Abstract

The reserach based on to know chritical thingking skill of high, middle, dan low group student through learning start with questions. The sample of this research is V class student of 95 students from Margamukti Elementary School, Mandalaherang Elementary Scholl I, adn Mandalaherang Elementary School II. The method used is pre-experimental and one-group-pretest-posttest design wth the same treatment from three schools. Instrumen used on the research is KAIPA test chritical thinking skills test, teacher performance observation, student activity observation, and questionnaire. Result of research using significance level  showed that each group can improve chritical thingking skill with learning start with questions. The results showed that high group chritical thinking skill with is better than middle and low group, and middle group chritical thinking skills is better than low group

Abstract

The result of study at fourth grade in SDN 2 Sadapaingan, Ciamis to the matter of distribution natural resources at region is still low. It was because of learning process did not use media. One of solution to solve problem is used media as “Kuartet Cerdas” for improve of students school grades. The research uses the methodology of action grade folks by Kemmis and MC. Taggart. From preliminary data study result of students from 19 people just seven people (37%) completed in archived a score of above 70 as KKM, the standard proportion for completing the material. On the cycle I students who completed about 11 people (58%), cycles II students who completed 14 people (74%), and the cycle III students who completed 16 people (84%). The act of buttoning that “Kuartet Cerdas” media can improve outcomes in the subject matter distribution IPS natural resources at the region nation.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan di lapangan, rendahnya hasil belajar siswa disebabkan oleh pembelajaran di kelas masih teacher-centered, dan karakteristik siswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran itu berbeda-beda. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, dipilih model Visual, Auditory, dan Kinesthetic (VAK). Desain penelitian ini berupa eksperimen murni dengan sampelnya siswa kelas V SDN Paseh 2 dan SDN Legok 1. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi kinerja guru dan aktivitas siswa, angket respon siswa, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil uji perbedaan rata-rata menunjukkan  terdapat perbedaan rata-rata nilai post test di kelas eksperimen dengan rata-rata nilai post test di kelas kontrol. Simpulannya adalah model VAK lebih baik secara signifikan daripada pembelajaran konvensional dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar.Adapun faktor yang mendukung pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan model VAK adalah guru memiliki kreativitas yang optimal dalam pembelajaran. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah siswa gaduh pada saat pembelajaran.Kata Kunci : Model Visual, Auditory, dan Kinestethic (VAK), materi sifat-sifat Cahaya.

Abstract

Method usediissnon-equivalentccontrolggroup design. Theppopulationiintthis study are studentoofffiveegradeelementaryyschool from Pamulihan districts. The selected sample  were students of class VAAasstheeexperimental class anddstudents of classsVB asstheecontrol class at SDN Sukalilah. Instruments used is test critical thinking ability, question form independence study, observation sheet performance teacher and student activities, anecdotal records, and interview. Research results indicates that the increased in the ability of critical thinkinggand independence studenttlearningbbyuusingginquiry learning strategies. There is an increasing difference in the ability of critical thinking from the class that uses inquiry learning strategies with the use of conventional learning. There is no difference in the increase independence student learning from the class that uses inquiry learning strategies with the use of conventional learning.

