Abstract

 ABSTRACT Information systems is that information technology is growing so rapidly. Technologies that can help more easily, quickly, safely and effectively clear it is helpful to anyone who use it. Including to assist students in the boarding house search. While conducting a study / lecture will need a boarding house is important, since the students who undertake studies in a long time and needed a place to stay in the area. And it makes the issue of how students can find suitable boarding house, given some constraints such as do not know the area, or do not have friends who can demonstrate appropriate boarding house for students. This information systems which will facilitate for students who feel confused in finding suitable boarding houses and rooming will assist owners in his boarding house online marketing. The system is focused in finding the appropriate criteria to boarding reservations for a dorm room can be done with this system. Success in implementing this system is that it can work well to help students in the search for an appropriate location rooming house. Of search, directions, up to ordering online and the response of the system facilities using SMS (Short Message Service) to the owner of the boarding house that facilitate the ordering process. Keywords: Information System, Boarding House, GIS, SMS Gateway

Abstract

ABSTRACT         Bantul district is one of the areas that have the potential spread industry in Bantul are very diverse. But the potential of this industry has not been widely known by the public. One of the obstacles is lack of information about the location of industry. Therefore, it is necessary for Bantul regency industry website using Location Based Services (LBS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) that will assist and facilitate both the users wherever they are in order to obtain information and Bantul local government area of the promotion.             (LBS) and (GIS) can be one of the main interactive tools, because the existence of (LBS) and (GIS)  will  described to detect the location of objects with positioning system technologies using Cell - ID  which is derived from the position of Base Transceiver Station and the location of the real conditions in the industry in the form of a map. The process of making a website need to be more interesting and conveyed information quickly , accurately and efficiently.            The information system of industrial potency in Bantul Regency shous wuik that reacts for position entity exchange and information about industrial level in Bantul regency such photo gallery, industrial descriptions, contact of communications in industrial side, also route and the shortest distance to industrial location. Keywords: Website, Industry, Location Based Services, Geographical Information System.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTIKI (express courier) is a domestic and international delivery service. TIKI itself already has a system which is running, it is a dynamic website system that can only be run by using the internet browser. Currently, the android’s operating system open source is growing rapidly and rising in popularity for competing bravely with other mobile operating systems such as ios, blackberry or windows phone. As the result, it encourages the android operating system to maximize its potential by creating a GPS (Geographic Positioning System) app like Google Maps to detect TIKI’s agent locations in Yogyakarta. The application is expected to facilitate TIKI users when opening the website, because the application can be run in mobile devices with android operating system.This application is expected to help users in tracking the package which has shipped with receipt number, by using receipt checking feature. The nearest from TIKI feature is a feature that can show the nearest route from the TIKI agent location and display where the location exactly is, with the blue marker appeared in maps.The aplication for TIKI’s agent location search is created by using the programming language PHP and a MySQL database processing. Abstract

Data mining merupakan penggalian data dalam jumlah besar untuk mendapatkan suatu pengetahuan (knowledge) atau informasi bagi penggunanya.Dalam penerapan ini digunakan metode clustering dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Means. Dari data yang diolah dengan sample data produk barang yang ada di Koperasi Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (Kopma UNY), maka menghasilkan dua jenis kelompok data yaitu data penjualan produk barang yang paling laku terjual dan yang paling tidak laku terjual sehingga produk barang yang ada di gudang tidak menumpuk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan algoritma K-Meansclustering produk barang yang dikategorikan paling laku terjual yaitu dengan rata-rata penjualan 2545.36 dan barang yang dikategorikan paling tidak laku terjual yaitu dengan rata-rata penjualan 231.2.

