Abstract

Hadis yang disabdakan Rasulullah tentang larangan laki-laki menyerupai perempuan dan begitu pula sebaliknya (tasyabbuh), divisulisasikan oleh Angga Liberty dalam akun media sosialnya sebagai dalil larangan memakai gelang bagi laki-laki. Konten visualisasi tersebut diunggah dalam akun Tik Toknya yang bernama “Animasi Edukasi” dalam bentuk kartun animasi. Visualisasi hadis yang diunggah dalam akun Animasi Edukasi tersebut menuai berbagai kontroversi, karena hadis yang dikutip dan divisualisasikan dalam unggahan akun Tik Tok Animasi Edukasi dengan judul “Bolehkah Laki-Laki Memakai Gelang” dianggap kurang tepat jika dijadikan dalil larangan pemakaian gelang. Tulisan ini bertujuan, mendiskusikan hadis Nabi tentang larangan tashabbuh yang dijadikan dalil larangan pemakaian gelang bagi laki-laki dalam akun Animasi Edukasi yang dikutip dari  kitab hadis Imam al-Bukhariy. Secara umum artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan berbentuk sebuah kajian kepustakan atau library reasearch. diskusi ini akan dilakukan berdasarkan teori resepsi yang kemudian akan dianalisis secara informatif. Analisis informatif merupakan analisis mendalam yang terfokus terhadap matan hadis sebagai titik fokus kajian sehingga dapat ditemukan pemahaman menyeluruh terhadap kandungan suatu teks hadis. penelusuran terhadap teks hadis akan dilakukan secara tekstual dan kontekstual, serta implikasinya ketika digunakan sebagai dalil larangan pemakaian gelang bagi laki-laki. Tulisan ini sampai pada temuan bahwa hadis larangan tasyabbuh tidak semerta-merta dapat dijadikan dalil pengharaman memakai gelang bagi laki-laki tanpa melihat kondisi sosial dan kultur tempat ia tinggal. Gelang dapat dikatakan haram bagi seorang laki-laki ketika kondisi sosial tempat ia tinggal memiliki kultur atau anggapan bahwa gelang adalah perhiasan khusus perempuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perbedaan efektivitas kepemimpinan pembina ekstrakurikuler Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa di dua sekolah dengan konteks sosial dan budaya yang berbeda. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada pentingnya memahami bagaimana perbedaan gaya kepemimpinan pembina ekstrakurikuler memengaruhi efektivitas organisasi dan perkembangan karakter siswa dalam konteks budaya yang berbeda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja, karakteristik, dan strategi kepemimpinan pembina di SMP Terpadu Darul Falah Kota Malang dan SMP Islam An-Nidhomiyah Pamekasan Madura. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi multi situs. Peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen utama dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis dilakukan secara interaktif melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang divalidasi dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan pembina berperan penting dalam menentukan arah, efektivitas, dan keberlanjutan kegiatan Pagar Nusa. Di SMP Terpadu Darul Falah, pembina menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif-visioner yang adaptif terhadap teknologi dan budaya urban. Strateginya berfokus pada pemberdayaan siswa, kolaborasi, serta integrasi nilai karakter dan budaya sekolah, sehingga meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi. Sebaliknya, di SMP Islam An-Nidhomiyah, pembina menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter-spiritual yang berakar pada nilai religius dan budaya pesantren Madura. Strateginya menekankan kedisiplinan, moralitas, dan praktik budaya religius seperti tahlil, suwuk, serta komunikasi informal bernuansa spiritual untuk memperkuat ikatan emosional dan nilai keislaman siswa. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya teori kepemimpinan pendidikan sekaligus memberikan panduan praktis bagi pembina ekstrakurikuler untuk menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate strategic management related to literacy learning implemented by inclusive primary schools in Malang, covering (1) The formulation of vision and mission; (2) analysis of the internal and external environment that influences; (3) determination of goals, targets, and strategies; and (4) results and evaluation of the implementation of strategic management of literacy learning on reading, writing, and reading comprehension skills for students in inclusive elementary schools. Three inclusive primary schools in Malang were used for the qualitative method of this study. The principal of the school, the vice principal in charge of the curriculum and the teachers are the research subjects. Observations, interviews, and documentation shall be used for the collection of data. Data extraction, data presentation and conclusions are used to carry out the analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) the development of literacy learning activities in inclusive schools is based on the development of a vision and mission, (2) the internal and external factors in inclusive primary schools have an impact on the development of literacy learning activities, (3) goals, objectives, and strategies for literacy learning in inclusive primary schools have been tailored to the diverse levels and needs of students, and (4) the results and evaluation of the implementation of literacy learning in inclusive primary schools enhance students' reading, writing, and comprehension skills through regular and systematic execution and evaluation.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia sebagai pemilik, pengolah, pengelola, dan pengguna pengetahuan memerlukan sarana yang menunjang tercapainya informasi yang mendukung dan menambah pengetahuannya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, Badan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (BPSDM) Provinsi Jambi adalah merupakan suatu lembaga terakreditasi di daerah Provinsi Jambi, yang melaksanakan pelaksanaan pendidikan pelatihan perlu melakukan terobosan-terobosan untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Kinerja diklat menunjukkan tingkat capaian kinerja dari suatu program diklat atau lembaga diklat. Kinerja diklat – baik kinerja dari program diklat ataupun kinerja lembaga diklat – memiliki keterkaitan yang sangat erat dengan keberadaan suatu lembaga diklat.

Abstract

This paper investigates the effect of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows on wage level paid by private domestic firms in Indonesia’s manufacturing sector. The previous literature focuses on horizontal linkages only. We develop this study by examining the spillover through horizontal and vertical channels. We find that there is strong evidence of horizontal and vertical wage spillovers from foreign to local firms in Indonesian manufacturing. However, after controlling for some firm characteristics, which are technology intensity level and firm size, we find that although vertical wage spillovers exist irrespective of the firm characteristics, horizontal spillovers show different results. This spillover is not present in relatively low technology level firms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze comprehensively the management of the Al-Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) program at MAN 2 Malang City, focusing on program planning, implementation, supervision, memorization strategies, indicators of success, and institutional strategies in addressing implementation challenges within a formal madrasah setting. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, tahfidz coordinator, teachers, and students, supported by direct observation and document analysis. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing, while triangulation techniques were applied to ensure validity and credibility. The findings indicate that the tahfidz program is systematically designed and aligned with the madrasah’s vision and mission. Implementation integrates structured memorization methods, particularly tikrar and muraja’ah, accompanied by continuous supervision and periodic evaluation. Program success is reflected in the achievement of memorization targets, accuracy in tajwid application, consistency in muraja’ah, and the strengthening of students’ religious character. The study offers novelty by presenting a holistic educational management perspective that integrates managerial functions with character formation in a public madrasah context.

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing religious moderation among university students and explores the role of life stress in shaping these relationships. Despite growing attention to religious moderation in higher education, limited research has systematically addressed how individual, instructional, and contextual factors interact in this process. Data were collected using a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The study involved university students selected through a structured sampling technique, and the data were analyzed using inferential statistical methods. The findings reveal that lecturer professionalism, student management, religiosity, religious understanding, and tolerance are positively associated with students’ religious moderation. In contrast, anti-radicalism shows a negative relationship with religious moderation. Further analysis indicates that life stress does not function as a significant moderating variable overall, although it slightly alters the strength of certain relationships, particularly by weakening the influence of religiosity while strengthening the effects of tolerance and anti-radicalism. This study contributes to the literature by highlighting the importance of integrating pedagogical practices, student development, and socio-psychological factors in fostering religious moderation.
