Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan jaringan lokal (LAN) dalam mendukung proses digitalisasi di lingkungan sekolah, khususnya di SMK Bintang Nusantara. Pelatihan ini menyasar siswa jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) agar mampu mengimplementasikan secara langsung keterampilan praktikum ke dalam lingkungan nyata. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap fungsi LAN, konfigurasi dasar, serta implementasinya dalam mendukung sistem informasi sekolah.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of leadership, emotional intelligence, information and communication technology (ICT), and knowledge sharing on the innovative work behavior of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Bekasi Regency, Indonesia. In the context of the Industry 4.0 revolution, vocational education plays a crucial role in preparing youth for the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry. SMK teachers, as frontline educators, are expected to exhibit innovative work behavior to create relevant and impactful learning experiences. However, low levels of innovative work behavior among SMK teachers remain a challenge. Previous studies suggest that factors such as supportive leadership, emotional intelligence, ICT utilization, and knowledge sharing can positively influence innovative work behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods to analyze the relationships between these factors and innovative work behavior. The study aims to provide practical insights for educational policymakers and contribute to the theoretical understanding of innovative work behavior in vocational education. Data were collected from 74 teachers in SMKs in Bekasi using structured questionnaires, and the analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings are expected to provide significant contributions to enhancing the innovation of teaching practices in vocational education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the social and economic impacts of multiple land title disputes on communities. Multiple land title disputes often occur due to discrepancies in the land administration system, leading to overlapping land ownership. This study reveals that the social impacts of multiple land title disputes are significant, including increased conflict between residents, deterioration of social relations, and decreased trust in government institutions. The economic impacts are also significant, with communities facing high legal costs and lost economic potential due to land that cannot be utilised productively. The research suggests the need for reforms in the land administration and agrarian justice systems, as well as increased legal awareness among communities to prevent and reduce multiple land disputes in the future. With these measures, it is hoped that social stability and economic recovery can be achieved, so that people can live more prosperously and harmoniously.

Abstract

Customary forests in Indonesia have very important ecological, social, and cultural values. However, their existence faces serious challenges such as tenure conflicts, ecological degradation, and policy fragmentation. This article proposes the concept of increasing the role of universities in supporting sustainable management of customary forests through the tridharma: education, research, and community service. By integrating local wisdom into the curriculum, community-based research, and transformative service, universities can strengthen the capacity of indigenous communities and fight for forest sustainability. This article also offers concrete strategies, such as the establishment of a Center for Customary Forest Studies, strengthening multi-sector collaboration networks, and educational affirmation programs for indigenous youth. With a more responsive, collaborative, and community-based approach, universities are expected to become strategic supporting institutions for equitable and sustainable customary forest conservation.

