Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pemberdayaan, Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Career Plateau, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan KPP Madya Semarang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 112 responden dengan metode kuantitatif analisis regresi berganda. Hasil studi penelitian ini mengusung enam hipotesis, dimana hasil demonstrasi penelitian seluruhnya menunjukkan dampak pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, namun pada pengujian hipotesis dengan jalur mediasi yang melibatkan variabel karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap caree plateau yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan. Secara teoritis Career plateau dipengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan oleh pemberdayaan. Dengan kata lain semakin baik pemberdayaan pegawai, maka akan semakin menurun kinerja Career plateau pegawai; Career plateau dipengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan oleh karakteristik pekerjaan; Career plateau dipengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan oleh kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge sharing, pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan KPP Pratama Semarang Candisari. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 110 responden dengan metode kuantitatif analisis regresi berganda. Hasil studi penelitian ini mengusung tujuh hipotesis, dimana hasil demonstrasi penelitian seluruhnya menunjukkan dampak pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, begitupula dengan pengujian dengan menggunakan demonstrasi variabel intervening. Secara manajerial Variabel pemberdayaan mempunyai pengaruh terbesar terhadap kinerja pegawai dilihat dari koefisien regresinya; Variabel Knowledge sharing mempunyai pengaruh terendah terhadap kinerja pegawai; Variabel kepuasan kerja juga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dilihat dari koefisien regresinya dan mengintervening Knowledge sharing dan pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Perkembangan industri otomotif di Indonesia sangat cepat dan cenderung meningkat tiap tahunnya, seiring dengan kebutuhan dan permintaan masyarakat akan sarana transportasi yang memadai. Terbukti dengan semakin ramainya jalanan kota dan lalu lintas yang semakin padat oleh kendaraan bermotor, diikuti dengan lahir dan tumbuhnya perusahaan-perusahaan baru yang berupaya maksimal untuk mendapatkan dan mempertahankan pangsa pasar yang ada.Konsumen pengguna sepeda motor di Indonesia khusunya sepeda motor matic, memiliki lebih banyak penggemar dibanding sepeda motor jenis lain. Sepeda motor matic sendiri merupakan salah satu jenis motor yang dinilai praktis serta penggunaanya yang mudah karena tidak memakai operan gigi, sehingga sepeda motor jenis matic ini dapat digunakan baik oleh pria maupun wanita. Para produsen berlomba-lomba menciptakan motor jenis matic senyaman mungkin guna memenuhi keinginan konsumen dengan melihat pengguna sepeda motor matic lebih mendominasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job characteristics and employee engagement on performance by mediating organizational commitment to employees of PT Jati Luhur Agung Semarang. The research sample was all 115 employees of PT Jati Luhur Agung Semarang (Factory 1) with census sampling technique. The data analysis technique used instrument test, model test, regression test, and sobel test using SPSS 24 software. The results showed that job characteristics had no effect on organizational commitment. Employee engagement had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Job characteristics had a positive effect on performance. Employee engagement had a positive effect on performance. Organizational commitment had a positive effect on performance. Organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of job characteristics on performance while organizational commitment mediates employee engagement on performance.

Abstract

Abstrak PT. Telekomunikasi Seluler (Telkomsel) menjadi operator seluler dengan pengguna terbanyak di Indonesia pada Juni 2021. Anak usaha PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk tersebut memiliki 169,2 juta pelanggan pada Juni 2021, meningkat 5,7% dari periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kesadaran merek, persepsi harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek pada penelitian ini ialah pengguna paket data Telkomsel dan yang dijadikan responden adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa kesadaran merek secara statistik dan signifikan berpengaruh positif pada keputusan pembelian sehingga hasil ini sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan. Persepsi harga secara statistik dan signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian sehingga hasil ini sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan. Kualitas produk secara statistik dan signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian sehingga hasil ini sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan. Nilai R Square yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini ialah 0,673 yang artinya 67,3% variasi dari seluruh variabel bebas (kesadaran merek, persepsi harga, dan kualitas produk) daapt menjelaskan variabel terikat (keputusan pembelian), sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,7% diterangkan oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak diajukan dalam model penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kesadaran Merek, Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian Abstract PT. Telekomunikasi Seluler (Telkomsel) will become the cellular operator with the most users in Indonesia in June 2021. Subsidiary of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk had 169.2 million subscribers in June 2021, an increase of 5.7% from the same period the previous year. This study aims to prove the effect of brand awareness, price perception, and product quality on purchasing decisions. The object of this research is Telkomsel data package users and the respondents are 100. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis found that brand awareness statistically and significantly has positive effect on purchasing decisions so this result are accordance with the hypothesis. Perceptions of price statistically and significantly have positive effect on purchasing decisions so this result are accordance with the hypothesis. Product quality statistically and significantly has positive effect on purchasing decisions so this result are accordance with the hypothesis. The R Square value generated in this study is 0.673, which means 67.3% variation of all independent variables (brand awareness, price perception, and product quality) can explain the dependent variable (purchase decisions), while the remaining 32.7% is explained by other independent variables that are not proposed in this model. Abstract

