Abstract

This community service aims to empower the residents of Hutadaa Village through training in the production of mung bean bakpia as a healthy snack alternative to support stunting prevention. This activity is an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, encompassing education, research, and community service. Considering the high prevalence of stunting in Indonesia, the program seeks to increase community awareness about nutritious food consumption and encourage economic independence based on local agro-industry. The results showed high participant enthusiasm, improvement in technical skills, and the emergence of community initiatives to optimize the potential of mung beans.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ease of use and price on consumer buying interest on the Shopee online shopping site. escriptive quantitative type approach. The population used is people who have made online purchases at the Shopee online store. Population infinity, the number of samples used was 83 respondents. The unit of analysis is students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Gorontalo. Non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling method. The results showed that ease of use had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest online. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Ease of use and price simultaneously influence purchase intention. The most dominant influence is the price variable. Another implication is that Shopee online store management leaders or Shopee online policy makers should consider further about policies that can increase Shopee's online buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness on the decision of users of the QRIS digital payment application service in Gorontalo City. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with a total of 96 respondents. Data collection was carried out through observation and the distribution of questionnaires, which were collected using the Cochran formula. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis, processed with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on user decisions. Based on the results of the study, the public considers that QRIS digital payments are easy to learn to use, the system is easy to apply, so it does not require more effort in its use. Meanwhile, the convenience felt by the people of Gorontalo City directly encourages their decision to continue using QRIS in daily payments.

Abstract

Harga menjadi salah satu faktor utama yang dapat memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen, khususnya pada produk mie instan yang tingkat persaingannya cukup tinggi. Di Kota Gorontalo, berbagai produk mie instan bersaing ketat dalam menawarkan harga yang menarik guna menarik perhatian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Indomie pada konsumen di Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Gorontalo yang pernah membeli produk Indomie, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana yang diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Artinya, semakin harga produk dinilai wajar dan sesuai dengan harapan konsumen, maka semakin besar kemungkinan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing and Cash on Delivery on purchasing decisions at Don's Bakery Gorontalo. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique with a total of 96 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that, partially, Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Likewise, Cash on Delivery also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both variables together influence the increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the study, marketing strategies through social media and the convenience of the payment system through Cash on Delivery have proven effective in encouraging consumers to make purchases at Don's Bakery. This finding emphasizes the importance of utilizing social media and practical payment methods in shaping consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: Untuk melihat pengaruh Ulasan Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Menggunakan Aplikasi Shopee (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Gorontalo). Penelitian ini menggunakan 97 responden sebagai sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, yaitu purposive sampling. Metode analasis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Ulasan Produk berpengaruh positif secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian ditunjukan dengan nilai thitung 3,471 > ttabel 1,661, Ulasan Produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian ditunjukan dengan nilai fhitung 12,047 > ftabel 3,09. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi R Square sebesar 0,113 atau 11,3% dikategori rendah, sehinggah dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen mempengaruhi variabel dependen dan 88,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine (1) the influence of price on purchasing decisions for Boneva brand bottled drinking water products; (2) the influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Boneva brand bottled drinking water products; and (3) the influence of price and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Boneva brand bottled drinking water. The study used a quantitative approach with independent variables of price (X1) and brand awareness (X2), and dependent variable of purchasing decisions (Y). The population in the study were all consumers of Boneva brand drinking water in Gorontalo City with a sample of 100 respondents obtained through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test) with the help of SPSS. The results of the study show that (1) partially price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05 and Thitung 3.150 > Ttable 1.984 (2) partially brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 and Thitung 2.603 > Ttable 1.984 (3) Simultaneously, the price and brand awareness variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and Fcount 68.239 > Ftable 3.09. With an adjusted R Square value of 0.576  which means that 5.76 % of variations or changes in purchasing decisions can be explained by price and brand awareness variables, while the remaining 42.4 % are influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of soft skills on the work readiness of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gorontalo State University. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gorontalo State University, intakes of 2021 to 2023, with the sample determined using the Slovin formula. The research data used were primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was simple linear analysis with the aid of Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS 25). The results of this study indicate that soft skills have a positive and significant effect on work readiness. This means that the greater the mastery of students' soft skills, the greater their work readiness in facing the world of work.
