Abstract

New Market City Shopping Bogor is a research object to the availability of parking areas. Perception assessment of park users to park a distance of 42.86% with a distance of> 200 m, the distance is very great influence in determining the parking area. Difficulty entering the parking structure also affects the level of parking services at 39.52%. Level of difficulty occurs because the road to the parking lot filled with public transportation that stops in the place.

Abstract

Abstrak Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala tidaklah menciptakan manusia itu dengan sia-sia dan percuma. Sesungguhnya Allah menciptakan mereka supaya mereka menyembah Allah Semata dan tidak menyekutukan-Nya dengan sesuatu apapun. Masalah yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini dipusatkan kepada Efektivitas dakwah dalam meningkatkan pemahaman Tauhid, bertujuan untuk menganalisa secara mendalam bagaimana dakwah Tauhid dapat memberikan efek positif kepada Mad’u dan meyakinkan akan keesaan Allah untuk di ibadahi, tidak ada tuhan yang berhak disembah selain Allah semata. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif, yaitu merupakan penelitian terhadap masalah-masalah berupa fakta-fakta saat ini dari suatu populasi. Inti dari pengajian Tauhid bapak-bapak yang di selenggarakan di Masjid Daarussalm pada malam Jum’at adalah bagaimana masyarakat setempat dapat mengenal Allah dengan benar serta menjalankan ibadah Shalat Fardu, beribadah disertai niat yang baik dan benar semata-mata mengharap Ridho Allah SWT, meyakini keesaan Allah dalam Rububiyah, Ikhlas beribadah kepadaNya, menetapkan bagiNya nama-nama dan sifat-sifatNya, serta menyucikan-Nya. Dalam memahami agama ini maka mencakup ketiga istilah, yaitu islam, iman dan ihsan. Sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam hadits Jibril ketika datang kepada Nabi dihadapan para sahabatnya dan bertanya tentang islam, iman dan ihsan. Lalu, Rasulullah menjelaskan satu persatu pertanyaan tersebut. Kemudian beliau bersabda, “inilah Jibril datang kepada kalian untuk mengajarkan agama” pentinya tauhid untuk menjamin kehidupan masyarakat dari bahaya akhirat dan hisab, dimana semua Rasul yang diutus Allah untuk menyeru berdakwah kepada umat manusia diawali dengan mengenalkan Tauhid kepada Mad’u (Audien). Abstract Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala did not create humans in vain and in vain. Verily Allah created them so that they may worship Allah alone and not associate anything with Him. The problem that will be studied in this research is focused on the effectiveness of da'wah in increasing understanding of monotheism, aiming to analyze in depth how the da'wah of monotheism can have a positive effect on Mad'u and assure the oneness of Allah to be worshiped, there is no god that has the right to be worshiped but Allah alone. This type of research is a type of field research (field research). This research method used is descriptive research method, which is a study of problems in the form of current facts from a population. The essence of the Tawhid recitation for gentlemen which was held at the Daarussalm Mosque on Friday night was how the local community could know Allah properly and perform the Fardu prayer, worship with good intentions and only hope for the pleasure of Allah SWT, believe in oneness. Allah in Rububiyyah, sincerely worships Him, assigns Him His names and attributes, and purifies Him. In understanding this religion, it includes three terms, namely Islam, Iman and Ihsan. As contained in the hadith of Gabriel when he came to the Prophet in front of his companions and asked about Islam, faith (Iman) and Ihsan. Then, the Prophet explained one by one the questions. Then he said, "This is Gabriel coming to you to teach religion" the importance of monotheism to ensure people's lives from the dangers of the hereafter and reckoning, where all the Apostles sent by Allah to call to preach to mankind begins with introducing Tawhid to Mad'u (Audience).

