Abstract

Pelabuhan Penyeberangan ASDP di Kota Bitung adalah satu-satunya jasa transportasi yang melayani kegiatan penyeberangan di Propinsi Sulawesi Utara, untuk lintas Bitung–Melonguane dengan jarak 212 mil.Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan perlu dilakukan pengukuran terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, yaitudengan mengunakan metode analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). AnalisisCSI dimaksudkan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan pada penyeberangan perintis lintas Bitung-Melonguane berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap 150 responden  diperoleh nilai untuk kepuasan penumpang sebesar 70,76 %.Nilai ini terdapat pada koordinat 3,45 and 3,19.Hal ini menunjukan bahwa indeks kepuasan penumpang terhadap pelayanan angkutan penyeberangan perintis lintas Bitung–Melonguane berada pada kriteria memuaskan. Namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan, terutama atribut-atribut pelayanan yang terdapat pada kuadran IV, pada kondisi tersebut kondisi pelayanan sudah cukup baik, namun memiliki kepentingan yang rendah hal ini perlu dipertahankan dalam meningkatkan kinerja.

Abstract

Merak harbor crossing is one of the infrastructure that serves 80 percent of Indonesia's economy in the island of Java and Sumatra. Merak harbor crossings currently has 5 dock supported by a fruit terminal with an area of 8260 m2 bus that can accommodate 330 buses. In addition there is also a parking lot to accommodate vehicles waiting to enter the vessel with an area of 18 ha can accommodate 752 vehicles. Based on data obtained from the office of the Administrator port of Bantam, Over the past three consecutive years ie 2007 - 2009. respectively in 2007 transported 6, 8 million tons of goods, in 2008 transported 5. 7 million tons while for the year 2009 rose to 7.2 million tonnes. The increasing demand for transportation services of PT Indonesia Ferry crossings as a port operator plans to cooperate with the municipal government to build the dock VI Cilegon near the area of Integrated Terminal Peacock (ITM). The plan is dedicated dock for passengers pedestrians. VI Pier development project is planned to be conducted early 2011

Abstract

Penambangan ilegal terus mengalami perkembangan, dalam keberlangsunganya, aktivitas ini tidak mengantongi izin, dan tidak menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pertambangan yang baik dan benar (good mining practice). Terjadi kemudian aktivitas ini memimbulkan masalah-masalah sosial di Tengah Masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi kebijakan Peraturan Daerah No 88/DLH 2021 dalam menertib dan mengawasi aktivitas pertambangan tanpa izin di Kabupaten Bungo, serta menggali lebih dalam apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dalam proses pelaksaan PERDA tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif-deskriktif-analisis dengan menggambarkan fenomena dan realitas lapangan dengan apa adanya. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tim Tepadu Penanganan Tambang Ilegal yaitu, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kadis SDA, Kesbangpol dan Camat. Berdasarkan temuan lapangan, adapaun langkah strategis pencegahan yaitu 1) membentuk Tim Terpadu penanganan PETI, 2) mengeluarkan surat edaran PETI, 3) melakukan sosialisasi ke desa dan kecamatan, 4) bekerja sama dengan media dan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat pemerhati lingkunn dan, 5) mendayagunakan peran Camat dan Datuk Rio (Kepala Desa). Langkah-langkah penindakan aktivitas PETI adalah 1) melakukan razia gabungan ke lokasi PETI, 2) mendorong tokoh adat dalam memberikan sanksi bagi pelaku PETI, 3) menjadi saksi dalam proses hukum bagi pelaku PETI, serta 4) melakukan uji sampel air yang tercemar. Faktanya tidak semua kebijakan dapat terlaksana dengan baik karena antara lain : 1) kurangnya pola pikir positif masyarakat terhadap lingkungan, 2) adanya penolakan saat  operasi terpadu, 3) sulitnya pendataan kasus PETI, dan 4) adanya keterlibatan oknum yang tidak bertanggungjawab.

Abstract

Writing as a language skill is still considered a language skill that is categorized as very difficult. Various kinds of problems arise in learning to write Arabic because writing skills are skills that combine various disciplines. Therefore, teachers must continually innovate in the learning process, such as choosing a learning model or using various learning methods, one of which is gamification-based Arabic learning. Gamification is a modern educational strategy popular in the West, namely educational stimulation by applying game elements and principles in non-game contexts. This article describes Gamification's use in teaching high school students writing skills. The research method used is the descriptive method with the desk research method. The results of the study show that the use of Gamification in teaching writing skills can improve the quality of learning, especially in Arabic, so that students can master writing skills in an easy and fun way, and can lead to the development of teaching writing skills in a social context following their interests, motivations, and needs Student. This study recommends further research to test the effectiveness of Gamification on other Arabic language skills with a more varied research method.

Abstract

The limited ability to memorize, understand Arabic, and access sources are obstacles to understanding Islamic knowledge, especially hadith. Searching for access to sources to obtain hadiths that are in accordance with the theme and the interrelationships between themes improves the quality of the preachers towards religious understanding. This study investigates how to automate the thematic tracking pattern of Prophet Muhammad's hadith using the FP-Growth (Frequent Pattern-Growth) and ECLAT algorithms. The research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The next step involves creating a prototype using the dataset development framework. The result of this study is a prototype of hadith tracing using the FP-Growth algorithm with the prophet's hadith dataset based on the Bulughul Maram book.

