Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, persepsi harga dan electronic word of mouth terhadap proses keputusan pembelian konsumen Semarang Roru Cake.Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakanpurposive sampling dan jumlah sampel yang diolah menjadi data penelitian sebanyak 97 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial,kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap proses keputusan, persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian dan electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Kualitas produk, citra merek, persepsi harga, electronic word of mouth, proses keputusan pembelian

Abstract

This research aims to develop and test empirical model of development brand loyalty on the basis of product quality and brand image. The research was conducted at customer of Handphone brand of Nokia . The empirical test model used was regression analysis by using some software, such as: SPSS 13.0 and Microsoft Excel version. 2007. The sample size of the study was 100 customer of Handphone brand of Nokia in Semarang. The results showed that product quality affect positively towards decision of purchasing, and brand image affect positively towards decision of purchasing. Quality product, brand image, and decision of purchasing affect positively towards brand loyality. Furthermore, product quality have indirect effect to brand loyalty through mediating decision of purchasing, product quality have direct effect to brandloyalty so that total effect product quality to brand loyalty is equal to effect indirect plus effect direct. Brand image have indirect effect to brand loyalty through mediating decision of purchasing.Keywords: Product quality, brand image, decision of purchasing, and brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Leadership and Discipline of Work on employee performance with mediating variables of Organizational Commitment. The study was conducted at the village office se Pekalongan. The population of this study were all employees of the village in Pekalongan. Data collected through direct surveys with the help of a questionnaire given to employees of the village. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Mediation effect was tested by comparing the regression coefficients of direct and indirect relationships of variables. The results showed that leadership and discipline of work and a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership, work discipline and organizational commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance. This suggests that the better leadership and discipline will be the higher employee commitment to the organization that have an impact on the higher performance of employees villages in Pekalongan. While the test showed that the mediating effect of organizational commitment did not mediate the relationship variables of leadership and discipline to employee performance village in Pekalongan. Abstract

This research investigates and examines the Effect of Quality of Work Life and Carrier development on Employees performance by using Organizational commitment as moderating role in Comunication Transportation and Information Rembang. This research uses cencus sampling method. The collected sample is 105 respondent. The instrument testing used validity and reliability by alpha cronbach value. Model measurement uses Coefficient determination and F testing. Hypotheses testing uses multiple linier Regression and t testing. The result found that Quality of Work Life ( QWL ) positively and significantly effects the employees performance, Career development positively and significantly affectsthe employees performance which moderated by organizational commitment and Career Development has positive and significant effect on employees performance which is moderated by organizational commitment in Communication Transportation and Information of Rembang. Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze and describe the influence of service quality and reputation of the trust as well as to analyze and describe the influence of service quality, corporate reputation and trust on customer satisfaction. Based on the purpose of the study, the researchers will conduct a study of research on the quality of service and the company's reputation of trust and the impact on customer satisfaction in customer savings at Bank SyariahMandiri Branch Kendal. In this study, the population is savings customers of Bank SyariahMandiri Branch Kendal until August 2015 that an unknown number of 13.245 customers. By using purposive sampling technique sampling is a way to determine the sample selection criteria of the respondents are already saving in Bank SyariahMandiri Branch Kendal more than one year can be sampled, then it is determined at 100 customers. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, test instrument, namely the validity and reliability, test models and hypothesis testing. Of the analysts who conducted the study concluded that the quality of service partially positive and significant impact on the trust. Reputable companies partially positive and significant impact on the trust. Quality of service partially positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The company's reputation partially positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Belief in partial positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Abstract

The research objective is to examine and analyze the influence of job characteristics and the influence of organizational commitment on performance with organizational culture as moderation.Respondents in this study were certified personnel in procurement of goods / services in the Tegal City Government. Data collection using census method as many as 117 respondents in the form of questionnaires with validity and reliability testing techniques and test the relationship between variables with mutiple regression models. The results showed that job characteristics and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational culture proved to be a moderating variable and strengthened the influence of job characteristics and organizational commitment on performance. Abstract

This study has aimed to examine and to analyze the influence of motivation and quality work of life on employee performance with person organization fit mediation on Civil Servant Employees Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Demak. Data collection used survey method for 110 respodens. They were Civil Servant Employees on Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Demak with slovin methode. The technique of data testing used statistical method, they covered validity test, reliability test, regression analysis, t-test and mediation test. They were used to test and to prove hypotheses of study. Based on resulting of their analysis, its examining pointed out motivation did not influence for person organizatio fit while quality work of life influence positive and significant for person organization fit. Motivation and quality work of life influence positive and significant for employee performance. Keywords: motivation, quality work of life, person organization fit and employee performance.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the development of retail business types of supermarkets is becoming increasingly interesting because the fact is not all business people are able to survive optimally. To maintain survival, one way to do is always improve customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to develop and test the influence of company image and price perception in influencing satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty, in order to win the supermarkets competition in Semarang. The sample used was 112 respondents at Giant Semarang Supermarket with a purposive sampling technique, showing data taken from specific targets. The results of the study resulted in a company's image and price perception positively affecting customer satisfaction and subsequently company image, price perception, and customer satisfaction positively affected customer loyalty. The results of the research prove the existence of a corporate image and the perception of image prices have a direct and indirect influence on loyalty by mediating by customer satisfaction, this shows that through corporate image and price perception can create satisfaction which will ultimately form customer loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of service quality and reputation of the trust of the partners workingin the service of Treasury Bureau of Finance Government of Central Java Province. To determine the effect ofservice quality, reputation and confidence in the commitment to work on the service partner of Treasury Bureau ofFinance Government of Central Java Province. To find out if the trust partner at mediating influence of the qualityof service and commitment to partner reputation to work at the service of Treasury Bureau of Finance Governmentof Central Java Province. The population in this study is that all agencies (SKPD) in Central Java ProvincialGovernment is known to number as many as 50 SKPD and 10 collaborators from outside (private). With a samplingtechnique using census sampling is a way of selecting respondents by taking the overall population is, therefore, asample of 60 respondents. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, test instrument, namely the validityand reliability, test models and hypothesis testing. Based analyst who conducted the study concluded that the qualityof service partially (individual) positive and significant impact on the trust. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu menunjukan tentang pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek danpersepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pelanggan toko hijab nadya collection di semarang. tokohijab nadya setiap bulan mengalami naik turun pada penjualan, Merek yang paling meningkat pesat ialahproduk merek pasmina sabiyan dan paling menurun ialah produk merek segiempat saudia. Semua ini bisadilihat dengan cara metode pengambilan sample, sampel penyebaran kuesioner 100 responden. Setelah itumelakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung dengan pelanggan toko hijab nadya collection di semarang.penyebaran kuesioner ada beberapa kriteria, yaitu : pelanggan Toko Hijab Nadya Collection di Semarang danPelanggan yang sudah berusia mencapai 17 tahun karena sudah nilai sudah bisa menggambil keputusansendiri. Setelah data kuesioner tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Rumus untuk mengolahdata antara lain melalui :uji validitas,uji reliabilitas, koefisiensi determinasi (R2),uji F, Analisis regresi linierberganda,uji t. Hasil penelitian ini variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkeputusan pembelian, variabel citra merek berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusanpembelian, variabel persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap keputusan pembelian
