Abstract

This study aims to look at Islamic economics literacy on alumni of FEBI IAIN Kerinci, both in terms of knowledge, understanding and ability to apply attitudes (actions) from Islamic economics material that was studied during college into everyday life. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, relying on verified data from interviews and observations on alumni of FEBI IAIN Kerinci as the main source, which is analyzed using data reduction, data display and data verification methods. The results of the research show that the Islamic economics literacy on alumni of FEBI IAIN Kerinci shows that some of them have knowledge and understanding of Islamic economics at the Sufficient Literate level, and also some of them also have knowledge and understanding at Less Literate, and even some of them have knowledge and understanding is at Not Literate. This is how it is implemented, it appears that some have been able to apply it in their daily economic activities well, but others are still not able to apply it in their daily economic activities.

Abstract

Islamic financial institutions have dominated the various needs of the community, especially in BMT Nusantara and BMT Maslahah. Its existence is a great hope to be able to provide high benefits, especially non-profit financing so that the need for it will form a marker for the community of the importance of BMT in the midst of society. This research uses a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach, the research was carried out in the northern Surabaya area and collected data in the form of direct observation followed by direct interviews to the documentation needed in this study. In the end, data analysis was carried out previously by checking through the validity of the data using data trianggulation with the aim that the research obtained could be directed and could be accounted for its validity. The result of this study is that BMT Nusantara in its application is based on the rules and provisions of the Fiqh rules as its guidelines, while BMT Maslahah also makes the teachings of fiqh as its basis for meeting its requirements and validity. Furthermore, judging from the business strategy, it is more about the fulfillment of society in its needs so that the strategy does not interest the benefits but rather the taawun which is essentially recommended in Islamic law.

Abstract

Application security is a major concern in the development of information systems today. One of the common methods used to improve security is two-factor verification using One Time Password (OTP). This study proposes and implements a login verification system using OTP sent via WhatsApp. This method not only takes advantage of WhatsApp's popularity as a broad communication platform, but also ensures that users receive verification codes directly on their mobile devices. The implementation is carried out using the latest technology in web-based application development, with a focus on user security and convenience. The results of this study are expected to provide practical guidance for developers to integrate more secure and efficient login verification into their applications.

Abstract

Background: This study focuses on the latest knowledge regarding Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as a current central issue. These enterprises have shown their significance in providing employment opportunities and contributing to the country's economy. However, MSMEs face various challenges that must be addressed to optimize their outcomes. Understanding the characteristics of this group was crucial in formulating effective strategies. Objective: This study proposed to cluster or combine micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) data in a particular area based on asset value and turnover. As a result, this study aimed to gain insights into the MSME landscape in the area and provided valuable information for decision-makers and stakeholders. Methods: This study utilized two methods, namely the DBSCAN (Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise) method and the K-Means method. These methods were chosen for their distinct capabilities. DBSCAN was selected for its ability to handle noisy data and identify clusters with diverse forms, while K-Means was chosen for its popularity and ability to group data based on proximity. The study used a dataset containing MSME information, including asset values and turnover, collected from various sources. Results: The outcomes encompassed identifying clusters of MSMEs based on their closeness in the feature space within a specific region. Optimizing the clustering outcomes involved modifying algorithm parameters like epsilon and minimum points for DBSCAN and the number of clusters for K-Means. Furthermore, this study attained a deeper understanding of the arrangement and characteristics of MSME clusters in the region through a comparative analysis of the two methodologies. Conclusion: This study offered perspectives on clustering MSMEs based on asset value and turnover in a specific region. Employing DBSCAN and K-Means methodologies allowed researchers to depict the MSME landscape and grasp the business attributes of these enterprises. These results could aid in decision-making and strategic planning concerning the advancement of the MSME sector in the mentioned area. Future study may investigate supplementary factors and variables to deepen comprehension of MSME clusters and promote regional growth and sustainability.   Keywords: Asset Value, Clustering, DBSCAN, K-Means, Turnover

Abstract

Physical activity is an activity of body movement by utilizing skeletal muscles that are carried out daily. One form of physical activity is exercise which aims to improve health and fitness. Parameters related to health and wellness are heart and muscle activity. Strong and prolonged muscle contractions result in muscle fatigue. The authors used electromyographic (EMG) signals to measure muscle fatigue by monitoring changes in electrical muscle activity. This study aims to analyze the effect of muscle fatigue on cardiac signals during subjects perform physical activity. This research method uses Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) with one group pre-test-post-test research design. The independent variable is the EMG signal when doing plank activities, while the dependent variable is the result of monitoring the EMG signal. The authors use MPF, MDF, and MNF to get more detailed measurement results and perform a T-test. The test results showed a significant value (p-value <0.05) in the pre-test and post-test. The Pearson correlation test got a value of 0.628, indicating a strong relationship between exercise frequency and plank duration. When the respondent experiences muscle fatigue, the heart signal is affected by noise movement artifacts that appear when doing the plank. It is concluded that the device in this study can be used properly. To overcome noise in the EMG signal, it is recommended to use dry electrodes and high-quality components. To improve the ability to transmit data, it is recommended to use a Raspberry microcontroller.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Qardh Akad Analysis in the SPinjam Feature on the Shopee Application. Shopee Pinjam (SPinjam) is an online cash loan product that offers loans with a fast, safe, minimal risk and unsecured process. So that SPinjam becomes an alternative for people who need funds. because Indonesia is a majority Muslim community, this Marketplace must be adjusted to Sharia provisions. There is no Fatwa specifically related to the Marketplace. The formulation of the problem in this study How is the mechanism of Terms and Conditions of Shopee Pinjam Services for Loan Recipients on the Shopee Application, How is the Analysis of the Conformity of Qardh Akad with the Terms and Conditions of Shopee Pinjam Services for Loan Recipients on the Shopee Application and How is the Analysis of DSN-MUI Fatwa No: 19/DSNMUI/IV/2001 with the Terms and Conditions of Shopee Pinjam Services for Loan Recipients on the Shopee Application.This type of research is library research, the data analysis method uses normative descriptive methods, uses a fatwa approach and inductive thinking. The results of this study indicate that: Users of the SPinjam feature in the Shopee application are Shopee application users who have reached the gold member level with a certain credit limit. The loan consists of a disbursement fee of 1% monthly installment fee (5%/month) and a monthly SPinjam protection fee (0.25%/month). The conformity between DSN MUI Fatwa No.19/DSN-MUI/IV/2001 and the SPinjam Terms and Conditions of Service document can be concluded that it is not fully in accordance with the provisions of sharia principles. The conflicting points of the SPinjam Document are related to the following; loan repayment system in the form of credit, late fees, loan interest, risk of credit failure for borrowers and dispute resolution institutions

