Abstract

Abstract

Students in RI Government regulation No.30 of 1990 are registered learners and study in certain universities. Students are a group in a society that obtains its status because of ties with college. In male student variable, 160 respondents (64%) have constructive coping mechanism and 90 respondents (36%) have destructive coping mechanism. In the female variable, 200 respondents (80%) have constructive coping mechanism and 50 respondents (20%) have destructive coping mechanism. The result of Bivariate analysis using Chi Square obtained χ² count = 0,893 dan χ² table = 3,488. This means there is no difference in coping mechanism between male and female students in facing the odd semester exam of academic year 2010/2011 at Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN Raden Intan Lampung.

Abstract

Layanan bimbingan belajar adalah salah satu bentuk penting dari layanan bimbingan belajar yang diadakan di sekolah, kemudian juga sebagai respons terhadap kehidupan sosial, misalnya merokok. Mengatasi kebiasaan merokok pada siswa adalah bidang bimbingan sosial-pribadi, karena bidang bimbingan ini menyangkut hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan keadaan mental dan fisik seseorang, serta menyangkut hubungan dengan orang lain. Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di SMAN 13 Bandar Lampung, dapat ditarik kesimpulan, yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil dalam penelitian ini bahwa uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan uji signifikansi 5%, nilai p = 0,026; p <0,05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan merokok siswa sebelum dan sesudah konseling perilaku diberikan oleh teknik kontrol diri dan menggunakan metode konseling individu. Dengan demikian Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa kebiasaan merokok siswa dapat dikurangi dengan menggunakan pendekatan konseling perilaku untuk strategi pengendalian diri dan Ho ditolak, yaitu kebiasaan merokok siswa tidak dapat dikurangi dengan menggunakan pendekatan konseling perilaku untuk strategi pengendalian diri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena di kelas VIII SMP Gajah Mada di Bandar Lampung yang berkaitan dengan siswa yang membuktikan, dengan indikator seperti palpitasi, lupa apa yang ingin mereka katakan selanjutnya, dan perlu menginstal. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari sebelum dan setelah diberikan perawatan dan konseling Rasional Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) dapat membantu siswa di Sekolah Menengah Gajah Mada, Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif desain pra-eksperimental. Peneliti menggunakan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Designs karena mereka tidak menggunakan kelompok kontrol.Sampel penelitian ini adalah 19 siswa dari kelas VIII SMP Gajah Mada di Bandar Lampung. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan sampel purposive, yaitu teknik pemilihan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Ada penurunan pendapat siswa yang dilihat dari rerata sebelum diberi izin 55,7 dan rerata setelah diberi izin 33,7, ini juga dibuktikan dari ketentuan thitung lebih besar dari tabel (24,044-1,734), sehingga memungkinkan siswa di Gajah Sekolah Menengah Mada di Bandar Lampung menggunakan perubahan setelah diberikan layanan terapi emosi (REBT). Rehabilitasi Emosional (REBT) memiliki dampak yang meningkat di Sekolah Menengah Gajah Mada, Bandar Lampung.Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil hipotesis Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Ada penurunan kecemasan siswa dilihat dari rerata sebelum diberi perlakuan 55,7 dan rerata setelah diberi perlakuan 33,7, ini juga dibuktikan dari ketentuan thitung lebih besar dari tabel (24,044-1,734), sehingga kecemasan siswa di Gajah Sekolah Menengah Mada di Bandar Lampung mengalami perubahan setelah diberikan layanan terapi perilaku emotif rasional (REBT). Abstract

Sleep disturbance is also known as a significant cause of morbidity. There are some serious effects on sleep disturbance in the elderly. Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers at the beginning of March 2012 at Tresna Werdha Natar Elderly Social Institution, it was found that there were 103 elderly people who actively participated in health screening activities, 78 of whom had insomnia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of PMR (Progressive Muscle Relaxation) on insomnia in the elderly at Tresna Werdha Natar Elderly Social Institution in Lampung Province in 2012. The research method used was quasi-experimental with the Pre Post Test Control Group approach. The sample population taken in this study is 50 respondents divided into two groups, namely intervention and control. This study uses t-test analysis (paired t test) to measure the condition of insomnia before and after PMR and independent t-test to see differences between the intervention and control groups. This research was conducted on June 6-13 using a questionnaire and observation sheet. The results of this study are the level of insomnia before the elderly get progressive muscle relaxation, which is an average of 7.80. The level of insomnia after the elderly get progressive muscle relaxation is an average of 6.40. There is a difference in insomnia between before and after the elderly get progressive muscle relaxation, which is an average of 1.40. There is an influence of PMR (Progressive Muscle Relaxation) effect on insomnia in the elderly in social care institutions Tresna Werdha Natar Lampung Province with P Value 0,000 with a confidence level of 0.05 so that P Value <α (0,000 <0.05).

