Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to test and analyze the Influence of Service Marketing, Referral Marketing, Trust Icon Corporate on Radical Marketing through Customer Satisfaction at Bank Jatim Sememi Branch Surabaya. Design/methodology/approach: Purposive Sampling Method. The total sample of 100 Customer Respondents at Bank Jatim Sememi Branch. This research is a Survey Research and Quantitative approach. The data analysis technique of this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Findings: The results of Service Marketing Research do not directly affect Customer Satisfaction, Referral Marketing has a direct effect on Customer Satisfaction, Trust Icon Corporate does not directly affect Customer Satisfaction, Service Marketing has a direct effect on Radical Marketing, Referral Marketing has a direct effect on Radical Marketing, Trust Icon Corporate directly affects Radical Marketing. Service Marketing does not have an indirect effect on Radical Marketing through Customer Satisfaction. Radical Marketing does not have an indirect effect on Radical Marketing through Customer Satisfaction. Trust Icon Corporate does not indirectly affect Radical Marketing through Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract The community service program in this semester is to develop independent small businesses (SMEs) further from the production of Soy Juice Milk drinks in Sawahan District, Surabaya. The problem faced today is the high price of soybean raw materials which has resulted in a decrease in demand for saridele drinks to partners and the large number of residual soy juice milk that is not sold out in a day. To overcome the problem of limited marketing, we offer to diversify the processed products of soy cider milk drinks into snack products, namely pudding in a wider market segment so that the processed production of Soy Milk can be sold more in the form of food or saridele drinks. Sales that are wider in area will be able to increase the business income of SME partners. In order to maintain the continuity of business operations in the future, better governance of business management is also needed and it is also possible to empower cooperative businesses with other non-entrepreneurial partners. The implementation of this service program includes, among others, 1) Providing training on the production of Saridele Pudding. 2) Assisting in choosing potential markets, promotions and sales locations. 3) Provide assistance in making packaging brands/logos. 4) Provide training and assistance in determining the flavor variants of Soy Milk Pudding. 5) Provide training and assistance in determining production costs. 6) Provide training and assistance in the preparation of financial statements. Abstract

Indonesian tourists have a particular interest in tourist destinations that have unique concepts and are popular among the public. This tourism trend is also supported by current technological sophistication where access to electronic devices and the internet has become part of our daily needs. Word of Mouth (WOM), provides an important role in communicating opinions in the community about a product and exerts influence in shaping consumer attitudes and behavior. With the increasing number of business people and skyrocketing technological developments, alternative destinations and available tourist services will be increasingly diverse. Word of Mouth (WOM) grows and develops into networked communication and spreads from a single one-way communication. With advances in internet technology, it has had an impact on increasing the number of travelers seeking information on tourist destinations and online transactions. The tourist destination in Prigen is one of the tourist destinations in Pasuruan Regency which is famous for its natural and cultural charm. Discussed by many travel circles on various social media and widely published on internet search sites. The formulation of the problem in this study is how tourists use social media and eWOM at tourist destinations in Prigen Pasuruan. Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to help business actors of Krupuk Ikan Gabus SME Partners to provide understanding to business actors about the factors supporting business activities, namely legality and business management factors so that the business activities carried out are not only profit-oriented. The target of PPM activities in this snakehead fish product partner is to make employee SOPs, training on making simple financial reports, making new krupuk packaging, helping digital marketing so that revenue increases, coaching and training employees for hygenic product production, training and coaching management in inventory and good business management, helping to create logos, media banners and pamlets for advertising. The method applied in this PPM activity is through business mentoring techniques including partner mindset coaching, business capital assistance online marketing training, training and financial report coaching, product promotion assistance, quality and quality krupuk production assistance, business management training, and training on selecting the most desired krupuk flavor. The results of the activities can increase the income and productivity of this group of community partners higher before, significantly understand the business well, ranging from good production, very fast sales and digital marketing as well as an increase in hygenic knowledge in the management of this krupuk product.abstract in bahasaTujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu pelaku usaha Mitra UKM Krupuk Ikan Gabus untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku usaha mengenai faktor-faktor pendukung kegiatan usaha yaitu faktor legalitas dan manajemen usaha sehingga kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan tidak hanya berorientasi pada profit. Target kegiatan PPM di mitra produk ikan gabus ini adalah membuat SOP karyawan, pelatihan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana, pembuatan kemasan krupuk baru, membantu digital marketing sehingga pendapatan meningkat, pembinaan dan pelatihan karyawan untuk produksi produk hygenic, pelatihan dan pembinaan manajemen dalam inventory dan manajemen bisnis yang baik, membantu membuat logo,  spanduk media dan pamlet untuk iklan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan PPM ini adalah melalui teknik pendampingan usaha meliputi pembinaan pola pikir mitra, pendampingan modal usaha pelatihan pemasaran online, pelatihan dan pembinaan laporan keuangan, pendampingan promosi produk, bantuan produksi krupuk yang berkualitas dan berkualitas, pelatihan manajemen usaha, dan pelatihan pemilihan rasa krupuk yang paling diinginkan. Hasil kegiatan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan produktivitas kelompok mitra masyarakat ini lebih tinggi sebelumnya, secara signifikan memahami bisnis dengan baik, mulai dari produksi yang baik, penjualan yang sangat cepat dan pemasaran digital serta peningkatan ilmu hygenis dalam pengelolaan produk krupuk ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze ans examine the impact of the variety of the product, price perception, sales promotion towards customer satisfaction of hypermarket Pakuwon Supermall in Surabaya. This research is a confirmatory research or conclusive research, which highlights the relationship between the research variables and tests the formulated hypotheses. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive random sampling. This result of the study showed that sales promotion showed significant positive effect towards customer satisfaction Hypermarket Pakuwon Supermall in Surabaya. Abstract

