Abstract

Maladministration practices in the world of education, especially at the high school level in Jambi Province. Maladministration in education refers to various forms of actions or policies that do not comply with ethical standards, laws, or good governance principles. Misuse of Education Funds that are not in accordance with their original purpose often occurs in education services which can cause legal violations and have criminal aspects. The purpose of this service is to provide an understanding of the role of the Ombudsman representative of Jambi Province to all stakeholders in the world of education, namely to prevent maladministration in education services, especially in high school to anticipate abuse of authority related to education funding which is feared to violate applicable laws and regulations. In this activity all Principals and Committees as well as from the media were invited to attend the Dissemination. All participants were involved in providing suggestions, input, and problems that have occurred so far. A joint commitment is needed in order to prevent illegal levies that often occur in the field of Upper Secondary Education in Jambi Province.

Abstract

 This study aims to: (1) Determine the biophysical characteristics of the waters for aquaculture development, (2)analyzing the quantity of water available for aquaculture development, and (3) to analyze the ability of carryngcapacity waters to support the development of aquaculture in the region Minapolitan in Pinrang. Observations andfield data collection in location of sampling points recorded by means of its geographical position positioning(GPS). The method of analysis using the waters of the pond carryng capacity analysis which includes quantificationof water at high tide and low tide and quantification of aquaculture waste. The results of this study showed thatbased on the availability of water at the beach for the cultivation of shrimp and fish ponds which could be loadedwith water from the shore to the cultivation of shrimp and fish with a height of 70 cm water ha-1 that is widelyapplied in traditional farms with the availability of water at the beach for Village area of 450.68 ha Lotang Salo,Wiringtasi Village area of 955.49 ha, and the Village area of 512.91 ha Tasiwalie. While the water level of 1 m insemi-intensive pond applications and intensive with the availability of water at the beach to the village area of315.47 ha Lotang salo, covering an area of 668.84 ha Wiringtasi village, and the village area of 359.04 haTasiwalie. Suggestions of this study is the allocation of land use and cultivation of Akua - input must be adjusted tothe carrying capacity and the feasibility bioteknis, For coastal environmental sustainability is maintained, then theamount of organic waste from aquaculture activities are discharged into coastal waters should be no more than 798kg for Tasiwalie village and 756 kg for the Village Wiringtasi.Keywords: Quantification of water, pond marginal, carryng capacity

