Abstract

This is study aims to describe the role of language camps in improving Arabic speaking skills for KIBAR IAI DDI Polewali Mandar students in the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is qualitative research that builds meaning based on field data. This qualitative research procedure produces descriptive data in the from of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. Data was collected by conducting observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and verifying data. Testing the validity of the data used is triangulation, member check, increasing persistence. The results of this study are 1) the role of language camps in improving Arabic speaking skills for KIBAR IAI DDI Polewali Mandar students for the 2021/2022 academic year is to form an Arabic language environment. 2) The inhibiting factors is the lack of ability of the committee in directing students who have not been able to speak Arabic well. Supporting factors include the Arabic environment throughout the day and mastery of Arabic vocabulary. 3) The language camp program has a positive impact, namely being able to speak Arabic in daily activities.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran mu‘askar al-lugah dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab pada pelajar KIBAR IAI DDI Polewali Mandar tahun akademik 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang membangun makna berdasarkan data lapangan. Prosedur penelitian kualitatif ini menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Pengujian keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi, member check, dan meningkatkan ketekunan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) peran mu‘askar al-lugah dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab pada pelajar KIBAR IAI DDI Polewali Mandar tahun akademik 2021/2022 ialah membentuk lingkungan bahasa Arab. 2) Adapun faktor penghambat yaitu kurangnya kemampuan panitia dalam mengarahkan pelajar yang belum mampu berbahasa Arab dengan baik. Faktor pendukungnya meliputi lingkungan bahasa Arab sepanjang hari dan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab. 3) Program mu‘askar al-lugah memberikan dampak positif yaitu mampu berbicara menggunakan bahasa Arab dalam aktivitas sehari-hari.

