Abstract

Abstract: This research to investigate the influence of personal and psychological factors on the decision to save in Nagari Bank Branch Pangkalan. This research was conducted in Nagari Bank Branch Pangkalan which is located in Jorong Pasar Baru Kecamatan Pangkalan Baru Koto, Kabupaten 50 Kota, West Sumatra. With a sample of 97 customers using the formula slovin. The research instrument used was a questionnaire by using descriptive data analysis and regression. From the results of research using descriptive analysis known that personal factors most respondents are at very high category as many as 64 respondents or 65.97%. This means customers found personal factors influence a client's decision to save in Nagari Bank Branch Pangkalan. For psychological factors that most respondents are in the high category, only 40 respondents or 41.23%. The percentage impact that psychological factors are still under 50%. This means that the client believes that psychological factors do not affect the customer's decision to save in Nagari Bank Branch Pangkalam. Using statistical analysis known that personal and psychological factors influence simultan toward saving decision (Fhitung 27.484> Ftabel 3.09). While partially personal factors significantly influence decision-saving (thitung 5,249> t table 1.661) whereas psychological factors did not significantly influence the decision to save (thitung 0.444 <t table 1.661). From the calculation of the coefficient of determination of personal and psychological factors have an influence on the decision to save Bank Nagari Base Branch of 35.6% and the remaining 64.4% is influenced by other factors not examined. Thus the expected Bank Nagari improve personal and psychological factors that may influence the decision to save the customer.Keywords: Influenced, Personal Factors, Psychological Factors, The Decision To Save

Abstract

Abstract: This research is about the application of 5C principles (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition) to bad credit. Lending PT. Adira Multifinance Dynamics is inseparable from the risk of bad credit, for that it requires risk management that can minimize the level of losses that may arise by trying to examine the factors that cause the occurrence of bad credit. Thus researchers are interested in conducting this research. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of 5C and the level of bad credit. The population of the study is customers who are included in the list of bad loans at PT. Adira Multifinance Dynamics. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires and secondary, namely by listing customers who experience bad credit. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression. The results of the study show that the principle of applying 5C itself is often ignored in the process of applying for credit. Where, many found marketing that handles every customer often do data manipulation. And this is less prudent in a credit officer in terms of assessing credit applications.Key Words: Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition, Bad credit.

Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to determine the influence the quality of service to customer satisfaction at the workshop Fadil Motor Ppekanbaru city. Population in this study were customer of workshop Fadil Motor Pekanbaru as many as 112 customer, and the sample of 53 customer. Measurement of data using the question form and documentation. Analysis of data used is simple linear regression. The result of research based on simple linear regression showed quality of service influence to customer satisfaction at the workshop Fadil Motor Pekanbaru, this can be seen from constant value (a) equal to 45.733 and regression coefficient value (b) equal to 0.479 with regression equation 45.733+0.479. Seen from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained the value of 0.360. Means that the contribution of quality of service influence on customer satisfaction outcomes of 36,0%..Keyword: Quality of Service, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities at home and interest on student learning motivation in Economics in class XI Ips SMA Negeri 4 Kundur. The background of this research is the student's learning motivation which is still low in the Economics subject. This research was conducted on class XI Ips SMA Negeri 4 Kundur with a total student population of 89 students. In this study, using a saturated sampling technique (census), in which the entire population was sampled because the population was less than 100. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire containing questions to measure learning motivation, learning facilities at home and interest in learning which were distributed to class XI Ips SMA Negeri 4 Kundur as respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data is in the form of data on school profiles which was carried out in April 2019/2020 odd semester at SMA Negeri 4 Kundur. The data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results showed that learning facilities and interest in learning had an effect on student learning motivation in class XI Ips SMA Negeri 4 Kundur with the regression equation Y = 15,924 + 0,535 x1 + 0.864x2 and contributes to student learning motivation by 36%.Key Words: Factors, Learning Interests, Learning Facilities At Home, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstack: this study aims to determine the effect of Motivation and Work Environment on the Work Concept. The population in this research is 24 hour indomaret employee in Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru consisting of 10 units of indomaret amounting to 100 people, the sample in this research is 50 employees. Sampling technique using cluster sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis, t test and F test with significant level of 0.05%. Based on the research, it is found that work motivation and work experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work concept. This is based on the result of analysis, where the calculation result shows Fcount> Ftable (10,050> 3,18). Furthermore, by t test to determine whether each independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable. The results of partial research for the variable work motivation is obtained t arithmetic = -388 with significant value 0.700 <0.05 This shows that partially states that there is influence of motivation on employee work concept. And partial test for work environment variable is calculated = 4.472 with significant value equal to 0.000. this shows that partially states that there is influence of work environment to employee work concept. The prediction ability of both variable to work concept in research equal to 28.2%. (adjusted R Square 0.282) while the remaining 71.8% influenced by other factors not included in this study.Keywords: Motivation, Environment, and Concept.

