Abstract

This study was to analyze the profits of the mobile vegetable traders in the CHT Residence in Sea Satu Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for three months, from November 2019 to January 2020. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the average profit earned by the mobile vegetable traders was IDR 506,564 / month.Keywords: Profit Analysis, Vegetable Trader

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of salak farming in Werdi Agung Selatan Village, Central Dumoga District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research was conducted for three months, from November 2019 to January 2020. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, in which 20 farmers were taken as samples from the population of 60 farmers. The results showed that the average income obtained from the salak fruit farming was Rp. 1,713,350, - / month.Keywords : Income, farming, Salak

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine and examine the attitudes of land owners towards the agricultural land conversion in Woloan Village, West Tomohon Subdistrict, Tomohon City. The study was conducted from September 2020 to November 2020. The data used in this study are primary and secondary. Primary data were obtained from respondents who owned land that had converted the land, while secondary data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, the government of Woloan Satu Village, Woloan Dua Village and related agencies. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The research results of this study showed that the land owner agrees to the  agricultural land conversion based on 3 aspects, the first is cognitive aspects, affective aspects and conative aspects. The attitude of land owners towards the conversion of agricultural land is at the index point of 67.55% and is in the good category.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the cost structure of lowland rice in Tountimomor Village, Kakas Barat District, Minahasa Regency. The research results showed that the average land area of the respondent farmers was 1.42 Ha, the total revenue per hectare was Rp. 21,787.985, with a total cost of the sample farmers in the  rice farming of Rp. 8.787.084, while the average farmers' production of  rice farming was 140.625 kg. The income of the sample farmers of rice in the study area is Rp. 12.960.921. The rice farming is feasible to run because the R / C value was 2,51.

Abstract

This research was conducted in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Primary data were obtained from direct observation and interviews with respondents, namely cocoa farmers, farming communities and village government officials which were selected using purposive sampling method. While secondary data were obtained  from related agencies. The purpose of this study was to observe and measure the impact of the cocoa plantation development program on the socio-economic conditions of farmers. Credibility test was used to test the validity of research data; triangulation method was used to see the social conditions of cocoa farmers; and tabulation, percentage and T test were applied to see economic conditions.From the results of the analysis, it could be seen that the cocoa plantation development program had a significant impact on the surrounding community, especially the beneficiary farmers because it had changed social conditions including health, beliefs, norms, networks, and patterns of cocoa cultivation. In addition, it provided changes to economic conditions including an increase in the type of housing and an increase in farmers' income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the added value of the business of processing peanuts into roasted peanuts. The research was carried out for 2 months, from November to December 2021 at the “Fania” Roasted Bean business in Kanonang IV Village, West Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi. Data collection using a survey method. Type of data used was primary data obtained through direct interviews with roasted peanut business owners "Fania" and employees as well as direct observation at the research site. The results showed that the added value of the business of processing peanuts into roasted peanuts was IDR 1,701 per liter.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Puncak Jaya Regency. The sample was determined by probability sampling with simple random sampling technique as many as 11 people. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively in the form of frequency tables. The research results indicated that the unsatisfactory quality of service on the tangible dimension is the completeness of the computer; on the reliability dimension is the discipline of officers in providing services; the responsiveness dimension, all indicators are unsatisfactory, namely employees are slow in providing services which is marked by a discrepancy between the service schedule and the established rules, so that the completion of KTP and KK is not in accordance with the required time; on the assurance dimension, guarantees for the completion of the KTP and KK are not in accordance with the required time; and on the dimension of empathy is the persistence of employees in providing services.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the types of activities and the amount of allocation of funds financed by village funds both for physical programs and for empowerment programs in Tounelet Satu Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method followed by triangulation to verify program implementation and funding. The results of this study found that there were 20 types of programs that had been implemented for the form of community empowerment with 5 types of physical program activities and 15 types of community empowerment program activities with 11 types of social forms and 4 types of economic forms for the use of village funds that were used by 68.04 percent where for physical programs by 40.12 percent and community empowerment programs with 20.98 percent for economic form empowerment programs and 6.94 percent for social form community empowerment programs As well as community opinion regarding the suitability of the program and the use of funds as much as 66.67 percent of the community agree that there has been openness of the village government regarding village funds to community, 60.00 percent of the community agrees that the development program is in accordance with the use of village funds and as much as 66.67 percent of the community agrees that the development program is in accordance with village fund priorities.