Abstract

Positive self concept that arises in the counselee stems from the belief and positive piker pattern of the counselee to the ability and potential that he has. The results showed that the subjects had low self-concept. Low self-concept is shown include embarrassment with different physical circumstances, minder, do not want to ask the teacher if you do not understand, do not want to go forward, do not want to mingle with friends and, feel different from friends because always called as duck every talking. The purpose of this study is to change the client's irrational beliefs (which impact on emotions and behavior) to be irrational. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) aims to improve and change attitudes, perceptions, beliefs and views of irrational counselees to be rational, so that the counselee can develop themselves and achieve optimal self-realization. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative case study that is descriptive. Observation results show that after being given individual counseling service of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) technique there is a change, that the counselee is no longer embarrassed by his physical condition, going out of class to play, the counselee asks and forward the class, start accepting the shortcomings and try to optimize the potential there on him. Abstract

The counseling perspective has a role in providing a personality description that feels needs attention in counseling. Personality, according to two figures in the science of counseling, the concept of personality formulated by Al-Ghazali and Sigmund Freud has suitability as well as facilitating or contributing personality theories to counseling that makes justification when the counseling process. The design of this study is an analytic design aimed at testing hypotheses and carrying out a more in-depth interpretation of a relationship of conformity in content and data. The difference in human concepts, according to Al-Ghazali and Sigmund Freud, lies in the workings of the three terms of human personality. Al-Ghazali explained that the dimension of the nafs is a level that has the potential that every human being will be in it. Whereas the concept of the structure of the human personality that has been explained according to Freud, that is, the three systems are interrelated and controlled by the ego as a controller for deciding a human behavior and personality.

Abstract

The high academic challenges for high school students make many students unable to adapt to live an academic life. The ability to have academic buoyancy is essential for students to be able to adapt to overcome academic challenges. This study aimed to determine the application of group guidance services using the achieving success everyday model to develop students' academic buoyancy. The research uses a qualitative approach which is specifically directed at the use of the simple case hermeneutic method which describes and comprehensively explains various aspects of a group, and qualitative phenomena (language, text, communication, meaning, and experience). The results of the study show the steps of the Achieving Success Everyday (ASE) Model Group Guidance process to develop academic Buoyancy for Students, which include: 1) Assessment phase 2) Review phase 3) Introduction phase 4) Challenge phase 5) Empowerment and development phase 6) Support phase.

Abstract

The study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between perfectionism and self-efficacy in academic burnout. The subjects of the study were high school students as well as boarding school students in the Bandar Lampung area. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Sampling using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 170 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with JASP. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between perfectionism and academic burnout with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.568 with a significance of 0.001 (p<0.01). The relationship between negative self-efficacy and academic burnout has a significant negative relationship with a correlation coefficient (R) of -0.399 with a significance of 0.001 (p<0.01). The effective contribution of the perfectionism variable to the academic burnout variable is 28%. Meanwhile, the effective contribution given by self-efficacy to the academic burnout variable is 5%. That is, the conclusion is obtained that the higher the perfectionism, the higher the academic burnout, and vice versa. However, the higher the self-efficacy, the lower the academic burnout, and vice versa.

Abstract

Reeducation is a follow-up intervention that aims to provide re-understanding for terrorist prisoners. This study is a follow-up study conducted using a different approach. This study aims to determine whether various interventions in the re-education program have been successful in increasing the acceptance of terrorists in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used is the Narrative Literature Review (NLR), by assessing, identifying, analyzing and summarizing previously published literature. The re-education program in Indonesia with various interventions shows an increase in the acceptance of national values and acceptance of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) among terrorist prisoners in Indonesia. A holistic approach that includes psychological, religious education, social, and economic aspects has been shown to provide better results than methods that focus on one aspect only. Psychological interventions help prisoners manage emotions and stress, while moderate religious education directs them to an inclusive understanding of religion and skills through the training provided are factors that greatly support the acceptance of NKRI
