Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi perencanaan pengelolaan pembelajaran kompetensi keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada pengelolaan pembelajaran kompetensi keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga, dengan objek utamanya SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Playen. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Urusan Kurikulum, Ketua Program Keahlian Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga, Guru Produktif, siswa kompetensi keahlian Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif dari Miles and Hubermen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran teaching factory di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Playen secara umum sudah dipersiapkan dengan segala sarana prasarana yang ada di sekolah. Akan tetapi perencanaan pembelajaran teaching factory di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Playen dalam menerapkan pembelajaran dengan sistem blok belum bisa dilaksanakan dengan maksimal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Penerapan  metode resitasi pada pelajaran Bahasa Inggris; (2) Kelebihan pengunaan metode resitasi pada pelajaran Bahasa Inggris dan (3) Kendala yang ditemukan dalam penerapan metode resitasi pada pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Dolopo Kab. Madiun . Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Mei . Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Bahasa Inggris dan siswa kelas X DKV SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Dolopo. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Penerapan metode resitasi pada pelajaran Bahasa Inggris dari fase pemberian tugas, pelakasanaan dan pertanggungjawaban tugas yang telah dibuat; (2) Kelebihan pengunaan metode resitasi dengan pada pelajaran Bahasa Inggris diantaranya: meningkatkan kreativitas siswa, menumbuhkan tanggung jawab siswa, meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi Bahasa Inggris siswa, dan memberikan pengalaman baru pada siswa; (3) Kendala yang ditemukan dalam penerapan metode resitasi pada pelajaran Bahasa Inggris nampak pada kurangnya partisipai siswa, sulit mengontrol dan mengawasi tugas yang dikerjakan oleh siswa, tingkat intelegensi siswa yang berbeda, dan terbatasnya daya dukung.

Abstract

Dalam rangka Penelitian tindakan sekolah memberikan tujuan  untuk mengungkapkan peranan supervise kepala sekolah yang berimbas pada peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru kejuruan yang memiliki latar belakang non keguruan di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Dolopo. Penelitian berikut  menggunakan metode desain  Action Research . Akibat yang ditimbulkan penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil supervise yang dilaksanakan kepala sekolah dengan dibantu wakil kepala urusan  kurikulum dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru kejuruan yang berlatar belakang non keguruan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya pertemuan individual diantaranya  kepala sekolah , tim supervisi akademik serta semua guru dapat merefleksikan proses pembelajaran guru tersebut. Selain itu pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran guru juga lebih maksimal karena bimbingan langsung dari kepala sekolah. Keterkaitan  dari penelitian ini yaitu jika fungsi  supervise kepala sekolah selalu dilakukan secara rutin dan berkala , oleh karena itu guru akan tertib dalam pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran sehingga akan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Ini juga akan memberikan masukan yang terbaik antara kepala sekolah berserta  guru.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the strategies for implementing career guidance using modeling techniques at SMK Muhammadiyah Kota Cirebon; (2) identify the obstacles encountered in the implementation of career guidance strategies using modeling techniques; and (3) examine the benefits of implementing these strategies for students in career planning. This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of the principal, guidance and counseling teachers, and 10 students of SMK Muhammadiyah Kota Cirebon who participated in career guidance services. Data were collected through in-depth interviews to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the strategies for implementing career guidance using modeling techniques. The results indicate that career guidance strategies using modeling techniques are effective in bridging students’ readiness from the school environment to the world of work and professional life in a more mature manner. The obstacles identified include limited time for coordination with industry partners, the need to update practical facilities, and differences in students’ characteristics. To address these challenges, the school has undertaken various efforts, such as strengthening internal coordination, providing individual guidance, and improving facilities that support career guidance services. The benefits of implementing this strategy include increased self-understanding, enhanced career knowledge, improved motivation, and greater readiness among students in planning their future careers.

