Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce di era digital telah mengubah perilaku belanja konsumen dari offline menjadi online. Shopee sebagai salah satu platform terbesar menawarkan berbagai fitur promosi seperti produk bundling dan diskon harbolnas yang berpotensi mendorong perilaku impulse buying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedua strategi promosi tersebut terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada produk Mtrstore. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksplanatori kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling terhadap 96 responden yang pernah berbelanja di Mtrstore. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa produk bundling (X1) dan diskon harbolnas (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku impulse buying (Y), dengan persamaan regresi: : Y=0.225+0.459X1+0.344X2+ε. Persamaan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan strategi produk bundling dan diskon harbolnas akan meningkatkan kecenderungan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian impulsif. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen ini memberikan pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku impulse buying. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa persepsi harga terjangkau dan tekanan waktu promosi secara bersama-sama mampu mendorong konsumen melakukan pembelian secara spontan. Disarankan untuk Mtrstore memperkuat strategi diskon harbolnas dengan efek urgensi visual serta mengoptimalkan produk bundling yang relevan agar efektivitas promosi semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Temuan memperlihatkan unsur kreativitas desain maupun aspek harga secara nyata memberikan kontribusi positif dan bermakna kedalam tingkat kepuasan pelanggan One Design. Latar kajian terangkat dari permintaan pasar dalam identitas visual yang bermutu, karena kreativitas serta harga membuat aspek yang sering dibuat tolak ukur pelanggan dalam menentukan mutu layanan desain grafis. Kreativitas dipahami bagai kecakapan menimbulkan gagasan visual yang unik, relevan, dan memuaskan preferensi pelanggan, harga diposisikan bagai unsur strategis yang memberi evaluasi nilai dan kesesuaian pelayanan. kajian dilaksanakan melewati pendekatan kuantitatif yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk survei terhadap 47 pengguna aktif layanan One Design di area Surabaya. Instrumen kajian berbentuk kuesioner berskala likert yang sudah diuji melewari uji validitas dan reliabilitas, keseluruhan  menunjukkan item pernyataan berkedudukan pada valid dan reliabel. Analisisa linier berganda dipakai guna menaksir peran masing variabel (X) kedalam variabel (Y). Perhitungan kajin mengemukakan bahwasanya kreativitas serta harga bersamaan memberi efek positif dan relavan kedalam kepuasan pelanggan, diperlihatkan dalam nilai signifikansi pada masing variabel < (0,05) dan koefisien regresi positif. Temuan menegaskan bahwasanya mutu visual kreatif dan struktur harga yang selaras dengan manfaat, memberi peningkatan pengalaman pelanggan dalam pelayanan desain grafis. Secara berbarengan, dua variabel (X) juga tervalidasi memberi kontribusi signifikans dalam penyusunan kepuasan pelanggan berdasar hasil Uji F.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) pengolah hasil laut di Kabupaten Lamongan, Jawa Timur, yang masih mengalami keterbatasan dalam pemasaran digital, inovasi produk, dan kesadaran terhadap praktik bisnis berkelanjutan. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk promosi dan penjualan produk, sekaligus menumbuhkan kesadaran terhadap penerapan prinsip Green-Blue Business Model dalam pengelolaan usaha berbasis hasil laut. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2025 di Ruang Pertemuan Bandeng Lele, Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Lamongan, dengan melibatkan sepuluh pelaku UMKM sebagai peserta. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi empat tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Pelatihan difokuskan pada peningkatan kemampuan pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan marketplace, serta penerapan konsep bisnis berkelanjutan dengan pengemasan produk ramah lingkungan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam penggunaan media digital, pembuatan konten promosi, dan kesadaran terhadap kelestarian lingkungan. Evaluasi kegiatan juga menunjukkan bahwa peserta lebih percaya diri dalam memasarkan produk secara daring dan mulai mengadopsi kemasan yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan ini disimpulkan berhasil mencapai tujuan yang direncanakan serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap penguatan kapasitas ekonomi pesisir yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of leadership styles within the context of building construction projects in Surabaya, considering the characteristics of the workers involved. The background of this research is based on the importance of leadership in managing human resources in complex and dynamic construction projects. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of leadership styles heavily depends on the alignment between the applied leadership style and the characteristics of the workers on-site. Transformational leadership is effective in motivating result-oriented and experienced workers, while an authoritarian style is more appropriate for new workers who require clear direction. Participative leadership is considered effective in enhancing workers' loyalty and engagement in the work process.