Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.Topwell Indoceil di Kota Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 30 responden yang bersedia meluangkan waktunya dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari responden terhadap variabel pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kinerja karyawan ,sedangkan teknik analisis kuantitatif yang meliputi uji validasi , uji rehabilitas , analisis regresi linier sederhana , uji t ( uji parsial , uji f ( uji simultan ) dan pengujian ini dibantu menggunakan computer SPSS versi 24. Hasil signifikan terhadap kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kinerja karyawan pada PT . Topwell Indoceil

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas pelanggan pada perusahaan PT Tamma Robah Indonesia di Kota Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 99 responden yang bersedia meluangkan waktunya dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari responden terhadap variabel kualitas produk, kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Sedangkan Teknik analisis kuantitatif yang meliputi uji validitas, uji realibilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (uji parsial), uji f (uji simultan) dan pengujian ini dibantu menggunakan komputer SPSS versi 24. Hasil signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Introduction: Nurses are the leading line of professional healthcare. The purpose of the study was to prove the effect of the caring caring behavior approach on the improvement of nurses' caring character. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design. The sample size was 100 nurses who worked in medical-surgical wards at four hospitals in Gresik City, separated into 50 nurses for intervention group and 50 nurses for control group selected using cluster sampling.  The caring behaviour approach was given to nurses in the intervention group and nurses in the control group performed their usual care as regulation in nursing care of each hospital. Data collection of nurses' caring character variable used Caring Behaviour Inventory, consisting of: deference to others, assurance of human presence, positive connectedness, professional knowledge-skills, and attentiveness to others' experience. Data analysis used paired t-test and independent t-test at significant level α ≤ 0.05. Results: The results of the paired t-test statistical test obtained ρ-value= 0.000, which means that there was a significant influence of the training and mentoring of the caring behaviour approach on increasing caring behaviour character of nurses in four Gresik City Regional Hospital.  Conclusions: Caring character of nurses can be improved by implementing training and mentoring using caring behaviour approach. Nurses' caring character should be supervised regularly to assess the performance of nurses, to improve also maintain good caring behaviour.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh influencer marketing oleh Fujianti dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skintific di TikTok Shop. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan 120 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan sumber data sekunder seperti jurnal dan artikel. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, uji hipotesis (t), analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, dan koefisien determinasi dengan SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan influencer marketing oleh Fujianti (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan koefisien regresi 0,844, dan brand image (X2) juga berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan koefisien 0,202. Nilai Adjusted R Square 0,942 dan uji F menunjukkan Fhitung 962,535 lebih besar dari Ftabel 3,07 (p < 0,05), mengindikasikan pengaruh simultan yang signifikan. Influencer marketing oleh Fujianti memiliki pengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan brand image.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,950, sehingga apabila diinterpretasikan dalam skala nilai dapat dikategorikan korelasi cukup baik, demikian variabel komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,777 yang dikategorikan korelasi cukup pada PT. Nusatrans Anugerah Makmur. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y= 25,913 + 0,560X1 + -0,166X2. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima kebenarannya, dimana t hitung 5,499 > 1.694, yang berarti hipotesis ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima kebenarannya, sementara hipotesis ada pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan terbukti signifikan, dimana t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (-7,631<1.694). Sementara koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara serempak terhadap keputusan pembelian diterima kebenarannya, dimana Fhitung lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu 1709,563 > 3,340.

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan displin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data primer melalui penggunaan kuesioner. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan , displin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and stress on performance for operational employees at STIE IBMT Surabaya. Where the proposed two independent variables and one dependent variable, namely the working environment and job stress acting as independent variables and employee performance served as dependent variables. This research was conducted using a survey of operational employees in the import and export service company was analyzed by regression. The first phase of testing the validity and reliability of questions of each variable. The second phase, making the regression variable work environment and work stress on employee performance. The results showed that the variable has a significant positive work environment on the performance of employees in decline. And work stress variables significant negative effect on employee performance in decline. However, work stress are at low to moderate level will create a good employee performance and will worsen if the employee within a very long time and excessive.

Abstract

Background: Surabaya city has a high rate of hypertension, one of the region which has highest incidents of hypertension is Rangkah, Tambaksari. The number of hypertension incidents in Tambaksari placed 5th ranks of region which has largest hypertension incidents. Aims: The aim of this study is to analyze the risk factors for hypertension in Rangkah Village, Tambaksari District, Surabaya City Methods: Discriptive analytical research using cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 44 respondents. Results: The majority of respondents who were at high risk of hypertension are women (60%), pre-adult age group (46%), have primary school education (36.2%), have jobs in the private sector (46%) with the majority of income > IDR. 2,000,000,- . There were significant relationship between nutritional status (p-value= 0.000; OR=3.097), physical activities (p-value= 0.031, OR=1.582), large coffee consumption (p-value= 0.037, OR=1.537), and stress (p-value = 0.031, OR = 1.582) with the risk of hypertension in the Rangkah area, Tambaksari, Surabaya City. Conclusion: There were significant relationship between nutritional status, physical activities, heavy coffee consumption and stress with the risk of hypertension in the Rangkah area, Tambaksari, Surabaya City.

Abstract

Background. The national exam is seen by students as something scary and threatening to the future, thus increasing negative cognition and anxiety. Education will focus on individual reactions to a situation and the ability to face the exam. The purpose of this community service was to increase students' knowledge about stress management and decrease students' anxiety level in facing national school exams. Implementation Method. This community service was carried out on grade 12 students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Surabaya with a total of 15 people. The activity was carried out in December 2022. The method used was stress management training and a combination of several ways to reduce stress, including deep breathing relaxation techniques, positive thinking exercises, and spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT) exercises. Findings. The results of the activity obtained mostly students’ increased knowledge about stress management of 10 students (66.7%) and 10 students had anxiety within normal limits as many as 10 children (66.7%). Conclusion. Stress management education and training combinations are very useful for reducing student anxiety in facing school exams.
