Abstract

Digital technology makes hotel bookings through online travel agents more attractive and more and more people want to make online travel booking agents create more attractive features for hotel bookings. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of E-WoM on E-repurchase, especially in hotel bookings through Online Travel Booking Agent.com in Semarang City. The method used is an experimental research method using 56 participants using a different test-One Way Annova. The results of the study show that there are differences in the effect of E-WoM on e-repurchase in the form of positive and negative customer reviews from Online Travel Booking Agent XYZ customers. So with these positive reviews, consumers will make repeat purchases at the same e-commerce company. If the previous transaction was unsatisfactory, the customer who will make a repurchase will become less trusting, thereby reducing the intention to repurchase from the e-commerce company.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the relationship between Digital Self-Service and social media promotion on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for PLN Mobile application customers in the UID Banten region. Quantitative with a survey method of 100 PLN Mobile customers in the UID Banten region. Data collection was carried out through a 7-point Likert scale questionnaire, then analyzed using SPSS to test validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, and Sobel mediation test to measure the relationship between variables. The results show that Digital Self-Service and Social Media Promotion have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, which then acts as a mediator in forming Customer Loyalty towards PLN Mobile services. The results show that Digital Self-Service and promotion through social media have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, both do not have a significant direct effect on customer loyalty. On the contrary, customer satisfaction is proven to significantly influence loyalty, making it a key factor in forming user loyalty towards the PLN Mobile application. In addition, customer satisfaction also plays a significant role as a mediator in the relationship between digital services and promotions with customer loyalty.

Abstract

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of corporate image, price perception, service quality, and electrifying lifestyle on consumer loyalty, with consumer satisfaction being used as a mediating variable among electric vehicle users at PT PLN UID Banten from 2021 to 2024. A quantitative method was employed, and primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique. The data were analyzed through multiple linear regression, and the mediation effect was tested using the Sobel test. It was found that service quality and electrifying lifestyle were positively and significantly associated with consumer satisfaction, while corporate image and price perception were not found to have significant effects. Consumer loyalty was positively influenced by price perception, service quality, electrifying lifestyle, and consumer satisfaction, whereas no direct effect was observed from corporate image. The mediation effect of consumer satisfaction was confirmed in the relationships involving price perception, service quality, and electrifying lifestyle, but not in the relationship involving corporate image.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of leader member exchange and job characteristics on performance mediated by job satisfaction in the General Subdivision Personnel of the Semarang Police Academy. The population used in this research was personnel serving in the General Sub-Section of the Semarang Police Academy, totaling 140 people. The sampling method in this research used a census. The data analysis technique uses regression using the SPSS program and the Sobel test. The results of this research can be concluded that LMX has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. LMX has no effect on personnel performance. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on performance. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the results of the Sobel test, it is proven that job satisfaction mediates the influence of LMX on performance. Likewise, job satisfaction mediates the influence of job characteristics on performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of quality of work life, job characteristics, quality of work life, and organizational commitment on the performance of Semarang City Health Service employees. This type of research is explanatory research. The results of the quality of work life variable, job characteristics variable, organizational commitment variable, and performance variable have a KMO value which indicates that the criteria for adequacy of this research sample have been met. Based on hypothesis testing and mediation effect testing results obtained: 1). Quality of work life has a positive influence on organizational commitment; 2). Job characteristics have a positive effect on organizational commitment; 3). Quality of work life influences performance; 4). Job characteristics have a positive effect on performance; 5). Organizational commitment has no effect on performance; 6). Organizational commitment is not a variable that mediates the influence of quality of work life on performance; 7). Organizational commitment is a variable that mediates the influence of job characteristics on performance.

