Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan dukungan selebriti terhadap keputusan pembelian serta implikasinya terhadap niat pembelian ulang konsumen Myrubylicious di platform Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling yang melibatkan 100 responden. Kuesioner dibagikan sebagai bagian dari proses pengumpulan data, dan perangkat lunak SPSS digunakan untuk melakukan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keputusan untuk membeli tidak dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kualitas produk. Di sisi lain, dukungan selebriti dan persepsi harga memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan dan signifikan. keputusan pembelian juga memiliki dampak besar pada niat untuk membeli kembali.

Abstract

Introduction: Shopee holds the position as the leading e-commerce platform in Indonesia, primarily due to its aggressive promotional strategies, extensive product variety, and appealing pricing schemes. Despite its dominance, several factors still hinder user satisfaction and retention. These include a complex and heavy app interface, frequent delivery delays, and discrepancies between the product description and the actual items received. Moreover, additional charges such as handling fees and shipping costs are often seen as excessive during the checkout process. Given these ongoing concerns, this study aims to explore the impact of user experience and price perception on customer satisfaction and loyalty among Shopee users in Semarang City Methods: This study employs a quantitative research approach. Data were gathered through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, targeting 109 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The analysis involved various statistical tests, including validity and reliability assessments, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, F-tests, and hypothesis testing. The data were processed using SPSS 23Results: The findings reveal that user experience plays a significant role in shaping customer satisfaction levels. Furthermore, satisfaction was found to have a strong influence on user loyalty. From these outcomes, it can be inferred that providing a seamless and consistent user experience is crucial for fostering long-term loyalty among Shopee users in Semarang. Although Shopee offers a competitive pricing process aligned with costs incurred, users do not view pricing as the primary driver of their continued use of the platform. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of additional benefits and remuneration on employee engagement. This study aims to examine and analyze how employee engagement mediates the effect of additional benefits and remuneration on employee performance. The population of this study is 79 employees, from staff to management, representing all employees of the Central Java High Court. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression was used as the data analysis method. The results show that additional benefits influence employee engagement, remuneration influences employee engagement, additional benefits influence employee performance, remuneration influences employee performance, employee engagement influences employee performance, and employee engagement mediates the effect of additional benefits on employee performance at the Central Java High Court. Therefore, employee engagement can increase employee potential, with high additional benefits improving employee performance, and employee engagement mediates the effect of remuneration on employee performance at the Central Java High Court. Therefore, employee engagement can improve employee performance through high and expected remuneration.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of leader-member exchange and job characteristics on job satisfaction. To examine and analyze how job satisfaction mediates the influence of leader-member exchange and job characteristics on employee performance, the population in this study was 76 employees, from staff to leaders, representing all employees of the Central Java High Court. Primary data were collected using questionnaires. Multiple linear regression was used as the data analysis method. The results showed a positive and significant influence of leader-member exchange on job satisfaction, a positive and significant influence of leader-member exchange on employee performance, a positive and significant influence of job characteristics on employee performance, and a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediated the influence of leader-member exchange on employee performance at the Central Java High Court. Therefore, job satisfaction can increase employee potential, with high levels of leader-member exchange improving employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of job characteristics on employee performance at the Central Java High Court. Therefore, job satisfaction can improve employee performance through job characteristics that align with their field of study.

Abstract

The global reliance on fossil fuels has been proven to accelerate the pace of global warming, making the transition to renewable energy and the implementation of energy efficiency measures an urgent necessity. This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Energy Awareness and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction, with the Decision to Use Renewable Energy as an intervening variable among medium and high-voltage customers within the operational area of PT PLN UP3 Banten Utara. A quantitative approach was employed by collecting primary data through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and the Sobel test to examine the mediating effect. The findings indicate that both Green Energy Awareness and Price Perception have a positive influence on the decision to use renewable energy. Furthermore, Green Energy Awareness, Price Perception, and the Decision to Use Renewable Energy all positively influence Customer Satisfaction. The decision to use renewable energy mediates the effect of Green Energy Awareness and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of renewable energy initiatives in Indonesia.

Abstract

The fashion industry has grown rapidly, and the rise of e-commerce has made it easier for consumers to buy fashion products online. Many consumers shop online through Shopee. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and discounts on satisfaction and their impact on repurchase intentions for fashion products on Shopee. The sample of this study was 100 Shopee application users in the city of Semarang with a purposive sampling methodology. The research method used is a quantitative method. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression using statistical-based data, namely SPSS. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, discounts have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions.

