Abstract

This study examines the implementation of digital marketing strategies in a traditional grocery distributor in Malang, Indonesia, operating with conventional methods. The research, conducted from June to September 2023, follows an action research methodology encompassing identification, design, implementation, and evaluation stages. The initial identification phase, through interviews and observations, highlighted the distributor's limited customer reach, necessitating a digital marketing approach for market expansion. The subsequent design phase involved creating tailored content for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, including product photos, videos, and storytelling in captions. The strategy implementation stage saw these plans executed, with significant content posted across platforms and the successful integration of an e-catalogue and Google Business for enhanced online visibility. The project evaluation revealed increased customer engagement on social media, indicating effective strategy implementation. However, challenges in quantitatively assessing direct sales impact due to the distributor's traditional operation model were noted. The study suggests that while immediate sales increases were not definitively measured, the strategy laid the groundwork for future growth and market expansion. The research highlights the importance of digital marketing for traditional businesses in adapting to the digital era and underscores the necessity of establishing clear KPIs for effective strategy evaluation..

Abstract

Penjadwalan merupakan aspek umum dalam suatu perusahaan travel.  Dalam proses bisnisnya selain pengaturan reservasi pelanggan, pengaturan jadwal beban kerja pada pengemudi juga merupakan faktor yang penting.  Pada travel komuter (dalam kasus ini dengan jadwal rutin harian) yang masih mengadaptasi sistem penjadwalan manual, akan menimbulkan masalah pada saat pembagian jadwal pengemudi sering tidak berimbang.  Hal ini akan mengakibatkan beban kerja dan gaji setiap pengemudi juga tidak imbang.  Selain itu, sering terjadi kesalahan dari operator dalam melakukan proses penjadwalan yang masih manual. Sehingga perlu dibuat solusi berupa sistem penjadwalan pengemudi dengan memanfaatkan algoritma round robin atau sering disebut RR.  RR adalah algoritma yang dalam prosesnya dapat disela oleh proses lain dan tidak berprioritas karena adanya quantum.  Hal ini tentu merupakan keunggulan RR dalam kriteria penjadwalan yaitu fairness. Hasil ujicoba algoritma RR telah terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses penjadwalan dan dapat dihandalkan sebagai solusi untuk meingkatkan kinerja operator serta sesuai dengan kriteria penjadwlan yaitu fairness.

Abstract

The mPOS (Mobile Point Of Sale) application is a system of accepting payments using a card, either a credit card or an application-based debit card on a smartphone that is connected to a card reader via Bluetooth. This research was conducted using the Function Point method. The Function Point method itself is an approach that functions to measure software functionality in order to estimate the size of the software and can then be used as an estimate of the cost and effort required to develop the system.

Abstract

PayrollPanda merupakan aplikasi payroll berbasis web yang menawarkan fitur pengelolaan penggajian, pengaturan jadwal kerja, dan pengelolaan status karyawan. Studi ini mengevaluasi kemudahan akses, navigasi antarmuka, serta efisiensi fitur seperti Company Settings, Payroll Settings, dan Run Payroll. Meskipun antarmuka intuitif dan fitur penggajian otomatis cukup membantu, beberapa proses, seperti pengarsipan dan perubahan status karyawan, memerlukan banyak langkah dan kurang efisien untuk perusahaan dengan banyak karyawan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini membutuhkan penyesuaian terhadap regulasi Indonesia, terutama pada pengelolaan PPh 21 dan BPJS, untuk meningkatkan relevansi dan kemudahan penggunaan.

