Abstract

Abstract: Unemployment is one of the main problems that have always faced by each country. Therefore the institution particularly SMK must be capable of setting up and directing its students enter the workforce that has the soul of entrepreneurship. In addition to the factors of the institution in such a personal self efficacy and parental background also affects the students to become entrepreneurs. This research aims to examine the influence of the economic background of the parents and self efficacy entrepreneurship interest efficacy of students. The population of this research are all students of smk labor class XI who got the entrepreneurial subjects as much as 193 students, with the number of samples as much as 115 students. The analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results showed 1) parental economic background is positive and significant effect against the interest in entrepreneurship students, 2) self efficacy are positive and significant effect against the interest in entrepreneurship students, and 3) economic background parents and self-efficacy is simultaneously positive and significant effect against the interest in entrepreneurship students.Key Words: economic background of parents, Self Efficacy, interest in Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstrack: In general, social studies are taught using lecture and question and answer with the involvement of students in the learning process was minimal. Consiquencyt, students are not motivated to keep learning as expected by teachers So many students do not pay attention when the teacher explains the lesson, is not eager to ask or answer questions from teachers and do not want to know about what is conveyed by the teacher. Additionally, when the teacher gives the task, there are many students who do not do the work. It inlah which shows students' motivation in learning is very low. To that end, efforts should be made improvements in the learning process by selecting the appropriate teaching methods and appropriate for use. So students have the motivation to participate in every stage of learning. The aim of the study was to increase the motivation of social studies students of class VII in SMP N 6 Tanah Putih by using cooperative learning model make a match. This research was conducted in SMP N 6 Tanah Putih. The sample used in this study were students of class VII consists of 24 students. Data was collected using observation sheet teacher activity, student activities, student motivation and achievement test. Data analysis techniques in this study using the technique teacher activities, student activities and student motivation. From the analysis done shows cooperative learning model make a match proved to increase motivation to learn, especially in the IPS study Bisang class VII N 6 Tanah Putih.Keywords: PPD Learning Method, Student Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify and analyze the relationship between the participation of members of the cooperative with SHU reception at the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Karya Sawit subdistrict Rumbio Kratai Bukit Desa Jaya Kampar regency. This study was conducted from March to May 2016. The subjects were members of the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Karya Sawit subdistrict Rumbio Kratai Bukit Desa Jaya Kampar Regency as many as 48 people. The sample used (sample random sampling). The data used is secondary data, namely data necessary to support the analysis and discussion of members' savings and reception of data SHU. Data analysis techniques in this study is to test Rank Spearman nonparametric statistical methods that are processed through the program SPSS 18 and Microsoft Excel program. The results of this study indicate that the participation of the members has a positive and significant relationship with the reception SHU. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of the number head together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model on students INTEGRATED IPS learning outcomes IN CLASS VIII. This research was conducted at MTs Nurul Insan in the academic year 2018/2019. This research is experimental research. The population in class VIII consisted of 90 students from 3 classes while the study sample consisted of 60 students. For the experimental class totaling 30 students and for the control class totaling 30 students. For sampling classes using random sampling. The research instruments used are observation sheets (teacher activities, student activities and documentation) and data collection tools (pretest and posttest). The analysis of INTEGRATED IPS learning outcomes data using different test shows that the INTEGRATED IPS learning outcomes use NHT with an average value of 72.63, is greater than the class using the lecture method with an average value of 65.4. The difference is close to significance. Based on the results of the N-Gain score obtained a value of 0.36 which lies at a score of 0.7> gain> 0.3. So, it can be concluded that the NHT type of cooperative learning model towards the learning outcomes of experimental class students is in the moderate category and deserves to be considered as one of the learning models used in the learning process.Key Words: Model Number Head Together (NHT), Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of price on the purchase decision of furniture products in CV Kunteng Garuda Sakti subdistrict Tampan Pekanbaru. The population in this researc are all consumers who made purchasing decisions during the last 3 years ie 2015, 2016, 2017 with the number of consumers 532 people, and the sample of 84 people with sampling technique using the method of Proportional Random Sampling is a sampling technique performed by taking representative of each unit excist in the population. The data is measured by using The data analysis used is simple linear regression. The result of the descriptive research shows the price variable on the average of dominant consumers stated the price determined by CV Kunteng in accordance with product quality on the strength or durable of each of its products. While the variable purchase decisions on average consumers declare purchasing decisions made on CV Kunteng in because of a sense of need in furniture products in CV Kunteng. Based on these results, the hypothesis that has been done about the influence of price on the purchase decision of furniture products in CV Kunteng Garuda Sakti Tampan Pekanbaru District, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the purchase price of furniture products in CV Kunteng Pekanbaru by 49.1%, while the remaining 50.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on this result is expected CV Kunteng to always always pay attention to the price factor through affordability of the price among the community on every product that consumers want in an effort to improve consumer purchasing decisions.Keywords: Price, Decision, Purchase, Product, Furniture