Abstract

Dana Pensiun Pembina Potensi Pembangunan dalam pengelolaan data kepesertaan dan perhitungan manfaat pensiun masih manual atau masih menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel. Penggunaan Microsoft Excel masih mempunyai kekurangan untuk pengelolaan data kepesertaan dana pensiun serta untuk proses perhitungan manfaat pensiun, sehingga membuat kinerja yang tidak maksimal. Oleh karena itu, dalam pengolahan data tersebut diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat memudahkan dalam proses pengelohan data kepesertaan serta proses perhitungan manfaat pensiun. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. MySQL untuk pengelolaan basis data, Apache sebagai web server, serta perancangan sistem menggunakan UML. Adanya sistem pengelolaan kepesertaan dan perhitungan manfaat pensiun ini dapat memberikan kemudahan pada pihak Dana Pensiun Pembina Potensi Pembangunan dalam mengelola data kepesertaan, data ahli waris, data aktuaria, data pensiunan dan data iuran. Sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan dalam proses perhitungan manfaat pensiun yang proses perhitungannya otomatis saat menambah data peserta yang akan pensiun. Selain mengolah data, sistem ini juga dapat menyimpan semua rekapan data yang yang dapat diakses lagi di kemudian hari. Sistem juga menyediakan laporan-laporan yang berhubungan dengan kepesertaan dana pensiun, sehingga dapat memudahkan pengurus dalam menyajikan laporan yang dibutuhkan pimpinan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi sekarang ini membawa dampak yang sangat besar bagi kemajuan di segala bidang. Dimulai dari bidang usaha hingga dunia bisnis dan perkantoran. Salah satunya ditandai dengan peralihan dari sistem kerja manual ke sistem kerja modern dengan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Perusahaan Distributor “THREE ELECTRIC” adalah perusahaan yang berkembang di bidang distributor alat-alat listrik. Banyak transaksi-transaksi yang terjadi di perusahaan ini baik penjualan maupun pembelian. Hal tersebut tentu saja menjadi sangat sulit untuk mengontrol jalannya perusahaan terutama di bidang perputaran barang dan laporan kentungan perusahaan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi berbasis komputer ini, maka akan dapat meningkatkan pengolahan data dan penyediaan informasi secara cepat dan tepat sehingga memudahkan dalam pengolahan data penjualan. Visual basic merupakan salah satu software yang dapat menunjang dalam merancang sistem pengolahan data penjualan yang berbasis multiuser. Demikian sistem informasi komputer berbasis multiuser ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan–permasalahan yang ada pada sistem manual yang sudah berjalan selama ini.

Abstract

TIKI (titipan kilat) adalah suatu jasa pengiriman barang domestik maupun internasional. TIKI sendiri sudah memiliki sistem yang sudah berjalan dan sistem itu berupa website dinamis yang hanya bisa digunakan menggunakan browser internet. Saat ini sistem operasi open source android berkembang sangat pesat dan menanjak popularitasnya karena berani menyaingi menyaingi sistem operasi mobile lain seperti ios, blackberry atau windows phone. Hal ini mendorong untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh sistem operasi android, dengan membangun sebuah aplikasi GPS (Geographic Positioning System) dengan menggunakan Google Maps untuk pencarian lokasi agen TIKI di Yogyakarta. Aplikasi ini diharapkan agar para pengguna TIKI tidak repot untuk membuka sistem yang ada di website TIKI karena aplikasi ini bisa digunakan di perangkat mobile yang ada dengan sistem operasi Android. Aplikasi ini diharapkan mempermudah pengguna aplikasi untuk melihat data nomor resi untuk pelacakan barang yang dikirim dengan fitur cek resi. Fitur TIKI terdekat adalah fitur yang akan menampilkan rute terdekat menuju lokasi agen TIKI dari posisi pengguna aplikasi berada menuju ke lokasi agen TIKI yang dituju dan bisa mempelihatkan dimana letak agen TIKI itu berada dengan tampilan marker yang berwarna biru yang berada di maps. Aplikasi pencarian lokasi agen TIKI ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan pengolahan database menggunakan MySQL. Software Eclipse juga mendukung pembuatan aplikasi ini karena aplikasi ini memerlukan bahasa pemrograman Java, agar dapat diterapkan pada perangkat mobile berbasis Android.

Abstract

Sistem informasi merupakan teknologi informasi yang saat ini berkembang begitu pesat. Teknologi yang dapat membantu lebih mudah, cepat, aman dan efektif jelas sangatlah membantu siapa saja yang memanfaatkannya. Termasuk didalamnya untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam pencarian rumah kos. Disaat sedang melakukan studi/kuliah kebutuhan akan rumah kos sangatlah penting, mengingat para mahasiswa yang melakukan studi dalam waktu yang cukup lama dan membutuhkan tempat tinggal di area tersebut. Dan itu membuat masalah bagaimana mahasiswa tersebut dapat mencari rumah kos yang sesuai, mengingat beberapa kendala seperti tidak tahu daerah tersebut, atau tidak memiliki teman yang dapat menunjukkan rumah kos yang sesuai untuk mahasiswa tersebut. Sistem informasi ini yang nantinya akan mewadahi bagi para mahasiswa yang merasa kebinggungan dalam mencari rumah kos yang sesuai serta akan membantu pemilik kos dalam memasarkan rumah kosnya secara online. Sistem yang difokuskan dalam mencari kriteria kos yang sesuai sampai dengan pemesanan untuk kamar kos tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan sistem ini. Keberhasilan dari implementasi sistem ini adalah dapat berjalan dengan baik untuk membantu para mahasiswa didalam mencari lokasi rumah kos yang sesuai. Dari pencarian, penunjuk arah, sampai dengan pemesanan secara online dan fasilitas respon dari sistem menggunakan SMS (Short Message Service) bagi pemilik kos yang memudahkan dalam proses pemesanan.