Abstract

A cloud-based human resource management (HR) application, GajiHub, was launched in Indonesia in 2020 to assist companies in managing personnel administration, especially in the aspect of payroll and employee attendance monitoring. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the main features of the GajiHub application, such as login, employee data input, payroll component settings, salary payments, and promotion management. This study uses the usability testing method with a task-based testing approach, where participants are asked to complete certain tasks on each feature tested. The test results show that most of the features work fine, but some issues related to the user interface and data validation are still found. Recommendations for improvement are proposed to improve the user experience and effectiveness of the application in supporting the company's HR management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan lean management pada Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) Tempe Sanan di Malang untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi produksi. Lean management diterapkan menggunakan Value Stream Mapping (VSM) untuk memvisualisasikan dan mengidentifikasi pemborosan dalam proses produksi. Future state map dirancang untuk meminimalkan waktu siklus dan mengurangi aktivitas yang tidak memberikan nilai tambah. Dalam tahap implementasi, dilakukan sosialisasi dan uji coba skala kecil yang menunjukkan hasil positif dalam mengurangi pemborosan di tahapan produksi seperti pendinginan dan perebusan. Meski demikian, penerapan penuh VSM menghadapi kendala dalam bentuk keterbatasan sumber daya dan pemahaman dari pemilik IKM. Implementasi lean management ini juga mencakup penggunaan teknologi tepat guna, seperti panci berinsulasi dan sistem pendingin berbasis konveksi alami, yang dapat diterapkan secara sederhana namun efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lean management melalui alat VSM dapat menjadi pendekatan strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing IKM, dengan pemantauan berkelanjutan melalui KPI seperti waktu siklus, tingkat inventori, dan tingkat keterlambatan. Monitoring ini diharapkan dapat membawa perbaikan yang berkelanjutan dalam proses produksi, yang berdampak positif pada profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan IKM Tempe Sanan.

Abstract

Protection of software has been protected in the 2014 copyright law, particularly in article 45. However, the recognized copyright is an existing computer program as well as a copy of the program itself. This protection is not fully guaranteed, because in software, the elements that make up the product can consist of various source code (program listings). Because it could be that a registered computer program is the result of forking from Github or the result of a clone which is then modified. For non-programmers, this activity may be sentenced as a frontal copyright infringement, but in fact, it has become a new habit for programmers. But on the other hand, there are still many forked software which are later claimed to be new products, even registered as new copyrights. The Copyright Law itself does not specifically regulate the provisions for program listings, as well as the ITE Law. Therefore, this article describes different points of view on the protection of software intellectual property rights, especially for the forking process. So that the ambiguity of the forking results can be minimized and the programmers can be aware of which ones are eligible to become new copyrights. There should also be a revision of the Copyright Law and there must be more jangintensive socialization to the programmer community so that they are aware and understand about the risks of forking and what must be protected from their work.

Abstract

Pemerintah kota surabaya merencanakan pengadaaan Tender kebutuhan software. Dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode TOPSIS dalam sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan pengadaan Tender kebutuhan aplikasi di pemerintah kota surabaya. Berdasarkan metode TOPSIS maka hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS dapat membantu dalam menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan pengadaan tender kebutuhan aplikasi. Penerapan metode TOPSIS ini membuahkan sebuah hasil dalam aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan yang dimana memperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat sehingga dapat membantu menentukan pengadaan tender kebutuhan aplikasi pada kota Surabaya.

Abstract

Many companies still do not have an information system in managing their business. With an information system, it is easier for companies to carry out processes and records that occur. UD Jati Indah Furniture is a company engaged in the field of household furniture, where the company has custom products according to customer requests. So in this study, a special production information system was created for custom products whose processes include product design, product references, work orders (SPK), goods delivery letters (SPB), estimated raw material prices due to changing prices, accessory costs, operational costs and other costs. The process stages in this system are from customer orders to delivery of goods. Payments made by customers are full payments. The method used is Waterfall which includes Requirement Analysis, Design and Implementation. In addition, this system also contains cash flow reports, stock card reports, reports on purchasing raw materials, accessories and operational tools.

Abstract

This document analyzes Heineken's strategic position in the global market through PEST and SWOT approaches. The PEST analysis identifies the political, economic, social, and technological factors affecting Heineken's operations, showing that political and regulatory stability supports business expansion, even though economic challenges such as inflation can disrupt consumer purchasing power. From a social perspective, consumer preferences for healthy and environmentally friendly products and technological advances forced Heineken to adapt. The SWOT analysis highlights Heineken's strengths, including its global brand reputation and commitment to sustainability, as well as weaknesses related to high operating costs. Growth opportunities lie in the development of new products and digital technologies, while threats come from stiff competition. In conclusion, to maintain its position in the market, Heineken must continue to keep up with the development of digital transformation and innovate, as well as adjust marketing strategies according to changing consumer needs.