Abstract

From the findings in the field, the results of learning IPS on the material of the historical heritage of Islam in Indonesia is still less than the maximum.As an effort to improve learning outcomes, a cooperative learning model (jigsaw) is supported by the puzzle media. Classroom Action Research Methods are performed with an implementation procedure that refers to the Kemmis Taggart spiral model. The instrument is a teacher performance observation sheet in planning and implementing learning, student activities, learning outcomes, and field notes. The results of action implementation, the percentage of teacher performance in planning cycle I 86%, cycle II and III reach the target that is 100%. Percentage of teacher performance in implementing cycle I 83%, cycle II 92,9%, and 100% cycle III. Percentage of student activity of cycle I 53%, cycle II 83%, and cycle III 90%. The percentage of learning result in preliminary data from 33 students only 9 people (27%) who complete the KKM is 70. A complete cycle of 18 students (60%), cycle II 26 people (86.7%), and cycle III 27 people (90%) exceeded the target of 82%. Thus, through the application of cooperative learning model (jigsaw) media-assisted puzzle student learning outcomes on the material of Islamic heritage in Indonesia can be increased.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the skills of writing official invitation letter students by applying the game “Aku Pemburu Pokemon”. This research was conducted in three cycles, using research of class action model of Kemmis and Taggart covering the stage of planning, implementationand observation and analysis and reflection. The result show that the game “Aku Pemburu Pokemon” can increase student participation during the learning activities take place, increase student cooperation with friends, and increase the motivation of student to continue to practice their ability in writing official invitation letter. This resulted in student activity increased to 95% in the third cycle. In addition to student activity, the learning result also increased by 95% in the third cycle. This is the result of teacher performance in planning and implementing learning that reaches 100% in third cycle.

Abstract

Music is an idea of feelings that are written in tone and rhythm. The learning of musical instruments applied in elementary school is very supportive during its growth and development, because giving practical experience means opening the mind to be ready to receive broad insights and knowledge. This study aims to examine the learning of Drum Band music instrument at SDN Citengah which has contributed to the improvement of musical skill of the students. Qualitative descriptive is the right method to describe the phenomenon. Description of the learning process, learning outcomes, and factors supporting the success of learning into the formulation of the problem in this study. Data collection techniques used to describe the learning of musical instruments Drum Band is an interview technique, observation, documentation, and field notes. The results describe the learning process that has three stages, namely the repetition stage, the stage of giving the material, and the training stage. Lessons learned have improved students' musical skills and improved their discipline.

Abstract

Kemampuan yang menekankan pada sesuatu yang dapat diterima oleh akal dan mempertimbangkan segala alternatif sebelum mengambil keputusan merupakan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan saat ini untuk filter informasi yang aksesnya semakin mudah dan tanpa batas, oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi energi bunyi. Metode dan desain dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dan pretes-postes control group design dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Corenda dan Nanggerang Kecamatan Cisitu Kabupaten Sumedang tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan pembelajaran konvensional dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi energi bunyi secara signifikan dan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan perlakuan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing lebih baik secara signifikan daripada pembelajaran konvensional. Siswa merespon positif dan guru melakukan kegiatan positif dalam pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing, namun, guru masih kurang optimal dalam mengelola kelas.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Energi Bunyi.

Abstract

During earlier data observation on the study of Social Sciences, some problems faced by students are found, that is teacher’s lack of learning media that results in student’s lack of motivation in learning and low achievement. Based on the problem found, the use of Dart Board Media is Applied. The0purpose0of0this0research is0to0find planning, process, and increase of students’ motivation and achievement. On the first term, students motivation achieve 91,92%, on second term 96,89% and 100% on the third term. For the learning achievement  34,79% on the first term, 60,86% on the second term and 86,95% on the third term. From the shown data results we can conclude that the use of dart board media can increase students’ motivation and learning achievement on learning the material Kinds of Businesses and Economical Activities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi kenampakan alam dan kenampakan buatan wilayah Indonesia di kelas V SDN Sindang III Desa Jatihurip Kecamatan Sumedang Utara Kabupaten Sumedang. Hal ini disebabkan Karena guru hanya menggunakan metode ceramah ketika pembelajaran berlangsung sehingga siswa merasa cepat bosan. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai upaya yang efektif untuk memperbaiki proses dan hasil belajar siswa. Tindakan yang digunakan untuk memperbaikinya adalah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik Make a Match dengan media kartu klop. Hasil penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak tiga siklus. Hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh dari setiap siklus adalah siklus I siswa yang tuntas hanya 55%. Pada siklus II 77% dan pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 91%. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah 85%, dengan demikian penerapan model kooperatif teknik make a match dengan kartu klop dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi kenampakan alam dan buatan wilayah Indonesia.Kata kunci     : Make a Match, Media Kartu Klop, Hasil Belajar, Kenampakan Alam dan buatan.
