Abstract

The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price perception, after sales service, and promotion on customer satisfaction at Telkom Witel Kudus. The population is Indihome’s customer in Kudus Regency and this study take a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data used in this study takes a primary data, with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The analytical tools used is multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, F test, coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square), which is then processed by calculation of SPSS 21. The results showed price perception, after sales service and promotion has a positve effect and significant on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Employee Engagament dan Modal Sosial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan  Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB)sebagi mediasi, studi kasus pada kantor pusat Bank Jateng. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai kantor pusat Bank Jateng sebanyak 293 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 130 orang, yang diambil dengan metode Proportionale Stratified Random Sampling. Alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian adalah daftar pertanyaan  atau kuesioner. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkaa, bahwa : (1) Employee of engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB (2) Modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB (3) Employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kinerja karyawan (4) Modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap kinerja karyawan (5) OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Engagement and Social Capital on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), a  Case Study of Head Office Bank Jateng. The population in this study was  employees  of Head Office of Bank Jateng  as many as 293 employees. The samples of this research are 130 employees using which carried out with Proportionale Stratified Random Sampling method. The tools used to obtain data related to this study is a list of question or questionnaires. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji model empiris pengembangan loyalitas pelanggan atas dasar citra dan promosi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pelanggan Carrefour Supermarket di Semarang. Model uji empiris yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan menggunakan beberapa software, seperti: SPSS 16.0 dan Microsoft Excel versi. 2007. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 pelanggan Carrefour Supermarket di Semarang. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa citra berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan citra, promosi, dan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Selanjutnya, mediasi pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan berlaku untuk efekgambar pada loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi antara variabel citra terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Mediasi pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan berlaku untuk efek promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi antara variabel promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi Teori Berbasis Sumber Daya, dan Tampilan Berbasis Pasar. Batasan, implikasi teoritis, implikasi manajerial dan juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci : citra, promosi, kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas pelangganAbstractThis research aims to develop and test empirical model of development customer loyalty on the basis of image and promotion. Image, promotion, and customer satisfaction affect positively towards customer loyalty. Furthermore, mediating effect of customer satisfaction apply to image effects on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction serves as a mediating variable between the variable image on customer loyalty. Mediating effect of customer satisfaction apply for promotion effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction serves as a mediating variable between promotional variables on customer loyalty. This study contributes to the Resources- Based Theory, and Market Based Views. Abstract

This research aims to develop a new theoretical approach in solving the result of research gap between the effects of organizasional learning influence towards organizational performance and analyze the development of Orientation On The Advantage Of Specific Creative Technique. Sources of orientation on the advantage of specific creative technique derived from the concept of the specifc firms resources. The research was conducted in the area Pekalongan, Rembang, Sragen, Banjarnegara, and Solo in Central Java Province. The empirical test model used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using some software, such as: AMOS 7.0, SPSS 16.0 and Microsoft Excel version. 2007. The sample size of the study was 200 owners/ leaders/ managers of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises. The results showed that learning explorative affect positively towards advantage of new product development, innovation creativity affect positively towards advantage of product differentiation, exploitative learning affect positively towards advantage of the creative process-oriented cost. Furthermore, advantage of new product development, advantage of product differentiation, advantage of the creative process- oriented cost affect positively towards organizational performance. This study contributes to the Resources-Based Theory, and Organizational learning Theory. Organizational learning theory provides an explanation explorative learning, exploitative learning, and creativity to the realm of Resources Based Theory, which is the realm of capabilities and orientation on the advantage of specific creative technique which is a competitive advantage in an organizational performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study to develop a theoretical approach to track and analyze the development to Innovation of Prosocial Cultural Transformation improve organizational  performance. This research is expected to provide an explanation to fill this research gap related to the presence of entrepreneurs in the batik industry is the thing that can not be circumvented in wanting to improve the performance of the organization's success in a competitive business environment associated with the implementation of the innovation strategy. The research was conducted in the area of Pekalongan, Rembang, Sragen, Solo, dan Banjarnegara Central Java Province. The sample size of the study was 200 owners/ leaders/ managers of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises. The variables of innovation of prosocial cultural transformation measured through creative product development, creative technique based on cost efficiency, and responsibility to employees and the community to achieve improved organizational performance. The result showed that consumer orientation, supplier orientation, employee creativity affect positively towards innovation of prosocial cultural transformation. Afterwards, innovation of prosocial cultural transformation affect positively towards organizational performance. This research was based on Resources Based Theory and Diversity in Innovation Theory which means that the company's success is based on the characteristics of the resources in the company.The limitation and implication for the future study and the managerial implication are alsodiscussed in this study. Abstract

The purpose of the researh is for analyzing an influence of psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior, studies at Family Planning Educator of Village in Office of Women Empowerment and Family Planning, Batang District, Central Java Province. The research belongs to purposive sampling method it is for every people that have period about 5 to 20 years in their work. There are 133 people, and just 115 persons as the sample. Measurement of the instrument response by using likert scale 7 (seven) as an alternative of the respond. The instrument of the test by using validity and reliability test, model test by using determination coefficient and F test (Goodness of Fit). The hypotesis test is in the research by using t test with frequency distribution to significance level (α) 5%. The result showed several changes from the variable of psychological capital, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction can be done by Family Planning Founder of Village performance in the model. The result of hipotesis test showed that the psychological capital and OCB have a positif influence and significant to the performance of employees, thus satisfaction job can mediate psychological and OCB to ward Family Planning Educator of Village in Office of Women Empowerment and Family Planning performance, but direct influence was stronger. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and job characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with the moderation of Person Organization Fit in Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City. The population of this study was civil servants with a minimum of high school education in Kardinah Hospital in Tegal City with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. The method of collecting data uses a questionnaire filled out by respondents. Testing instruments with validity and reliability tests. The analytical tool used is multiple regression, while to test the hypothesis using the t test. The results of the study show that leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The person organization fit moderates the relationship between leader member exchange towards organizational citizenship behavior. The person organization fit moderates the influence of job characteristics on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service recovery consisting of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice on consumer satisfaction and repurchase behavior. Respondent data were 105 Larissa Aesthetic Center consumers taken using purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that service recovery consisting of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and repurchase behavior. Based on these results it can be concluded that service recovery plays an important role in increasing satisfaction and shaping consumer repurchase behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on the purchasing decision process, the influence of lifestyle on the purchasing decision process and the influence of product knowledge on the folding bicycle purchase decision process in Semarang City. This research was conducted from November to December 2020 with the number of samples used as many as 100 respondents with the sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used instrument test, model test, regression test using SPSS 24.0 software. The results showed that product quality, lifestyle, and product knowledge had a positive effect on the purchasing decision process. Product quality has the greatest influence on the purchasing decision process compared to lifestyle and product knowledge. The better the quality of the product, the higher the purchasing decision process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge sharing, pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan KPP Pratama Semarang Candisari. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 110 responden dengan metode kuantitatif analisis regresi berganda. Hasil studi penelitian ini mengusung tujuh hipotesis, dimana hasil demonstrasi penelitian seluruhnya menunjukkan dampak pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, begitupula dengan pengujian dengan menggunakan demonstrasi variabel intervening. Secara manajerial Variabel pemberdayaan mempunyai pengaruh terbesar terhadap kinerja pegawai dilihat dari koefisien regresinya; Variabel Knowledge sharing mempunyai pengaruh terendah terhadap kinerja pegawai; Variabel kepuasan kerja juga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dilihat dari koefisien regresinya dan mengintervening Knowledge sharing dan pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja pegawai
