Abstract

Pregnancy is a series of processes that women experience with the meeting of an egg and sperm cell in the ovary within 280 days or 40 weeks. The purpose of this study was to determine midwifery care for pregnant women in the third trimester with frequent urination at BPM Hayati in the working area of Pukesmas Laboy Jaya in 2022. This study used a descriptive observational research design with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were pregnant women in the third trimester with frequent urination problems in PMB Hayati. Data were collected by direct interviews with pregnant women, respondent's families and physical examination as well as supporting examination, namely physical examination. On the first day until the seventh day, management is often anxious and frequent urination. Based on the pregnancy care carried out on Mrs. R obtained that frequent anxiety and frequent urination in patients is reduced

Abstract

Anemia in adolescents is a health problem where the hemoglobin (HB) level in the blood is lower than the normal value for the age group and gender, in female adolescents the normal hemoglobin (HB) is 12 gr/dl and in males 13 gr/dl. The aim of the research is to analyze the relationship between knowledge and menstrual patterns and the incidence of anemia in young women at SMA Negeri 1 Perhantian Raja, Kampar Regency in 2023. The type of research is quantitative analytical research with a cross sectional design. The research was conducted on June 16-June 19 2023 with a sample of 205 young women at SMA Negeri 1 Perhentian Raja, Kampar Regency, using total sampling data collection techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi Square test. The results of the final assignment report showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and menstrual patterns and the incidence of anemia in young women at SMA Negeri 1 Perhentian Raja, Kampar Regency (p value = 0.010) knowledge, (p value = 0.000). The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and menstrual patterns and the incidence of anemia in young women at SMA Negeri 1 Perhentian Raja, Kampar Regency. It is hoped that the SMAN 1 Perhentian Raja school can collaborate with the Health Service through the Community Health Center to further improve UKS (Health and School Business) and PIKR (Youth Information and Counseling Center). As well as reviving the PKPR (Youth Care Health Services) program with more frequent intensity

Abstract

According to World Health Organization (WHO) data, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women reaches 41.8% in the world, and ASIA is ranked second in the world after Africa with a prevalence percentage of anemia sufferers in pregnancy of 48.2%. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge about anemia and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Pulau Sarak Village, Upt Air Tiris Health Center Work Area in 2022. This research design uses quantitative research methods with a cross sectional research design. The research population was all pregnant women in the third trimester recorded in the register of pregnant women for the period November 2022 in Pulau Sarak Village, Air Tiris Health Center Working Area, totaling 36 pregnant women. The sampling technique in this research is Total Sampling. Based on the results of univariate analysis, it was found that of the 36 respondents, the majority of pregnant women's knowledge about anemia was lacking, 22 people (61.1%), and 20 people 56.6% who were not anemic. Based on bivariate analysis with the chi square test, the p value = 0.001 ? (0.05), meaning that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge about anemia and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Pulau Sarak Village, Air Tiris Health Center UPT Working Area in 2022. It is hoped that pregnant women to pay more attention to nutritional intake during pregnancy by consuming foods rich in iron and other nutrients that help form red blood cells.

Abstract

A healthy house that meets the requirements is a house that has healthy latrines, clean water facilities, garbage disposal sites, waste water disposal facilities, good house ventilation, appropriate housing density and house floors that are not made of waterproof materials. The mechanism for implementing activities in general is in the form of preparation, implementation and evaluation. Planning coordinates with the Village Head. The implementation of health counseling to the people of Bangun Sari village, Kampar Kiri sub-district, downstream, the work procedure is by gathering the community to be given counseling about healthy homes, preparing the equipment needed in counseling, carrying out counseling using the lecture and question and answer method. The results of the implementation of community service activities can be described through 2 (two) stages of activity, namely preparation and implementation. Counseling on Increasing Knowledge of Healthy Homes for families is categorized as successful because the objectives of this activity have been achieved and the implementation process is running smoothly. Based on the results of the counseling that has been done, it can be concluded that this counseling can add to the knowledge of the people in Bangun Sari Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency, thus increasing the community's knowledge of implementing healthy homes.

Abstract

Menjadi narapidana merupakan sumber stresor berat bagi pelaku yang menduduki posisi tertinggi dalam kehidupan pelaku, hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah penerimaan diri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara penerimaan diri dengan stres pada narapidana 0-6 bulan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Bangkinang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 135 narapidana yang menjalani masa hukuman 0-6 bulan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian in dilakukan pada tanggal 8 Mei 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil analisis univariat diperoleh 69 responden (51,1%) memiliki penerimaan diri rendah dan 60 responden (44,4%) mengalami stres sedang. Hasil uji chi square diperoleh ada hubungan antara penerimaan diri (p value = 0,000) dengan stres pada narapidana. Kesimpulannya, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara penerimaan diri dengan stres pada narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Bangkinang. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan dapat memperbanyak kegiatan seperti workshop, ceramah, pembinaan karakter, latihan motivasi di lingkungan lapas sebagai upaya meningkatkan penerimaan diri dan mempelajari teknik relaksasi nafas dalam sehingga dapat mengurangi stres yang dihadapi.
