Abstract

Abstract: The research is done to University of Riau Economic Education students to examine about the effect of product attribute and brand image on customer satisfaction of sympathetic cellular card. Sampling with proportional random sampling. While the data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (f test and t test). Based on result of analysis of test data f, that product attribute and brand image together have significant effect to satisfaction. Based on t test, product attribute have an effect on to customer satisfaction 2,171 is significant, on brand image to customer satisfaction have influence equal to 7.024 is significant. If the attribute of the product and the brand image of the sympathy card is very good and can meet the customer's needs, the company succeeded in achieving the sympathetic cellular subscriber's satisfaction, but if the product attribute and the brand image of the sympathetic mobile card is not good then the company fails to give satisfaction to the customer because the company does not menyedikan According to customer requirement of cellular card usage.Keywords: Product Attributes, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrack: The objectives of this research were to know the effect of entrepreneurship education student of economic education FKIP Riau University. The population of this research was the student of economic education FKIP Riau University force as 2013, 2014, and 2015 amount 253 people and the sample amount 37 people. The collected data used questionnaire and interviews. Data analysis of this research used simple linier regression. Research result based on simple linier regression showed that entrepreneursihip education influence on entrepreneurship activity student of economic education student force as 2013, 2014, and 2015 in FKIP Riau University, this can be seen from a constant value (a) of 19,452 and the value coefisien regression (b) of 1,077 with a regresiion equation 19,452 + 1,077. According the calculation of R (R squer change) obtained a value of 0,159. It means that the contribution of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship activity by 15,9%. Based on the results of research, suggestions or recommendations from researchers is that students should be able to maintain their entrepreneurial skills as a supporting factor in maintaining the entrepreneurial activities they have in order to facilitate the achievement of the goals they want to achieve and encourage business success in the future.Key Word :Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurship Activity

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of exemplary economics teachers on the discipline of class XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru as many as 87 students, thus taking the overall sample of the population, namely 87 students. Testing data using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the exemplary economy teachers on the discipline of class XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru with an influence contribution of 10.3% while the remaining 89.7% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.Key Words: Student Discipline, Teacher Exemplary

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of FKIP students with learning facilities at FKIP University of Riau. The population used in this study were FKIP University of Riau students class 2017, 2018, and 2019. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Samples were taken as many as 361 students from 3753 students, using the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples used. The collected data is then tabulated and analyzed using themethod Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the average value of the attribute suitability level was 58.59% from 100%. From the level of suitability of these attributes, it can be concluded that the FKIP University of Riau students were not satisfied with the learning facilities at the FKIP University of Riau.Key words: Student Satisfaction, Learning Facilities

Abstract

Abstack: This study aims to determine what marketing mix factors considered by consumers in making purchasing decisions shopped at the restaurant Mak Kari Panam Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all consumers who shop at the restaurant mak kari. In determining the number of samples, researchers used a purposive sampling method, the sample size used as respondents in this study were 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test with a significance level of 0.05%. Based on the survey results revealed that all the free variable pricing, product, location and promotion significantly influence purchasing decisions with significant value 0.000 <0.05. Price, product, location and promotion are the factors that influence purchasing decisions are categorized marketing mix. Large Marketing mix factors influence the purchasing decision amounted to 66.3%, the remaining 33.7% influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as service and motivation. And from all four factors of the marketing mix variables (price, product, place / location and promotion) is more dominant influential factor that is influenced by factors promotion by 25.7%Key Word : Marketing Mix, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence entrepreneurship education has on entrepreneurial motivation of class X and XI at SMA AL-Huda Pekanbaru. The data needed in this study are primary data collected by questionnaire. The study population was all students of class X and XI IPS SMA AL-Huda Pekanbaru as many as 116 students. The samples taken were 90 students based on the Slovin formula with proportional random sampling techniques used were descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The result showed that entrepreneurship education had an effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of class X and XI students at SMA AL-Huda Pekanbaru by 0.422. This means that the level of entrepreneurship education has an impact on entrepreneurial motivation. The higher the entrepreneurship education, the higher the student’s entrepreneurial motivation. The r square value is 0.216 which indicates that the entrepreneurship education variable can be explained by the entrepreneurial motivation variable by 21.6%, while the remaining 78.4% is explained by other factors not examined in this study, namely internal factors, intelligence, level education.Key Words: Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Motivation

