Abstract

This study discusses digital transformation in the management of school administrative personnel, which is a solution to improve efficiency and accountability in education management. The problem raised is the challenge faced by school administration personnel in managing administration conventionally. Such management often results in information delays and administrative errors. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of digital technology in school administration management and its impact on the performance of administrative staff. The method used includes the analysis of the review literature, namely by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing various sources of literature relevant to the research topic. The results show that the application of information and communication technology significantly improves operational efficiency, accelerates decision-making, and increases accountability through a transparent reporting system. The conclusion of this study confirms that digital transformation not only reduces administrative workload, but also creates a more responsive and organized learning environment, supporting the achievement of higher educational goals.

Abstract

This article discusses the marketing mix of educational services and its application in increasing the interest of prospective students in educational institutions. Using the literature study research method, an analysis was carried out on the elements of the marketing mix, namely products, prices, places, people, facilities, processes, and promotions, as well as how each element contributes to attracting prospective students. The findings show that relevant and quality program offerings, competitive pricing, and accessibility of educational locations are key factors in attracting interest. Additionally, the use of innovative promotional strategies, including digital marketing and engagement with the community, can significantly strengthen the institution's image. This article provides insight into the importance of integrating marketing strategies in the context of education, as well as recommendations for institution managers to optimize the marketing mix to increase the enrollment of prospective students effectively and sustainably, ensuring the institution's long-term success.

Abstract

The research objectives are to determine: 1) the level of educational games; 2) level of learning management; 3) level of learning motivation; 4) the influence of educational games on student learning motivation, 5) the influence of learning management on student learning motivation, 6) the influence of educational games and learning management on student learning motivation. This research is research that uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was kindergarten students throughout Malang City with a sample size of 206 respondents. The research results illustrate: 1) The level of educational games is included in the high category; 2) The level of learning management is included in the high category; 3) The level of student learning motivation is in the high category; 4) There is a significant positive influence of educational games on student learning motivation with a correlation coefficient value of 0.736, which is included in the strong category; 5) There is a significant positive influence of learning management on student learning motivation with a correlation coefficient value of 0.831, which is in the very strong category; and (6) There is a positive and significant influence together between education games and learning management on student learning motivation. Abstract

Indonesian education by implementing the Merdeka Curriculum is an important step in education reform. The Merdeka Curriculum aims to provide freedom in the learning and teaching process and prioritize the development of students' individual characters, skills and interests. School administrators are not only in charge of administrative aspects but also play a role as the main driver in fostering a conducive learning atmosphere. They play an important role in bridging curriculum policies and practices in the field, assisting teachers, students and parents in implementing Merdeka Curriculum principles. In implementing Merdeka Curriculum, school administrators function as facilitators who create a positive learning environment and support student development. Therefore, it is important to raise awareness about their roles and responsibilities in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Another challenge faced by administrative personnel is the lack of training and resources to carry out their duties effectively.

Abstract

Quality education is essential to create a generation that can compete on a global level. Vocational education, in particular, plays a role in preparing a ready-made workforce. Vocational education in Indonesia still faces challenges, one of which is the inadequate quality of graduates according to the industry. Innovation in learning methods is needed, and project-based learning (PJBL) is considered effective in improving student competence. This study aims to provide an empirical or picture that PJBL can be implemented well and can improve the quality of student competence in every vocational education institution, with a focus on SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. The location selection is based on information that the institution has successfully implemented the industrial PPA program. This research uses qualitative methodology with case study technique combined with positivistic paradigm. Inductive data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data visualization, conclusion drawing, and verification.The results showed that PJBL at SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi was effective in improving students’ competencies and skills. The implementation of a curriculum that is aligned with industry through cooperation with PT Astra Daihatsu Motor ensures the relevance of education to industry needs. PJBL emphasizes productive education that includes improving hard skills and soft skills, and involves students in real projects that combine theory and practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh komitmen kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga administrasi SMP Negeri di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 321 tenaga administrasi SMP Negeri di Kota Tangerang dengan jumlah sampel menggunakan propotional random samping sebanyak 172 TAS. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tingkat komitmen kerja tenaga administrasi SMP Negeri di Kota Tangerang termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi; (2) tingkat lingkungan kerja tenaga administrasi SMP Negeri di Kota Tangerang termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi; (3) tingkat kinerja tenaga administrasi SMP Negeri di Kota Tangerang termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi; (4) terdapat pengaruh parsial yang signifikan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga administrasi SMP Negeri di Kota Tangerang; (5) terdapat pengaruh parsial yang signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga administrasi SMP Negeri di Kota Tangerang; dan (6) terdapat pengaruh simultan yang signifikan komitmen kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga administrasi SMP Negeri di Kota Tangerang.

