Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged service providers to improve efficiency and service quality, including in futsal court rental services. At Futsal Hayani Kopti Cengkareng Barat, the court booking process is still conducted manually through phone calls or direct visits, which often results in scheduling conflicts, limited access to information, and unstructured data management. These conditions reduce the effectiveness and efficiency of the booking process. This practical work aims to design and implement an Android-based futsal court booking application using the Flutter framework. The developed application provides real-time information on court availability, rental prices, facilities, and online booking features. In addition, the system assists administrators in managing booking schedules and transaction data in a centralized manner. The research method applied is qualitative, employing observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. System development follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach with an internet-based client–server architecture. The implementation results indicate that the application improves booking efficiency, reduces scheduling conflicts, and enhances service quality as well as user satisfaction.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini memberikan peluang besar bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memperluas jangkauan promosi melalui media digital. Salah satu cara yang efektif adalah dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi berbasis web sebagai sarana informasi dan promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi berbasis web sebagai media promosi bagi UMKM Barang Rongsokan Pak Iyan yang berlokasi di Bekasi Barat, guna meningkatkan visibilitas usaha dan mempermudah masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi terkait layanan jual beli barang bekas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan antarmuka (UI/UX), serta implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web seperti HTML, CSS, dan PHP. Hasil dari pengembangan ini berupa prototype aplikasi web yang menampilkan profil usaha, daftar jenis barang yang diterima, kontak, serta galeri aktivitas. Dengan adanya aplikasi berbasis web ini, diharapkan UMKM Barang Rongsokan Pak Iyan dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi secara optimal untuk meningkatkan daya saing, memperluas jaringan pelanggan, serta mendukung proses digitalisasi UMKM dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis modern. Dengan demikian, perancangan aplikasi berbasis web sebagai media promosi ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan promosi usaha, akses informasi, dan jangkauan pelanggan pada UMKM Barang Rongsokan Pak Iyan di Bekasi Barat. Abstract

The increasing use of digital technology creates significant opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to enhance promotion and business development. Air Ikan Otista, an MSME in East Jakarta operating in the ornamental fish and aquarium supplies sector, faced limited promotional reach and unstructured product information due to conventional marketing practices. A web-based e-catalog system was designed and implemented as a digital promotion and branding medium. The study applied a qualitative approach through interviews, direct observation, and literature review, followed by structured system development using the Agile method. The system was built using Laravel as the backend framework, React JS as the frontend, and MySQL as the database. Results indicate that the e-catalog system improves the organization and consistency of product information, simplifies data management through an admin panel, and supports digital promotional activities. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) confirmed that the system is easy to operate, functionally appropriate, and acceptable for daily operations — suggesting measurable potential to strengthen promotional effectiveness and branding for MSMEs in similar sectors.

Abstract

In preparing students to face digital literacy and critical thinking transformations rapid, universities are therefore required to design and implement learning processes that are innovative, adaptive, and differentiated, in accordance with the new learning paradigm. However, the unemployment rate in Indonesia remains high approximately 5.98% vocational high school graduates and 4.8% diploma and university graduates. To develop highly skilled human resources, higher education must strengthen the competencies of students as future agents of change entering the workforce. The persistent unemployment rate among diploma and university graduates presents a national challenge that may hinder the progress of human capital development. Therefore, this study aims to develop a classification and association model linking new learning paradigm programs to student learning outcomes, in order to generate new knowledge and identify correlations among grade point average, employment waiting period, occupational field, and graduate income. The research employs a machine learning approach using association rule mining and the K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm to analyze correlations and predict graduate outcomes. Based on data processing of 450 graduate data who participated in the new paradigm learning program, the findings indicate that graduates under the new learning paradigm with grade point average ≥ 3.50 are significantly more likely to secure employment within ≤ 2 months, support = 20%, confidence = 100% based on processing a data set of 450 data. Participants in the teaching assistance program tend to experience longer waiting periods ≥ 6 months and lower initial earnings compared to those from other new learning paradigm pathways. Conversely, graduates involved in certified internships or independent study programs demonstrate higher earnings potential and stronger academic performance. The results confirm that the new learning paradigm exerts a positive influence on graduate employability, income level, and academic achievement, especially through experiential and industry-oriented learning mechanisms.

Abstract

This community service program designed a digital solution for SM Cloth "Semangat Muda", an MSME in Tegal providing screen-printing and printing services. Two core problems were identified: promotional channels that remain narrow, and the recurring risk of lost orders caused by delayed manual responses during the ordering process. The proposed solution consists of an MSME website serving as a product catalog and service information medium, paired with a WhatsApp AI Chat system designed to answer customer queries and collect order details in a structured manner. Development follows the Waterfall SDLC model, beginning with a needs assessment through direct observation and interviews, followed by UI/UX design, relational database design, and chatbot conversation flow design with service orchestration. Outputs include a modular website design covering catalog, service information, and WhatsApp-based ordering, as well as a chatbot design with conversation context storage and order logging. The proposed system is expected to reduce response time, broaden digital promotional reach, and reinforce the business image of the MSME.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged social and humanitarian organizations to utilize web-based systems as effective and transparent information media. Cakra Abhipraya Responsif Organization still faces challenges in publishing social activities and providing centralized and easily accessible donation reports for the public and donors. Information delivered through social media or manual methods is considered insufficient to optimally build public trust. This study aims to develop a responsive web-based humanitarian portal that functions as a medium for publishing social activities and improving donation transparency at Cakra Abhipraya Responsif Organization. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The system development process consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and functional testing. The results indicate that the developed web portal is able to present social activity information, donation data, and transparency reports in a structured manner and is easily accessible across various devices. The implementation of this portal is expected to improve the effectiveness of social activity publication, maintain donation transparency, and increase public and donor trust in the organization.

