Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of education costs, the quality of educational services, and references on parents' satisfaction in enrolling their children at SDIT Al-Kautsar Cikarang. The research used a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to parents of students. The independent variables in this study include the quality of educational services, education costs, and references, while the dependent variable is parents' satisfaction. The method applied is multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS 26 software. The sampling technique used was the Slovin method, with 95 respondents comprising parents of students in grades II-VI at SDIT Al-Kautsar Cikarang. The results show that education costs, the quality of educational services, and references have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on parents' satisfaction. The quality of educational services is the most dominant factor influencing parents' satisfaction, followed by education costs and references. These findings suggest that improving the quality of educational services and implementing effective communication strategies related to costs, as well as reference management, can enhance parents' satisfaction with the school. This study is expected to contribute to the management of SDIT Al-Kautsar Cikarang in developing strategies to improve educational services, refine cost management systems, and create reference-based promotion strategies to strengthen parents' trust and satisfaction.

Abstract

Phyrella is a genus of sea cucumbers that holds significant economic value and is widely exported for human consumption. Despite its importance, knowledge regarding the species diversity of Phyrella in Indonesian waters, particularly in Demak Waters, remains limited. This study aims to identify the Phyrella species found in this region through morphological analysis of spicules. The identification process involved examining the spicules present in the calcareous ring and various body parts, including the anterior, posterior, ventral, and dorsal regions. Spicules were observed using a light microscope at 100x magnification after dissolving body tissues with a sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) solution to isolate their structure. The findings revealed four distinct spicule shapes: buttony, mensal, barbed, and barbed wire rod. These spicule characteristics are essential in distinguishing Phyrella species. Based on these morphological features, the sea cucumber species found in Demak Waters was identified as Phyrella fragilis. The results contribute to taxonomic studies and provide insights into the ecological role of Phyrella fragilis in marine ecosystems. Furthermore, this species has potential applications in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries due to its rich nutritional content and bioactive compounds. Understanding its morphology and distribution can aid conservation efforts and sustainable resource management.

Abstract

Nyale (Eunice sp) is a polychaeta worm that belongs to the Phylum Annelids. Nyale (Eunice sp) appeared only once on Pahiwi Beach, West Sumba. Its appearance is often associated with the traditions of te west Sumbanese people. Nyale’s growth pattern is not yet known, so this research aims to determine Nyale’s growth pattern. Nyale samples were taken in the morning before sunrise by hand picking at the location of Pahiwi Coastal Waters, West Sumba. Based on the analysis results, the growth pattern of the Nyale is negative allometric, with a value of b=1.05. the correlation value obtained from the relationship between length and weight is 0.68. this also shows that an increase in length and weight.

Abstract

Upaya pengenalan dan peningkatan jiwa kewirausahaan pada siswa sekolah dasar sudah dilakukan SDN 1 Ngagelrejo 1 melalui penerapan kantin pembelajaran berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan kasir digital di SDN Ngagelrejo 1 dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai konsep transaksi keuangan, manajemen usaha kecil, serta pengelolaan keuangan sederhana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara terhadap siswa, guru, serta pengelola kantin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kasir pembelajaran berbasis digital memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan bermakna bagi siswa. Selain itu, sistem ini juga membantu meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan keuangan kantin. Dengan adanya inovasi ini, siswa tidak hanya memahami aspek teknologi dalam jual beli, tetapi juga memperoleh wawasan tentang kewirausahaan secara langsung.

Abstract

Perairan Banggai merupakan salah satu laut yang memiliki upwelling atau fenomena kenaikan massa air pada periode tertentu. Peristiwa ini menyebabkan meningkatnya kandungan nutrien pada perairan disebabkan adanya proses pengadukkan massa air menuju kolom atas perairan yang mempengaruhi kelimpahan produsen primer dan produsen sekunder, salah satunya zooplankton dari Famili Acartiidae. Penelitian mengenai keberadaan dan kelimpahan spesies zooplankton belum banyak dilakukan di perairan bagian timur, terutama studi mengenai spesies-spesies dari Famili Acartiidae. Berdasarkan keterangan di atas, perlu adanya pengkajian keberadaan dan kelimpahan Acartiidae. Sampel zooplankton diperoleh dari proses pengambilan  di 35 stasiun secara aktif vertikal menggunakan plankton net. Pengamatan dan pengambilan foto spesies plankon dilakukan di bawah Mikroskop Stereo Olympus SZ61 yang disesuaikan dengan ukuran zooplankton dengan perbesaran 30x sampai 45x. Hasil pencacahan diolah menggunakan Ms. Office Excel 2016 (Excel 16) untuk mengetahui jumlah keberadaan dan kelimpahan Famili Acartiidae. Terdapat 7 spesies famili Acartiidae dari genus Acartia dan Acartiella yang didapatkan di Perairan Banggai, Sulawesi Tengah, yaitu Acartia clausi, Acartia longiremis, Acartiella faoensis, Acartiella gravelyi, Acartiella minor, Acartiella natalensis, dan Acartiella tortaniformis. Spesies dengan sebaran distribusi terbesar atau memiliki kemunculan terbanyak adalah dari genus Acartia dengan Acartia clausi muncul di 14 stasiun. Total keberadaan famili Acartiidae di Perairan Banggai sebanyak 41 individu, meliputi 35 betina dan 6 jantan dengan rata-rata di semua stasiun penelitian sebanyak 2 individu.

