Abstract

Junok Village, Sreseh District, Sampang Regency has a favorite milkfish that is liked by consumers in the surrounding sub-districts and other consumers. Based on the availability of abundant milkfish resources, the milkfish processing business in Junok village has not been fully developed. So research activities are carried out. This study aims to find out how the Halal Business Development Strategy of Milkfish Processing by the Junok Sreseh Sampang Village Community Association. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method and uses a field study approach. Data collection techniques were obtained by interview and observation methods. By using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions in analyzing data. The results of the study show that the Halal business development strategy in Junok Village has not been fully implemented, as seen from several important aspects that still need attention. Although there is awareness of the importance of halal products, many producers in Junok Village do not have official halal certification, which can increase consumer confidence, so training is needed to increase understanding of halal, as well as collaboration with related institutions to help producers obtain halal certification.

Abstract

The milkfish pindang business in Junok Village, Sreseh District, Sampang Regency, is one of the leading businesses that is in great demand by the local community. However, this business has not developed optimally and is still limited to this area. For this reason, efforts are needed to optimize village downstreaming and access to sharia microfinance to support pindang milkfish production so that it can develop more widely and provide a greater economic impact for the community. This research aims to analyze the role of village government in optimizing these two things, as well as contributing to sustainable local economic development. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observation. The research results show that the Junok village government has made various efforts to optimize village downstreaming, including training in milkfish cultivation, setting harvest schedules, and also plans to facilitate financing from sharia microfinance institutions (LKMS). Even though there are several obstacles, such as a lack of financial knowledge among farmers and limited equipment, the village government continues to try to overcome this problem through assistance and education. Overall, the efforts made are quite optimal and have the potential to support the development of the milkfish pindang business in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of political economy in the development of sharia economics, with a focus on government policies and political dynamics that influence this sector. Despite progress, challenges such as the public's lack of understanding of Islamic financial products and inadequate regulations still need to be addressed. With a qualitative approach, this research reveals strategies that can increase sharia economic growth in the future, as well as the importance of synergy between government policies and public awareness of sharia values.

Abstract

This research examines the perceptions of MSME actors regarding the implementation of MSME tax policies in Indonesia, The aim of the research is to explore in depth the perceptions of MSME actors towards tax policy and identify the factors that influence it. The research method used is qualitative phenomenology, with data collection through in-depth interviews with MSME actors. The research results show a diversity of perceptions, ranging from positive views which see policies as supporting business formalization and opening access to financing facilities, to negative views which see them as an additional burden, especially for businesses with thin margins. Factors that influence perceptions include the level of tax knowledge, business experience, characteristics of the business sector, access to information, and the ability to utilize technology. The research conclusions emphasize the need for a more nuanced and adaptive approach in the formulation and implementation of MSME tax policy. The government needs to consider the diverse characteristics and needs of the MSME sector, increase tax education and outreach, and improve the accessibility of tax information and services. Continuous dialogue between policy makers and MSME actors is needed to develop an effective tax system in increasing state revenues and supporting the growth of the MSME sector.

Abstract

The swallow nest business in Ambarawa Village is growing, supported by the availability of large land and high demand for local and export markets. Although it is a side job, this business has great potential to increase income if managed well and supported by knowledge of proper maintenance techniques. This study aims to analyze the clarity of the capital used in the construction of the swallow house, the income of swallow entrepreneurs at each harvest, and the obstacles faced by swallow entrepreneurs. The population of this study consisted of 32 swallow entrepreneurs in Ambarawa Village with a sample of 15 entrepreneurs who had produced swallow nest harvests. The study used a qualitative descriptive method through direct communication techniques, observation, and documentation studies, as well as tools in the form of interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the capital for the swallow nest business varied, ranging from IDR 120,000,000 to IDR 370,000,000. The net income of swallow entrepreneurs also varied, ranging from IDR 4,550,000 to IDR 28,500,000 per month. The highest income reached Rp28,500,000, while the lowest income was Rp4,550,000. Swiftlet entrepreneurs face various obstacles, such as unstable weather, pests (cockroaches, birds, rats, and geckos), difficulty in obtaining building materials due to rural locations, uneven distribution of swiftlets, lack of assistance or counseling from the government, and declining prices of swiftlet nests.