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of the study is to know the influencet of capital and the participation of members abaut (SHU) on KPRI University of Riau. The subject of this study is the members of KPRI University OF Riau, amount 94 people, the samples are taken by using the proportional sampling. The data are primary data and secondary data with data collection by using questionnaires and documentation. The echnique of analysis data I used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis processed through SPSS 16.0 For Windows and Microsoft Excel program. The results of this study indicate that capital and the participation have significant effect on SHU. It’s meani the more higher capital from the member so the more hugher parcipation of member too and it wiil be increasing attainment of SHU. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of teacher teaching skills and student participation on learning outcomes subjects Basic Accounting class X Accounting Expertise Program SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the students of class X Accounting Expertise Program which amounted to 99 people, the sample of this study is all students of class X Accounting Expertise Program. Data analysis method used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that teachers' teaching skills have a positive and significant effect on student participation. Teacher's teaching skills have no significant effect on learning outcomes. Student participation has a significant effect on learning outcomes. Path analysis results obtained that the teacher's teaching skills have a direct effect on participation. Teacher's teaching skills have a direct effect on learning outcomes but have no direct effect. Student participation has a direct effect on learning outcomes.Key Words: Teacher’s Teaching Skill, Student Participation, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: Fish Salai is a kind of traditional food at affordable prices and has a distinctive taste and savory. Demand for fish Salai in the village of Koto Masjid enormous because catfish smoked fish processing centers exist only in the village of Koto Masjid and also Salai Fish Marketing area is generally prevalent in the area Riau Province and outside the area of Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to determine Prospects Ikan Patin Salai seen from Aspects of Revenue and Business Development in the future. Respondents were interviewed are entrepreneurs Salai fish processors in the village of Koto Masjid District XIII Koto Kampar with numbered sample of 7 respondents. The results showed an overall revenue smoked fish processing, on average, net income of Rp. 19,026,201 and the number of comparison analysis to the average level of the ratio of R / C is 1.15. And the breakdown of a SWOT analysis business development aspects: 1). Maintaining taste delicious, distinctive and durable. 2). Maintain and increase the price and the production process is easy and fast. 3). Adding new marketing branch. 4). Producing its own raw materials in the form of catfish 5). Adding a variety of new products to prevent kebosananan smoked fish, catfish. 6). To collaborate with the owners of capital such as banks, cooperatives 7). And improve the quality of product variants. 8). Creating a good business management so as to increase the maximum benefit and coordinated effort 9). Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the influence of the entrepreneurial practice and the family environment on the entrepreneurial interests of students in SMK Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The total population in this study were all of the students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Pekanbaru which is 470 students. This study used the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples which was used from the entire population with an overall level of 10%, so the sample is taken at least, 83 students. Testing the data by using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is multiple linear regressions. The results showed that the entrepreneurial practice and the family environment had a significant influence on the entrepreneurial interests at students in SMK Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, in the amount of 0.178 and 0.065 with the regression equation Y = (-15.993) + 0.178 X1 + 0.065 X2 and contributed 29.4% to the entrepreneurial interests.Key words: The Entrepreneurial Practice, The Family Environment, The Entrepreneurial Interests

Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to determine the effect of leverage and firm size on the extent of voluntary disclosure both simultaneously and partially in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2013 until 2015. The population oh this research is 18 manufacturing and textile companies. Company with a 3 year observation year in which the data is examined by census. This study uses secondary data sourced from financial statement. The data analysis tecnique used is multiple linier regression assisted by the statistical package social sciences program. The results showed that leverage and firm size had a simultaneous effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure, while partially leverage had a positive effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure and firm size had a negative effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure.Key Words: Leverage, Firm Size and Voluntary Disclosure.
