Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the People's Business Credit Program (KUR) of Bank Rakyat Indonesia on the income of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector at BRI Bumi Beringin Unit, Manado City. This research was conducted from April to September 2022. The selection of respondents was intentional. Primary data are data obtained from observation of business sources by interviewing through questionnaires to 25 culinary business owners, customers of KUR BRI Bumi Beringin Unit in Wanea District, Manado City and documentation. Secondary data is data obtained through Bank BRI Bumi Beringin Unit, and also obtained through books obtained from local bookstores and the internet through Google Scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to the topic of this research, namely the Impact of the BRI KUR Program on MSME Income. . The results showed that the impact of the BRI KUR Program Bumi Beringin Unit had a positive impact on MSMEs in the Culinary sector in Manado City which was caused by the difference in income received by MSMEs in the culinary sector, the difference that occurred was from the KUR loan capital used which could assist in the development of MSME businesses so that the occurrence of increase in income after using KUR BRI Bumi Beringin Unit, Wanea District, Manado City.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy for processed durian fruit Umah Duren in Manado City. This research was conducted from June to August 2022. The data analysis method used in this study was SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is an analysis that includes efforts to identify strengths and weaknesses (internal), opportunities and threats (external) faced. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained directly from respondents by conducting direct interviews using questionnaires. Secondary data obtained from other information data related to this research. The results of this study indicate that the Marketing Strategy for Processed Durian Fruit Products Umah Duren in Manado City through the analysis method on the SWOT matrix is obtained at the coordinates of 1.67 : 2.68, which means that the position is in quadrant I, namely supporting the growth strategy (growth).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income and feasibility of Stevia farming in Tountimomor Village, West Kakas District, Minahasa Regency. The research was carried out for 3 months, from May to July 2022. The respondents in the study were determined deliberately. The data used are primary data collected through interviews based on questionnaires and secondary data obtained through Google Scholar in the form of books. The results showed that in the first 6 months the revenue did not cover all the costs incurred by farmers for the production of Stevia because all costs were incurred for 1 planting period which was for 6 years, so the income was still negative. Therefore, the second stage was continued, namely financial analysis to determine the feasibility of Stevia farming using the criteria of NPV, IRR, Net B/C and BEP. The results of the analysis of the feasibility of farming are feasible or Stevia farming in Tountimomor Village, West Kakas District, Minahasa Regency is feasible to implement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the red ginger commodity marketing distribution channel at Karombasan Market, Manado City. This research was conducted from September to October 2022. The selection of respondents was carried out using the Snowball Sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through interviews and direct observation with wholesalers, retailers and consumers at the Karombasan Market based on a questionnaire. So that the total respondents were 10 people. Secondary data was obtained from the Karombasan Market office, regarding the history of the Market, regional boundaries, and the structure of the Market management. Secondary data was also obtained from the internet via Google Scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to the topic of this research. The method of data analysis is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the assessment of marketing distribution channels at the Karombasan Market consisted of 1 channel, farmers - wholesalers - retailers - consumers. Wholesalers buy red ginger to farmers from Bolaang Mongondow and South Minahasa areas as much as 1,000 kg. Wholesalers sell red ginger to retailers at a price of IDR10,000 per Kg and retailers sell red ginger to consumers at a price of IDR12,000 per Kg. The linkage of marketing institutions in each red ginger distribution process forms 3 streams, product flow, information flow, and financial flow.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the profit from the rice milling business West Poopo Village, Ranoyapo District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from April to June 2023. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with rice mill business owners. Secondary data were obtained from the Village Office, the Central Bureau of Statistics and other sources related to research. The sampling technique in this study used the Non-Probability Sampling method with purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis which will be presented in tabular form. The research results obtained showed that the rice mill business in Poopo Barat Village, Ranoyapo District was profitable, both during the harvest season and not during the harvest season. The profit earned during the harvest season is IDR10.096.287 and during the non-harvest season is IDR2.385.286. The average profit within one month is IDR1.040.131.