Abstract

Telah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat oleh dosen dengan objek sasaran pada manajemen Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) Aliya di Kota Bogor, melalui ide, implementasi, dan pendanaan mandiri. Tujuan observasi awal ini, yaitu pemaparan dan penjabaran sejumlah topik yang berkaitan dengan disiplin keilmuan di bidang keteknikan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan untuk pemaparan sejumlah topik, dilakukan melalui penerbitan surat permohonan dari Direktur SIT Aliya ke Dekan Fakultas Teknik dan Sains (FTS), penerbitan surat tugas dari Dekan FTS, dan penyampaian sejumlah topik disertai deskripsi yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi SIT Aliya, sedangkan penjabaran lebih lanjut terhadap topik yang disepakati, dilakukan melalui penjabaran dalam rentang waktu dan kesempatan dan tinjauan lapangan dan pengukuran sejumlah parameter. Hasil kegiatan berkenaan dengan sejumlah topik di bidang keteknikan, berupa pemaparan dan diskusi yang telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 dan 24 Oktober 2019, sedangkan penjabaran berkenaan dengan sejumlah topik yang disepakati, berupa kegiatan presentasi dan diskusi yang dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis, 21 November 2019 dan ditundaklanjuti dengan tinjauan lapangan dan pengukuran parameter. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimupulkan, bahwa topik-topik sesuai disiplin keilmuan di bidang keteknikan dan pemilihan topic yang disepakati untuk kondisi kekinian dan kedisinian di lingkungan SIT Aliya Kota Bogor sangat relevan dan diperlukan.

Abstract

Improvements in the program delivered are the program for a healthy house using building materials, components of spatial planning, lighting, air quality and ventilation. Likewise with the provision of clean water, disease vectors, waste disposal and residential density. The average level of occupancy density in Gunung Malang village is still low, so it is very possible that there will be healthy houses, but the quality of the buildings is an obstacle. The approach methods used in this healthy home counseling program are: (1) a religious approach in prayer rooms and mosques as well as recitations; (2) kinship approach; (3) Social approach. The result of this counseling that can be achieved for the community is the increase in community knowledge in managing healthy and livable homes. Counseling comes from the word "suluh" which means "torch" or "lamp" or "that gives light". With counseling, it is hoped that there will be an increase in knowledge, skills and attitudes. Counseling is a process of changing behavior among the community so that they know, are willing and able to make changes in order to achieve increased production, income/profits and improvement of their welfare.

Abstract

Abstrak.Dinding penahan tanah berfungsi untuk menahan tanah serta mencegahnya dari bahaya kelongsoran. Dinding penahan tanah merupakan dinding yang digunakan untuk menahan beban tanah secara vertikal ataupun terhadap kemiringan tertentu. Untuk meminimalisir kondisi tersebut, perlu dihitung dan direncanakan kestabilan dari struktur pada dinding penahan tanah agar mampu menahan beban dari tanah dan pengaruh beban luar. Kondisi di lapangan terdapat kerusakan pada bagian struktur dinding penahan tanah, dengan bagian dasarnya mengalami penggerusan sehingga perlu dilakukannya analisis stabilitas dinding penahan tanah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kondisi dinding penahan tanah terhadap stabilitas guling, geser dan kapasitas daya dukung tanah dan merencanakan desain dinding penahan tanah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Rankine, Schmertmann dan Nottingham. Hasil analisis menunjukan stabilitas terhadap guling Fs = 1,55 1,5 (aman) stabilitas terhadap geser Fs = 2,51 1,5 (aman), dan analisis stabilitas daya dukung tanah didapat qtoe = 31,3953 kN/m2 Qall 2501,3841 kN/m2 (aman) untuk tegangan q hell 1,43 kN/m² 0 (lebih dari 0,hasil aman). Rencana desain dinding penahan tanah yang direncanakan dengan tinggi (H)= 4,3 m, lebar atas (ba)= 0,4 m, lebar bawah (bb)= 3,5 m, tebal kaki tumit (D)= 0,8 m, dan lebar plat dinding penahan tanah (D)= 0,8 m.Retaining Wall Stability Analysis (Case Study: Mekarjaya Village, Ciomas District, Bogor Regency)Abstract. Retaining walls function to hold the soil and prevent it from sliding. Retaining walls are walls that are used to withstand soil loads vertically or against a certain slope. To minimize these conditions, it is necessary to calculate and plan the stability of the structure on the retaining wall in order to be able to withstand the load from the soil and the influence of external loads. Conditions in the field there is damage to the retaining wall structure, with the bottom part being eroded so it is necessary to analyze the stability of the retaining wall. The purpose of this study was to analyze the condition of the retaining wall, the stability of overturning, shear, and the bearing capacity of the soil, and to plan the design of the retaining wall. This research uses the Method of Rankine, Schmertmann dan Nottingham. The results of the analysis showed that the stability against overturning Fs = 1.55 1.5 (safe) stability against shear Fs = 2.51 1.5 (safe), and the stability analysis of the bearing capacity of the soil obtained qtoe = 31.3953 kN/m2 Qall 2501.3841 kN/m2 (safe) for voltage q hell 1.43 kN/m² 0 (more than 0, safe result). The design plan of the retaining wall is planned with height (H) = 4.3 m, top width (ba) = 0.4 m, bottom width (bb) = 3.5 m, heel thickness (D) = 0.8 m, and the width of the retaining wall plate (D) = 0.8 m.