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tipe dan kelimpahan mikroplastik serta distribusinya berdasarkan kedalaman. Pelaksanaan survei dilakukan selama 3 bulan di mulai dari bulan Januari hingga Maret 2023 pada 3 stasiun, yaitu: Stasiun 1 (hulu - Desa Karya Indah), Stasiun 2 (tengah - Kelurahan Tebing Tinggi Okura) dan Stasiun 3 (hilir - Desa Tualang sebanuak 3 kali dengan interval sebulan sekali. Pada setiap stasiun, sampel mikroplastik komposit sebanyak 30 L diambil di bagian kiri, tengah dan kanan sungai pada 3 kedalaman air (permukaan, 5m dan 10m) menggunakan water sampler, kemudian disaring menjadi 300 mL dengan jaring plankton no 25. Sampel air tersaring dari tiap lokasi dan kedalaman disaring dengan kertas Whatman dan diberi KOH 10%, kemudian didiamkan selama 14 hari. Tipe mikroplastik diidentifikasi dengan mikroskop binocular dan dihitung kelimpahannya. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 3 tipe mikroplastik (fiber, fragmen dan film) pada kedalaman dan semua lokasi sampling. Tipe fiber dan fragmen melimpah pada kedalaman 5 m dan total kelimpahan ketiga mikroplastik terbanyak ditemukan pada Stasiun 3 (hilir sungai). Disimpulkan bahwa kelimpahan total mikroplastik berbeda sangat nyata berdasarkan kedalaman dan lokasi pengambilan sampel.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tipe dan kelimpahan mikroplastik pada air dan sedimen anak-anak Sungai Siak. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada  Maret - Mei 2023.  Pengambilan sampel dilakukan satu kali setiap bulan selama tiga bulan. Stasiun penelitian ada 4 yaitu Sungai Air hitam, Sungai Sago, Sungai Umban Sari dan Sungai Pengambang. Analisis sampel dan identifikasi mikroplastik dilakukan di Laboratorium Pengolahan Limbah Fakultas Perikanan dan Kelautan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan di semua stasiun ditemukan jenis mikroplastik tipe fiber, film, fragmen, tetapi dengan kelimpahan yang berbeda. Kelimpahan mikroplastik di Sungai Air Hitam berkisar 16,6 – 63,3 partikel/ m3, Sungai Sago 23,3 – 161,6 partikel/ m3, Umban Sari 6,6-76,6 partikel/ m3, Pengambang 6,6-70  partikel/ m3. Pada sedimen tipe mikroplastik yang ditemukan yaitu fiber,film, fragmen dan pellet Kelimpahan mikroplastik pada sedimen Sungai Air Hitam 76,6 -186,6 partikel/ m3, Sungai Sago 33,3 - 220 partikel/ m3, Umban Sari 71,6 – 168,3 partikel/ m3,.Pengambang  31,6 – 141,6  partikel/ m3.

Abstract

This research aimed to understand how teachers' teaching skills can help students improve their creativity by utilizing information technology at one elementary school. The method applied was qualitative, with a case study approach that emphasized teachers in the classroom as the primary focus. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. This research indicates that teachers with practical teaching skills can utilize various digital applications and media in the classroom to encourage students' creativity. Students' creativity increases, as seen by their ability to express ideas, create digital works, and complete school assignments differently. These findings prove that using information technology in learning by pedagogically skilled teachers positively influences the development of students' creativity. This research recommends that teachers improve their pedagogical skills, especially in technological literacy, to improve the quality of the learning process and students' creativity.

Abstract

Peningkatan efisiensi dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi di bidang teknologi informasi perlu ditingkatkan. Penggunaan internet terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, dan banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang menggunakan internet untuk melihat atau mencari segala informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini semakin pesat, sebuah situs website dianggap berkualitas tinggi jika mampu memberikan kenyamanan dan informasi berkualitas tinggi kepada pengguna, berinteraksi dengan organisasi atau lembaga untuk menyediakan layanan yang sangat mudah tanpa dibatasi jarak, dan setiap organisasi dapat menyediakan data informasi didalam sebuah website, himpunan mahasiswa teknik informatika merupakan suatu organisasi mahasiswa yang berada di universitas perjuangan tasikmalaya dan saat ini himpunan mahasiswa teknik informatika belum memiliki suatu sistem informasi sehingga pengelolaan belum tersusun dengan baik untuk memberikan segala informasi terkait himatif dan dengan adanya penelitian ini penulis akan membantu himatif untuk merancang bangun aplikasi berbasis website yang akan digunakan untuk memberikan segala informasi terkait kegiatan-kegiatan dari himatif.
