Abstract

This study aims to analyze physics learning media's development using the website on students' interest in learning physics during the pandemic. The research method used is the literature study research method. This research method is carried out by collecting relevant data from various reading sources in the form of books, journals, and other reading sources that can support researchers in solving the subject matter under study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of learning media for contextual model physics comics with the POE method on the subject of effort and energy towards the interest in learning physics. This study uses literature study research methods (literature) from various relevant sources such as articles, books, or data to support researchers in solving the problems raised. This research method is carried out by searching for and collecting data that is relevant and by the situation. It can be used as a reference for researchers in completing this research. This study indicates that the use of comic learning media can increase students' interest in learning physics. In addition to that, by applying the POE method, it is also possible to improve students' higher-order thinking.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada abad 21 kini telah memasuki era Revolusi Industri 4.0, dimana  pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sangat diperlukan karena memerlukan kombinasi baru antara pemikiran tingkat tinggi dan keterampilan komunikasi yang kompleks.. Salah satu perkembangan penting dalam pembelajaran fisika adalah pendekatan berbasis pemodelan, yang memanfaatkan simulasi dan model matematis untuk memahami konsep fisika. Bertujuan untuk memperjelas pentingnya potensi dari pembelajaran online fisika berbasis pemodelan sebagai sarana yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pendidikan fisika modern. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau “research and development” rancangan Borg and Gall yang diadaptasi dari Sugiyono. Prosedur  penelitian pengembangan ini didasarkan pada model 4D. Temuan penelitian menghasilkan hasil pengembangan pendekatan metode belajar fisika berdasarkan budaya lokal telah berhasil memperkuat karakter peserta didik. Kevalidan model ini melibatkan rasional teori dan komponennya. Rasional teori dianggap sangat valid oleh pihak yang mengesahkan karena mencakup berbagai aspek seperti esensi fisika, kepribadian dan pembentukan kepribadian, budaya lokal, konsep belajar, serta pandangan Muhammad Syafei dan Ki Hajar Dewantara mengenai pendidikan di Indonesia. Model pendekatan metode belajar fisika yang berdasarkan budaya lokal, yang telah dikembangkan dalam studi  ini, mencapai standar tingkat validitas. Penilaian ini mencakup kedua aspek, yaitu landasan teori dan elemen pendekatan beserta instrumen pendukung, dan dinyatakan sebagai sangat valid oleh para ahli.

Abstract

Pembelajaran pada abad  ke-21 mencakup integrasi literasi, pemahaman konsep, keterampilan dan sikap, serta penguasaan teknologi. Salah satu kompetensi penting adalah berpikir komputasional (computational thinking). Berdasarkan dua studi internasional, yakni Programme for Student Assessment (PISA), peserta didik Indonesia memiliki kemampuan berpikir dan bernalar yang rendah. Oleh karena itu, kemampuan berpikir komputasional (CT) dianggap sebagai salah satu keterampilan utama yang sangat penting di era saat ini, terutama karena keterkaitannya dengan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yang didasarkan pada survei literatur atau tinjauan pustaka yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan analisis terhadap  berbagai sumber yang digunakan. Studi literatur, atau penelitian kepustakaan, adalah upaya menghimpun informasi dan data dari berbagai bahan rujukan terkait dengan permasalahan yang sedang dibahas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, terbukti bahwa penerimaan siswa terhadap pemikiran komputasional juga menjadi tantangan dalam pendidikan. Hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam berpikir komputasional. Melalui pendekatan yang tepat, pemahaman yang mendalam, dan penerapan dalam situasi nyata, siswa akan semakin siap untuk menghadapi dunia yang semakin digital dan teknologi yang semakin maju. Tak hanya itu, pemikiran komputasional berpotensi mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, imajinatif, dan rasional dalam menangani permasalahan rumit, baik dalam lingkungan komputasi ataupun dalam situasi sehari-hari