Abstract

Work readiness is a key competency that vocational high school graduates must possess in order to compete in an increasingly dynamic labor market. However, in practice, many vocational students still experience career confusion, limited career planning, and insufficient understanding of workplace demands. This study aims to describe the role of vocational career guidance in enhancing students’ work readiness at SMK Muhammadiyah Sumowono. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach involving students, guidance and counseling teachers, and school management as research participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, while data credibility was ensured through source and technique triangulation. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that vocational career guidance plays an important role in helping students recognize their potential, understand the world of work, and develop more realistic career plans. Nevertheless, the implementation of career guidance faces several challenges, such as limited service time, varying levels of student motivation, and minimal involvement of industry partners. This study concludes that vocational career guidance has a strategic contribution to improving students’ work readiness and should be strengthened through collaboration among schools, parents, and industry

Abstract

The implementation of Teaching Factory-based edupreneurship in Vocational High Schools (SMK) is an important strategy to prepare graduates who not only have technical competencies but also an entrepreneurial spirit. This study aims to describe the development of edupreneurship through the production unit of the Mechanical Engineering Department in the manufacture of step motors as an industry-based learning tool at SMK Muhammadiyah Kramat Tegal. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observations of production unit activities, interviews with productive teachers and students, and documentation studies. The data were analysed using an interactive analysis model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with verification through source and technique triangulation. The results showed that the production unit functioned as contextual learning that integrated mechanical engineering competencies with entrepreneurial practices, ranging from production planning, manufacturing processes, quality control, to product marketing. This activity is able to improve students' technical skills, foster independence, responsibility, work discipline, and interest in entrepreneurship. Industry-based learning through production units provides learning experiences that are relevant to the needs of the world of work and industry.

Abstract

Career maturity is a crucial aspect of vocational education, especially for vocational high school (SMK) students who are in the transition phase from school to work. Various studies show that many SMK students still have low levels of career maturity, characterised by unclear career planning, limited career exploration, and difficulties in career decision-making. This condition emphasises the importance of career guidance services in schools. This study aims to analyse the role of career guidance services in improving the career maturity of SMK students. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach to national and international scientific articles published in the last ten years. Data were collected through the Google Scholar, ERIC, Scopus, and Garuda databases, then analysed using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that career guidance services contribute positively to improving the career maturity of vocational high school students, particularly in the aspects of career planning, career exploration, decision making, affective readiness, and career adaptation skills. These findings also reveal that the effectiveness of career guidance services is greatly influenced by the quality of implementation, suitability to the characteristics of vocational education, and policy and school environment support

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of project-based entrepreneurship learning in vocational high schools (SMK), specifically SMK Teknologi Industri Muhammadiyah Cikampek. The focus of the study includes the implementation of project-based entrepreneurship learning, the obstacles encountered in its implementation, and the solutions implemented to improve learning effectiveness. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects included the principal, the vice principal for curriculum, the entrepreneurship teacher, and eleventh-grade students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, passive participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis employed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The results indicate that project-based entrepreneurship learning has not yet been fully implemented optimally. Learning remains dominated by theoretical approaches, although efforts have been made to introduce entrepreneurship projects such as product creation and business simulations. The main obstacles faced include limited facilities and infrastructure, insufficient learning time, and teachers’ limited competence in designing project-based learning. Solutions implemented by the school include increasing support for curriculum policies, providing training for entrepreneurship teachers, and strengthening collaboration between the school and students. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of a project-based entrepreneurship learning model in vocational high schools, as well as practical implications for schools and teachers in improving the quality of entrepreneurship education to make it more applicable and contextual.

Abstract

Penilaian kompetensi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) pada mata pelajaran produktif menuntut metode yang mampu mengukur capaian kompetensi secara autentik, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis metode penilaian kompetensi siswa yang diterapkan secara online di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen Kabupaten Gunungkidul; (2) mengembangkan metode penilaian kompetensi siswa menggunakan e-portofolio berbasis audio-visual secara online; dan (3) menganalisis efektivitas penerapan metode penilaian tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi kuesioner, pretest, dan posttest. Uji efektivitas dilakukan melalui kuasi eksperimen pada satu kelas yang dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Data pretest dan posttest dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test dan Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode penilaian kompetensi siswa yang selama ini diterapkan secara online belum efektif. Sebaliknya, penerapan e-portofolio berbasis audio-visual terbukti efektif dan mampu memperbaiki kualitas penilaian kompetensi siswa. Hasil uji independent sample t-test pada nilai posttest menunjukkan signifikansi sebesar 0,002 (p < 0,05), yang mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Dengan demikian, e-portofolio berbasis audio-visual efektif digunakan sebagai metode penilaian kompetensi siswa pada mata pelajaran produktif di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen Gunungkidul.