Abstract

Analysis of the suitability and availability of plantation land for the RTRW in Kombi District as a research objective. Techniques for collecting data in the form of observations and agency surveys from October 2023 to January 2024. Data analysis used the Geographic Information System (GIS) ESRI ArcGIS 10.8 software with map overlay analysis techniques. The research results showed that 1) analysis of the suitability of plantation land use for RTRW in Kombi District shows that land suitability in Kombi District has five classifications, namely the "Potential Supporting" classification. And Not a Plantation Area" with an area of 4,254.07 Ha or 31% of the total area of the sub-district, classification "Suitable" with an area of 4,108.41 Ha or 30.41% of the total area of the sub-district, classification "Not Suitable" with an area of 2,653.50 Ha or 19.64% of the total area of the sub-district, the classification "Supporting Suitable (Potential Suitable)" with an area of 2,480.22 Ha or 18.36% of the total area of the sub-district and finally the classification of "Inland Waters" with an area of 16.03 Ha or 0 .12% of the total area of the sub-district. This shows that in Kombi sub-district there are 4,254.07 Ha of plantation land that is in accordance with its designation, but there are still 2,653.50 Ha of plantation land that is not in accordance with its land designation. 2) The results of the analysis of plantation land availability in Kombi District show that land availability in Kombi District has four classifications, namely the "Available" classification with an area of 6,588.63 Ha or 48.76% of the total area of the subdistrict, the "Not Available" classification with an area of 4,293, 30 Ha or 31.77% of the total area of the sub-district, classification "Not Plantation" with an area of 2614.28 Ha or 19.35% of the total area of the sub-district, classification of "Inland Waters" with an area of 16.03 Ha or 0.12% of total area of the district. This shows that in Kombi District there are 6,588.63 Ha of land available to become a plantation area and 4,293.30 Ha of land that is not available to become a plantation area. Abstrak Analisis kesesuaian dan ketersediaan lahan perkebunan terhadap RTRW di Kecamatan Kombi sebagai tujuan penelitian. Teknik dalam pengambilan data dalam bentuk observasi dan survey instansi pada bulan Oktober 2023 hingga bulan Januari 2024. Analisis data menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) software ESRI ArcGIS 10.8 dengan teknik analisis overlay peta. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 1) analisis kesesuaian penggunaan lahan perkebunan terhadap RTRW di Kecamatan Kombi menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian lahan di Kecamatan Kombi memiliki lima klasifikasi yaitu klasifikasi “Potensi Mendukung Dan Bukan Kawasan Perkebunan” dengan luas 4.254,07 Ha atau 31% dari total luas kecamatan, klasifikasi “Sesuai” dengan luas 4.108,41 Ha atau 30,41% dari total luas kecamatan, klasifikasi “Tidak Sesuai” dengan luas 2.653,50 Ha atau 19,64% dari total luas kecamatan, klasifikasi “Mendukung Sesuai (Potensi Sesuai)” dengan luas 2.480,22 Ha atau 18,36% dari total luas kecamatan dan yang terakhir klasifikasi “Perairan Darat” dengan luas 16,03 Ha atau 0,12% dari total luas kecamatan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa di kecamatan kombi terdapat 4.254,07 Ha lahan perkebunan yang telah sesuai dengan peruntukannya namun masih terdapat 2.653,50 Ha lahan perkebunan yang tidak sesuai dengan peruntukan lahannya. 2) Hasil analisis ketersediaan lahan perkebunan di Kecamatan Kombi menunjukan bahwa ketersediaan lahan di Kecamatan Kombi memiliki empat klasifikasi yaitu klasifikasi “Tersedia” dengan luas 6.588,63 Ha atau 48,76% dari total luas kecamatan, klasifikasi “Tidak Tersedia” dengan luas 4.293,30 Ha atau 31,77% dari total luas kecamatan,  klasifikasi “Bukan Perkebunan” dengan luas 2614,28 Ha atau 19,35% dari total luas kecamatan, klasifikasi “Perairan Darat” dengan luas 16,03 Ha atau 0,12% dari total luas kecamatan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa di Kecamatan Kombi terdapat 6,588,63 Ha lahan yang tersedia untuk menjadi kawasan perkebunan dan 4.293,30 Ha lahan yang tidak tersedia untuk dijadikan kawasan perkebunan. Abstract

The aim of the study was to formulate a business development strategy for Florist Nawanua Flora in Kakaskasen Tiga Village, Tomohon City. The research lasted for 5 months, from May to September 2022. The method used in determining the sample was the Purposive Sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained directly from respondents by conducting direct interviews using a prepared questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from literature studies and agencies related to the data needed in the research. The analytical method used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results showed that based on the SWOT analysis, Florist Nawanua Flora's business development strategy is in quadrant 1, which means a strategy is needed to support the strengths and take advantage of the various opportunities that exist.