Abstract

The growth of UMKM in various sectors has triggered intense competition between these business actors. One of them is the craft sector. The use of social media is expected to boost turnover, but the benefits are still lacking. In the craft sector, the problem that arises on the MSME side is the cessation of production. This causes turnover to decrease and has an impact on decreasing profits. This dynamic system modeling is used to see how profit-increasing strategies can be carried out. Based on the dynamic system, there are several variables, namely the causal loop diagram (CLD) and the Stock Flow Diagram (SFD) that are built, there are 3 scenarios in increasing production profits, namely: increasing production, reducing the cost of tools and materials and the third is both taken simultaneously. From the simulation carried out, it was found that within a period of 12 months it was seen that increasing production by reducing the cost of tools and materials could increase sales so that income increased and profits increased. A process of identifying production process change variables is needed as one of the production process variables that was stopped.

Abstract

BisKita Trans Pakuan Bogor Corridor 1 route line Bubulak Terminal - Cidangaing is expected to reduce the number of city transportation and private vehicles as an effort to overcome congestion in Bogor City. An assessment is needed to determine whether the service and operational performance of the bus are up to standard. The indicators used in the evaluation of operational performance refer to the Decree of the Director General of Land Transportation SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 and the world bank, while the minimum service standards refer to the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 10 of 2012 and Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 27 of 2015. This study aims to determine the performance level of the facilities and infrastructure of BiskKita Trans Pakuan Corridor 1 services. This research uses quantitative methods. The results showed; the average load factor on the departure route during the weekday has met the standard value of 74% and on the return route has not met the standard of 66% while the passenger load factor on the departure and return routes during the weekend is 50% and 49% which means it has not met the standard, the average headway during the weekday has met the standard of 9.40 minutes and during the weekend has not met the standard of 12.90 minutes, the average frequency during the weekday and weekend has met the standard of 6 bus/hour and 4 bus/hour, The average return and departure travel times have met the standards of 35,59 minutes and 54.10 minutes during the weekday and 40.67 minutes and 58.00 minutes during the weekend, the average return and departure speeds have met the standards of 23.59 km/hour and 22.81 km/hour during the weekday and 22.41 km/hour and 21.94 km/hour minutes during the weekend, the average fleet operating during the weekday and weekend has met the standards of 100% and 92% of the total fleet. Based on the results of the analysis, some indicators of the operational performance of BiskKita Trans Pakuan Corridor 1 have not met the standards because some of the load factors are still below the standard.