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of the influence of giving compensation and discipline on the teacher performance SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The population in this research is teacher SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru that is as many as 33 teacher. Measurement data using documentation and questionnaire. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the interest of compensation and discipline have a significant effect on teacher performance. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained value of 0.631. This means that the contribution of the influence of learning interest and learning facilities on learning achievement is 63.1%, while the remaining 36.9% influenced by other factors outside research such as work motivation, work environment and so forth. Partial compensation has a positive effect on teacher performance of 0.502, while partial discipline has an effect on performance of 0.327.Key Words: Compeensation, Discipline, teacher performance

Abstract

Abstack : The automotive industry is growing very rapidly in Indonesia, especially motorcycles. This condition makes consumers will be more selective in deciding to buy a brand of motorcycles. Purchasing decisions can be based on a variety of things including the product attributes and consumer attitudes toward the product. In choosing a product, consumers will be influenced by product attributes. Based on higher sales and a growing number of users Beat ESP Series as well as increased competition in product design attributes tribute to attract consumers. In this case, this study has the objective to determine the effect of product attributes and attitudes of consumers towards the purchase decision. This research is a quantitative research. The population is a student at the University of Riau with established criteria, then it is used a sample of 50 students with accidental sampling technique. Moreover, data and instruments is used primary data and questionnaire survey method. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test and multiple linear regressions. The results obtained by analysis of product attributes and consumer attitudes or a significant positive influence on purchase decisions. From the results of research, the researcher suggested that firms increase or maintain product attributes in order to remain the top choice of consumers.Keywords : Decision Purchasing, Product Attributes, Consumer Attitudes

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of the interest in entrepreneurship learning outcomes of students of class XI TKJ SMK 1 Pekanbaru . This research was conducted in SMK Negeri 1 Pekanbaru from December 2015 through January 2016. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method . A population of 64 students and a sample of 64 students. Data collection instruments used were questionnaires were processed using a Likert scale for dependent variables : interest in entrepreneurship ( Y ) ; documentation used for the independent variables : the learning outcomes ( X ) . The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression statistical techniques . From the results , it can be concluded that : ( 1 ) the learning outcomes affect the interest in entrepreneurship ; ( 2 ) the influence of the learning outcomes of the interest in entrepreneurship is 28,8 .Keywords : Influence , the result of learning , interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of the socio-economic conditions and educational background of parents on the learning motivation of students of SMK Negeri 1 Kempas Indragiri Hilir. The population in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Kempas. This number cannot be determined. The sampling technique uses the simple random sampling method, which is a way to identify, select and take samples in a continuous network or chain of relationships until the number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. The data analysis used is the prerequisite test that has been carried out by the SPSS Statistics Version 22 program. The results of the study stated that 1) the socio-economic conditions had a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation, 2) the educational background of parents had a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation, 3) the socioeconomic conditions and educational background of parents had a positive and significant effect on Student's motivation to study.Keywords: Socio-Economic Conditions, Parents Background, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of the intensity of the game online against the learning achievements on economic subjects of cross-class XI IA interest in SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. The entire research population of students who attend a cross-economy interests as much as 196 students and as a sample research amounted to 45 students obtained from pre surve. This is done by sampling technique of purposive sampling quota. The data collected via the question form and documentation. The results showed: (1) the learning achievements of students still low average acquisition value 77.75 with KKM amounting to 80. (2) the frequency of different types of online games are most popular among students of non economic online game, online games, online games and competitions is playing a non online game economics with the highest percent of number 26 and the percentage of 57.8%, based on the highest online game classification i.e. mobile legend with the average number of 2.37. Economic online game for the number of tentinggi of 3 percent with a percentage amounting to 6.7, with the highest economic online game classification i.e., railroad tycoon II with an average number of 1.67. While online gaming competition number of the highest numbered 16 percent and the percentage of 35.5%, with the highest online game competitions classification i.e. mobile legend with the average number of 2.18. (3) research results based on multiple linear regression equation PB = 0.357 87.451 – GONE – 0.486 GOE – 0.287 KGO meaning non economic online game, online games, online game and competition have a negative significant influence towards the achievement learn. This occurs because students tend to have high intensity against online gaming and online gaming competition rather than economic online game.Key Words: Intensity game online, Student Achievements
