Abstract

This study examines the impact of illegitimate tasks on job satisfaction and counterproductive work behavior among lecturers at Universitas Sembilanbelas November (USN) Kolaka. Utilizing an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach, data were gathered through questionnaires. The study involved 317 lecturers, With a total of 177 respondents, the sample was selected using Slovin’s formula and a stratified random sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) through SmartPLS 4.0. The findings reveal that illegitimate tasks have a significant negative impact on job satisfaction while exerting a significant positive influence on counterproductive work behavior

Abstract

This research seeks to identify the influence of knowledge sharing regarding innovative work behavior via work flexibility mediation. This research employs a quantitative method approach. The process of gathering data in this research uses observation, questionnaires and documentation. The study's population is all msmes in south buton regency. Meanwhile, this study's sample comprised 378 MSMEs. Testing of the research instrument used validation tests and reliability tests with spss 25.0. The data analysis technique employed in this study includes the measurement model test and structural model test. Based on the results of the study it is known that: (1) knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on work flexibility. (2) work flexibility has no effect on innovative work behavior. (3) knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. (4) knowledge sharing through work flexibility has no effect on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

This research is a research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the aim to determine internal and external factors and analyze the strategy of developing banana dempo business as a superior product in the area of ​​Bombana Regency. This study uses a SWOT analysis with a matrix of IFE and EFE can be identified important factors from both the external environment and the internal environment that are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of banana dempo business in Bombana district. Based on the problem formulation of the SWOT analysis in the IFE matrix shows that the strength and weakness factors have a total score of 2.54, this identifies that the banana dempo business in Bombana Regency is in a fairly strong internal position, where this business has internal strength both in terms of product and strategy. However, based on the EFE matrix shows that the opportunity and threat factor has a total score of 2.77 which means that the banana dempo business does not respond to the opportunities that exist and avoid threats in the industrial market. Developed in the Cartesian diagram that the banana dempo business in Bombana Regency is in quadrant III where the quadrant is a business that has a weak position. So it is expected to change the previous strategy because, the old strategy was feared difficult to be able to capture the opportunities that exist while improving the performance of the banana dempo business organization in Bombana Regency. The position in this quadrant is very dangerous if it does not change the strategy in the banana dempo business in Kolaka Regency, because from the results of the banana dempo business assessment must improve the quality of products and human resources by maintaining strength and must take advantage of opportunities that exist including government support and the use of technology in designing Banana dempo products in realizing superior population in Bombana district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh persepsi dukungan pengawas dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Damai Jaya Lestari. Penelitian ini merupakan model penelitian Explanatory Research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Studi Pustaka, penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Damai Jaya Lestari yang berjumlah 270. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yang berjumlah 161. Pengujian instrument penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan SPSS 25.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa persepsi dukungan pengawas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Begitupula dengan kompensasi dapat memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