Abstract

The low level of digital literacy among grassroots communities, particularly the Dasawisma group within the Rukun Warga (RW) environment, limits the community's ability to use information technology effectively and safely. This Community Service Program aims to develop web-based interactive educational media as a digital literacy learning tool for Dasawisma members. The media was developed using the WordPress platform and the Waterfall development method. The implementation stages included user needs analysis, educational content design, interface design, WordPress installation and configuration, and system testing with users. The developed media takes the form of an interactive website that provides basic digital literacy materials, instructional videos, and evaluation quizzes accessible through various digital devices. The media trial was conducted with 20 members of Dasawisma RW 01 using a pretest and posttest method on a digital literacy quiz. The results showed an improvement in participants' understanding from 58% to 82% after using the media, representing an increase of 24%. This indicates that web-based educational media is effective in improving digital literacy among the Dasawisma community in RW 01, Jatinegara Sub-district, East Jakarta.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan krusial dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Meskipun demikian, tidak sedikit dari pelaku usaha ini yang masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan media digital untuk kegiatan promosi dan penjualan. Sebagai contoh, UMKM Trisno Furniture yang berlokasi di Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur, masih bergantung pada metode promosi tradisional, sehingga menyebabkan jangkauan pemasarannya terbatas dan daya saingnya menurun di tengah persaingan era digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah toko online dengan memanfaatkan WordPress dan WooCommerce guna meningkatkan efisiensi promosi dan memperluas akses pasar. Metodologi yang diterapkan mencakup observasi, wawancara, serta pendekatan perancangan sistem dengan model SDLC yang difokuskan pada tahap analisis dan desain. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari perangkat komputer, CMS WordPress, plugin WooCommerce, dan tema pendukung untuk perancangan antarmuka. Hasil penelitian berhasil menghasilkan sebuah rancangan toko online yang mampu menampilkan katalog produk, informasi toko, serta struktur navigasi yang mudah dipahami pengguna. Simpulan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan platform e-commerce yang sederhana dapat membantu UMKM meningkatkan penjualan produk dan memperbaiki proses pemasaran. Untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi payment gateway, peningkatan aspek keamanan, serta penerapan sistem pengelolaan inventory digital guna mendukung operasional bisnis yang lebih menyeluruh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem monitoring kualitas air berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) di sungai Cisadane dan Ciliwung yg mengalir diwilayah Kota Bogor. Sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontrolerArduino ESP32 dan platform Blynk untuk memantau parameter suhu, pH, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) secara real-time yang kemudian diolah hasilnya menggunakan algoritma Naives Bayes. Sensor-sensor dikalibrasi untuk memastikan akurasi dan evaluasi kinerja menggunakan Mean Absolute Percentage Error menunjukkan hasil baik, khususnya pada sensor pH dan TDS. Pengujian lapangan dilakukan pada kondisi cuaca hujan dan panas untuk menilai stabilitas pengukuran. Hasil menunjukkan nilai TDS lebih tinggi pada kondisi panas, pH lebih tinggi saat hujan, sedangkan suhu relatif stabil. Sistem ini memungkinkan masyarakat memantau kualitas air secara mandiri melalui aplikasi, serta mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya air yang berkelanjutan. Implementasi ini menunjukkan potensi teknologi IoT dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap kualitas lingkungan lokal. Kata Kunci: IoT, ESP32, Kualitas Air Limbah, TDS, pH, Blynk Naive Bayes, Monitoring Real-time, Klasifikasi Air.

Abstract

Student health directly affects the quality of learning and academic achievement. When sleep patterns and daily routines become irregular, students face a higher probability of developing health-related problems. To address this issue, a web-based expert system was designed and developed to detect student health risks based on sleep patterns and daily activities, applying the Certainty Factor (CF) method, with a case study conducted at STIE BPKP. The Certainty Factor method was used to quantify the degree of confidence in a particular health risk by combining symptom data selected by users with certainty weights assigned by domain experts. The system was built as a web application featuring three core functions: symptom data input, diagnostic processing, and output presentation in the form of health risk levels along with actionable recommendations. Functional testing was carried out to verify that each module operated correctly and that diagnostic outputs aligned with the expected Certainty Factor calculations. Findings from this study confirm that the expert system successfully assists students in assessing their health risk levels in a fast and accessible manner. Beyond individual use, the system also serves as a supporting instrument for academic institutions seeking to strengthen health awareness programs among their student population. As a result, this expert system holds practical value as an early-warning tool for student health risk detection.