Abstract

Usaha Dagang (UD) toko Cemal Cemil yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dengan produk yang dipasarkan adalah jajanan dan mainan tahun 80an hingga tahun 2000 semakin menurun tiap tahunnya. Dengan perkembangan zaman yang semakin moderen banyak bermunculan mainan-mainan masa kini sehingga memberikan persaingan yang sangat ketat bagi usaha mainan dan makanan tempo dulu yang sejenis terutama bagi UD. Cemal Cemil, oleh karena itu kondisi ini dapat mengakibatkan penurunan penjuaalan dan berkurangnya kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk UD. Cemal Cemil. Dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis yang merupakan salah satu metode untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis perusahaan dapat melihat seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh pelanggan yang datang ke toko Cemal Cemil. Dari hasil analisis metode Importance Performance Analysis tingkat skor rata-rata dari kinerja dan harapan yang dimana nilai total rata-rata kinerja sebesar 42,02 dan harapan sebesar 51,11 kemudian dibagi jumlah item yaitu 12 sehingga didapat data kinerja sebesar 42,02/12 = 3,50 dan harapan sebesar 51,11/12 = 4,26 untuk digunakan sebagai pembatas pada diagram kartesius. Sehingga di dapat data kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 79%, dari perhitungan total jawaban kinerja dari responden, data tersebut didapat dari tingkat total kesesuaian antara kinerja dan harapan.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of bank image and service quality to satisfaction and their impacts on customer loyalty. The object of this research was Bima saving customers at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah, Klaten Branch. In this study the population used was limited to the customers of the Bima Savings at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah, Klaten Branch. The sample was 97 respondents with the sampling technique of Purposive.The samples were carefully selected so that they were relevant to the study. The results of the research indicate that: bank image has positive significant effect on satisfaction; service quality has positive significant effect on satisfaction; bank image has positive significant effect on loyalty; service quality has positive significant effect on loyalty and satisfaction has positive significant effect on loyalty. The results of mediation effect show that bank image and service quality more effectively influence directly on customer loyalty than through customer satisfaction. Satisfaction is significantly capable as a mediator in the association.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keragaman produk (X1), brand ambassador (X2), dan persepsi harga (X3) terhadap kepuasan (Y1) dan dampak pada niat beli ulang (Y2) produk 3Second dikota semarang. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sumber data yang menggunakan kueisoner via google form terhadap 100 responden dengan metodologi purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda menggunakan pengolahan data berbasis statistik yakni SPSS. Populasi dalam riset ini yaitu calon konsumen dan konsumen yang berkeinginan membeli produk 3Second. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keragaman produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, brand ambassador mempunyai efek positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, persepsi harga mempunyai efek positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan kepuasan mempunyai efek positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang. Simpulan, bahwa semakin baik brand ambassador yang diberikan maka kepuasan akan semakin meningkat, semakin baik persepsi harga yang diberikan maka kepuasan akan semakin meningkat. Sama halnya dengan kepuasan, bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan yang didapatkan maka niat beli ulang semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The most crucial factor in achieving employee performance targets and producing high-quality work lies in how a company fosters motivation among its employees. Motivation serves as a driving force that influences employees’ willingness to perform their tasks optimally. This study employed a quantitative research approach using primary data. The research population consisted of 381 employees of PT Jateng Agro Berdikari (Perseroda), with performance appraisal conducted through the 360-Degree Feedback method. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling, selecting respondents who met specific research criteria. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the research variables. Instrument validity and reliability tests were conducted to confirm that the measurement tools used were both accurate and consistent. Data analysis involved multiple linear regression to determine the relationships between variables, while hypothesis testing utilized partial tests (t-tests), the coefficient of determination (R²), path analysis, and the Sobel test to examine mediation effects. The results showed that competence and work discipline significantly influenced work motivation. However, competence alone did not have a direct impact on employee performance. In contrast, work discipline and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Moreover, work motivation was found to mediate the relationship between competence and employee performance, as well as between work discipline and employee performance. These findings highlight the importance for companies to develop strategies that not only enhance employees’ competencies and enforce work discipline but also strengthen work motivation. A motivated workforce is more likely to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of work quality, thereby supporting organizational success and sustainability.
