Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategies used to bounce back after the Covid-19 pandemic carried out by MSME players in the city of Makassar. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis and uses a SWOT analysis, namely Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. SWOT analysis is an analysis used to evaluate strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment and evaluate opportunities and threats in the external environment of MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that the total IFAS score is 3.57 which indicates a good internal position and the total EFAS score is 3.44 which indicates a moderate external position. This position indicates that MSMEs are increasingly strategic even though they still face quite tough challenges. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, the strategy adopted is as follows: maintaining customer trust by improving the quality and quality of the food menu and forming a reliable sales team that prioritizes service so that they can compete.

Abstract

Increasing quality of services increasingly gets the attention of companies to increase supply to consumers. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze: 1) Effect of service quality on consumer decisions, 2) Effect of trust in consumer decisions, 3) Effect of service quality and trust simultaneously on consumer decisions. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling with the accidential sampling technique with a total sample of 96 people. The unit of analysis is consumers who use the services of PT. Gorontalo Branch JNE. Data collection is done through observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed quantitatively by using multiple regression analysis techniques with SPSS 21 statistical program. The results showed that trust had a significant effect on consumer decisions. Service quality and trust have a simultaneous influence on consumer decisions. The interesting finding from the results of this study is that service quality has no significant effect on consumer decisions. This shows that the quality of service is good, not necessarily consumers decide to use these services. Suggestions / recommendations, the need for companies to improve tangible and assurance indicators related to the availability of facilities and infrastructure in service and attention to guarantees for consumer goods.

Abstract

Innovation products are able to help the economy and provide knowledge to the community or village residents. Especially how to package a product to make it more attractive. With KKN, students are expected to be able to become an active, creative and innovative part of society, involved in the dynamics that occur in society. The activities carried out were Leaf Bidara UMKM Product Innovation and Product Packaging for the Community in Buhudaa Village, Batudaa Beach District, Gorontalo Regency. The methods in this activity are training and demonstration. The form of training is by providing material related to how to make bidara leaf chips and participants are trained to make bidara leaf chips. There were 15 participants who took part in this activity who were housewives and young people from Karang Taruna Buhudaa village. The activity was carried out on September 9 2024 at the Buhudaa village office hall, Batudaa Pantai District, Gorontalo Regency. The stages of this activity are the preparation stage, implementation stage, organoleptic test stage and evaluation stage. The training activity for making bidara leaf chips in Buhudaa village went smoothly and the activity participants were very enthusiastic during the activity process. Based on the results of organoleptic tests on the results of bidara leaf chips in training regarding aroma, taste, color and texture, they were very well received by the panelists.

Abstract

The Langke village community is known as a community where the majority of its residents work as sugar palm farmers. Palm trees have become the main source of livelihood in this village, because almost every family there depends on their income from processed palm products, such as palm sugar and sap. Motivational training and entrepreneurial managerial skills for sugar palm farmers in Langke village is a strategic step to increase the capacity and economic independence of the local community. This training aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in sugar palm farmers so that they not only focus on production, but also have the skills to manage their business professionally. Through the motivation provided, farmers are encouraged to see the potential of the sugar palm business as an opportunity to improve their standard of living and play a role in driving the village economy. This activity was carried out on Saturday 4 October 2024 at the Langke village office hall, Gentuma Raya District, North Gorontalo Regency. The method of this service activity is in the form of training and lectures. Service activities in the form of Motivational Training and Entrepreneurial Managerial Skills for Sugar Palm Farmers in Langke Village, North Gorontalo Regency, have had a positive impact in increasing farmers' understanding and entrepreneurial skills. Through this training, sugar palm farmers are equipped with better managerial skills, which are very useful in managing their farming business and increasing the added value of their products. Apart from that, motivational training helps increase farmers' enthusiasm and self-confidence to continue to develop and innovate, so that it is hoped that they can open wider market access and create better economic opportunities for village communities.

Abstract

Sugar palm plants have great potential as a superior commodity that can support the community's economy, especially in rural areas. Apart from being a source of food, such as palm sugar and palm fruit, this plant also has high economic value because it can be utilized optimally from the roots, stems, leaves, and sap. Limited knowledge in business management and marketing also makes it difficult for farmers to compete with other products that are more easily accessible to consumers. These factors often cause low selling prices and suboptimal profits for sugar palm farmers. However, behind these challenges, there are a number of opportunities that can be exploited to improve the welfare of sugar palm farmers in Langke Village. One of them is the increasing market demand for natural and organic products, such as palm sugar which is healthier than granulated sugar. Apart from that, with a sociopreneurship approach, farmers can be empowered to manage their businesses more professionally, expand markets, and process other sugar palm derivative products such as palm fruit or handicraft products from sugar palm stems and leaves. With the support of training, better market access, and innovation in business management, the potential of palm trees in Langke Village can be developed to open up new economic opportunities and improve the welfare of the local community. Activities to strengthen sociopreneurship for sugar palm farmers in Langke Village are that this activity has succeeded in increasing understanding and strengthening the spirit of social entrepreneurship among farmers, encouraging them to not only pursue profits, but also have a positive impact on the surrounding community. With continued support, the potential of sugar palm plants in Langke Village can be more optimal, opening up new economic opportunities and improving community welfare.

