Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the MSME sister business model related to production, marketing, and quality control. This MSME sister business model begins with conducting field observations first, to get Pioneer MSMEs and Assisted MSMEs. Business model innovation is a very important foundation for MSME players. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with interview methods and field observations of 4 Pioneer MSMEs and 50 Assisted MSMEs. From the results of field observation, 4 Pioneer MSMEs were obtained, namely food, mushroom cultivation, bamboo handcraft, wooden handcraft, and 50 Assisted MSMEs. After that, the equalization of perceptions regarding the MSME sister business model was carried out, training, workshops, and then business cooperation (matching business) was carried out. The contribution of this research is the resolution of the problems faced by MSMEs so far, especially the pros. The plan is to form Pioneer MSMEs and other Assisted MSMEs, to produce better economic growth in Sukabumi Regency in particular and Indonesia in general.

Abstract

Purpose – This research was conducted at the Office of Youth and Sports, Tourism and Creative Economy (Disporapar). The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership dan motivation on the performance of employees of the Youth and Sports, Tourism and Creative Economy Services (Disporapar). Methodology/approach – The population in this study was 43 people from the Youth and Sports, Tourism, and Creative Economy Service (Disporapar). The method of determining samples in this study used saturated or census samples. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression method. Findings – The findings demonstrated that motivation and leadership have a favorable impact on worker performance. Leadership and motivation had a 60.1% impact on staff performance, while other factors had a 39.9% impact. And the dominant variable that affects employee performance is the leadership variable, it can be concluded that the leadership in the Youth and Sports, Tourism, and Creative Economy Service (Disporapar) has been good in influencing employee performance. Novelty/value – This research discusses theories about human resources and contributes to expanding the literature on leadership, organizational culture, and employee performance from the organizational context.

Abstract

Edukasi literasi keuangan bagi Masyarakat merupakan salah satu solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Masyarakat Kelurahan Baros Sukabumi, yaitu kurangnya kesadaran Masyarakat akan literasi keuangan, kurangnya akses informasi terkait tempat pelatihan literasi keuangan, dan kesulitan dalam memahami bahasa keuangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah yaitu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan Masyarakat terkait literasi keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan kepada Masyarakat Kelurahan Baros Kota Sukabumi, dengan peserta sebanyak 40 orang. Yang menjadi mitra pada kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah Kelurahan Baros Kota Sukabumi. Pada tahap evaluasi sebelum penyampaian materi pemahaman peserta dengan rata-rata sebesar 47,5%, yang didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner dengan pertanyaan (pretest) mengenai literasi keuangan bagi Masyarakat melalui google form terkait materi yang akan disampaikan kepada peserta. Dan setelah penyampaian materi dilakukan posttest untuk melihat peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta. Dari hasil penilaian posttest pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta rata-ratanya adalah sebesar 88,33%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan literasi keuangan berdampak positif terhadap pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dengan peningkatan sebesar 40,83%.   Kata Kunci: edukasi, literasi keuangan, masyarakat, kelurahan baros sukabumi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of supply chain management in improving supply chain operational performance. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is retail stores in Cempaka Cianjur District totaling 100 retail stores with a sample framework using purposive random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study explain that 1) Supply chain organization does not have a significant influence on the supply chain strategy. 2) Supply agility has a significant influence on the supply chain strategy. 3) Supply chain organization has no significant influence on supply performance. 4) Supply agility has a significant influence on supply performance. 5) Supply chain strategy has a significant influence on supply performance.