Abstract

Media companies, lately, increasingly use artificial intelligence (AI) in news production. an example is the use of AI presenters on tvOne. This study wants to see how the adoption of AI presenters on tvOne. The analysis of research findings uses the theory of innovation diffusion, especially the innovation-decision process model, namely from the stages of knowledge, persuasion, decision, implementation, and confirmation. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory is also used as a supporting theory. This study uses a case study method, through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The results, the innovation decision process can be seen in the characteristics of the innovator's values and the influence of socio-economic values. At the persuasion stage, innovators and users are aware of the importance of eradicating deepfakes. From a psychological perspective, the use of AI presenters is based on the desire of tvOne management to make their media a leader in the use of AI technology. At the decision stage, it is realized by showing AI presenters on TV screens, news portals, and 3 social media platforms. At the implementation stage, AI presenters encounter several obstacles. Such as production speed factors that cannot be met, the difficulty of coordination between providers and users of AI presenters, and low audience acceptance. So at the confirmation stage, the AI presenter was finally stopped or discontinued. From the TAM theory, the decision to adopt an AI presenter is based on the aspects of Intention to Use, Usage Behavior, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use. ABSTRAK Perusahaan media, akhir akhir semakin banyak menggunakan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam produksi berita. Salah satunya pemanfaatan presenter AI di TvOne. Penelitian ini ingin melihat bagaimana adopsi presenter AI di tvOne. Analisis temuan penelitian menggunakan teori difusi inovasi, khususnya model inovation-decision procces, yakni dari tahapan pengetahuan, persuasi, keputusan, implementasi dan konfirmasi. Teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) juga digunakan sebagai teori pendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus, melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi pustaka. Hasilnya, dari sisi pengetahuan, proses keputusan inovasi terlihat pada karakteristik nilai pribadi inovator dan pengaruh dari nilai sosial ekonomi. Pada tahapan persuasi, invator dan pengguna (manajemen tvOne) memiliki kesadaran tentang pentingnya memberantas deepfake (berita palsu). Dari sisi keuntungan relatif produksi presenter AI bisa menekan biaya produksi berita. Dari sisi psikologis, pengguaan presenter AI didasarkan atas keinginan manajemen tvone untuk menjadikan medianya sebagai pemimpin (pionir) dalam pemanfaatan teknologi AI. Pada tahapan keputusan diwujudkan dengan penayangan presenter AI di layar TV, portal berita, dan 3 platform media sosial. Pada tahap implementasi, presenter AI menemui beberapa kendala. Seperti faktor kecepatan produksi yang tidak bisa dipenuhi, sulitnya koordinasi antara penyedia dengan pengguna presenter AI, dan rendahnya penerimaan khalayak. Maka pada tahap konfirmasi, presenter AI di tvone akhirnya dihentikan atau discontinuance. Dari sisi teori TAM, keputusan adopsi presenter AI didasarkan atas aspek Intention to Use, Usage Behaviour, Perceived Usefulness, dan Perceived Ease of Use.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of public service ethics at the Bogor Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. This research primarily focuses on aspects of employee discipline, fairness in service, information access, and communication. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that there are still employees who commit ethical violations such as lack of discipline, unfair service, and suboptimal communication. The main inhibiting factors for the implementation of ethics itself are low individual moral awareness, lack of supervision, and a negative organizational culture.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2024 Presidential Election cannot be separated from the dynamics of the use of social media as a medium for political communication, and Instagram is one of the social media used to convey political messages to the public. In this study, these political messages are manifested in the form of political narratives that compete with each other on social media. This research aims to (1) analyze the framing of the political narratives of Anies Baswedan and Prabowo Subianto uploaded on their Instagram accounts; and (2) how the ideas behind these political narratives are articulated. A qualitative approach was used in this study and Entman's framing analysis model was used as the method. The research findings reveal a fundamental conflict within the political narratives of Anies Baswedan and Prabowo Subianto. This contestation of political narratives is geared toward strengthening electability and capturing public attention. Prabowo's concept of sustainability demonstrates his desire to continue pro-people programs deemed successful during Jokowi's administration (Jokowinomics), such as various assistance programs for the underprivileged. Unlike Prabowo Subianto, Anies Baswedan emphasized ideas for change, such as eradicating poverty in Indonesia. The final results of the 2024 presidential election demonstrated that the political narrative regarding the need for sustainability successfully led Prabowo to victory.Keywords: 2024 Presidential Election, Instagram, framing, political narrative, Anies Baswedan, Prabowo Subianto ABSTRAKPelaksanaan Pilpres 2024 tidak dapat terlepas dari dinamika penggunaan media sosial sebagai media komunikasi politik, dan Instagram menjadi salah media sosial yang dimanfaatkan untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan politik kepada khalayak. Dalam penelitian ini, pesan-pesan politik tersebut mewujud dalam bentuk narasi politik yang kemudian saling berkontestasi satu sama lain di media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menganalisis pembingkaian narasi politik Anies Baswedan dan Prabowo Subianto yang diunggah di akun Instagram keduanya; (2) bagaimana artikulasi ide-ide yang ada di balik narasi politik tersebut. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta model analisis framing Entman sebagai metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pertentangan fundamental dalam bingkai narasi politik Anies Baswedan dan Prabowo Subianto. Kontestasi tersebut mengarah pada upaya memperkuat elektabilitas serta merebut perhatian publik. Ide keberlanjutan yang diusung Prabowo menunjukkan keinginan Prabowo melanjutkan program-program pro rakyat yang dinilai berhasil pada era pemerintahan Jokowi (Jokowinomics), misalnya berbagai program bantuan untuk masyarakat pra sejahtera. Berbeda dari Prabowo, Anies Baswedan lebih menonjolkan ide-ide perubahan, misalnya memberantas kemiskinan di Indonesia. Hasil akhir Pilpres 2024 kemudian menunjukkan bahwa narasi politik mengenai perlunya keberlanjutan berhasil mengantarkan Prabowo menuju kemenangan.Kata Kunci: Pilpres 2024, Instagram, framing, narasi politik, Anies Baswedan, Prabowo Subianto

Abstract

Pendidikan lingkungan di sekolah seringkali bersifat teoritis dan kurang efektif dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran serta tindakan nyata. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan membentuk sikap positif siswa SMA terhadap konservasi melalui pendekatan experiential learning dan place-based education di Taman Kehati Arboretum Universitas Lancang Kuning. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 siswa SMA Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan interaktif di kelas yang dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung di lapangan. Evaluasi program dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada nilai rata-rata siswa dari 72,47 menjadi 80,13, atau meningkat sebesar 10,6%. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada pengetahuan konseptual, seperti peran hutan rawa air tawar dalam mitigasi perubahan iklim (meningkat 29,1%). Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab dan motivasi siswa untuk terlibat dalam aksi lingkungan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman di Arboretum Unilak sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi lingkungan dan membentuk sikap positif siswa, sekaligus menunjukkan potensi besar Arboretum sebagai pusat edukasi lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-declare socialization on the decision of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tasikmalaya City to obtain halal certification. The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verification design. The study population consists of MSMEs that meet the self-declare requirements, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using the convenience sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, and simple linear regression. The results indicate that self-declare socialization has a positive and significant effect on halal certification decisions, with a positive regression coefficient and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.670 shows that 67% of the variation in halal certification decisions can be explained by self-declare socialization, while the remaining 33% is influenced by other factors such as understanding, halal awareness, and perception. These findings suggest that the more effective the self-declare socialization, the greater the likelihood that MSMEs will decide to pursue halal certification.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengubah peran staf administrasi, menuntut mereka untuk menguasai keterampilan digital yang kompleks. Namun, banyak staf administrasi yang masih mengalami kesulitan karena kurangnya pelatihan yang komprehensif dan relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi pelatihan berbasis digital yang efektif dan holistik, yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi calon staf administrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data dikumpulkan melalui survei, wawancara, dan observasi kebutuhan di berbagai organisasi. Efektivitas materi pelatihan dievaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test, serta umpan balik dari peserta. Luaran yang ditargetkan adalah materi pelatihan digital siap pakai, peningkatan kompetensi digital staf administrasi, dan rekomendasi strategis untuk organisasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mendukung transformasi digital organisasi melalui peningkatan keterampilan digital para calon staf administrasi.
