Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kualitas pelayanan didefinisikan sebagai Tindakan atau upaya yang dilakukan oleh individu atau organisasi dengan tujuan memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien (pelanggan) atau karyawan. Evaluasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan dilakukan secara berkala untuk memastikan kepuasan masyarakat. Faktor kualitas pelayanan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, sehingga perbaikan fasilitas dan sistem pelayanan menjadi langkah penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien. Tujuan Penelitian: Menganalisis kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini bersifat analitik menggunakan pendekatan crossectional. Alat ukur yang digunkan yaitu kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Hasil Penelitian: Kepuasan pasien didapatkan hasil puas dengan nilai 41,9% dan sangat puas dengan nilai 58,1%. Aspek bukti fisik p-value (0,175), kehandalan p- value (0,574), kesigapan p-value (0,419), jaminan p-value (0,072), dan empati p-value (0,175), secara statistik tidak berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan di laborotatorium dengan p-value > 0,05. Kesimpulan: Aspek bukti fisik, kehandalan, kesigapan, jaminan, dan empati secara statistik tidak berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan di laborotatorium dengan p-value> 0,05. tingkat kepuasan, mayoritas responden merasa sangat puas sebanyak 58,1%.

Abstract

Logam Tanah Langka (REE) berguna dalam berbagai aplikasi teknologi tinggi. Kebutuhan akan LTJ semakin meningkat seiring berjalannya waktu. Memisahkan dan memurnikan REE sulit dilakukan karena REE memiliki sifat yang mirip satu sama lain. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan metode untuk memisahkan dan memurnikan REE dari mineralnya. Salah satu metode pemisahannya menggunakan ligan Di-(2-etilheksil)asam fosfat (D2EHPA) yang memiliki banyak keunggulan sebagai ekstraktan dalam ekstraksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ligan yang memiliki selektivitas tertinggi untuk pemisahan REE menggunakan dinamika molekuler dan untuk mengetahui ligan mana yang dapat terdistribusi lebih baik ke dalam fasa organik. Metodologinya dilakukan dengan menggunakan pemodelan molekuler BIOVIA Discovery Studio 2016 dan optimalisasi energi menggunakan program AMBER18. Studi komputasi dapat dilakukan untuk menemukan titik awal sintesis di laboratorium. Kompleks REE dengan ligan D2EHPA dan tiga perairan dapat digunakan dalam pemisahan REE karena lebih efisien dan stabilitas kompleks lebih besar.Rare Earth Metals (REEs) are useful in a variety of high-tech applications. The need for LTJ is increasing over time. Separating and purifying REEs is difficult because REEs have similar properties to one another. So it is necessary to develop methods for separating and purifying REEs from their minerals. One of the separation methods uses the ligand Di-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid (D2EHPA) which has many advantages as an extractant in extraction. The aim of this research is to find out the ligand with the highest selectivity for REE separation using molecular dynamics and to find out which ligand can be better distributed into the organic phase. The methodology was carried out using BIOVIA Discovery Studio 2016 molecular modeling and energy optimization using the AMBER18 program. Computational studies can be performed to find starting points for synthesis in the laboratory. The REE complex with the D2EHPA ligand and three waters can be used in REE separation because it is more efficient and the stability of the complex is greater.

Abstract

This study evaluates Arabic grammar (qawāʿid) instruction using visual wall charts in class XD at MA NU 03 Sunan Katong, Kaliwungu, Kendal, during the 2023/2024 academic year, assessing alignment with the SECTIONS framework. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the study involved the Arabic teacher, principal, and 33 students, with data collected via observations, interviews, documentation, and assessment records, analyzed using triangulation. Findings reveal that instruction comprises preparation (material development, wall chart creation), implementation (introducing concepts, examples, question-and-answer sessions, interactive exercises, discussions), and follow-up (group assessments, daily quizzes). The wall chart improved student outcomes, with an average score of 81 (meeting ≥75 criteria), notably for 70% of students without Arabic knowledge, and enhanced engagement among 60.6% visual learners. Per the SECTIONS framework, the wall chart aligns with seven criteria (Students, Ease of Use, Cost, Teaching and Media Selection, Interaction, Organizational Issues, Security and Privacy). However, it lacks Networking alignment due to its non-digital nature. Wall charts are effective for qawāʿid in resource-limited settings, though digital integration could enhance learning resources. Future research should explore multimodal approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Abstract

This article discuss about education that has the role of strategic and vital to the survival of a nation. Changes that occur on repeatedly can cause victims to the world of education, so education will lose its footing and flying following the direction of the wind of change that is going on. Then the social changes that occur either it concerns social values, behavioural patterns, organizations, civic institutions, layers in society, as well as with regard to power and authority (politics), must be faced with changes in the world of education. One trick is to maximise the social dimensions of education contained in the social aspects of education. As for the aspects include; (a) social aspects that are cultivated by education in schools, such as the cultural inheritance of the older generation to the younger generation; (b) the social aspects that affect education is characteristic of the dominant culture in certain regions where schools that exist; (c) the social aspects that play a role in education — and the bureaucratic organizational factors; (d) the social aspects that affect the educational system itself.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perspektif orang tua terhadap peran bimbingan belajar dalam mempersiapkan anak memasuki jenjang pendidikan Sekolah Dasar (SD). Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap empat orang tua yang memiliki anak usia 5–6 tahun dan mengikuti program bimbingan belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas orang tua memandang bimbingan belajar sebagai sarana penting untuk mendukung perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan emosional anak. Bimbingan belajar juga dianggap membantu kesiapan anak dalam menghadapi tuntutan akademik dan sosial di SD. Namun, efektivitas program sangat bergantung pada keterlibatan aktif orang tua serta kualitas interaksi dengan lembaga bimbingan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak serta sinergi antara orang tua dan lembaga pendidikan nonformal.

