Abstract

This community service program aimed to strengthen the digital competencies of junior high school students through a structured workshop on graphic design and photography. The activity was conducted on June 10–11, 2025 at Universitas Ma Chung and involved thirteen students from SMP Insan Amanah accompanied by their teachers. The program was designed based on prior identification of learning needs conducted through coordination with school representatives. The workshop integrated theoretical instruction and hands-on practice covering basic photography concepts such as angle, shot, triangle exposure, and three point lighting, followed by editorial layout training using Canva. Students were guided to edit photographs, arrange layouts, and select appropriate text elements. The results indicated improvements in students’ technical skills, learning engagement, and collaborative behavior. A campus tour conducted at the end of the program provided additional insight into the academic environment of higher education. Overall, the program demonstrated that practice-based learning effectively supports digital skill development among junior high school students.

Abstract

Nilaya Resort dan Residences mengalami masalah dalam efisiensi operasional karena banyak proses bisnis, seperti pengelolaan penyewaan vila, penjualan properti, dan transaksi pembayaran, masih dikerjakan secara manual. Keadaan ini menyebabkan adanya batasan dalam cara pembayaran serta pengelolaan data yang belum terintegrasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan desain sistem informasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework Laravel yang dapat menjadi solusi bagi masalah tersebut. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Siklus Hidup Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak (SDLC), yang meliputi fase pengumpulan informasi melalui wawancara dan penelitian literatur, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem (Usecase, ERD, Sitemap), sampai desain antarmuka. Temuan dari studi ini adalah suatu desain sistem yang lengkap, mencakup proses bisnis yang diusulkan untuk pembelian dan penyewaan properti, serta desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) yang mudah dipahami untuk berbagai pihak seperti admin, staf, pelanggan, dan petugas bank.

Abstract

This document analyzes Heineken's strategic position in the global market through PEST and SWOT approaches. The PEST analysis identifies the political, economic, social, and technological factors affecting Heineken's operations, showing that political and regulatory stability supports business expansion, even though economic challenges such as inflation can disrupt consumer purchasing power. From a social perspective, consumer preferences for healthy and environmentally friendly products and technological advances forced Heineken to adapt. The SWOT analysis highlights Heineken's strengths, including its global brand reputation and commitment to sustainability, as well as weaknesses related to high operating costs. Growth opportunities lie in the development of new products and digital technologies, while threats come from stiff competition. In conclusion, to maintain its position in the market, Heineken must continue to keep up with the development of digital transformation and innovate, as well as adjust marketing strategies according to changing consumer needs.