Abstract

The purpose of the Community Service Programme (PPM) is to find the concept of strengthening and regulating the function of Local Regulation Formation in the DPRD. The method used was in the form of lectures or presentations, demonstrations, and questions and answers. This method is used to deliver material in the form of legislation theory, apply the material, and provide opportunities for participants who still do not understand the material. The urgency of this PPM is by looking at the fact that legal products in the regions are not achieved according to the legislative target. Several new laws and regulations passed in several regions after the enactment of the Job Creation Law have been submitted for judicial review at the Constitutional Court. These are some of the problems with the Local Regulation Formation function. The weakness of the DPRD in carrying out the function of forming local regulations stems from the low level of initiative of DPRD members in the making of local regulations (legislative initation) and in the discussion of proposals for the formation of local regulations on the proposal of the DPRD (law making process). Optimal implementation of the legislative function of the DPRD must be supported by functional DPRD organs and a reliable supporting system as well as a blue print for strengthening the legislative function. The expected results are as follows: 1) repositioning the Council as a law centre. 2) strengthening the supporting system of the DPRD, 3) making a blue print for the legislative function of the DPRD.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Knowledge about the interaction between indigenous communities and plants is documented in ethnobotanical studies. One manifestation of the interaction between traditional communities and plants is the use of plants for religious purposes. Suku Anak Dalam (SAD), located in Air Hitam, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province, is an indigenous community that utilizes plants in the performance of traditional rituals. The traditional knowledge held by the community embodies local wisdom, particularly in terms of environmental stewardship. This study aims to identify and analyze the use of plants for religious purposes by the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) community living in the Bukit Dua Belas National Park area, Air Hitam District, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province. The research method employed was an ethnobotanical survey through in-depth interviews with key informants and direct field observation. The results showed that 48 plant species are used in 8 cultural expressions related to religious practices, these are: rumah adat, pohon sialang, setubung anak, balai mandi budak atau Turun de ayek, tanah pranoon, tanah banuaron, tanah bebalai, dan ruang berburu. The most frequently used plant part is the stem (36%), while the least used is the seed (6%). This knowledge reflects the local wisdom of the SAD community in preserving both spiritual values and the surrounding natural environment.   Keywords: anak dalam tribe, ethnobotany, plants, religion   ABSTRAK Pengetahuan mengenai interaksi antara masyarakat adat dengan tumbuhan didokumentasikan dalam studi etnobotani. Salah satu bentuk interaksi masyarakat adat dengan tumbuhan adalah dalam penggunaan pada aspek religi. Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) yang terletak di Air Hitam, Kabupaten Sarolangun, Provinsi Jambi adalah salah satu kelompok masyarakat adat yang menggunakan tumbuhan dalam pelaksanaan ritual adat. Pengetahuan tradisional yang ada di masyarakat memiliki nilai-nilai kearifan masyarakat dalam hal menjaga lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pemanfaatan tumbuhan dalam aspek religi oleh masyarakat Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) yang tinggal di wilayah Taman Nasional Bukit Dua Belas, Kecamatan Air Hitam, Kabupaten Sarolangun, Provinsi Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei etnobotani melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci serta observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 48 spesies tumbuhan yang digunakan dalam delapan bentuk ekspresi budaya yang berkaitan dengan aspek religi, yaitu rumah adat, pohon sialang, setubung anak, balai mandi budak atau Turun de ayek, tanah pranoon, tanah banuaron, tanah bebalai, dan ruang berburu. Bagian tumbuhan yang paling banyak digunakan adalah batang (36%), sedangkan bagian yang paling sedikit digunakan adalah biji (6%). Pengetahuan ini mencerminkan kearifan lokal masyarakat SAD dalam menjaga nilai spiritual serta kelestarian alam sekitarnya.   Kata kunci: etnobotani, suku anak dalam, tumbuhan, religi

Abstract

This research aims to explain the dispute resolution mechanism of political parties in Indonesia. This research uses normative juridical methods. The findings of this study are based on the provisions in Article 32, paragraph (2), which, on the one hand, position the Party Court as the first-level court in resolving internal political party disputes. Still, the decision of the Party Court as a first-level decision is not final. Then, the position of the party court also does not stand independently, but is still bound internally by the organization. Thus, it is vulnerable to interest intervention in every decision. Furthermore, based on the regulations of the Political Party Law regarding the settlement of party disputes, it has not applied the principles of simple, fast, and low-cost justice. Therefore, regulating political party dispute resolution institutions in Indonesia should be redesigned to have a single-entry point, namely, through a special court. In addition, changing the position of the political party dispute resolution institution as a special judicial body under the general court will make decisions in the field of political party disputes binding for all parties. This research contributes to the development of institutional theory and judicial law in the context of the political system. On the other hand, this research also directly relates to constitutional practice and legal reform in Indonesia, particularly in the context of reforming regulations for resolving disputes within political parties.