Abstract

Songs often serve as a medium to express deep emotions and thoughts within our culture. Mohammed Alsahli's song "Wa Ana Ma’ak" is a compelling example for analysis, depicting the emotional complexity between two individuals through its powerful lyrics. The aim of this research is to analyze and interpret the denotative and connotative meanings embedded in the lyrics of "Wa Ana Ma’ak", and to explore how these lyrics emotionally and spiritually affect listeners. The method employed involves a deep textual analysis, focusing on linguistic expression and contextual meaning within the song lyrics. This approach includes repeated readings of the lyrics, identifying both literal and implicit meanings, and gaining a deeper understanding of the singer's intended message. The results of the analysis reveal that the denotative meaning of the song portrays direct feelings of love and longing between two individuals. Conversely, its connotative meaning surpasses literal interpretation to explore themes such as strong emotional dependency, deep commitment, and the happiness derived from a partner's presence. These lyrics offer profound insights into the complexity of human relationships and how true love can shape and deeply influence one's life.Abstrak: Lagu-lagu sering kali menjadi medium untuk mengungkapkan emosi dan pemikiran yang mendalam dalam budaya kita. Lagu "Wa Ana Ma’ak" oleh Mohammed Alsahli adalah salah satu contoh yang menarik untuk dianalisis, karena melalui liriknya yang kuat, lagu ini menggambarkan kompleksitas hubungan emosional antara dua individu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan makna denotatif dan konotatif yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu "Wa Ana Ma’ak", serta untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana lirik-lirik ini mempengaruhi pendengarnya secara emosional dan spiritual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis teks secara mendalam, dengan fokus pada ekspresi bahasa dan makna kontekstual dalam lirik lagu. Pendekatan ini melibatkan pembacaan berulang-ulang terhadap lirik, identifikasi makna denotatif (literal) dan konotatif (implisit), serta pemahaman lebih dalam terhadap pesan yang ingin disampaikan oleh penyanyi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa makna denotatif dalam lagu ini menggambarkan perasaan cinta dan kerinduan secara langsung antara dua individu. Di sisi lain, makna konotatifnya melampaui arti harfiah untuk mengeksplorasi tema-tema seperti ketergantungan emosional yang kuat, komitmen yang dalam, dan kebahagiaan yang didapat dari kehadiran pasangan. Lirik-lirik ini menawarkan pandangan yang dalam tentang kompleksitas hubungan manusiawi, serta bagaimana cinta sejati dapat membentuk dan mempengaruhi kehidupan seseorang secara mendalam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media kartu bergambar terhadap minat belajar bahasa Arab peserta didik kelas VII MTs DDI Kanang Polewali Mandar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu pendekatan ini berangkat dari suatu teori, gagasan para ahli ataupun dikembangkan menjadi permasalahan dan beserta pemecahan-pemecahannya yang diajukan untuk memperoleh kebenaran dalam bentuk dukungan data empiris lapangan dan juga memerlukan analisis statistik, yaitu dengan menggunakan angka-angka untuk mencapai kebenaran hipotesis. Angka-angka di sini mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam pembuatan, penggunaan dan pemecahan masalah model kuantitatif. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII MTs DDI Kanang berjumlah 156 siswa yang terbagi dalam 6 kelas kemudian 2 kelas diambil sebagai sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal tes essai yang didalamnya gambar-gambar peralatan sekolah kemudian diterjemahkan kedalam bahasa Arab. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan rumus “t-test”. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Dengan membandingkan besarnya t yang diperoleh dalam perhitungan yang tercantum pada nilai t = tabel dimana t hitung = 14,52 sedangkan t tabel = 2,064, karena t hitung lebih besar dari pada t tabel  maka hipotesis diterima dan ini berarti proses “penerapan media kartu bergambar berpengaruh digunakan dalam meningkatkan minat belajar bahasa Arab” khususnya pada pembelajaran mufradat pada siswa kelas VII MTs DDI Kanang.AbstractThis research aims to find out the influence of using picture card media on the interest in learning Arabic for class VII students of MTs DDI Kanang Polewali Mandar. This type of research is quantitative research, that is, this approach departs from a theory, the ideas of experts or developed into problems and along with its solutions proposed to obtain the truth in the form of empirical data support field and also requires statistical analysis, namely by using numbers to achieve the truth of the hypothesis. The numbers here have a very important role in the creation, use and problem solving of quantitative models. The research method used is the experimental method. The population in this study, namely class VII MTs DDI Kanang students, amounted to 156 students who were divided into 6 classes and then 2 classes were taken as samples. The instrument used is a test question of completion in which pictures of school equipment are then translated into Arabic. The data analysis technique used is to use the formula "t-test". The results of the data analysis showed that by comparing the magnitude of t obtained in the calculation listed on the value t = table where t counts = 14.52 while t table = 2.064, because t calculates is greater than t table then the hypothesis is accepted and this means that the process of "application of influential pictorial card media is used in increasing interest in learning Arabic" especially in mufradat learning in students of class VII MTs DDI Kanang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami makna huruf jar Ba yang terdapat dalam al-Quran khususnya pada surah Al-Maidah. Penelitian ini termasuk kajian kepustakaan (library research) yaitu teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui studi telaah terhadap isi buku-buku, literatur, catatan atau artikel ilmiah yang ada Adapun hasil penelitian ini, terdapat huruf jar ba sebanyak 91 kali terulang dalam surah Al-Maidah, dengan 5 makna huruf jar yang dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai berikut: 1) Bermakna al-Isti’anah terdapat pada ayat ke 3 dan 45. 2) Bermakna al-Mushahabah terdapat pada ayat ke 8, 13, 16, 29 dan 36. 3) Bermakna sababiyah terdapat pada ayat ke 13, 18, 32, 44 dan 58. 4) Bermakna al-Qasam terdapat pada ayat ke 53, 106 dan 107. Dan 5) Bermakna al-Tab’idiyyah dan atau al-Ilshaq pada ayat ke 6. This research aims to find out and understand the meaning of the letter jar ba contained in the Quran, especially in the Surah Al-Maidah. This research is a library research, namely a data collection technique through a study of the contents of existing books, literature, notes or scientific articles. The results of this study, there is a jar letter ba as many as 91 times repeated in the surah Al-Maidah, with 5 meanings of the letter jar which can be classified as follows: 1) al-isti'anah is found in verses 3 and 45. 2) al-mushahabah is found in verses 8, 13, 16, 29 and 36. 3) sababiyah is found in verses 13, 18, 32, 44 and 58. 4) al-qasam is found in verses 53, 106 and 107. And 5) the meaning of al-tab'idiyyah and or al-ilshaq is found in verse 6.

