Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan kontribusi kepada masayarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan sistem retribusi pengunjung di kawasan wisata agar kawasan wisata tersebut tetap menjadi tempat tujuan yang nyaman bagi wisatawan dan akan tetap menjadi tempat tujuan wisata pavorit. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diketahui: 1)Pengelola Kawasan wisata Puncak 2000 Siosar Tanah Karo Sumatera Utara adalah masayrakat setempat; 2) Masyarakat antusias dan senang dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di kawasan wisata sebab memberikan masukan dan ilmu bagi mereka; 3) Dari gambar dapat diketahui dari jumlah 40 orang besarnya hasil wawancara setuju adanya kutipan sebesar 18 % = 18, kemudian kurang setuju 30 % = 12 dan tidak setuju 25%= 10. Sehingga jika diakumulasikan pendekatan tidak setuju adanya kutipan retribusi di kawasan wisata uncak 2000 Siosar Tanah Karo Sumatera Utara sebesar = 55 %. Dan yang setuju = 45 %. Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi: Strategi: Pengelolaan: Retribusi: Kawasan Wisata.

Abstract

This research investigates the factors that encourage MSMEs to use Facebook advertising and its impact on business kinerjance. Using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2), the study validates a theoretical model through a survey of 250 Indonesian MSME owners. The results show a direct and significant influence between compatibility, social influence, and perceived ease of use on Facebook advertising behavior. However, no influence was found from cost, facilitating conditions, or perceived usefulness. The perceived financial resource availability factor has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between Facebook advertising and business kinerjance. Generally, Facebook advertising does not significantly influence business kinerjance, especially in terms of profit and efficiency, but it positively affects indicators supporting business kinerjance, such as growth, personal goals, and reputation.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the influence of work discipline and work supervision on the performance of village officials at the Pematang Biara Village Office, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all village officials at the Pematang Biara Village Office, Pantai Labu District, which amounted to 32 people. Data collection techniques in this study are: Interviews with entitled parties, making a list of questioneire and Documentation studies conducted to all village officials. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the analysis Y = 12.523 + 0.014X1 + 0.570X2. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether economic value added and profitability (ROA) can affect prices for automotive companies and their components on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses 12 automotive companies and their components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. Methods of collecting data by means of documentation or literature study. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and the ardl panel research method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are nine automotive companies on the Indonesian stock exchange, namely; PT. Astra International, Tbk; PT. Astra Otoparts, Tbk; PT. Indo Kordsa, Tbk; PT. Goodyear Indonesia, Tbk; PT. Gajah Tunggal, Tbk; PT. Multi Prima Sejahtera, Tbk; PT. Multistrada Directions Sarana, Tbk; PT. Nippres, Tbk; PT. Prima Alloy Steel Universal, Tbk, Economic Value Added and Profitability variables have a significant influence on stock prices. While in two companies, namely PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional, Tbk and PT. Selamat Sempurna, Tbk, only the Economic Value Added variable has a significant influence on stock prices. And in one company, namely PT. Indospring, Tbk only profitability variables that significantly affect stock prices. In general, Economic Value Added and Profitability are leading indicators for controlling stock prices. However, on a panel basis, neither of the two has been able to become a leading indicator for controlling share prices in automotive companies and their components on the Indonesian stock exchange. This is because the two variables have not provided a stable influence on a panel basis for all companies studied as automotive companies and their components on the Indonesian stock exchange.
