Abstract

Rendahnya penyerapan setelah jenjang pendidikan SMA baik untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi (universitas, sekolah tinggi) maupun yang bekerja atau membuka usaha (wirausaha) disebabkan oleh keadaan ekonomi yang tidak memungkinkan, ketidaksiapan dan kurangnya informasi akan akses studi lanjut maupun informasi terkait kemampuan/kompetensi pada siswa/mahasiswa yang minim. Oleh karena itu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi beasiswa dan pelatihan pembuatan CV bagi siswa/I SMA Santo Arnoldus. Melalui sharing informasi dari koordinator (PIC) dan testimoni para siswa/I sangat antusiasi untuk mempersiapkan diri mendapatkan beasiswa yang disosialisasikan. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan CV juga membantu para siswa/I memanfaatkan alat bantu yang ada dan belajar memperkenalkan potensi dan keterampilan yang dimiliki baik untuk melamar beasiswa maupun melamar kerja atau kesempatan magang. Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh seluruh siswa/I kelas X sampai kelas XII ini berjalan dengan baik dan mendapat evaluasi baik berupa adanya rasa motivasi, pemahaman materi yang sangat baik dan harapan agar kegiatan ini dapat dilaksanakan secara rutin.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the existence of uma in the community kinship system in Taileleu, describe the taileleu community's response to the existence of uma in culture for daily life, identify the effo rts of the younger generation to preserve uma in Mentawai culture. The method used in this research is qualitative. Informants in this study amounted to 20 people who were selected by porposive sampling. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation study. The data validity test uses the source triangulation method. The results showed that the existence of uma in the kinship of the taileleu community can be seen from the spiritual function that each side of the uma has a spirit, 1. Orat, 2. bakkat katcaila, 3. Ngong, 4. Abu, 5. Baibajat, 6. Salipak, 7. Tuddukat. Social function 1. To gather in planning a traditional party, 2. As a place to live for some family members, especially the rimata or elders, 3. As a means of traditional parties. Uma as a place to store food such as taro, bananas, sago, and the results of hunted pigs and the results of traditional parties that are salted. In the taileleu community's response to the existence of uma in Mentawai culture for daily life, 1. Uma is still needed, 2. Uma needs to be preserved, 3. Local government attention is needed in preserving uma. Efforts to involve the younger generation to preserve uma in Mentawai culture, 1. Participate in repairing uma that have been deer.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study discusses the right to education as part of Human Rights (HAM) from a constitutional perspective in Indonesia, and analyzes the ongoing violations of this fundamental right. Although the right to education is guaranteed in Article 31 of the 1945 Constitution and its derivative regulations, the reality reveals persistent inequality in access, discrimination, and weak implementation by state institutions. This research employs a normative-juridical method with constitutional and case-study approaches. The findings indicate that the fulfillment of the right to education remains ineffective due to unequal distribution of resources, lack of supervision, and weak integration of human rights education in the national curriculum. Human rights education needs to be strengthened as a preventive strategy to raise awareness of educational rights. Synergy between the government, human rights institutions, and civil society is essential to ensure that education is truly realized as a constitutional right.Keywords: Human Rights, Education, Constitution

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has triggered significant transformations in the realization and protection of human rights (HR), particularly regarding the right to privacy and personal data security. This article aims to analyze violations of the right to privacy in the case of the PeduliLindungi data breach from a human rights perspective in the digital era. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method using a literature review approach, examining academic literature, national legal policies, and reports from human rights and cybersecurity institutions related to data protection. The findings reveal that weak digital security systems and low ethical awareness in data usage create serious vulnerabilities to violations of citizens’ privacy rights. The PeduliLindungi data leak reflects the fragility of legal protection for personal data despite the enactment of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. Additionally, the analysis highlights a dilemma between the state’s need to maintain public security and its obligation to guarantee the right to individual privacy as stipulated in Article 12 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 28G of the 1945 Constitution. In the context of digital ethics, the misuse of data and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms without transparent oversight also poses risks to the principles of justice and non-discrimination. Therefore, this article emphasizes the importance of implementing a human rights by design principle, strengthening public digital literacy, and synergizing legal regulations with AI ethics to safeguard human rights in digital spaces. This study contributes to enhancing digital legal literacy and the development of human rights-based policy designs for national data governance.

