Abstract

This research analyses the legal problems caused by the existence of multiple land titles in Indonesia, which reflect weaknesses in the country's land administration system. Multiple title cases not only create legal uncertainty and increase land disputes but also burden the judicial system with lengthy and complex legal processes. The economic impact is felt across sectors, with delays in property development and declining property values, affecting individuals, investors and financial institutions. The study emphasises the importance of legal reform and improvement of the land registration system with the adoption of modern technology and increased supervision. This will lead to a more transparent, accurate and reliable land administration system, reducing the potential for multiple land titles and providing better legal protection to landowners.

Abstract

Sustainable forest management and support for the preservation of honey bee cultivation habitat requires collecting forest potential by measuring tree dimensions and presenting them on tree information labels. Furthermore, partners also do not have the knowledge and skills regarding measuring tree dimensions, namely measuring tree diameter and height and making QR Code tree information labels. Therefore, the service team provides a solution by increasing partners' knowledge by holding socialization about the meaning and benefits of measuring tree dimensions, the tools used in measuring tree dimensions. The team also improved partner skills by providing training on measuring tree dimensions and making QR Code tree information labels. The stages of community service carried out are the socialization of the meaning and benefits of measuring tree dimensions, the tools used in measuring tree dimensions, the advantages and disadvantages of tree dimension measurement tools and how to use tree dimension measurement tools. The team also conducted training on using tree dimension measurement tools, making QR Code tree information labels containing species, families, Latin and local names, tree coordinates, tree uses and photos with practice and field assistance as well as evaluations using questionnaires and observing partners' skills. After the service is completed, partners have or increase their knowledge about tree diameter and height, tools used for measuring tree diameter and height, how to use phiband and hagameter and knowledge of making QR Code tree labels of 89.16%. Partners have also been able to measure tree dimensions and make QR Code tree labels according to the knowledge they have received.

Abstract

The utilization of drones for mapping is an easy, cheap and fast way with better spatial resolution when compared to conventional mapping or satellite rides. For students of SMK Kehutanan Negeri Pekanbaru, this ability is expected to improve their skills after graduating from forestry school. This service provides solutions including: 1) increase students' understanding of Drone Mapping, 2) increase the competence of SMK Kehutanan Negeri Pekanbaru students in the field of forest and land cover mapping. The service was carried out at SMK Kehutanan Negeri Pekanbaru. The service was conducted from December 2024 to May 2025. The activities carried out include socialization or delivery of material on various forms of drone utilization in the forestry sector, training in spatial data collection using drones, trials in processing spatial data from drone photos and map layout. After the service was carried out, there was an increase in the knowledge of partners who were students of SMK Kehutanan Negeri Pekanbaru on drone operation training activities as an increase in competence, an increase of 66.48%. Partners already have skills in utilizing drones for mapping. Partners are able to create flight paths, fly drones, process and layout maps.

Abstract

In the realm of Islamic science, al-Jabiri's significant perspective on epistemology, outlined in "an-nidham al-ma'rifi," encompasses Bayani, Irfani, and Burhani dimensions. According to al-Jabiri, Burhani is seen as a solution to revitalize the progress of Islamic world civilization, and it is closely tied to the systematic development of Islamic education. This research, using a literature-based approach, aims to examine how the Burhani epistemological framework contributes to shaping Islamic education. Then, the conclusion can be drawn that the Burhani epistemological order can construct the science of Islamic education as an essential instrument in improving the quality of Islamic education with the process of developing critical and logical thinking skills, can understand the relationship between science and religion, and develop an attitude of tolerance and respect for differences of opinion with the use of rational and logical reasoning. To realize these outcomes, educators must possess a deep understanding of and teaching skills aligned with Burhani epistemology, as well as the design of a dynamic, adaptive, and relevant Islamic education curriculum for the needs of society from generation to generation.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of leadership, emotional intelligence, information and communication technology (ICT), and knowledge sharing on the innovative work behavior of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Bekasi Regency, Indonesia. In the context of the Industry 4.0 revolution, vocational education plays a crucial role in preparing youth for the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry. SMK teachers, as frontline educators, are expected to exhibit innovative work behavior to create relevant and impactful learning experiences. However, low levels of innovative work behavior among SMK teachers remain a challenge. Previous studies suggest that factors such as supportive leadership, emotional intelligence, ICT utilization, and knowledge sharing can positively influence innovative work behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods to analyze the relationships between these factors and innovative work behavior. The study aims to provide practical insights for educational policymakers and contribute to the theoretical understanding of innovative work behavior in vocational education. Data were collected from 74 teachers in SMKs in Bekasi using structured questionnaires, and the analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings are expected to provide significant contributions to enhancing the innovation of teaching practices in vocational education.

Abstract

The use of thrift goods in life has the effect of saving and loving the environment. Many of these objects are difficult to degrade in nature and are nevertheless thought to have economic worth, for example used electronic equipment such as laptops. On the other hand, in today's classroom environment, laptops are quite important. Even the most recent computers with good features are fairly costly, thus used laptops are one answer to this. The seller's selling price usually only takes a few elements into account, therefore the price set does not always match the requirements. The aim of this paper is to apply the zero order Sugeno fuzzy approach to determine the selling price of old laptop. The system is built with characteristics such as laptop age, physical condition, RAM, new purchase price, and used selling price. The simulation findings suggest that fuzzy logic employing the zero-order Sugeno approach can be utilized to determine the selling price of old laptop while accounting for the affecting variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the social and economic impacts of multiple land title disputes on communities. Multiple land title disputes often occur due to discrepancies in the land administration system, leading to overlapping land ownership. This study reveals that the social impacts of multiple land title disputes are significant, including increased conflict between residents, deterioration of social relations, and decreased trust in government institutions. The economic impacts are also significant, with communities facing high legal costs and lost economic potential due to land that cannot be utilised productively. The research suggests the need for reforms in the land administration and agrarian justice systems, as well as increased legal awareness among communities to prevent and reduce multiple land disputes in the future. With these measures, it is hoped that social stability and economic recovery can be achieved, so that people can live more prosperously and harmoniously.