Abstract

Industri perikanan budidaya dengan sistem keramba jaring apung di era modern ini telah berkembang menjadi salah satu industri pangan yang memiliki pertumbuhan tercepat di dunia. Keterbatasan informasi mengenai lokasi yang berpotensi untuk kegiatan budidaya menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan industri ini. Perairan Pulau Menjangan Besar dan Menjangan Kecil memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan kegiatan budidaya perikanan. Ikan kerapu macan (E. fuscoguttatus) menjadi salah satu komoditas yang dapat dibudidayakan dengan teknologi keramba jaring apung. Penentuan lokasi yang sesuai untuk kegiatan budidaya ikan kerapu macan dengan keramba jaring apung sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung efektivitas budidaya. Beberapa parameter yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam penentuan lokasi yaitu parameter suhu permukaan laut, salinitas, pH, oksigen terlarut, kedalaman perairan, kecerahan perairan, arus dan gelombang. Parameter kualitas perairan tersebut berperan penting dalam kehidupan organisme perairan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survei pada 35 titik stasiun dengan metode purposive sampling. Pemodelan arus dan gelombang juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui kecepatan arus dan ketinggian gelombang pada lokasi penelitian. Pemodelan arus dan gelombang dilakukan untuk mewakili setiap musim. Analisis data dilakukan melalui modifikasi pada matriks kriteria kesesuaian. Hasil setiap parameter yang diperoleh kemudian diintegrasikan melalui Sistem Informasi Geografis dengan menggunakan ArcGIS 10.8. Berdasarkan hasil integrasi diperoleh luas area perairan yang tergolong sangat sesuai seluas untuk kegiatan budidaya ikan kerapu macan seluas 56.15 ha.  The aquaculture industry using floating net cage systems in the modern era has developed into one of the fastest-growing food industries in the world. Limited information regarding potential locations for cultivation activities is a factor influencing the development of this industry. The waters of Menjangan Besar and Menjangan Kecil Islands have the potential for developing fisheries cultivation activities. Tiger grouper (E. fuscoguttatus) is one of the commodities that can be cultivated using floating net cage technology. Determining a suitable location for tiger grouper cultivation activities using floating net cages is crucial to support the effectiveness of cultivation. Several parameters that need to be considered in determining the location are sea surface temperature, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen, water depth, water brightness, currents, and waves. These water quality parameters play an important role in the life of aquatic organisms. This research was conducted through a survey at 35 stations using a purposive sampling method. Current and wave modeling was also carried out to determine the current speed and wave height at the research location. Current and wave modeling is carried out to represent each season. Data analysis was carried out through modifications to the conformity criteria matrix. The results of each parameter obtained were then integrated through the Geographic Information System using ArcGIS 10.8. Based on the integration results, it was obtained that the water area classified as very suitable for tiger grouper cultivation activities was 56.15 ha.

Abstract

Gastropods are a group of fauna commonly found in association with seagrass beds. However, increasing anthropogenic activities have led to significant declines in seagrass ecosystems across Indonesia. The degradation of seagrass has become evident in recent years in the Karimunjawa Islands, particularly at Menjangan Besar Island (due to tourism activities) and Kemujan Island (due to residential and boating activities). This situation is concerning, as it may affect the presence of gastropods inhabiting these areas. This study aims to determine the abundance of gastropods and its relationship with seagrass density at Menjangan Besar and Kemujan Islands. Data collection was carried out in October 2024 using the transect-quadrat method to assess gastropod abundance and seagrass density. Furthermore, correlation and simple linear regression analyses were employed to examine the relationship between gastropod abundance and seagrass density at the study sites. The results indicated that total gastropod abundance at Menjangan Besar Island (10.42 ind/m²) was higher than at Kemujan Island (5.33 ind/m²). Similarly, total seagrass density at Menjangan Besar Island (79.15 ind/m²) was higher compared to Kemujan Island (37.33 ind/m²). The correlation between gastropod abundance and seagrass density at both locations was strong and positive, indicating that seagrass significantly influences gastropods in these ecosystems.   Gastropoda merupakan kelompok fauna yang umum ditemukan berasosiasi dengan padang lamun, namun seiring bertambahnya aktivitas antropogenik, padang lamun di Indonesia mengalami banyak penurunan. Penurunan kondisi lamun ini terlihat di beberapa tahun terakhir di Kepulauan Karimunjawa khususnya di Pulau Menjangan Besar (aktivitas pariwisata) dan Pulau Kemujan (aktivitas pemukiman dan kapal warga). Sehingga dikhawatirkan kondisi ini dapat mempengaruhi keberadaan gastropoda yang hidup di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan gastropoda serta hubungannya dengan kerapatan lamun di Pulau Menjangan Besar dan Pulau Kemujan. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2024 di Pulau Menjangan Besar dan Pulau Kemujan menggunakan metode transek kuadran untuk mendapatkan data kelimpahan gastropoda serta kerapatan lamun. Selain itu analisis korelasi sederhana juga digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan kelimpahan gastropoda dan kerapatan lamun di lokasi penelitian. Hasil kelimpahan total gastropoda di Pulau Menjangan Besar (10,42 Ind/m2) lebih besar dibandingkan nilai kelimpahan Gastropoda di Pulau Kemujan (5,33 Ind/m2). Sedangkan total kerapatan lamun di Pulau Menjangan Besar (79,15 Ind/m2) juga lebih besar dibandingkan dengan total kerapatan lamun di Pulau Kemujan (37,33 Ind/m2). Hubungan antara kelimpahan gastropoda dengan kerapatan lamun di kedua lokasi menunjukkan korelasi kuat dengan nilai positif, sehingga keberadaan lamun sangat mempengaruhi gastropoda yang hidup di dalamnya.