Abstract

E-wallet or digital wallet is an application for users to store money and carry out various financial transactions via mobile devices. A practical online payment method is a digital wallet, which allows customers or users to make payments flexibly without limits but still gets complaints from users. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of trust, convenience and service features on DANA e-wallet users decision making. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 100 DANA e-wallet user respondents in Semarang City. The data collection methods used were questionnaires distributed directly and Google Form. Descriptive analysis in this research uses Likert Scale. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 27 program by testing validity, reliability, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression, significance of F test and T test. Based on the results of T test, it shows that all variables are trust, convenience and service features influence the decisions of DANA e-wallet users. Then, based on the results of F test, it shows that all variables, namely trust, convenience and service features, influence the decisions of DANA e-wallet service users. Simultaneously, these three factors complement each other and create a positive experience for users. Keywords: Trust, Convenience, Service Features and User Decisions.   Abstrak E-wallet atau dompet digital adalah aplikasi pengguna menyimpan uang secara dan melakukan berbagai transaksi keuangan melalui perangkat mobile. Merupakan metode pembayaran online yang praktis adalah dompet digital, yang memungkinkan pelanggan atau pengguna melakukan pembayaran secara fleksibel tanpa batas namun masih memperoleh keluhan dari pengguna. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, kemudahan dan fitur pelayanan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pengguna e-wallet DANA. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada sampel sebanyak 100 responden pengguna e-wallet DANA di Kota Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data  yang  dipergunakan yaitu  kuesioner disebar secara langsung dan Google Form. Analisis  deskriptif  dalam  penelitian  ini  mempergunakan  Skala  Likert. Teknik  analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 27 dengan melakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, koefisien determinasi, regresi sederhana dan berganda, signifikansi uji F dan uji T. Berdasarkan hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel yaitu kepercayaan, kemudahan dan fitur pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pengguna e-wallet DANA. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel yaitu kepercayaan, kemudahan dan fitur pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pengguna layanan e-wallet DANA. Secara simultan, ketiga faktor ini saling melengkapi dan menciptakan pengalaman positif bagi pengguna. Kata kunci: Kepercayaan, Kemudahan, Fitur Pelayanan dan Keputusan Pengguna.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of job fit and person-organization fit on performance, using organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating factor. This study approach is quantitative. The type of research used in this research is primary data. The population of this study consisted of 338 employees at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal Semarang City. Sampling was done by purposive method and the sampling technique applied was the Slovin formula, so that the number of samples in this study was 90 respondents. The analysis technique uses a statistical package for social science (SPSS) software version 25. The results of this study indicate that Person Organization Fit, Person job fit affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Person Organization Fit does not have a significant impact on employee performance. Person Job Fit and Organizational Citizenship Behavior affect employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior can mediate the impact between Person Organization Fit on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior can mediate the impact of a Person's Job Fit on employee performance.

Abstract

Analyzing the optimization strategy for telecommunications towers as tower sharing using a SWOT analysis to support decision-making and increase company revenue. The results show that optimizing telecommunications towers as tower sharing can improve network coverage, service quality, maximize tower utilization, and efficiency, thereby increasing company revenue, improving service quality, and providing more competitive pricing.

Abstract

The fashion industry has grown rapidly, and the rise of e-commerce has made it easier for consumers to buy fashion products online. Many consumers shop online through Shopee. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and discounts on satisfaction and their impact on repurchase intentions for fashion products on Shopee. The sample of this study was 100 Shopee application users in the city of Semarang with a purposive sampling methodology. The research method used is a quantitative method. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression using statistical-based data, namely SPSS. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, discounts have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions.

Abstract

The importance of improving performance quality in sports organizations, especially in the context of KONI as an institution that plays a major role in advancing the world of sports in Semarang City. The variables of competence, servant leadership, and job satisfaction play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance. High competence enables employees to complete tasks effectively, while servant leadership fosters a supportive work environment and increases job satisfaction. High job satisfaction will motivate employees to perform better. This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence and servant leadership on performance with satisfaction as a mediating variable (Study at KONI Semarang City). This research is a type of quantitative research. This study's population is athletes, coaches, sports branch managers, KONI managers, and employees of the Youth and Sports Service (Diaspora) of Semarang City, with as many as 250 people. The sampling technique of this study used proportionate stratified random sampling, using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample size of 154. The analysis technique of this research used Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26 software. The results of this study indicate that competence and servant leadership have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence, Servant leadership, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate Competence in influencing the performance of administrators and employees at KONI Semarang City. Job satisfaction cannot mediate Servant leadership in influencing the performance of administrators and employees at KONI Semarang City.
