Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan gambaran dosis paklobutrazol yang tepat untuk menghasilkan anakan produktif tertinggi dengan anakan steril yang kecil. Penelitian dengan melakukan pengkajian pemberian beberapa dosis Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Paklobutrazol, pada kepadatan populasi dan dosis pupuk kandang yang berbeda, merupakan percobaan lapangan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), dengan 5 perlakuan beberapa dosis zat pengatur tumbuh paklobutrazol, yaitu : Z0 = 0,00 g/liter air, Z1 = 0,25 g/liter air, Z2 = 0,50 g/liter air, Z3 = 0,75 g/liter air, dan Z4 = 1,00 g/liter air. Zat pengatur tumbuh Paklobutrazol dilarutkan di dalam 1 liter air yang telah dimasukkan dalam hand sprayer, sesuai dengan dosis perlakuan. Pemberian paklobutrazol dilakukan dengan cara menyemprotkan larutan paklobutrazol menggunakan hand sprayer pada umur tanaman 40 hari setelah tanam (hst). Penyemprotan dilakukan pada sore hari dengan dosis sesuai perlakuan dan dilakukan secara merata pada bagian daun dan batang tanaman sampai tanaman terlihat basah. Dosis paklobutrazol 0,75 g/liter air mampu memberikan hasil per plot 7,96 kg atau setara dengan hasil dalam ton/ha tertinggi yaitu 8,84.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of river pollution on the performance of freshwater aquaculture using five major rivers in Padang City: Batang Arau, Batang Kuranji, Batang Air Dingin, Batang Kandis, and Batang Anai. A quantitative approach was applied through field surveys and laboratory analyses at three stations of each river to measure physical, chemical, and biological water parameters, as well as aquaculture performance indicators including survival rate, specific growth rate, feed conversion ratio, and harvest biomass. The results show that most water quality parameters exceeded the Class II standards of Government Regulation No. 22/2021, particularly turbidity, TSS, ammonia, BOD, COD, and total coliform. Regression analysis indicates that chemical parameters have the strongest influence on aquaculture performance, followed by physical parameters, while biological parameters are near-significant, and anthropogenic pollution exerts a significant negative effect. Batang Air Dingin showed the best water quality and aquaculture performance, whereas Batang Kandis exhibited the highest pollution level and lowest production outcomes. The study concludes that river pollution significantly reduces freshwater aquaculture productivity and highlights the need for sustainable water quality management. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pencemaran air sungai terhadap keberhasilan budidaya ikan air tawar pada lima sungai utama di Kota Padang, yaitu Batang Arau, Batang Kuranji, Batang Air Dingin, Batang Kandis, dan Batang Anai. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei lapangan dan analisis laboratorium pada tiga stasiun setiap sungai, meliputi parameter fisika, kimia, dan biologi, serta indikator performa budidaya yang terdiri dari survival rate, laju pertumbuhan harian, feed conversion ratio, dan biomassa panen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar parameter kualitas air telah melampaui baku mutu PP 22/2021 Kelas II, terutama kekeruhan, TSS, amonia, BOD, COD, dan total coliform. Analisis regresi mengindikasikan bahwa parameter kimia merupakan faktor paling dominan memengaruhi keberhasilan budidaya, diikuti parameter fisika, sementara parameter biologi mendekati signifikan, dan pencemaran antropogenik terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap performa budidaya. Sungai Batang Air Dingin memiliki kualitas air terbaik dan hasil budidaya tertinggi, sedangkan Batang Kandis menunjukkan tingkat pencemaran tertinggi dan performa budidaya terendah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pencemaran sungai berperan nyata dalam menurunkan produktivitas budidaya ikan dan perlu dilakukan pengelolaan kualitas air secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze first, students comprehension in listening to the short story. Second, Students Comprehension in writing the short story by the eleventh grade of MAN Lubuk Alung. Third, to relate the comprehension of listening and writing by the eleventh grade of MAN Lubuk Alung. The theory of this research were the competency in listening, writing and analyzing the short story. The type of this research was quantitative research with analitycal descriptive method and used a correlational research schema . The population and sample of this research was the eleventh grades of MAN Lubuk Alung. The sample of this research is 30 students. The data collected by objective test and writing test. The objective test used to collect the data about the comprehension of listening a short story. Writing test used to collect the data about comprehension of writing short story. From this research, it can be concluded that first, the comprehension of writing short story by eleventh grade of MAN Lubuk Alung was Significant (87,96), second the comprehension of listening short story by eleventh grade of MAN Lubuk Alung was very good. Third, the relation between listening and writing skill was significant by freedom degree n-1 (30-1+29) and p=0,95. It means, comprehension h0 ignored and h1 accepted, by the result of tcalculate bigger than ttable 7,18>7,10.