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of cut flowers at Ilomata Florist, Kakaskasen II Village. This research was conducted from April to June 2023. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents in this research was 10 respondents. This study uses questionnaires and interviews to determine variable indicators on internal factors and external factors then determines weights and ratings using questionnaires and then determines the marketing strategy at Ilomata Florist. Data analysis method used is SWOT analysis. The results of the study showed that Ilomata Florist has a SO strategy, namely Ilomata Florist utilizes the Tomohon area as a city with the title of flower city which can easily reach consumers. Good product quality is also always maintained by Ilomata florists in an effort to retain old customers at reasonable prices. Ilomata Florist is also in quadrant I, namely being able to take advantage of strengths and opportunities as well as minimize weaknesses and prevent threats.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate the income of potato and green onion upland vegetable farming in West Sinsingon Village, East Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency in one growing season. This study uses data from the growing season from October 2022 to January 2023. The total samples are 10 potato farmer samples and 10 leek farmer samples. Data were analyzed using mathematical calculations using the formula: I = R-C (I = Income, R = Revenue, and C = Expenditures). The research results showed that the average potato farming production was 20.827.59 kg. The average selling price of potatoes is IDR 13.000/kg, resulting in an average income of IDR 191.775.135.72/hectare. The average leek farming income produces a production of 12.585.03 kg. The average selling price is IDR 9.000/kg, resulting in an average income of IDR 51.493.375.11/hectare. Potato farming and leek farming in West Sinsingon Village, East Passi District are profitable. The average income from potato farming is relatively higher than the average income from leek farming with a difference of IDR 140.281.760.61/hectare/planting season.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors influencing customer loyalty at Kopi Kenangan Bahu Kota Manado. The study was conducted from May to June 2023, and respondent selection was done randomly. Both primary and secondary data were utilized in the research. Primary data were collected through interviews based on questionnaires from 58 consumers at Kopi Kenangan Bahu Kota Manado. Secondary data were obtained from Kopi Kenangan Bahu and through relevant journal articles and theses related to the research topic, which is Factors Affecting Customer Loyalty. The research findings indicate that the quality of products and services at Kopi Kenangan Bahu does not significantly affect customer loyalty. On the other hand, promotions through social media, such as discount offers and loyalty programs, play a significant role in building and maintaining customer loyalty. The analysis results reveal that promotions have the highest coefficient value, indicating that this promotional strategy is a key factor that Kopi Kenangan Bahu should pay attention to in order to maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the corn supply chain in South Tumani Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. Data collection in this study uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Respondents in this study were those involved in the corn supply chain, namely farmers, collectors, and consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The results showed that the corn supply chain in Tumani Selatan Village consisted of Farmers-Traders-Collectors-Consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The product flow starts from the farmers harvesting the corn and then selling the corn to the collectors and then the collecting traders distribute the corn to consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The financial flow starts from consumers buying corn from collectors at a price of IDR 5,300/Kg with a transfer transaction system via bank then the collector buys corn from farmers at a price of IDR 4,800/Kg with a direct system (cash). The flow of information flows from two directions, the first direction is that consumers from Kawangkoan and Sonder inform the collecting traders that they need 3,000 kg for consumers at Kawangkoan and 3,000 kg for consumers at Sonder, then the collecting traders inform the corn price to farmers, namely IDR 4,800/Kg. The second direction is that the farmers inform the collectors about the availability of corn and provide information on the location where the corn is taken, then the collectors inform the consumers about the corn to be sold.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business profits of Sheren MU Bagea Cake in Buyungon Village Amurang District South Minahasa Regency. The research lasted for 2 months from May to June 2023. The data collected were primary data obtained from direct interviews with entrepreneurs of Sheren MU Bagea Cake, using questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained from journals, research reports taken from the internet. The results of the study were analyzed descriptively with profit analysis. The results showed that the amount of net profit from the Sheren MU business in Buyungon Village, Amurang District, South Minahasa Regency was IDR3,061,683 per week, in a month of IDR12,246,732, and in a period of 1 year it was IDR146,960,784.