Abstract

Perpustakaan memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di era digital, khususnya dalam menyediakanakses informasi dan memperluas wawasan siswa. Namun, pengelolaan perpustakaan di SMK Negeri 1 Binjai masih dilakukansecara manual menggunakan kartu peminjaman dan pencatatan melalui Microsoft Excel, sehingga kurang efisien danmenyulitkan dalam proses sirkulasi buku dan pembuatan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangunwebsite sistem informasi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku pada perpustakaan SMK Negeri 1 Binjai guna meningkatkanefisiensi pengelolaan data dan pelayanan kepada pengguna. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini mengacupada studi pustaka serta analisis kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional perpustakaan. Sistem yang dirancang berbasis web,dilengkapi dengan fitur katalog buku, manajemen anggota, serta proses peminjaman dan pengembalian secara online. Hasilperancangan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya informasi, mempercepat prosespelayanan, serta mendorong peningkatan minat baca siswa. Dengan penerapan teknologi informasi yang tepat, perpustakaansekolah dapat menjadi sarana pembelajaran yang lebih modern, efisien, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas secara komprehensif perancangan sistem manajemen termal (thermal management system) pada energy strorage system (ESS) berbasis baterai lithium-ion yang diaplikasikan pada Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU). Sistem ini dirancang untuk menjaga suhu operasional baterai tetap dalam kisaran yang aman melalui pendekatan pendinginan pasif menggunakan Phase Change Material (PCM) serta pelat pendingin berbahan aluminium. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental melalui simulasi numerik menggunakan perangkat lunak SolidWorks, dengan dua skenario utama yaitu simulasi kondisi pengisian cepat (fast charging) dan simulasi pelepasan energi. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menjaga suhu BMS tidak melebihi 58°C, sementara suhu pelat pendingin utama dapat mencapai serendah 43°C pada saat pelepasan energi. Sistem pendingin yang dikembangkan menunjukkan kinerja yang optimal dalam menyebarkan panas secara merata, menjaga kestabilan suhu kerja baterai, dan meningkatkan efisiensi serta keselamatan operasional dari ESS pada SPKLU. Dengan demikian, desain sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mendukung keberlanjutan teknologi kendaraan listrik di masa mendatang. Abstract

The Village Health Post (Poskesdes) of Tanjung Harapan still manages elderly and toddler data manually using logbooks, which leads to several issues such as data inaccuracy, delayed reporting, and duplicated information. This study aims to design and develop a web-based application to support the efficient and accurate recording, processing, and reporting of elderly and toddler health data. The system development follows the Waterfall model, consisting of needs analysis, system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language), implementation, and testing using the Black Box method. The result of this research is a web-based information system featuring data management for elderly individuals, toddlers, immunizations, vitamins, and health reports, accessible by administrators and Poskesdes staff. The system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The implementation of this application is expected to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of health services at the Tanjung Harapan Poskesdes and support the digitalization of community health data at the village level.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Batik Jati Lestari as a representation of the local culture and identity of Blora Regency and its impact on the economic recovery of artisans after the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a qualitative approach and Stuart Hall's cultural representation theory, primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results show that the establishment of Batik Jati Lestari as the official uniform of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) since 2023 has increased demand for local batik and revitalized the batik MSME sector impacted by the pandemic. There is a need to increase socialization and education regarding the philosophical meaning of motifs so that the process of cultural representation runs effectively and the meaning of batik can be internalized by the wider community. Inclusive and participatory government policies are key to strengthening cultural identity while supporting the empowerment of the creative economy in Blora. This study provides strategic recommendations for the development of batik as a cultural symbol and driver of the local economy.

Abstract

Promotion and provision of information on subsidized housing for low-income communities (MBR) is still carried out conventionally, such as throught brochures, banners or exhibitions. This method is considered less effective in reaching the wider community, especially the younger generation who are more familiar with digital technology. This research aims to design and create a web-based information system for sales promotion of subsidized housing at Mutiara Gerden Housing. This system is expected to increase the attractiveness and trust of potential buyers towards the products offered, as well as help developers in conveying information more quickly, widely and interactively. This research uses the waterfall method which includes problem identification, problem analysis, goal determination, literature study, data collection (observation, interviews, dan document study), system design including problem analysis, design, coding, and testing. System implementation is carried out after the design is completed, followed by testing using the black box method to ensure functionality and error handing. The programming lannguages used are HTML and PHP for web services, and MySQL as the database. System design also utilized the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with diagrams such as use case diagrams, and activity diagrams. The result of thir research is a web-based subsidized housing sales, promotion information system application thet helps promote houses in Mutiara Garden Housing. This application includes a login page for accesing the system, a product deatil page for complete information, a product booking page for unit reservations, and a home menu for a product overview. This system is expected to make it easir for employees to promote homes more effectively and efficiently.