Abstract

This study aims to outline influencers' function in MSMEs' social media marketing. A descriptive study using a qualitative methodology is the methodology employed. MSMEs in Sukabumi City are the study's informants. There are up to fifteen business actors at Sukabumi City's Muhammadiyah University. methods for gathering data that include literature research, interviews, and observation. Strategies for data analysis that make use of triangulation are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drafting. The results of this study can be seen from the research questions, namely the number of followers on social media, the type of social media owned, creative content, the impact of content on sales, and the number of consumers. owned, creative content, the impact of content on sales, and the number of consumers who buy on social media. Who buys on social media, explaining that marketing on social media carried out by MSMEs today must have creative and effective content. Done by MSMEs today must have creative content.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance in the process of applying for halal certificates and to find out how it impacts sales. The method of implementing this activity is to assist 13 MSMEs assisted by Primkoppol Palabuhanratu Police Station, Sukabumi Regency, with 10 MSMEs assisting in submitting halal certificates and 3 MSMEs assisting in strategies to increase sales. The partners in this mentoring activity are MSMEs assisted by Primkoppol Palabuhanratu Police Station, Sukabumi Regency. The evaluation is seen from the amount submitted at the stage of the halal certification process to the ptsp.halal.go.id account, and the increase in daily sales for those who already have a halal certificate. The results of this activity are that of the 10 MSMEs submitted to the halal certificate process, only 9 MSMEs can be processed, while 1 MSME cannot proceed to the halal certificate submission stage due to the unclear information listed in the NIB. The results of increasing sales for MSMEs that already have certificates on average are 72.22%.Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pendampingan proses pengajuan sertifikat halal dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampaknya terhadap penjualan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pendampingan kepada 13 UMKM Binaan Primkoppol Polres Palabuhanratu Kabupaten Sukabumi, dengan 10 UMKM pendampingan pengajuan sertifikat halal dan 3 UMKM pendampingan strategi meningkatkan penjualan. Mitra dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah UMKM Binaan Primkoppol Polres Palabuhanratu Kabupaten Sukabumi. Evaluasi capain dilihat dari jumlah yang diajukan pada tahap proses sertifikasi halal ke akun ptsp.halal.go.id, dan peningkatan penjualan harian bagi yang telah memiliki sertifikat halal. Hasil capaian kegiatan ini adalah dari 10 UMKM yang diajukan ke proses sertifikat halal hanya 9 UMKM yang dapat diproses, sedangkan 1 UMKM tidak dapat dilanjutkan ke tahap pengajuan sertifikat halal disebabkan oleh informasi yang tercantum pada NIB kurang jelas. Dan hasil peningkatan penjualan bagi UMKM yang telah memiliki sertifikat rata-ratanya adalah 72,22%.

Abstract

This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of each independent variable, namely training instructors, trainees, training materials, training methods, training objectives and training environment on the work performance of employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, based on the partial test of training instructor variables, training materials, training methods, training objectives and training environment there is a positive and significant influence on employee performance while the trainee variable has no significant effect on job performance. employee. Abstract

Physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy are one of the service factors that can provide satisfaction to consumers. The phenomenon that occurs in CV Agung Dipo Persada is that the services provided to consumers have not been optimal. This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction through the dimensions of service quality of CV Agung Dipo Persada both partially and simultaneously. Data from this study are consumers of CV Agung Dipo Persada with a population of 1,500 people. The sampling technique in this study used a web raosof.com sample size with an error rate of 5% so a sample of 306 respondents was obtained. Distribution of questionnaires as a data collection strategy. Multiple linear regression is the analysis technique used. According to the findings, tangible proof, dependability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy had a positive influence on consumer satisfaction to the extent of 79.4%, while other variables influenced another 20.6%. The dominant variable had an impact, namely physical evidence of 67.3%, while the variable that had no effect was the reliability variable. The contribution of this study is to expand marketing management literature related to the dimensions of service quality and customer satisfaction in the context of organizations.

Abstract

Rantai pasok memengaruhi operasional pabrik beras secara signifikan, dan kepemimpinan yang efektif dianggap sebagai elemen kunci untuk kesuksesan manajemen rantai pasok. Penelitian ini menyoroti urgensi manajemen rantai pasok dalam industri beras, di mana rantai pasok yang efektif dapat meningkatkan produksi, mengurangi biaya, dan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan peran kepemimpinan dalam kesuksesan manajemen rantai pasok di di Pabrik Beras Raharja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskritif kualitatif, sedangkan informannya adalah pimpinan Pabrik Beras Raharja dengan pertanyaan mencakup aspek dukungan masyarakat terhadap perusahaan, inovasi material, penanggulangan risiko, mitra bisnis, rencana jangka panjang, dan strategi menghadapi perubahan pasar. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa peran kepemimpinan dalam mencapai kesuksesan manajemen rantai di Pabrik Beras Raharja sudah baik, di mana adanya dukungan masyarakat atas keberadaan pabrik, selalu melakukan inovasi atas produk, sudah memiliki perencanaan dalam penanggulangan risiko, serta sudah memiliki strategi ketika ada perubahan pasar. Sedangkan untuk mitra bisnis pemimpin pabrik beras raharja sedang melakukan analisis terhadap mitra di luar Kabupaten Sukabumi.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Sukabumi City by identifying relevant performance indicators in designing new products and analyzing factors that affect MSME operational performance, such as production cycle time, capacity utilization, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentary studies of five MSMEs, where the data analysis techniques obtained used source and time triangulation. The results of the study show that efficiency in the supply chain, optimization of production capacity, and improvement of product quality contribute greatly to the competitiveness of MSMEs, while the lack of innovation and process improvement is still the main challenge. Therefore, this study recommends the application of technology in SCM, improvement of human resource skills, closer collaboration with suppliers and distributors, and stronger policy support to support the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs.