Abstract

This research examines how pricing influences consumer decisions for purchasing Karawo in Gorontalo City. The study employed a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires and document analysis from a sample of 100 respondents who had previously purchased Karawo. The data were analysed using SPSS software by apllying simple linear regression to determine the relationship between price and purchase decision. The analysis yielded a t-value of 3,919 which exceeds the critical value of 1,660, with a significance level of 0,000 (p < 0,05), thus supporting the hypothesis that price significantly impacts customer’s purchase decision. The coefficient of determination (R2) was found to be 0,207 which indicating that price accounts for 20,7% of the variability in purchasing decisions while the remaining 79,3% is likely influenced by other factors that not included in this study. These findings suggest that although price is a significant determinant, it only partially influences consumer interest in Karawo product.

Abstract

Perusahaan menjalani proses manajemen dalam mengembangkan perencanaanpemasaran. Perusahaan perlu memahami posisinya di tengah percaturan persainganyang semakin keras. Perencanaan pemasaran adalah hal yang penting untuk setiapoperasi yang bertujuan untuk mengefisienkan dan mengefektifkan pemasaran suatuproduk atau layanan.Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui konsepperencanaan pemasaran. 2) untuk mengetahui arti penting perencanaan pemasaran. 3)untuk mengetahui proses perencaan pemasaran. 4) untuk mengetahui hubungan antaraperencanaan pemasaran dengan perencanaan perusahaan. Perencanaan pemasarandiperlukan untuk mengatasi meningkatnya tekanan kompetisi, kompleksitas lingkungan,dan cepatnya perubahan teknologi. Abstract

This service discusses the rapidly increasing number of social media users, this is a very good opportunity for business people to market their products. This community service activity was carried out in Taluduyunu Village, Kec. Buntulia District. Pohuwato, where the residents of the village have several MSME businesses such as handicrafts, various snacks and various other creativity. However, the marketing method for MSME business actors is still carried out offline, only local residents know about and buy products from MSMEs in Taluduyunu Village. Based on these problems, this community service activity was carried out with the aim of providing training on the Effectiveness of Implementing Digital Marketing Models and Graphic Design Based on Tiktok and Canva for Actors in Taluduyunu Village to support product marketing for MSME business actors in Taluduyunu Village. The activity form of this training uses a dialogic collaborative-participatory approach method in the form of lectures, questions and answers and interactive discussions to deliver material, direct practice using a laptop connected to the network. There are 3 stages in training, including: 1) preparation, 2) implementation and 3) reporting. The results of the training show high enthusiasm from the participants, and it is hoped that it can help MSME business people in marketing their products digitally via the TikTok platform, both on other social media and the marketplace.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBanyaknya perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang obat-obatan herbal dan diperjual belikan dimana saja bahkan melalui online, sehingga konsumen dibuat bingung memutuskan pembelian produk yang cocok dengan kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh sertifikat halal terhadap keputusan pembelian produk imogen propolis di Stokis Kota Gorontalo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 96 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sertifikat halal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk imogen propolis di stokis Kota Gorontalo.Kata Kunci: Sertifikat Halal, Keputusan PembelianABSTRACTThe number of companies engaged in herbal medicines and traded anywhere even through online, so consumers are confused to decide on the purchase of products that match their needs. Abstract

Tujua penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana kelayakan pemberian kredit usaha rakyat (KUR) Dalam mengantisipasi terjadinya kredit bermasalah pada (BRI) Cabang Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah Data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi denganpenggunaan pengumpulan data yang berbeda-beda untuk mendapatkan data dari sumber data yang sama. Lokasi penelitian berada di Kantor BRI Cabang Gorontalo. Hasil penelitiaan menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya kredit bermasalah khususnya dalam pengelolaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) oleh PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Cabang Gorontalo. Selain faktor eksternal juga faktor Internal dapat menjadi penyebabnya. Salah satu hal mendasar yang berkaitan dengan faktor Eksternal seperti yang banyak dijumpai dalam permasalahan kredit pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Cabang Gorontalo adalah Penyimpangan penggunaan kredit usaha mikro yang diperoleh debitur. Beberapa kejadian yang dijumpai di lapangan dan hasil pendekatan terhadap Debitur yang memiliki permasalahan dalam pelunasan Kredit, bahwa pinjaman yang diajukan peruntukannya tidak sesuai dengan apa yang menjadi maksud dan tujuan dari pemberian Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) kepada masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan usaha yang dikelola.
