Abstract

Proses pembelajaran merupakan salah satu tahapan penting dalam pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran perlu ditempuh melalui prosedur yang sistematis dan sistemik. Prosedur pembelajaran merupakan proses yang berurutan dalam membentuk kemampuan siswa sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Sehingga, tujuan penelitian  ini  adalah untuk  mendeskripsikan kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup pada pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIM PK Kartasura, Jl. Slamet Riyadi No. 80 Kartasura, Sukoharjo, yang terhitung pada bulan Juni 2021 hingga Mei 2022.  Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  jenis  penelitian  kualitatif  deskriptif.  Subjek  yang  digunakan  dalam penelitian  ini adalah  kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru kelas II dan siswa kelas II dengan jumlah 85 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa  wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran tematik pada kegiatan pendahuluan diawali dengan guru membuka pelajaran dengan mengucap salam, guru menyapa peserta didik dengan menanyakan kabar, guru mengajak siswa untuk berdo’a muroja’ah dan tahfiz, dan guru melakukan apersepsi. Pada kegiatan inti meliputi; guru memberikan penjelasan materi melalui Youtube, guru memberi kesempatan kepada siswa untuk bertanya, guru memberi tugas, dan guru memberikan deadline pengiriman tugas. Kegiatan penutup diisi dengan guru memberikan apresiasi terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan dan guru menutup pembelajaran dengan mengucap salam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pembentukan karakter peserta didik melalui pembiasaan budtri atau budaya antri  sebagai penguatan karakter kedisiplinan serta yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembiasaan budaya antri di SD Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kottabarat Surakarta. Obyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SD Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kottabarat Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) penguatan karakter kedisiplinan melalui pembiasaan budaya antri berjalan dengan optimal melalui pembiasaan antri masuk kelas, ke kamar kecil, mengambil snack dan makan siang, serta saat dinilai hasil pekerjaannya.. Pembiasaan budaya antri tersebut sangat berpengaruh pada penguatan karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik, di mana peserta didik sudah kelihatan tertib dan rapi sesuai dengan antriannya. (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat penguatan karakter kedisiplinan melalui pembiasaan budaya antri, faktor pendukung: terintegrasi dengan tema pembelajaran, adanya phanisme, bersifat mengikat(wajib), programnya berkelanjutan. Sedang faktor penghambat: beberapa peserta didik kesadarannya masih kurang, dan program di sekolah belum diterapkan sama di rumah.

Abstract

Student learning independence is an important component in achieving learning success. However, student learning independence in schools is still not optimal so it is necessary to take a supportive learning approach, namely active deep learner experience. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the ADLX learning approach in building student learning independence in elementary schools. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model consisting of three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used triangulation of data sources. The results of the study suggest that the application of the active deep learner experience approach through individualization, interaction, observation, and reflective aspects, and is able to build student learning independence but in the aspects of interaction and individualization the application is still limited to a few students. Thus, the active deep learning experience approach can help foster student learning independence.

Abstract

A busy schedule of lessons makes entrepreneurship learning almost impossible. On the other hand, the importance of entrepreneurial character education must be developed since children learn at the elementary school level. Entrepreneurial extracurricular activities can be one of the entrepreneurial character-building programs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the entrepreneurial character of students in the implementation of extracurricular entrepreneurship. The subjects in this study were students of grades 4 and 5 in elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive type. The data collection techniques used include interviews and observation. The data analysis techniques use interactive models, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The data validity test was carried out using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of entrepreneurship extracurricular activities included making crafts from used goods and making spinach chips. Entrepreneurial character instilled from making crafts from used goods and making spinach chips, namely self-confidence, hard work, self-consistency, and creative personality.  The conclusion of the research is with the implementation of entrepreneurship extracurriculars in schools, it can instill the entrepreneurial character of students needed so that later they will have an entrepreneurial attitude.