Abstract

Social Media has become an effective communication tool in building and increasing brand awareness and sales to carry out marketing or promotional activities of a product online or social media. This article aims to determine the role of social media in increasing brand awareness and sales. The method used in this study is to use the kualitatif method. The results of this study are the utilization of the role of social media in increasing brand awareness and sales as a promotional tool provides minimal cost benefits and the ability to reach many people. Social media also helps in the dissemination of information and can interact directly with consumers so that it becomes the right medium in increasing brand awareness and sales.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology makes people experience lifestyle transformation, especially in carrying out daily activities such as consumption patterns, schools, and so on. But not only that, but the development of this technology has also changed MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) which were originally traditional to turn into the digital era. Economic aspects based on the use and empowerment of information technology and digital communications. In Indonesia, the digital economy is currently developing quite rapidly and in tandem with the growing market power available. This article aims to describe business opportunities for MSMEs in the digital era where the case study is Sheo Sweet's MSMEs in Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. The research results obtained show that business opportunities for MSMEs in the digital era are quite diverse, namely: promotion through marketplaces is much easier, more efficient and reduces costs, renewal of marketing methods that used to be traditional to modern ones to keep up with the times, access to markets is easier and wider, strengthen branding and be able to innovate products to make them more varied. Abstract

The problem raised from this study is regarding the influence of positioning strategy and destination image on tourists' visiting decisions to tourist destinations Gemah Beach, Tulungagung Regency. The research method used is quantitative, data analysis uses quantitative descriptions with multiple linear regression, while hypothesis testing uses determination tests, partial tests, and simultaneous tests as well as data processing with the help of the SPSS program with a sample consisting of 56 (fifty six) visitors using sampling cumulative. Data analysis used multiple regression tests and data processing using SPSS. The positioning strategy and destination image influence the decision to visit after conducting research. From this study, the following conclusions were drawn: tourists' decisions to visit the Gemah Beach tourist destination are positively and significantly influenced by the destination image and positioning strategy, while at the same time, destination image and positioning strategy have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit a tourist destination Gemah Beach, Tulungagung Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which Sharia principles are implemented in financing products by Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia, with a focus on a case study of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This research employs a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The findings indicate that although financing products such as murabahah, ijarah, musyarakah, and mudharabah are theoretically designed in accordance with Sharia principles, in practice there are still deviations, particularly in procedural aspects and the execution of contracts (akad). One of the analyzed cases reveals an asset auction process involving a customer's collateral that is considered inconsistent with the principles of justice, deliberation (musyawarah), and transparency. This highlights the need for a comprehensive reinforcement of Sharia principles implementation—not only in product design but also in operational procedures and dispute resolution mechanisms. The study recommends enhancing Sharia literacy, evaluating internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring more active supervision by the Sharia Supervisory Board to ensure that Islamic principles are genuinely embodied in the practices of Islamic finance in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of IPS learning in the Kurikulum Merdeka by Social Studies Teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Semparuk, Kabupaten Sambas. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive form. Data collection in this study used non-participant observation techniques, interview techniques, then documentation techniques. Sources of data used using primary and secondary data sources with 2 social studies teachers, principals, vice principals, and 4 students. Data analysis techniques used using techniques according to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Test the validity of the data in this study using triangulation techniques and sources. The results of this study found that: 1) IPS learning planning for the Kurikulum Merdeka by social studies teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Semparuk is reviewing various regulations, understanding learning outcomes, developing learning outcomes into a flow of learning objectives, developing a flow of learning objectives into teaching modules. 2) The implementation of the Kurkulum Merdeka in IPS learning carried out by IPS teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Semparuk is the implementation of initial assessment, learning using modules, social studies learning, formative and summative assessment/evaluation, and the advantages of Kurikulum Merdekan in IPS learning. 3) The obstacles faced by IPS teachers in IPS learning with using Kurikulum Merdeka are difficulties in understanding the Learning Outcomes, difficulties in developing teaching modules, and difficulties in understanding the initial assessment of learning.