Abstract

The rapid population growth in Indonesia has also increased the need for housing, according to data from the Ministry of Home Affairs through the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registry (Dukcapil) as of June 30, 2020, 268,583,016 people. The Ministry of PUPR said that housing needs in Indonesia are still high, to fulfill them not only from the state budget, but must work together with banks, developers, and local governments. Structural analysis carried out on a one-story compartment type residential building located in one Sentul Indah Residence (SIR) housing block in the Bogor Regency area is very important to ensure that building users are in a safe condition. The research was conducted by testing the concrete quality (fc) of existing columns, beams, and obtained concrete quality values sequentially of 30 MPa, 25 MPa, then modeling the existing structure using the ETABS application and obtained the results that the loads acting on the building and the combination of loads based on SNI were declared safe against the influence of external forces on the building by not finding structural elements that experienced over strenght (O/S). The results of the structural analysis plan based on SNI obtained the dimensions of a residential building with a size of 30 meters x 60 meters, reinforced concrete structure. The concrete material used is concrete with a quality (fc) of 30 Mpa. Column dimensions 20x20 cm with 2D12 main reinforcement and shear reinforcement and shear reinforcement diameter 10-70, beam dimensions 15x20 cm with 2D12 main reinforcement and shear reinforcement diameter 10-100.

Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or PT KAI is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that provides rail transportation services, the old Depok station is one of PT KAI's operating facilities which stops regularly to get on and off passengers, Depok Lama Station is in the area operational area one located in Pancoran Mas District, Depok city. The increase in passengers at the Old Depok Station and the inability to accommodate parking facilities at the Old Depok Station. Some passengers choose to park their vehicles in private parking lots. Therefore, according to the author, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the current parking area as a future plan. So that it can provide an alternative solution for parking lots at the Old Depok Station, and also overcome so that train passengers don't get a parking space anymore. It also aims to provide comfort for train passengers. This research was conducted to evaluate the parking area at Depok Lama Station. This evaluation is an important step that must be carried out, in order to identify problems that occur in the parking system at Depok Lama Station. This data collection uses a quantitative method with direct observation in the field at the old Depok station, while the literature is used as a reference for secondary data. Based on the survey results and data analysis that the author obtained for 10 days, namely the existing condition of the parking lot obtained secondary data using the survey method so as to produce existing data on a 230m2 motorbike parking area with a capacity of 100 SRP (Parking Space Unit) and a slope angle of 90° at the station old depot. In this analytical study, the results of the largest accumulated stasis capacity were 143 vehicles with an average parking duration of 08:14 hours on Thursday, 01 June 2023. During the ten days of the survey it was found that the maximum parking volume was 150 vehicles with an accumulation of vehicle parking a maximum of 150 vehicles that occurred on June 1, 2023, the highest turnover of motorcycle parking at Depok Lama Station reached 150.00%, this indicates that the performance of motorcycle parking is quite high. The capacity of motorbike parking space at the old Depok station can meet the existing parking needs. This is shown by looking at the parking index exceeding 100%.

Abstract

The increase in urban transportation in the 2000s era was very high. The use of motorized vehicles during the pandemic has decreased slightly with the government's ban on traveling out of town, including the 2020 homecoming and 2021 homecoming. Most people who travel are in the city center, including the city of Bogor and Bogor district. The travel patterns are very diverse, but most use public transportation and private transportation in addition to freight transportation with a fairly high intensity, especially at night. The purpose of this study was to obtain the LoS value at the signalized intersection of the three arms of the Salabenda intersection. The three-arm Salabenda intersection is the border between Bogor regency and the city of Bogor, so this intersection is one of the busiest and most densely populated intersections beside the Ciawi intersection in the north. The Salabenda intersection has become more congested with the opening of the Section IIIA Toll Road so that the traffic load shifts from Jl. KH. Sholeh Iskandar to this toll road, so that the intersection will have a higher traffic intensity. From the three observations and data collection in the field, it can be seen that in the afternoon it has a very high LoS, namely E. Followed by a LoS D level in the afternoon and in the morning LoS is still in the form of C. So it is still safe to use in the morning with a recommended level. The LoS E condition is a condition where the intersection has a degree of saturation of 0.926, which is almost close to 1, exacerbated by high side resistance activity.