Abstract

Education has an important contribution to the development of human resources and the progress of civilization. In carrying out the education system and process, it requires involvement from various components, including the government, education services, supervisors, school principals, school committees and teachers. SMK X Malang City is a vocational school that has a role in providing services and education to the community. Based on the results of initial research and observations, the problem was found that the competence and quality of teachers in providing educational services was less than optimal. In responding to this, the role of school supervisors and school principals is needed in solving these problems. This research is a type of qualitative research that will produce descriptive data. The research method uses direct observation and literature study analysis. Based on the observation process and literature study, the author provides recommendations in the form of concrete stages in solving problems by involving the roles of school supervisors and school principals collaboratively. The explanation of problem solving includes, 1) Identifying competencies and qualities that need to be improved, 2) Analysis of the root of the problem, 3) Setting specific and measurable goals, 4) Development of training and professional development programs, 5) Implementation of coaching and mentoring programs, 6) Evaluation and regular feedback. At each stage, active commitment and collaboration is needed from the school principal, school supervisor and other parties in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the achievement of each stage that has been determined. The hope is that by establishing these six problem solving steps, the competency and quality of teachers at SMK X Malang City will significantly improve and improve.

Abstract

Saat ini, dunia pendidikan telah mengalami banyak sekali perubahan, salah satunya ialah dengan munculnya banyak sekali sekolah swasta. Sekolah swasta ini muncul dikarenakan beberapa alasan diantaranya adalah banyaknya lembaga pendidikan swasta yang menyebabkan persaingan antar sekolah dalam memperebutkan siswa. Semakin bagus mutu sekolah, seharusnya juga akan menarik secara khusus di mata calon siswa baru dan juga masyarakat secara umum. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan sekolah memenangkan persaingan mendapat siswa dan menganalisa strategi yang harus diambil guna memenangkan persaingan tersebut. Hasil dari analisa menunjukkan dua strategi yaitu mendorong sekolah untuk mendapat adiwiyata nasional sehingga mendapatkan lebih banyak perhatian dari pemerintah dan lokasi yang strategis bisa dikembangkan menjadi Sekolah Ramah Anak dan menyasar siswa inkusi. Analisis dengan matriks QSPM menunjukkan hasil bahwa strategi pertama mendapat nilai TAS sebesar 5,14 lebih besar dari strategi pertama sebesar 5,01. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi yang sebaiknya diprioritaskan adalah strategi mendorong sekolah untuk mendapat adiwiyata nasional sehingga mendapatkan lebih banyak perhatian dari pemerintah.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the profile of the smart library at SDN Model Kota Malang, outline the management of the smart library, and identify both the supporting and hindering factors that are consistently managed by SDN Model Kota Malang to enhance students' literacy interest. This research employs a qualitative case study method, focusing on key informants including the library head, smart library coordinator, homeroom teachers, and students. The findings reveal a deeper understanding of the smart library’s profile, its members, achievements, and the collaborations established within the library. Additionally, it further uncovers the management strategies of the smart library in promoting students' literacy interest, as well as a deeper insight into the supporting and hindering factors present in the management of the smart library. The conclusion of this research indicates that the smart library is a facility with numerous programs aimed at enhancing the literacy interest of students at SDN Model Kota Malang, especially in light of the increasing trend of students moving away from libraries due to the rapidly advancing digital era

Abstract

Learning for children with special needs requires a structured approach and is tailored to the individual needs of each child. This research aims to describe learning patterns, learning mechanisms and learning strategies implemented through the Jarik Ma’Siti program for children with special needs at SMPN 10 Malang City. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach to case study design using interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The results of this research show (1) the learning mechanism used at SMPN 10 Malang City through Jarik Ma’Siti for children with special needs is differentiation by modifying the curriculum and teaching methods according to the needs of students; (2) the learning pattern used at SMPN 10 Malang City through Jarik Ma’Siti for children with special needs begins with careful learning planning, structured learning organization, implementation of differentiated learning, and continuous learning evaluation; and (3) the learning strategy used at SMPN 10 Malang City through Jarik Ma’Siti for children with special needs is to use supporting learning media and additional programs to improve students' personalities and life skills.