Abstract

Banjir merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang sering terjadi di Indonesia dan memberikan dampaksignifikan terhadap aktivitas masyarakat. MenurutBashori Imam (2013:15), banjir adalah kejadian ketikaair menggenangi wilayah yang biasanya tidaktergenang dalam jangka waktu tertentu akibatmeluapnya air dari sungai, danau, atau saluranselokan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan oktobertahun 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuikondisi selokan di sepanjang Jalan Kamboja sertafaktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya banjir di wilayah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakanadalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara denganmasyarakat yang berdomisili di sekitar Jalan Kamboja.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selokan di sepanjang jalan tersebut mengalami kerusakan cukupserius akibat penumpukan sampah rumah tangga dan limbah ringan yang menyebabkan aliran air tersumbat. Selain itu, kondisi jalan yang tidak berkualitas baiksejak awal pembangunan turut memperparahgenangan air saat hujan deras. Dampak darikerusakan ini tidak hanya menimbulkan banjir, tetapijuga menghambat aktivitas masyarakat dan menyebabkan kemacetan lalu lintas. Upaya penanggulangan telah dilakukan oleh pemerintahmelalui pembangunan selokan baru, namunpenyelesaiannya masih belum optimal.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan motivasi anak muda dalam mengembangkan usaha ritel berbasis teknologi digital yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan pengorganisasian komunitas dengan metode partisipatif yang melibatkan peserta secara aktif sejak tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi.Tahapan kegiatan diawali dengan pre-test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman awal peserta mengenai bisnis ritel, minat berwirausaha, dampak sosial-lingkungan, serta pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran. Selanjutnya dilakukan sosialisasi dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk memperdalam pemahaman dan menggali ide serta tantangan yang dihadapi anak muda dalam memulai usaha. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai strategi pemasaran digital, pembuatan konten promosi, serta penyusunan rencana bisnis sederhana. Di akhir kegiatan, dilakukan post-test guna mengevaluasi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta.Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pemahaman bisnis ritel, kemampuan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk pemasaran, serta motivasi berwirausaha di kalangan anak muda. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong terbentuknya komunitas wirausaha muda sebagai wadah kolaborasi dan pengembangan usaha bersama.Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi anak muda melalui penguatan kapasitas kewirausahaan digital yang kreatif, mandiri, dan berorientasi pada keberlanjutan sosial dan lingkungan.

Abstract

In today's digital era, thel use ofl social lmedia, especially Instagram, has lbecome an important partl of teenagers' llives. However, despite its benefits, excessive usel of Instagram canl have al negative impactl on teenagers' social interactions and learning processes. Thel purpose of this study is to explore the impact of Instagram use on teenagers' social interactions and education and to understand the role of Instagram as an effective and balanced educational tool, as well as the negative impacts that can arise if Instagram use is not regulated wisely. This is a qualitative descriptive study. The research informants included three students. Data was collected through techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the use of Instagram by teenagers has both positive and negative impacts. On the one hand, Instagram strengthens social interactions with friends and teachers and increases self-confidence through the sharing of experiences and creative content. However, excessive use also causes disruption to learning focus, reduces time for academic tasks, and disturbs sleep quality. Uncontrolled use of Instagram can affect learning motivation and academic achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a *Picture Book Series* learning medium in order to strengthen the Pancasila student profile and analyse its application at MTs Muhammadiyah Sanden. This study uses a development research method with the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through student response questionnaires in small and large scale trials, as well as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of media validation by media experts and subject matter experts indicate that this media is highly suitable for use. In the implementation stage, the media was tested on two groups, namely a small-scale trial (5 students) and a large-scale trial (28 students), with results of 88% and 86.4%, respectively, in the very practical category. An evaluation was conducted to assess the success of the media, and revisions were made based on input from validators and the results of the trials. The results of the study show that the Picture Book Series media is effective as a learning tool for strengthening the Pancasila learner profile, with the use of stories and language appropriate to the level of understanding of junior high school students. The application of this media has succeeded in increasing student motivation and enthusiasm for learning

Abstract

Digital literacy encompasses not only technical skills but also an understanding of social dynamics such as polarization and the need for social integration in digital environments. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of a web-based Mobile Polarization and Social Integration application in improving students’ digital literacy. A quasi-experimental design with a control group was employed, involving students from an Islamic senior high school. Data were collected using a validated test and analyzed through comparative statistical methods. The application significantly enhances students’ digital literacy and supports their awareness of polarization and social integration. This study highlights the potential of web-based learning applications to strengthen digital citizenship and encourage responsible and inclusive participation in digital spaces.

Abstract

This article examines T.H. Marshall's thoughts on citizenship and social class as reflected in his book Citizenship and Social Class. T.H. Marshall divides citizenship into three main elements: civil rights, political rights, and social rights. Social rights, which include education, health, and social welfare, are the focus in reducing social inequality in society. Although civil and political rights have developed, T.H. Marshall emphasises that social rights still face major challenges in achieving equality. This study also integrates Tom Bottomore's view, which highlights the limitations of the state in providing social rights amid a capitalist system that emphasises market efficiency. This research is relevant to the conditions in Indonesia, which still faces inequalities in access to education, health, and social protection, despite affirmative policies such as the Family Hope Programme (PKH) and National Health Insurance (JKN). By analysing the thoughts of T.H. Marshall and Tom Bottomore, this study provides a perspective in understanding the relationship between citizenship, social class, and social inequality, as well as the importance of more inclusive policies in creating equal citizenship in Indonesia.