Abstract

The integrated system used in language learning in class V of MI Ddi Kanang makes the hour for learning Arabic in four hours with two meetings for one week. This makes learning opportunities with Arabic speaking less considering that the lesson requires a lot of practice. This study aims to analyze the difficulties of pronunciation in Arabic in class V MI DDI Kanang. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive design. This study describes the Analysis of Arabic Pronunciation Errors in Class V of V MI DDI Kanang. The data in this study consists of primary data in the form of data collected directly by researchers from the first source (respondents) in the field. The main source in this study is the class V education student of MI DDI Kanang. Meanwhile, secondary data is data obtained indirectly through intermediary media. The results of the observation from the analysis of pronunciation difficulties in Arabic in class V MI DDI Kanang Polewali Mandar include the factors that cause difficulties in pronunciation of Arabic for students in class V MI DDI Kanang, The first, is the lack of proficiency of students in reciting the Qur'an, the second is the lack of interest and motivation from the students themselves to learn Arabic, the third is the lack of attention from parents to students regarding awareness and encouragement to learn outside of school, the Fourth is the teacher's delivery technique that is too monotonous, namely only using lecture techniques and package book facilities provided by the school are very limited so that Arabic learning is less effective and raises various obstacles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan komunikasi eksekutif-legislatif tentang mekanisme konsultasi digunakan DPRD dengan Pemda dalam pembahasan kebijakan daerah berupa penetapan APBD Kabupaten Takalar dan untuk menganalisis praktek mekanisme komunikasi eksekutif-legislatif dalam upaya penyelesaian masalah penetapan APBD Kabupaten Takalar. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini DPRD pada prinsipnya mempunyai kewenangan untuk memberikan persetujuan penetapan atas usulan RAPBD yang disampaikan oleh Pemerintah Daerah. Disamping itu DPRD juga dapat menolak usulan RAPBD melalui fraksi-fraksi yang ada di DPRD apabila terjadi kesalahan dalam APBD APBD. Olehnya itu, hadirnya hubungan komunikasi dalam bentuk kegiatan informal dapat mencairkan hubungan baik diantara kedua lembaga (DPRD dan Pemda). Hubungan komunikasi yang dibangun antar lembaga DPRD dan Pemda dilakukan diluar agenda formal seperti silaturrahmi dan pertemuan di musrembang. Hal itu dilakukan agar suasana tetap harmonis dan mencair sehingga dalam menyusun APBD pemerintah tidak terkesan ada titipan ataupun desakan dari keduanya untuk memuluskan APBD tersebut yang dapat terjadi adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan-kegiatan pemerintahan di masing-masing instansi tidak dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan berakibat fatal pula terhadap pembangunan di daerah Takalar.