Abstract

The global ecological crisis demands a serious response from the church, grounded in creation theology and stewardship. This article highlights the role of Christian education as a strategic instrument in shaping ecological leadership capable of mobilizing the church to engage in environmentally conscious communal transformation. The theological foundation rests on three pillars: creation theology in Genesis 1–2, which emphasizes the intrinsic value of creation and the mandate of stewardship; ecological Christology in Colossians 1:15–20, which presents Christ's vision of cosmic reconciliation; and ecological eschatology according to Romans 8:19–22, which offers hope for the renewal of creation. Implementation is carried out by integrating an ecological perspective into church education curricula and liturgy and by forming leaders who can translate theology into concrete action. Such eco-leadership makes the church an agent of transformation for the sustainability of God's creation.   Abstrak. Krisis ekologis global menuntut respons serius dari gereja melalui kepemimpinan yang berakar pada teologi penciptaan dan penatalayanan. Artikel ini menyoroti peran pendidikan Kristiani sebagai instrumen strategis dalam membentuk kepemimpinan ekologis yang mampu memobilisasi gereja untuk terlibat dalam transformasi komunal yang peduli terhadap lingkungan. Fondasi teologisnya bertumpu pada tiga pilar: teologi penciptaan dalam Kejadian 1–2 yang menekankan nilai intrinsik ciptaan dan mandat pemeliharaan; kristologi ekologis dalam Kolose 1:15–20 yang menghadirkan visi rekonsiliasi kosmik oleh Kristus; serta eskatologi ekologis menurut Roma 8:19–22 yang memberi harapan pembaruan ciptaan. Implementasi dilakukan melalui integrasi perspektif ekologis dalam kurikulum pendidikan gereja, liturgi, dan pembentukan kompetensi pemimpin yang mampu menerjemahkan teologi menjadi aksi nyata. Kepemimpinan ekologis demikian menjadikan gereja agen transformasi menuju keberlanjutan ciptaan Allah.

Abstract

Compost is an organic fertilizer produced through the decomposition of plant residues, animal waste, and other organic materials, playing a vital role in enhancing soil fertility, nutrient availability, and microbial activity. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of various compost types on the growth and yield of rice. The experiment was conducted in Nagari Koto Baru, Solok Regency, from July to December 2022, using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with six treatments of compost type and four replications: no compost, kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata), rice straw, grass, corn leaf, and cow dung compost. The dose of compost used in all treatments was the same, at 100 g per pot. Composting was carried out for 30 days, utilizing PROMI microorganisms to accelerate decomposition. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test at a 5% significance level. The results indicated that kirinyuh compost produced the best response across all observed parameters, including plant height (76.20 cm), number of leaves (79.80), number of tillers (30.50), nmber of productive tillers (28.00), panicle length (26.00 cm), number of grains per panicle (170.00), weight of 1,000 grains (28.00 g), and grain weight per pot (105.00 g). This yield corresponds to a potential production of 9.45 t.ha-1. These findings highlight Kirinyuh compost as a promising local organic fertilizer capable of sustainably increasing rice productivity while improving soil health.