Abstract

Abstak: the leadrsdhip is the ability to influennce, give the directive and motivate a group of members in order to work reaching of the goal and the goal objective in thus research is to find out how big the influenced of leadership of the head master about diciplined teacher. Head master is that they are a lot of knowing the tasks and they determine rhythm for their school’s like give motivation and direction. The diciplined is an attitude, action and thomselves control someone or a group mustbe follow the rules that have been set to embodu the goal of the organization maximum. The respondent’s in this reaserch was all over teacher SDN 023 Pandau Jaya that amounts to 30 person. Collecting teaching data in this research using the inquires with the scale likert, engineering analysis data using analysis descriptive SPSS ersion 0.21. analysis result variabel depemdemt (teacher diciplined) influence by variabel independent (teacher diciplined, give directives, motivation teacher) of 23,3% while the rest of 76,7% influenced by other not included in this research.Key word : Leadership, Diciplined Teacher, Headmastres.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and also to determine the right marketing strategy in Cahaya Baru Collection Store. The unit of analysis in this study is Cahaya Baru Collection Store. Data collection techniques using field research, data obtained by interview and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of IFE and EFE matrices, IE matrices and SWOT matrices. The results of this study indicate that the results of the IFE matrix analysis of the total score of 2.94 which is the main strength is good quality and product quality, a choice of models / products that are complete and give a price discount of 10%, while the main weakness is the less than optimal promotion. The EFE matrix analysis results in a total score of 2.98 which is the main opportunity is consumer purchasing power that tends to be consumptive, the need for a religious new year and the existence of consumer loyalty, while the threat is the high level of competition and fluctuating people's income. The result of IE matrix shows that the position of the Cahaya Baru Collection Store is in the position of cell V (hold and maintain). The results of the SWOT matrix analysis have 7 alternative strategies, namely: maintaining product quality and choice of complete models / products, maintaining good relations with supplier and consumers, increasing competitiveness of competitors, maintaining a 10% discount on every product unit sold, expanding market share to increase sales volume, supply more product sizes, sell types of products that suit consumers' tastes.Key Words: Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

Abstract : One type of small business in Kampar regency is Produksi Kue Tradisional Kak Ira needs to be developed to get the opportunity . It is necessary to evaluate the strengths , weaknesses , opportunities and threats that exist in the Produksi Kue Tradisional Kak Ira to take advantage of environmental conditions in the development of its business. The purpose of their research is to determine a strategy to improve competitiveness. Research was conducted on Produksi Kue Tradisional Kak Ira the research object is a strategy to improve the competitiveness of Produksi Kue Tradisional Kak Ira. While the respondents are managers and employees Kue Tradisional Kak Ira. The results of this study indicate that the Produksi Kue Tradisional Kak Ira is in quadrant 14 of the SO strategy , which shows these businesses have environmental opportunities and the many forces that encourage the use of these opportunities. This situation shows the growth -oriented strategy ( growt Oriented Strategy). The study produced alternative strategies that can be used to improve business competitiveness Kue Tradisional Kak Ira include: 1 ) flavors and shapes are more interesting . 2 ) Maintaining the quality of products so that customers remain loyal . 3 ) Expanding market share by opening branches in various regions . 4 ) The product packaging is made more attractive and simple. Abstract

Abstract: Professional ethics is very important for professionals in accounting.However, there are many accountants who also provide advice to clients to be audited.Professional ethics is very important for accountants, so the focus of ethics learning isvery important for accounting education students, because students are the startingpoint for the development of the accounting profession. The purpose of this study was todetermine the significant influence of intellectual intelligence, locus of control, andreligiosity on students' perceptions about the ethical of professional accountants. Thesampling method uses a sensus sampling where the entire population is sampled, thenumber of samples in this study amounted to 43 people who are students of economiceducation who are concentrated in accounting at the 2016 University of Riau. The dataanalysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research obtainedfrom the results of this study, significant intelligence is not significant on students'perceptions of the accountant's ethical, locus of control significantly evaluates students'perceptions of the accountant's ethical with negative relationship direction andsignificant religiosity towards students' perceptions of accountant accountability issues.This article can provide contributions and comparisons of accounting related topeople's perceptions, and can increase student awareness to be able to prepare theirthoughts and perceptions before starting the world of work.Key Words: Intellectual Intelligence, Locus Of Control, Religiosity, Students' Perceptions