Abstract

In the context of the globalization of the halal industry, the Halal Inspection Institute (LPH) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta faces challenges in improving halal certification services. This research develops a web-based information system with the integration of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion's SiHalal using the REST API and Prototype model. The main goal is to increase LPH credibility, integrate the LPH system with SiHalal, and improve LPH operational management performance. The system development method used is the Prototype Model, involving data collection through observation, interviews, and literature study to understand user needs. The first stage focuses on communication to understand needs, followed by rapid planning and prototype design. System implementation using JavaScript, NodeJs, and ReactJs. After a series of tests, the system resulted in effective integration with SiHalal and more efficient operational management. The research results include three prototypes. The first prototype focused on building an LPH profile website to increase credibility and access to information. The second prototype successfully integrated the LPH system with SiHalal, ensuring the efficiency and validity of audit reports. The third prototype adds report management, income/expenditure recording, and information updates, increasing LPH's operational efficiency.

Abstract

Habibi Garden is a company operating in agricultural technology. The current issue at Habibi Garden is the absence of a human resource management application. COOs and Agronomists face operational challenges. COOs struggle to track project progress in the field and sometimes forget to log their attendance. Agronomists have difficulty organizing team tasks as some employees forget to submit assignments, and various assignments, reports, and projects are jumbled in Google Drive. Additionally, employees have to search for reimbursement links mixed with other assignment links, leading to potential errors. This research aims to develop a UI/UX design for a mobile-based human resource management application for Habibi Garden to aid employees in operational activities. The method used is Design Thinking which consists of 5 stages, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The results show that the interface design performs well. The effectiveness parameter scored 93.75% for COOs and 91.25% for Agronomists. The efficiency parameter achieved 0.04 goals/sec for COOs and 0.06 goals/sec for Agronomists. User satisfaction, measured using the SUS questionnaire, averaged 88 for COOs, categorized as excellent and graded B, and 77 for Agronomists, categorized as good and also graded B. Design Thinking enables designers to create application solutions that truly fit user expectations and needs by understanding user problems, needs, and behavior through the empathize stage. Based on the prototype design that has been designed in this study, the UI/UX generated can serve as a foundation for the development of mobile applications based on Human Resource Management.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of using Educaplay-based educational games in improving Arabic grammar skills of class VIII MTs NU Ma’rifatul Ulum. This research is a quantitative with the pre-experimental research design in the one group pretest-posttest. Data in this study were obtained through interviews and pretest-posttest tests. Data analysis techniques used in prosecing data are normality test, t-test and N-Gain test. The population in this research were all students of class VIII MTs Ma’rifatul Ulum, while the sample of the research is 24 students. The results of the study show that the use of Educaplay-based educational games significantly improves students' understanding of Arabic grammar learning. This indicated by an increase in the average pre-test and post-test score. The result of paired sample T-Test obtained significance value of < 0,05, wich means there is a significant difference between before and after treatment. While the result of the N-Gain test were obtained at 61,3440, indicating an effective. This research contributes to the development of interactive Arabic grammar learning methods. This study recommends the use of educational games to enhance the quality of Arabic language learning for students at various educational levels.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari anggapan bahwa salah satu dampak buruk media sosial adalah meningkatnya penggunaan ujaran kebencian oleh remaja di media sosial. Diantara pelakunya adalah siswa SMP.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, harus dilakukan tindakan agar fenomena ini menjadi teratasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatsi perilaku ujaran kebencian yang dilakukan siswa di media sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis data juga melibatkan reduksi data, visualisasi data, dan validasi data. Focus masalah yaitu:1) Bagaimana faktor penyebab perilaku Hate Speech di media sosial siswa SMP?, 2) Bagaiman upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi perilaku Hate Speech di media sosial siswa SMP? Adapun tujuan penilitan adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui factor penyebab perilaku Hate Speech di media sosial siswa SMP. 2) Untuk mengetahui upaya guru Pendiidkan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi perilaku Hate Speech di media sosial siswa SMP. Hasil penelitian yakni: 1) factor yang memengaruhi perilaku hate speech di media social adalah tidak bisa mengontrol emosi dan juga faktor pertemanan. 2) Upaya guru dalam mengatasi perilaku hate speech di media social adalah literasi keagamaan yang dilakukan setiap hari sabtu dan senin agar siswa dapat menggunakan media social dengan bijak dan bisa memperdalami pembelajaran keagamaan.

Abstract

Program Madrasah Ramah Anak (MRA) merupakan inisiatif strategis dalam mewujudkan lingkungan pendidikan yang aman, nyaman, dan bebas dari kekerasan, sesuai amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memastikan terpenuhinya hak-hak peserta didik, baik dalam aspek perlindungan, pembelajaran, maupun perkembangan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pelaksanaan Program Madrasah Ramah Anak pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) di Kabupaten Pandeglang Tahun 2025. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif berdasarkan data hasil penilaian pelaksanaan MRA dari 215 MTs. Analisis dilakukan melalui perhitungan nilai rata-rata, median, nilai tertinggi, nilai terendah, serta distribusi kategori penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pelaksanaan program adalah 68,55 dengan median 68,00. Sebanyak 37% madrasah berada dalam kategori Baik, 39% dalam kategori Cukup, dan 24% termasuk kategori Kurang, sedangkan tidak ada madrasah yang mencapai kategori Sangat Baik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelaksanaan MRA telah berjalan, namun belum mencapai tingkat optimal, terutama dalam aspek konsistensi kebijakan, penguatan kapasitas pendidik, dan implementasi pembiasaan ramah anak. Oleh karena itu, penguatan pelatihan guru, supervisi berkala, serta pelibatan orang tua dan masyarakat menjadi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan program di masa mendatang.