Abstract

Many studies on boarding school have been carried out before by researchers. But most of these studies are more descriptive by describing what happened in the boarding. While studies about boarding school analyzed with philosophical theory are still rarely conducted. The subjects of this study were caregivers and some students who were selected purposively. The data collection uses observation, interview and documentation. This paper aims to reveal the philosophical perspective of the learning materials of the Yellow Book in al-Fitroh Jejeran Boarding school, Wonokromo Pleret Bantul. The philosophical framework used as a reference for the analysis of this study is the Religious-Conservative tradition (al-Diniy al-muhafidz). Religious -Rational (al-Dini al-' Aqliy) and Pragmatic-Instrumental (al-Darai'i) traditions. The results showed that philosophically learning the Yellow Book in that boarding school uses religious-conservative tradition (al-Diniy al-muhafidz). The source of the material taught refers to the yellow books produced by scholars in the Middle Ages. The reason Kyai refers in the classical books because the books were written by salafiyyin scholars closer to its existence with the Prophet, to allow the truth is more assured. According to his beliefs getting closer to the existence of the prophet, the value of truth is more authentic. While the Religious-Rational School (al-Dini al-'Aqliy) has not got an adequate place in the Boarding School. The existence of general science is not given to students so that the students are not affected by outside influences that will slowly erode and keep students away from religious sciences. While the instrumental pragmatic tradition (al-Darai'i) which is characterized by accommodating a variety of tangible sciences related to the direct needs of humans, both spiritual needs and material needs, must be recognized not all can be organized by the boarding school completely.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover the meaning of "child" and its typology from the perspective of the Qur'an. This study is descriptive qualitative in nature and employs the thematic interpretation method. The data used consists of primary data in the form of Qur'anic verses and secondary data related to this topic. The data is processed through a series of steps including reduction, data presentation, and verification until a conclusion is reached. The research findings show that the terminology for "child" in the Qur'an appears in various forms. For instance, the word zurriyyah is mentioned 32 times, walad 62 times, ghulam 13 times, al-Sabiy 2 times, al-Tiflu 4 times, al-Bintu and its variants are mentioned 17 times, and ibn along with its derivatives appears 112 times. The word walad has a broader meaning as it encompasses all types of children, unlike the word ibn, which also means "child" but is specifically used to refer to a male child, while a female child is referred to as ibnah. The word ghulam focuses on a child who has reached maturity, al-sabiy refers to a child who has not yet reached puberty, while al-tifl refers to a child younger than one called al-Sabiy. As for the typology of children from the Qur'anic perspective, children can be an obstacle or an enemy if they prevent someone from doing good deeds. They are also described as ornaments of the world, meant to be a means for parents to perform righteous acts. Additionally, children are a test from Allah to examine how parents treat them. On the other hand, righteous children who are obedient to Allah and devoted to their parents bring comfort and peace to the heart.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze the management strategies of the Library Service in optimizing reading interest at the Digital Reading Corner (POCADI) in the community of Penajam Paser Utara Regency. The research was conducted at the Library Service of Penajam Paser Utara Regency over a two-month period, employing data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. Primary data were obtained from interviews with the community regarding reading interest and the use of POCADI, while secondary data were taken from literature and other relevant sources. Data analysis was carried out through the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the management strategies of the Library Service include improving accessibility and content quality, collaborating with schools and local communities to raise public awareness, and ensuring efficient and sustainable management. This study also provides recommendations for comparative analysis with other digital literacy centers, the development of additional programs, and literacy promotion in the community to further enhance reading interest.

Abstract

Service Standards are benchmarks used as guidelines for service delivery and as references for assessing service quality, representing the obligation and commitment of service providers to the community in delivering quality, fast, easy, affordable, and measurable services. This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of public service standards in Penajam Sub-District, Penajam Paser Utara District. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach method. Data in this study consist of primary and secondary data, which were analyzed qualitatively, leading to drawn conclusions. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with informants at the Penajam Sub-District Office, including the Sub-District Head, General Affairs Subsection Head, Section Heads, Sub-District Employees/Staff, and service users from the community. The findings of the research are as follows: 1) The overall implementation of public service standards in Penajam Sub-District is reasonably good and sufficiently satisfying to the community. However, there is still a need for improvement and enhancement in the quality of public service implementation; 2) The preparation, establishment, and implementation of Service Standards in Penajam Sub-District have adhered to the principles outlined in Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 15 of 2014, including simplicity, accountability, sustainability, and fairness. However, they have not yet fully incorporated participatory and transparent elements; 3) There are several types of services with detailed per-component service standards that have not been established in the Decree of the Penajam Sub-District Head, Penajam Paser Utara District Number: 060/129/Kec.PNJ-Umum/XI/2023 regarding the Establishment of Service Standards in Penajam Sub-District; 4) Subsequent socialization efforts related to the established Penajam Sub-District Service Standards have not been conducted, thus affecting the understanding of service officers regarding public service implementation; 5) Publication efforts concerning Penajam Sub-District Service Standards have not been undertaken through electronic or non-electronic media.
