach, including data collection through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The study covers all residents of Kolaka Regency, with a sample size of 130 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Validity and reliability of research instruments were ensured using SPSS 25.0. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS), with Smart PLS 4.0 used to test the measurement model and the structural model. The findings highlight a positive and significant influence of brand image on product intention, along with a similar positive and significant impact of religiosity on product inclination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and hedonic shopping on impulse buying in consumers of MR DIY Kolaka stores. This research is a quantitative study with an eksolanatory research approach using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were all consumers of MR DIY Kolaka stores with 120 respondents using purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining certain criteria. Testing research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Store Atmosphere variable on Impulse Buying at MR.DIY Kolaka Store Consumers, which is indicated by the t-statistic value of 4.293 with a P-Value of 0.000. While the Hedonic Shopping variable on Impulse Buying in MR.DIY Store consumers has a positive and significant effect, which is indicated by the t-statistic value of 5.792 with a P-Value of 0.000.