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are important contributors to the Indonesian economy, but many of them face challenges in maintaining competitiveness in the digital age. This study aims to explore how social media strategies can strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs by analyzing the case of CV Wunggul Sejahtera Bersama (WSB), a creative industry company in Surabaya. The approach used is qualitative with a single case study design. Data was collected through online observation, document analysis, and semi-structured interviews involving informants from internal parties (owners and marketing staff) and external parties (active followers of the company's social media). The data was analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of digital engagement and effective communication strategies. The results of the study show that WSB's success in utilizing social media is influenced by perceptions of the usefulness and ease of use of technology, which encourages continuous innovation on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The integration of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Resource-Based View (RBV) confirms that competitiveness stems not only from technological adoption, but also from creative abilities and the strategic utilization of internal resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Dua Sahabat Group yang melibatkan 51 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan data memenuhi asumsi klasik, yaitu berdistribusi normal (sig. = 0,200), tidak terjadi multikolinearitas (VIF = 1,432), dan bebas dari gejala heteroskedastisitas (sig. X₁ = 0,412; X₂ = 0,356). Model regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Y = 0,812 + 0,421X₁ + 0,365X₂ + e. Koefisien motivasi kerja sebesar 0,421 terbukti signifikan, sehingga memberikan kontribusi positif kepada kinerja karyawan. Koefisien kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,365 juga signifikan, menandakan jika nilai kepuasan kerja tinggi, maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Hasil uji parsial memperkuat temuan ini (motivasi: t = 3,218; sig. = 0,002; kepuasan kerja: t = 2,745; sig. = 0,009). Secara serempak, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (F = 28,517; sig. = 0,000). Koefisien determinasi (R²) = 0,541, artinya 54,1% kinerja karyawan bisa dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja, sedangkan 45,9% lainnya merupakan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan motivasi melalui pemberian penghargaan, peluang pengembangan diri, dan lingkungan kerja mendukung bisa mendorong kepuasan kerja lebih baik dan akhirnya menaikkan kinerja. Oleh karena itu, CV Dua Sahabat Group disarankan untuk memperkuat kebijakan terkait motivasi dan kepuasan kerja, sedangkan penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variabel seperti gaya kepemimpinan atau kondisi lingkungan kerja untuk menghasilkan analisis yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the strategies and challenges of women's leadership in sustainable social struggles at the local community level. The focus of the study is on the Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) organisation of RT 01, RW 04, Medokan Ayu Village, Surabaya, which is a concrete example of community-based women's leadership in driving social participation and community empowerment. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive phenomenology to understand the meanings and life experiences of women leaders. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with six key informants, participatory observation in community activities, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using the Colaizzi method to identify the main themes from the participants' experiences. The results of the study reveal three main themes, namely: empathy-based leadership and family values, adaptive strategies for dealing with socio-cultural obstacles, and commitment to the sustainability of social struggle through collective participation. These findings show that women leaders in the PKK community are able to integrate local social and cultural values into their leadership practices. The novelty of this research lies in the emergence of the Local Wisdom Leadership conceptual model, a form of women's leadership rooted in empathy, collaboration, and local cultural values, which can serve as the basis for the development of inclusive and sustainable women's empowerment programmes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to talk about the prospects and business options available to Black Rooster Pepper. In this particular study, the strategy of interviewing customers directly about their experiences with black rooster pepper was adopted. According to the findings, actors in the business world need to be able to generate new changes and innovations within their companies, which should be capable of generating new opportunities and markets. The marketing plan that is being used makes use of the unique flavor of the black rooster pepper that is being sold in conjunction with the reasonable price that must be paid.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a means or way to achieve goals in order to get the profit and goals expected by the company. La.first Bouquet is a souvenir business engaged in gift-making services in the form of bouquets of flowers, bouquets of money, bouquets of snacks, and bouquets of headscarves. This study aims to find out how big or how influential the marketing strategy is based on STP analysis (segmenting, targeting, positioning) so that it can compete with competitors healthily and lastingly. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, because it directly describes the efforts of La.first Bouquet.

Abstract

Feminist thought is focused on achieving equality between genders in political, social, and economic rights, particularly advocating for women's rights, with the aim of attaining gender equality across all aspects of society. This research utilizes qualitative methods and conducts a literature review, analyzing various books, magazines, and other relevant literature. The objective is to examine how feminism recognizes the unique circumstances that women face in their pursuit of freedom and justice. The research findings and conclusions emphasize the necessity of political support, allocation of human resources, and public participation in the ongoing fight for women's freedom and justice. However, it is evident that significant progress is still required. To address this, the research suggests the need for both vertical democratization of political structures and horizontal democratization to dismantle patriarchal systems.