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the positive and significant relationship between altruism and intellectual humility on charisma in high school guidance and counseling teachers in Banjarmasin City. This research is quantitative research with a correlational design. Altruism, intellectual humility, and charisma of 66 high school counselors in Banjarmasin City were measured using a scale adapted from Self-Report Altruism (SRA), Comprehensive Intellectual Humility Scale (CIHS), and General Charisma Inventory (GCI). These three scales have been tested as valid and at high (CIHS) and very high (SRA and GCI) levels of reliability. The ANOVA test on the Multiple Linear Regression model was used to analyze the data and prove the hypothesis that was built. The research results show that there is a positive and significant correlation between altruism and intellectual humility together on charisma in high school counselors in Banjarmasin City (Sig. = 0.001 < 0.05) with a contribution level of 20.6%. Based on the results and limitations of this research, it is recommended that future researchers test the relationship between altruism, intellectual humility, and charisma on different and more subject characteristics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of PhET simulation in physics learning on electric circuit material during the pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with literature studies from various articles. The results showed that the PhET simulation was very effective to be applied in supporting the physics learning of unidirectional electric circuits during the pandemic. This is shown by the data on the presentation of learning outcomes after using the PhET simulation where the average results have increased. In addition, from the misconception side, it has also changed for the better. There are fewer students who have misconceptions.

Abstract

This article examines more profoundly the relationship between the development of teaching materials using learning videos and the learning outcomes of a subject for high school/vocational high school students and below; thus, the purpose of this article is to make readers aware of the benefits of using video in learning such as the effectiveness of videos in terms of making and exposure, the level of interest of students, learning outcomes, motivation, and critical thinking. The method used in this study is to analyze several journals related to developing learning video-based teaching materials through the Google Scholar site, then sum every journal, such as research methods, research results, and conclusions. From these journals, it was concluded that research results showed (1) the use of learning videos was able to improve student learning outcomes, (2) students became active in asking questions and following the learning process using teaching materials based on learning videos and those that had been provided, ( 3) unique learning videos can be made easily by educators of all ages using computer applications, (4) the application of video-based learning media is categorized as feasible to improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The particular theory of relativity stems from the discovery of a physicist named Albert Einstein. The difficulties in physics have been described by Sugiyana, “Physics is one of the subjects that cause difficulties for students. This happens because physics is considered a complex subject with many similarities. The limited ability of students and lack of interest in physics has also added to the difficulties in studying physics. Using the fast method is one of the categories for calculating quickly. One fast method is the Pythagorean method, which can solve particular relativity questions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of collaborative leadership by school principals in improving school learning quality. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from reliable sources such as scientific journals, books, and official publications. The results show that collaborative leadership can improve the quality of learning by strengthening cooperation and communication between principals, teachers, and students. In collaborative leadership, the principal is a facilitator who encourages active participation from all parties in the decision-making process and program implementation. In addition, principals can also create a school culture that supports collaboration and facilitates teachers' professional development. Recommendations include the importance of collaborative leadership training for principals, the development of a school culture that supports collaboration, and rewards for active participation in the collaborative process.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior can be said to be the behavior of using every available item. Consumptive behavior is often carried out with the aim of fulfilling a need, whether primary or tertiary. Consumptive behavior is the behavior of buying goods excessively and irrationally without prioritizing needs. Consumptive behavior is often carried out with the aim of fulfilling a need, whether primary or tertiary. This research has short-term and long-term goals. The short-term objectives include: (1) to find out the description of consumer behavior at SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin, (2) To find out the picture of consumptive behavior before and after participating in individual counseling with self-management techniques for students at SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin, (3) To knowing that the consumer behavior of SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmsin students can be overcome through group counseling with self-management techniques. Meanwhile, the long-term goals are: (1) literature for guidance and counseling teachers in guiding high school students who have consumer behavior, (2) as reference material for further research, (3) theoretical development in the field of guidance and counseling. The type of research used is experimental research (non-parametric). Researchers use this experimental pattern to see the effects of treatment (group counseling with self-management techniques) on other variables (consumptive behavior). This research is a type of quasi-experimental design, using a one-group pre-test and post-test design. With this design, it is determined that there is no control group. With the one group pre-test and post-test design method, this means that the sample is given a test before and after receiving a certain treatment, so that the subject is subjected to two measurements.