This study discusses the feminist critique of female labor in the era of neoliberalism in the city of Surabaya. The urgency of this research provides feminism critique as an anti-thesis form of exploitation of female labor in the city of Surabaya. The formulation of this research problem includes: 1) To what extent is the level of exploitation of neoliberal era female workers in the city of Surabaya? 2) What is the role of the government in minimizing the exploitation of women workers? 3) What is the strategy to anticipate the exploitation of female workers? The objectives of this study are 1) Exploring the level of exploitation of female labor; 2) Analyze the government's contribution in minimizing the exploitation of women's labor; 3) Analyze strategies to prevent the exploitation of female workers. Stages of qualitative research methods through empirical studies of in-depth data collection techniques, interviews, focus group discussions, and observations. The results showed that the regulation on the number of working hours should be strictly regulated through the establishment of a special task force used to monitor and evaluate every business actor who is considered to have committed acts of labor exploitation. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product, price, brand, and promotion on geprek mak joss chicken Jalan Sememi Jaya No.4 West Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this study is the side accidental technique. The population of this study were buyers who happened to be met from May to July 2022, with a total of 75 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression test with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the research variables Product (X1), Price (X2), Brand Image (X3) and Promotion (X4) have a significant effect on Repurchase (Y) in this study providing an effect of 79.2%. while the remaining 20.8% is other outside influences that are not included in the calculation model.

Abstract

Purpose: Development Model of Agrotourism Tourism Village, Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. This further research aims to test and analyze the Development Model of Agrotourism Tourism Village, Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency The sample in the study was 15 correspondents related to agrotourism tourism villages. Design/methodology/approach: The sampling method used in this study is to take it to the concerned corespodent. The data collection method was carried out by distributing interviews to correspondents related to agrotourism tourism villages, namely respondents in Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. The data analysis technique is SWOT strategy analysis. Findings: From this advanced research activity, it resulted in the contribution of the development of agrotourism tourism villages to the improvement of the regional economy in Morowudi Ngebret Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency through the development of agrotourism tourism villages that can increase profitability and business development well and can improve village economic development in Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. Abstract

Mitra pengabdian masyarakat yaitu coffe shop Neira Kota Surabaya. Mitra Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) termasuk dalam mitra produktif secara ekonomi, Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi: 1) Pengembangan literasi mitra; 2) Peningkatan keterampilan mitra; dan 3) Penambahan aset mitra. Solusi yang ditawarkan pada pelaksanaan PPM ini yaitu: 1) Perancangan dan pembuatan mesin penggiling kopi; 2) Pelatihan, pendampingan, pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan mesin penggiling kopi; 3) Perancangan dan pembuatan mesin freezer pendingin es batu; 4) Pelatihan, pendampingan, pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan mesin freezer pendingin es batu; 5) Perancangan dan pembuatan daftar menu neon box; 6) Perancangan dan pembuatan kitchen sink ramah lingkungan; 7) Pelatihan dan pendampingan strategi perluasan segmentasi pasar; 8) Pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang klasifikasi risk management perusahaan; 9) Pendampingan dan pelatihan perhitungan laba/rugi secara mendetail; 10) Pendampingan dan pelatihan otomatisasi laporan keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan melalui: 1) Pelatihan; dan 2) Diskusi. Hasil pengabdian kafe ini membantu mengurangi jejak karbon dan limbah plastik yang dapat merusak lingkungan. Kehadiran kafe dengan konsep ramah lingkungan akan membantu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Dampak signifikan pasca dilaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat adalah peningkatan keterampilan mitra sebesar 60%, peningkatan pengetahuan mitra sebesar 70% dari sebelum adanya pengabdian masyarakat. Abstract

With this research, it is hoped that empirical evidence will be obtained regarding the influence of Sensory Experience, Emotional Experience, Social Experience on Customer Satisfaction in the service of female ojol drivers in Prigen. Respondents in this study were online-based transportation customers who used the services of 40 female ojol examiners. Purposive Sampling method was used for sampling, namely respondents with the criteria of having purchased using female motorcycle taxi services at least 1 time and the Convinience Sampling method were respondents who were asked to fill out a questionnaire based on the ease of being found and the time allowance they had. It can be concluded in this study that Sensory Experience, Emotional Experience and Social Experience have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in the service of female ojol drivers in Prigen. The variable that has the dominant influence is the Social Experience variable.
