Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the extent to which resilience management influences the performance of generation Z entrepreneurs in Medan City. The type of research that is relevant to answer the questions in this study uses quantitative research. The sample used to represent the population in this study used a random sample of 50 respondents from generation Z entrepreneurs in Medan City. To answer the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that pressure has a significant effect on the performance of generation Z entrepreneurs in Medan City. Risk has a significant effect on the performance of generation Z entrepreneurs in Medan City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the theory of operational management related to the production process in a company. To achieve this goal, the research method used is a literature study approach and a theory development approach based on the work of Richar L. Darft on operational management and Jay Heizer and Barry Render on production. The data collection method uses documentation research. Data processing methods involve reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The method for ensuring the validity of data uses source triangulation. The results of the study indicate that operational management is the process of managing and utilizing resources for the benefit of the company's work services, production is the process of producing goods and services desired by people who work in the company and operational production management is a way of utilizing resources owned to make products that are valuable to the company. This includes planning the production process, which means planning materials and the process of making products, organizing the production process, which means dividing equipment, materials, and labor, directing the production process, which means creating standard operating procedures and product quality, and controlling the production process, which means evaluating work and product results.

Abstract

Profit is total income after deducting company costs or what can be called net profit. Profits generated by a company can be a benchmark for a company's success. To gain large profits, a company must be able to manage assets effectively and efficiently, because this can show that the company has good financial performance. One of the ratios that investors most often consider is the total assets turnover ratio. However, often a high asset management ratio does not indicate the company's effectiveness in managing high assets, but because inventory levels are low. A company is said to be insolvent when its debt position is greater than the total assets owned by the company. To find out whether it is solvable or not, it can be calculated using the debt to equity ratio. PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk (IDX: AISA) is a food producing company headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. This company was founded in 1990, with the main products being various types of ready-made food. The purpose of this research is to analyze asset management ratio and solvency management ratio PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk. The type of research in this research uses qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk whose financial report data is from 2015 to 2021. The object of this research is asset management ratio and solvency management at PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk. The analysis method in this research uses a time series analysis approach. The results of this research show that the average fixed asset turnover of PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk is 1.15 times. The average total asset turnover of PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk is 0.7 times. The average debt ratio at PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk from 2015 to 2017 has a value of 1.38 which becomes unsafe in 2017, 2018, and 2019. The multiple that received the highest profit was in 2019 with a multiple of 12.15.

Abstract

All existing resources, including human resources, must be used to improve organizational performance. As a result, human resources are vital to any business. Human resources management is responsible for ensuring that everyone involved in the organization works together to maximize organizational performance. This research aims to evaluate the function of human resource management in improving organizational performance. This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze Miles and Huberman's interactions. Qualitative data analysis is carried out continuously and interactively, so that the data is saturated. Analysis consists of three main steps: data reduction, data delivery, and conclusion drawing. Human Resource Management can create an effective work environment and ensure the company has a high-quality and high-performing work team. It enables companies to face challenges, increase competitiveness, and achieve long-term success by considering elements such as transformational leadership, employee development, diversity management, and results-based performance management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of business education in the implementation of financial check list in financial management courses. This type of research is quantitative research. Population in this study are 16 students consisting of majoring in 7 Business Administration, 4 Accounting, and 5 Financial Management in Semester 3, academic year 2022 to 2023, on Politeknik Unggulan Cipta Mandiri who are taking financial management courses. Sampling is carried out by means of saturated sample. Because it uses a saturated sample, there are 16 students who are taken financial management courses. Data analysis technique through inferential using paired t-test. This different test model is used to analyze the research model before and after students complete the application of financial check list. The results of the study show that there are differences before and after students complete the implementation of financial check list in financial management in the framework of the role of business education

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the experience of economics education teachers on student achievement in economics at Private High Schools. This research uses a causal research type with a quantitative approach. Population in this study are Private High Schools Students in Medan City in 2022. Sample is taken randomly using snowball sampling technique. So, sample in this study are 100 Private High Schools Students in Medan City. The data analysis method used simple linear regression analysis. The results show that the experience of economics education teachers has significant effect on student achievement in economics at Private High Schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of problem-based learning model on learning outcomes in microeconomic course. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Population in this study are students from Medan City Private Universities. Due to the large population, sample is determined randomly, namely 50 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that problem-based learning model has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes in microeconomic course.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze effectiveness of problem-based learning model on critical thinking ability in financial management course. This type of research applies a quantitative approach. Population in the study are students at Medan City Private Universities. Based on needs and cost efficiency, sample in this study is 30 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses partial test. The research results show that application of problem-based learning model is felt to be quite effective in making students more active in participating in learning, thereby fostering students' ability to think critically in financial management courses. Statistically, it shows that problem-based learning model has a significant effect on critical thinking ability in financial management course.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze increasing learning achievement through the application of inquiry method in entrepreneurship courses. The type of research used is classroom action. The subjects of this research were 30 students in Private University Medan City who were taken randomly. Data collection techniques use observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive quantitative method. The results of the research show that the application of the modified free inquiry method to the material of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and creativity capital in entrepreneurship can improve learning achievement in Private University students in Medan City. Abstract

One of the main issues that is a concern for environmental damage is the decline in awareness of environmentally friendly consumer behavior, such as the lack of clear information about environmentally friendly products, higher prices for environmentally friendly products, and the lack of ease in finding and purchasing these products. The problem of declining awareness of environmentally friendly consumer behavior and several factors contributing to this decline have given rise to solutions to environmental issues through green marketing, which includes green product, green price, green place, and green promotion. This study aims to identify the characteristics of environmentally friendly consumer, analyze the impact of green marketing on environmentally friendly consumer behavior, and explore innovative strategies for implementing green marketing policies on environmentally friendly consumer behavior in Restaurants in Medan City. This study used a mixed-methods data analysis approach, incorporating qualitative and quantitative analysis, with 100 respondents representing environmentally friendly consumers in Restaurants in Medan City. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and the quadruple helix model. The results show that green product variable has a positive and significant effect on environmentally friendly consumer behavior in Restaurants in Medan City. Green price variable has a positive and significant effect on environmentally friendly consumer behavior in Restaurants in Medan City. Green place variable has a positive and significant effect on environmentally friendly consumer behavior in Restaurants in Medan City. Green promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on environmentally friendly consumer behavior in Restaurants in Medan City.
