Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the influence of Customer Value and Customer Experience on Customer Loyalty, with Satisfaction positioned as a mediating variable among Islamic banking customers. This research is motivated by the recognized significance of customer loyalty in the highly competitive Islamic financial industry. Quantitative methods were applied, and data were collected through a questionnaire-based survey. The data were then analyzed through multiple linear regression and the Sobel test to evaluate the mediating role of Satisfaction. The results of this work show that Customer Value and Experience significantly and positively influence Satisfaction, with Experience emerging as the more dominant driver (β= 0.572). Furthermore, a strong direct effect of Customer Value, Experience, and Satisfaction on Loyalty was found. The mediating role of Satisfaction as a partial mediator in the relationships between both Customer Value and Experience toward Loyalty was confirmed. As a managerial implication, it is recommended that Islamic bank management enhance holistic customer experience management and optimize product value propositions to strengthen customer loyalty by fostering higher satisfaction levels.

Abstract

PT Bank Central Asia's Tegal Branch is a private financial institution that encounters strong competition from other banks in the area. The overall performance of BCA has shown significant positive growth over the years. However, this growth does not reflect directly on the performance levels of employees at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk in KCU Tegal. Some employees achieve outstanding scores, indicating improved performance, while others receive lower scores, suggesting a decline in their performance. Employees possessing exceptional skills contribute to better management outcomes within the organization, fostering a professional spirit among them. One way to encourage this is by enhancing the quantity of human resources. The aim of this research was to examine and outline how the quality of work life and work discipline impact performance, using job satisfaction as a middle factor. The study involved 142 employees, with a sample size of 120. Data was collected directly from participants through surveys and was analyzed through linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that both the quality of work life and work discipline significantly affect job satisfaction. Furthermore, work discipline and job satisfaction influence employee performance, but the quality of work life does not have an effect on performance at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk at KCU Tegal. Job satisfaction effectively mediates the relationship between quality of work life and employee performance, but it does not serve as a mediator for the impact of work discipline on performance at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk at KCU Tegal.

Abstract

Civil Servants are members of state institutions who have the duty to serve the public in a professional, honest, fair, and impartial manner in carrying out state, government, and development functions. that Civil Servants are regulated by a predetermined law that must be obeyed and carried out according to predetermined regulations. Public Servants are apparatus resources tasked with providing services to the community in an honest, fair, and equitable manner. The regulations that have been determined in accordance with the position or field that has been determined must be carried out in accordance with the policies and rules of law that apply. The purpose of the research conducted was to analyse and describe the effect of competence, job characteristics, and Organizational Citizenship on performance, with competence and job characteristics as mediators. The study population was 3,992 employees, with a sample of 100 employees. The main data was taken from primary data sources with a questionnaire method, and analysed by linear regression analysis. Based on the formulation of the problem and objectives presented in this study, associated with the research findings and discussion, several conclusions can be made several conclusions that competence and job characteristics affect OCB. Competence, job characteristics, and OCB affect employee performance in Tegal City Government. OCB is able to mediate the influence of competence and job characteristics on employee performance in Tegal City Government.

Abstract

The study's objectives are to use e-trust to boost loyalty while investigating how online shopping experiences and electronic word-of-mouth affect e-trust. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, online surveys are used to gather data for the study. The target market consists of online shoppers at Kimtzu. Id, Shoppe market residents of Semarang City, Indonesia. Targeting participants was done through purposeful sampling, resulting in a sample size of 150 Kimtzu ID consumers. Structural Equation Modeling-Amos is the analysis method used. This study discovered empirical evidence supporting the positive effects of electronic word-of-mouth and online purchasing experiences on e-trust and loyalty. Empirical data demonstrates that e-trust has an effect on boosting loyalty and that it mediates the influence of electronic word-of-mouth and online purchasing experiences on loyalty. Therefore, as a mediating factor between the online purchasing experience and electronic word of mouth, e-trust significantly impacts loyalty. Building trust in the context of loyalty is the role of e-trust, which is a crucial component of the online buying system.

Abstract

Abstrak             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Employee Engagament dan Modal Sosial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan  Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB)sebagi mediasi, studi kasus pada kantor pusat Bank Jateng. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai kantor pusat Bank Jateng sebanyak 293 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 130 orang, yang diambil dengan metode Proportionale Stratified Random Sampling. Alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian adalah daftar pertanyaan  atau kuesioner. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkaa, bahwa : (1) Employee of engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB (2) Modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB (3) Employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kinerja karyawan (4) Modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap kinerja karyawan (5) OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Engagement and Social Capital on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), a  Case Study of Head Office Bank Jateng. The population in this study was  employees  of Head Office of Bank Jateng  as many as 293 employees. The samples of this research are 130 employees using which carried out with Proportionale Stratified Random Sampling method. The tools used to obtain data related to this study is a list of question or questionnaires. Measurements of the results showed that (1) Employee engagement had significant and positive effect on OCB, (2) Social Capital had significant  and positive effect on OCB, (3) Employee engagement had significant and positive effect on Employee Performance, (4) Social Capital had significant and positive effect on Employee Performance, (5) OCB had significant and positive effect on Employee Performance.Keywords : Employee Engagement, Social Capital, OCB, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap komitmen organisasional serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Pekalongan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional ASN. Selain itu, kompetensi dan motivasi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja ASN. Komitmen organisasional ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, serta berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara kompetensi dan kinerja ASN, maupun antara motivasi dan kinerja ASN. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi dan motivasi ASN untuk memperkuat komitmen organisasional yang pada akhirnya mendorong peningkatan kinerja secara optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh celebrity endorser, brand Image, dan Brand trust terhadap keputusan pembelian serta dampaknya terhadap niat beli ulang pada produk kosmetik G2G (Go to Glow) di platform TikTok. Fenomena shoppertainment di TikTok telah mengubah pola konsumsi, namun data awal menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara tingginya kesadaran merek dengan rendahnya tingkat pembelian ulang. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden di Kota Semarang yang pernah membeli produk G2G melalui TikTok. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorser, brand Image, dan Brand trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selanjutnya, keputusan pembelian terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya integrasi kredibilitas endorser dan kepercayaan merek dalam strategi pemasaran digital untuk memacu loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Dinas Komunikasi dan Elektronika TNI AU dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada anggota Dinas Komunikasi dan Elektronika TNI AU, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan uji Sobel untuk menguji efek mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, sedangkan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Selanjutnya, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasional terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sementara motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja. Nilai Adjusted R² menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja mampu menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi komitmen organisasional, serta disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasional secara simultan memiliki daya jelaskan yang kuat terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasional tidak memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja, namun terbukti memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa dalam konteks organisasi militer, disiplin kerja berdampak langsung pada kinerja melalui mekanisme struktural, sedangkan motivasi kerja memerlukan komitmen organisasional sebagai mekanisme psikologis untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial dan teoritis mengenai pentingnya penguatan motivasi dan komitmen organisasional dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja anggota organisasi.