Abstract

Excellent schools are schools that are in great demand by parents, to make this happen, a good strategy is needed. The principal at SD Muhammadiyah Nurul 'Ilmi created a superior program to attract parents' interest. The aim of this research is to describe the strategies implemented by school principals in creating superior schools at the Muhammadiyah Nurul 'Ilmi Elementary School, Karangdowo , Klaten . This research uses a qualitative approach to reveal events with a thorough explanation of what they are. The research design used is ethnography. Ethnographic research is a genre of qualitative research, developed from anthropological methodology. The research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Nurul 'ilmi Elementary School with the research subject being the school principal. The validity of the data in this research uses triangulation. The principal's strategy in creating a superior school at the Muhammadiyah Nurul 'ilmi Elementary School, Karangdowo , Klaten includes: Developing a school plan to the maximum, analyzing the obstacles, challenges and future opportunities that will be faced. Increasing the effectiveness of learning, by supervising the school principal and implementing appropriate learning strategies and methods. Improving the quality of teachers by participating in KKG, seminars and continuing education to the next level. Improvement Program in the Field of Student Development, through extracurricular activities that facilitate students' talents and interests. Establish relationships with parents, stakeholders and the surrounding community to increase cooperation and foster good relationships.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penilaian afektif dalam pembelajaran tematik masa pandemi Covid-19 di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas di tiga SD Negeri Kecamatan Baki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perencanaan penilaian afektif pada pembelajaran tematik di SD Negeri kecamatan Baki yaitu guru merumuskan indikator pembelajaran dan PBKB yang memuat komponen-komponen nilai, menentukan aspek yang dinilai, memilih teknik penilaian yang akan digunakan dan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian nilai; 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan penilaian afektif pada pembelajaran tematik di SD Negeri Kabupaten Baki guru cenderung belum melaksanakan kegiatan penilaian afektif sesuai dengan perencanaan; 3) Pemanfaatan dan tindak lanjut hasil penilaian afektif pada pembelajaran tematik di SD Negeri Kabupaten Baki cenderung dimanfaatkan dan ditindaklanjuti untuk tiga kepentingan yaitu untuk memberikan umpan balik, pelaporan, dan evaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah guru di SD Negeri Kabupaten Baki telah memanfaatkan hasil penilaian afektif sebagai bahan evaluasi efektivitas pembelajaran. Beberapa hal yang dilakukan terkait hal tersebut seperti penerapan strategi acak jadwal, pengubahan metode pembelajaran daring dan pengambilan tindakan tegas kepada siswa. Oleh karena itu, dapat disarankan untuk melaksanakan penilaian afektif sesuai dengan perencanaan pada setiap mata pelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to describe the managerial competence strategies of school principals in realizing child-friendly schools at SD Muhammadiyah Program Unggulan Jatipuro. The focus of this research is to explore how the principal utilizes managerial competence to create a safe, comfortable environment that supports the holistic development of children. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the study show that the principal has implemented effective managerial strategies in creating a child-friendly school. Some of the efforts made include ongoing teacher training, improvement in the management of school facilities, and the implementation of an anti-bullying policy. However, there are challenges faced, such as the limited number of teachers with special skills to handle children with special needs, limited facilities, and a constrained budget. The principal also faces challenges in consistently implementing the policies on the ground. The conclusion of this study is that, despite some challenges, the implementation of the principal’s managerial strategies has had a positive impact on creating a child-friendly school. The solutions proposed by the principal, such as strengthening teacher training, enhancing cooperation with external parties, and conducting more intensive program evaluations, are expected to strengthen the implementation of the child-friendly school program. This study contributes to the development of more inclusive educational policies that support the optimal growth and development of children.

Abstract

The background of this study is the importance of effective academic supervision in improving teacher performance, especially in the digital era, which demands efficiency and effectiveness in the monitoring and professional development processes. The Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) application is expected to be a solution in facilitating more measurable and efficient academic supervision, as well as providing faster feedback to teachers. This study aims to explore the use of PMM as an academic supervision tool by school principals to improve teacher performance at SDN 02 Jatiwarno. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The subjects of this study are the principal and teachers involved in the academic supervision program using PMM. The results of the study show that the use of PMM has a positive impact on teacher performance. The principal can monitor the development of teachers in real-time, provide faster feedback, and identify areas that require more attention. Additionally, teachers feel supported in their professional development through the training features provided within the application. However, there are challenges in terms of technology adaptation, particularly for teachers who are not familiar with using digital applications. In conclusion, PMM can improve the efficiency of academic supervision and teacher performance, but further training is needed to maximize the use of this application. This study recommends that continuous training be provided to enhance competence in using PMM for academic supervision.

Abstract

rendahnya motivasi guru. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada upaya untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi antar guru, faktor-faktor ini menghambat efektivitas komunitas belajar. Di sisi lain, dukungan kebijakan baru dan minat guru terhadap metode pembelajaran inovatif menawarkan peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk memperkuat dukungan struktural dan meningkatkan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in the critical reasoning dimension in learning Mathematics grade IV at Inpres 12 Prafi Manokwari Elementary School. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study are students and teachers of grade IV elementary school Inpres 12 Prafi Manokwari. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique using Miles and Huberman includes four stages: 1) Data collection, 2) Data reduction, 3) Data presentation, and 4) Conclusion. The results of the study show that the application of critical reasoning has been applied by teachers and fourth-grade students. The application of the critical reasoning dimension has fulfilled all aspects, including: 1) Obtaining and processing information and ideas, 2) Analyzing and evaluating reasoning, and 3) Reflecting and evaluating one's own thoughts. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile with a critical reasoning dimension in learning Mathematics in grade IV of SD Inpres 12 Prafi Manokwari has been carried out very well.