Abstract

كان الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد مدى فاعلية استخدام القصص المصورة الرقمية في تحسين مهارات القراءة لدى طلاب الصف السابع في المدرسة المتوسطة الاسلامية في مادة ”البيت“. ونوع هذا البحث هو التصميم التجريبي القبلي التجريبي بنموذج تصميم ما قبل الاختبار والاختبار البوستتيكي من مجموعة واحدة. وقد تم أخذ العينات في هذه الدراسة بتقنية أخذ العينات بطريقة العينة القصدية، حيث تم أخذ عينة من طلاب الصف السابع من مدرسة متوسطة اسلامية نهضة الصبيان كاليبوجانغ كولون وعددهم 15 طالبًا. أظهرت النتائج أن نتائج حساب اختبار المعيارية أظهرت أن قيمة sig لنتائج الاختبار القبلي كانت 0.342 والاختبار البعدي 0.136 مع (p < 0.05). ومن نتائج حساب اختبار (T) تظهر قيمة sig (ثنائية الذيل) 0.000 <0.05، ومتوسط اختبار درجة ن-المكتسب ضمن المعايير العالية 0.7684. يمكن استنتاج أن استخدام القصص المصورة الرقمية فعّال في تحسين مهارات القراءة لدى طلاب الصف السابع في مدرسة متوسطة اسلامية نهضة الصبيان كاليبوجانغ كولون. ويسهم هذا البحث في فهم فوائد القصص المصورة الرقمية كوسائل تعليمية في تحسين مهارات القراءة لدى الطلاب، ويوفر آثارا عملية للمعلمين في إنشاء مواد تعليمية فعالة وشيقة.

Abstract

Critical thinking is pivotal for 21st century learners, yet its cultivation in Islamic Religious Education classes is under examined. This qualitative field study at SMAN 1 Lumajang employed classroom observations, semi structured interviews with the principal, one teacher, and six students, alongside document analysis to explore how teachers foster students’ critical thinking. The teacher deliberately integrated discussion, Two Stay Two Stray, debate, case studies, and HOTS based assessment. These strategies stimulated students to classify, analyse, evaluate, and summarise Islamic concepts independently. Supporting factors included the teacher’s professional competence and adequate facilities; heterogeneous student abilities and limited instructional time constrained deeper reflection. Purposeful pedagogical design and a dialogic learning environment enable teachers to foster critical thinking, though structural constraints must be addressed for sustained improvement.

Abstract

The phenomenon of social problems is considered to be an obstacle to the realization of social welfare. One of the social problems that occurs in the tin mining sector in Bangka Belitung is the prolonged exploitation of child labor. This situation must receive immediate attention so that there is no widespread impact. This research aims to describe and critically examine the background to the problem of exploitation of children in the tin mining of Bangka Belitung and to see what solutions are being implemented by the Gubuk Sejuta Motivasi Foundation in dealing with this problem. This type of research is qualitative-descriptive-analysis by describing field phenomena according to the reality that occurs in the field. To obtain data, researchers used interview, observation and documentation methods. The determination of informants was based on criteria, namely, 3 Foundation Management, 9 Mining Workers' Children and 3 people fostering children. The results of the study reveal that the problem of exploitation of children is caused by various problems. First, internal problems in children, namely, dropping out of education, early marriage, and child delinquency. Second, external problems, namely mining culture and traditions, the miner's environment, reasons for helping parents, weak parental education, and promising economic benefits. Based on field findings, as for the solution of the Gubuk Sejuta Motivasi Foundation in dealing with the problem of exploitation of tin worker children with several approaches. First, providing Soft Skills for children, in the fields of formal and non-formal education. Second, providing hard skills in the interests and talents of each child, some are in Gubuk Otomotif, Gubuk Seni, Gubuk Kayu, Bubuk Tani, and Gubuk Perikanan Viewed from a practical social science perspective, the approach taken by the Gubuk Sejuta Motivasi Foundation can be a reference and lesson for the parties responsible for social problems that continue to develop dynamically in society.

Abstract

Dermaga penyebrangan 35 Ilir dengan tujuan Muntok dilayani oleh 6 (Enam) kapal dengan kecenderungan menunjukkan bahwa pelabuhan penyeberangan lebih berfungsi sebagai angkutan barang dan kendaraan roda empat dan roda dua (R4 dan R-2) dan angkutan penumpang, Menyadari pentingnya keselamatan dalam angkutan penyeberangan operator kapal juga dituntut untuk meningkatkan pelayanan, termasuk ketepatan waktu dan kesiapan alat keselamatan di dalam kapal, misalnya pelampung yang jumlahnya harus disesuaikan dengan isian kapal. Dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan keselamatan angkutan laut pada lintas penyeberangan 35 Ilir - Muntok telah dilakukan secara priodik pemeriksaan kapal Roro yang meliputi pemeriksaan konstruksi badan kapal, sistem permesinan, perlengkapan kapal, alat telekomunikasi kapal, alat keselamatan penumpang dan perlengkapan navigasi kapal .