This research I used to analyze influence of celebrity Brand ambassador, lifestyle and trust in the purchasing decisions proces. The object of research is market place shopee and the independent variables in the study are celebrity brand ambassador, lifestyle and trust, and dependent variable is purchasing decisions proces. The population in the research are consumer visit and buoght the product at time once at market place shopees, research takes as many samples of approximately 100 answer. The method used in taking answers in the research is purposive sampling, Results in this research show that celebrity brand ambassador has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions proces, lifestyle perceptions has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision process, trust had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions process. Abstract

The existence of the internet creates a new paradigm in word of mouth communication, the phenomenon of e-wom is considered an evolution from traditional interpersonal communication to a new generation. In a study conducted by Meybiani et al., (2019), the results showed that the e-WOM variable had no significant effect on consumer buying interest, while Lita & Auliya (2019) gave the result that online reviews had no significant effect on repurchase intentions, trust in consumers. web has a significant effect on repurchase intentions, online transaction security has a significant effect on repurchase intentions, privacy has a significant effect on repurchase intentions. Meanwhile, in a study conducted by Sari (2021), it was explained that E-WOM had a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of online shopping experience and the effect of e-wom on repurchase intentions through e-trust. This study uses an explanatory research type, which tries to explain the relationship between the variables contained in the study. The variables in this study are online shopping experience, E-Wom, e-trust and repurchase intention. The minimum sample used is 89 respondents, the researchers will take a sample of 100 respondents. The Adjusted R² value of 0.295 means that the influence of the online shopping experience variable (X1) and the e-wom variable (X2) can explain the variation of changes in the e-trust variable (Y1) of 29.5%, the Adjusted R² value of 0.369 means the magnitude of the online influence shopping experience (X1), e-wom (X2) and e-trust (Y1) variables on repurchase intention (Y2) by 36.9%

Abstract

Before deciding to rent, some prospective clients must first seek information about the Vina House building through colleagues or family or anyone who has rented the building, how the packages are in it, how the facilities are obtained. The results of previous research conducted by Kurniawan (2015) are that facilities and location have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Memah et al., (2015) give the results that facilities have a positive but not significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Furthermore, Latief (2018) provides research results that the location variable has no significant effect on consumer buying interest. Referring to the phenomena and gaps in research results, this study aims to determine the moderating effect of WOM on facilities and locations on the rental decision-making process. Based on the research objectives to be achieved, the type of research used by the researcher is explanatory research. The results of further calculations show that the regression coefficient value of the word of mouth variable as a moderator has a regression value of -0.015 which is negative with a calculated significance value of 0.085 > 0.1. The value of the regression coefficient of the word of mouth variable as a moderator has a regression value of -0.050 which is negative with a calculated significance value of 0.007 <0.1.

Abstract

Abstrak The marketing strategy for Lasem batik is through social media and offline. Free promotions are carried out through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to be put to good use and able to promote word of mouth to promote more widely. MSMEs also need to conduct market surveys to obtain information about Rembang batik design. This study aims to: (1) to test and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on product innovation, (2) to test and analyze the effect of knowledge sharing on product innovation, (3) to test and analyze the effect of product innovation on new product performance. The results of the first hypothesis test show that entrepreneurial orientation has an insignificant positive effect on product innovation. The results of the second hypothesis test show that knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on product innovation. The results of the third hypothesis test show that product innovation has an insignificant negative effect on new product performance. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling, respondents were taken from this study were Batik UMKM as many as 100 respondents, the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis.
