Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif karena bermaksud untuk meneliti dan menentukan informasi sebanyak-banyaknya dari suatu fenomena tertentu dan berusaha memberi gambaran tentang Analisis daya tahan aerobik dan anaerobik pada club futsal Se-Kecamatan Suralaga Kabupaten Lombok Timur Tahun 2025. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur daya tahan aerobik adalah Multystage Fitnes Test (MFT) dengan tingkat validitas 0,928 dan reliabilitas 0,962. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur daya tahan anaerobik adalah Running-based Anaerobik Sprint Test (RAST) dengan validitas = 0,897 serta hasil uji reliabilitas = 0,919. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Populasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pemain Mocu Fc,Sabilirrasyad Fc dan Maminja Fc. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara Purposive Sampling yang didapat sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu kategori tinggi, kategori sedang, dan kategori rendah. Dilihat dari kategori kemampuan daya tahan aerobik sebanyak 11 pemain futsal (24.44%) kategori baik, 24 pemain futsal (53.33%) kategori sedang, 10 pemain futsal (22.22%) kategori kurang dan kemampuan daya tahan anaerobik yaitu sebanyak 21 pemain futsal (46,67%) kategori bagus sekali, 17 pemain futsal (37.78%) kategori bagus, 7 pemain futsal (15.56%) kategori cukup. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa daya tahan club futsal Se-Kecamatan Suralaga Kabupaten Lombok Timur sebagian besar berada dalam kategori sedang yaitu sebanyak 53,33% dan daya tahan anaerobik club futsal Se-Kecamatan Suralaga Kabupaten Lombok Timur sebagian besar berada dalam kategori bagus sekali yaitu sebanyak 46,67%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cross country training on improving VO₂max and speed in pencak silat athletes of Perguruan Bakti Negara, North Lombok Regency in 2024. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach. The population consisted of 30 athletes, and the sampling technique used was random sampling. The instruments used were the bleep test to measure VO₂max and a 30-meter sprint test to measure speed. Data analysis was conducted using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and paired sample t-tests with the assistance of SPSS 27. The results showed an increase in the average VO₂max and speed values after the cross country training treatment. The hypothesis test results indicated a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning there was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test results. Therefore, it can be concluded that cross country training has a significant effect on improving VO₂max and speed in pencak silat athletes.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-confidence and competitive anxiety with mental toughness among school-level futsal players. Mental toughness is considered a crucial factor that determines an athlete’s ability to cope with competitive pressure and maintain performance consistency. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design involving 20 futsal players as the research sample. Data were collected using psychological scales and analyzed through multiple linear regression to examine the relationships among variables. The results indicate that, simultaneously, self-confidence and competitive anxiety have a significant relationship with mental toughness. However, partially, both variables do not show a significant relationship, suggesting that psychological factors influencing mental toughness do not operate independently but interact with one another. These findings reveal that relationships among psychological variables in sports contexts are complex and not always linear. This study emphasizes that athletes’ mental toughness is better understood through a multidimensional approach that considers the interaction of various psychological factors simultaneously. The practical implication of these findings highlights the need for integrated mental training strategies, such as strengthening self-confidence while managing competitive anxiety in game situations. Therefore, this study contributes to enriching the field of sport psychology, particularly in understanding the dynamics of psychological factors among school-level futsal athletes. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterkaitan antara kepercayaan diri dan kecemasan bertanding dengan mental toughness pada pemain futsal tingkat sekolah. Ketangguhan mental dipandang sebagai faktor penting yang menentukan kemampuan atlet dalam menghadapi tekanan kompetitif dan menjaga konsistensi performa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional pada 20 pemain futsal yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala psikologis dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kepercayaan diri dan kecemasan bertanding memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan mental toughness. Namun, secara parsial kedua variabel tersebut tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pengaruh faktor psikologis terhadap ketangguhan mental bersifat tidak berdiri sendiri, melainkan saling berinteraksi. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa hubungan antarvariabel psikologis dalam konteks olahraga bersifat kompleks dan tidak selalu linear. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa mental toughness atlet lebih tepat dipahami melalui pendekatan multidimensional yang mempertimbangkan interaksi berbagai faktor psikologis secara bersamaan. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini adalah perlunya strategi pembinaan mental yang bersifat terpadu, seperti penguatan kepercayaan diri sekaligus pengelolaan kecemasan dalam situasi kompetitif. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkaya kajian psikologi olahraga, khususnya terkait dinamika faktor psikologis pada atlet futsal usia sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe science teacher candidates’ perceptions of effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment on entrepreneur attitude and interest. This study is an exploratory research with 56 biology education students as respondents. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire with degraded answers according to a Likert scale that had been validated by experts and declared valid. Analysis of research data used is descriptive quantitative statistics and inferential statistics with multiple linear regression test at a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that ((1) perceptions of science teacher candidates towards entrepreneurship education have an average at 3.45 in good category, family environment at 2,73 in good category, entrepreneur attitude at 3,13 in good category, and entrepreneur interest at 3,08 in good category; (2) there is an effect of entrepreneurship learning and family environment on student entrepreneurial attitudes with a significance value of is smaller than the alpha testing value of 0,003 (<0,05); (3) there is an effect of entrepreneurship learning and family environment on entrepreneur interest with a significance value of 0.022 is smaller than the alpha testing value of 0,05 (<0,05); (4) entrepreneurship learning and family environment influence student entrepreneurial attitudes by 19,3% and the rest are influenced by variables or other factors; (5) entrepreneurship learning and family environment influence student entrepreneurial interest by 13,4% and the rest are influenced by variables or other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perceptions of preservice teachers on the implementation of traditional Sasak tribe games in ethnoscience learning. This exploratory research was conducted at the Mandalika University of Education with a subject pool of 294 preservice teacher students. The research utilized a validated closed questionnaire instrument with responses gathered using a Likert scale. The data from this study were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics. The results of this study are (1) preservice teachers’ perceptions of the implementation of traditional Sasak games in ethnoscience learning in each item of the statement, namely item 1 scored 3.30, categorized as Very High; item 2 scored 3.22, categorized as Tall; item 3 scored 2.88, also categorized as Tall; item 4 scored 3.41, categorized as Very High; item 5 scored 3.19, categorized as Very High; item 6 scored 3.28, categorized as Very High; item 7 scored 3.13, categorized as Tall; item 8 scored 3.38, categorized as Very High; item 9 scored 3.37, categorized as Very High; and item 10 scored 3.47, categorized as Very High; (2) preservice teachers hold highly favorable perceptions regarding the implementation of traditional Sasak games in ethnoscience learning, proven by the average score of 3.26, categorized as Very High.
